Avantatges: El abordaje. Muy rápido y a tiempo

Queixes: La venta de boletos dicen que deben ser 10kgs de peso por maleta documentada, sin embargo si viajas con familia los kilos no se consideran como de todos, si no por pasajero, nosotros somos una familia de 4 tendríamos un peso de 40kgs gratuitos, entonces tenemos una maleta de 28 kilos y una de 7 kilos, sin embargo nos cobraron por la maleta de 28 kilos por excedente de peso, pues es por pasajero, además nos cobraron por cada kilo excedente aún y cuando en una revista de la propia compañía decía que deberían cobrar como un todo el excedente, y cuando les mostramos la revista porque nos cobraban en exceso, nos indicaron que solo era aplicable si es ELECTRÓNICO, vaya timo y molestia, que si no queríamos pasar que ellos venden unas bolsas para sacar de la maleta grande y dividirla en 3 bolsas, WOOOOWWW que estupidez, luego con mi backpack, normal nada en exceso de tamaño me pedían pagar para poderla pasar en el avión, pues esa no cuenta como bolsa de mano, por lo que tuve que comprar una bolsa de Dama , para poner mi computadora y cargadores en la misma, para pode subirlas al avión, es decir chicos, varones hombres, si viajan en esta compañía favor de llevar una bolsa de dama, porque si llevan su backpack aunque sea de tamaño pequeño, tendrán que pagar exceso de equipaje. Muy mala experiencia. Al adquirir los boletos en el propio mostrador nos indicaron que teníamos que dividir la maleta posteriormente revise la página electrónica y tampoco decía esto, he viajado de forma constante como mi familia, y es la primera compañía que no suma los kilos, lo cual en mi parecer es completamente ilógico, como pedirle a un niños de 5 años que lleve su maleta de 10 kilos?????. Espero esto les sea de ayuda. Esta compañía es una subsidiaria de aerofoto me indicaron, y que él mismo aeroflot aplica los mismos en todos sus vuelos, así que tengan cuidado o infórmense mejor.

Avantatges: no remarks. everything fine for a short flight

Avantatges: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Queixes: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Avantatges: All in time

Queixes: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Queixes: the flight was lite more than 30 minutes. Economy class - you have to pay for the meal? Are they Low Cost Company or ? If so, just tell us like that. Prices are among the highest in the region and all you get is a glass of water and a small bag of snacks.

Avantatges: the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception.

Queixes: the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport.

Avantatges: Ok?

Avantatges: good service , everything good.

Queixes: nothing

Avantatges: The seat was very comfortable.

Queixes: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Queixes: Advertised October Pink products but did not have them for breast cancer support

Avantatges: Good selection of movies.

Queixes: Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.

Avantatges: Nice and attentive crew.

Queixes: Seats not comfortable in premier economy.

Queixes: The sitting was so very small, I never traveled so crumpled.

Avantatges: Food was really hot & good customer service

Avantatges: The crew was so helpful and they feed us well. We relieved a snack, a meal, and a desert. The airline left on time and arrived early to my destination. Very enjoyable flight.

Avantatges: Excellent

Avantatges: Flight and the crew!

Queixes: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Avantatges: Planes were on time and connections made.

Queixes: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Queixes: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Avantatges: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Queixes: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Queixes: Everything was fine except food

Queixes: The worse customer service I have ever experienced! I had an emergency situation and had to change tickets. Despite of ridiculous fines for exchange, I was ready to pay them all in order to put family member on the plane. They could not even process that exchange, call me back or let me talk to supervisor. I ended up loosing a ticket and getting a new one.

Avantatges: El embarque fue tan rápido y sin problemas

Queixes: El check in no fue una gran causa ahora que un día las compañías aéreas están cobrando mucho por el equipaje, usted proporciona una buena cantidad de los billetes entonces nos sorprendió cobrar extra por el equipaje

Queixes: The flight was delayed, long boarding, its good to compensate such things with some snacks.

Queixes: Boarding tool a long time and late take off

Avantatges: Friendly and helpful crew, smooth transfer between flights, comfortable adjustable headrest, easy to request special meal online before flight.

Queixes: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't of great importance anyway.

Avantatges: Amazing flight , crew excellent , good food. Definitely I will travel again with Austrian Airlines

Queixes: Not mentioned that in Munich I had to change terminal and pass again on security check. If I would have bought some bottles in Vilnius or Riga duty free, I would have had problems

Avantatges: Nothing. I missed my original connection because the flight from Budapest was late and I was put in a cramped middle seat while there were seats open in First Class. I should have been upgraded

Queixes: Upgrade passengers that you make late.

Avantatges: Salmon dinner was the best dish Lufthansa ever served

Queixes: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Avantatges: Excellent service and food.

Queixes: Seat could really use a real footrest instead of the metal bar.

Avantatges: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Queixes: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Queixes: They left late causing a missed connection abroad. They wouldn't hold the flight for an hour for the benefit of the 25 passengers.

Avantatges: Nothing

Queixes: Descent and landing were not pleasant while the weather was fine

Avantatges: the seat is not so comfortable for old people. Mom was sitting between two people and could not move .Crew were vert nice and helpful

Queixes: gave old people seats next to the pass

Avantatges: Seats were comfortable and enough room for legs. I liked the movie selection. Crew was great.

Avantatges: excellent crew, the commander of the ship made a nice soft landing, but for some reason water was dripping from the ceiling ... the flight attendant explained that it was condensation

Queixes: I couldn't change seats on line I did prepay the baggage, printed the receipt, when I started checking in, they won,t honor their own reciept, they could not find my prepayment, the call center was no helpful, I had to pay again. The checking in agent placed myself and my wife far from each other, and the plane was half-empty

Queixes: I just wish they used newer planes on this route but everything else was perfect!

Queixes: The best Airlines ever from every aspects, I’m frequent traveler of Turkish airlines and will be for good.

Queixes: Bullshit company without any respect to customer! They forced me to pay twice for the backpack and are not going to provide refund, now I'm straggling through MasterCard service to get my money back! Never ever will use this sh*t!!! No service on board, no food, no drinks - nothing! Stuarts playing some children games during flight, laughing and didn't care about passengers at all.

Queixes: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Queixes: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Queixes: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Queixes: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Avantatges: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.
