Queixes: Entertainment very limited. No adjustable air vents in this aircraft

Queixes: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Avantatges: Due to my religious faith I had booked special meals on Turkish Airlines. ( isegnent - Turkey to Washington DC ). Not only did the crew decline having my food reservation but they forced me to have food totally against my faith. Not sure if he airlines is biased against religions

Avantatges: The pilots gave details of flying conditions and landing conditions. Flight was smooth and on time

Avantatges: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Queixes: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.

Queixes: Sound system,, entertainment system should not be turned off 25min before landing

Queixes: Wine list was poor. Enough of a premium is built into the business class fare to get some decent wines onto the list. Coffee is not so good either.

Queixes: I wanted to upgrade to business class but the process was problematic— had to be done at transfer desk not at gate — after i had been thru security ☹️ Discouraged ne from trying

Queixes: Need to serve better food in economy. There is a little more legroom in economy compared to other airlines, however, the seats are tight. They are not wide enough. Need better movie selection.

Queixes: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup

Avantatges: It was the best flight I’ve ever had. Friendly, polite and very careful crew. It was very pleasant to be on board. Clean, nice climate control, no any smell. The food was tasty and on time, the beverages were widely presented from juices to red and white wine or beer...so The time passed quickly

Queixes: Quite narrow seats and seat pitch in economy, but the price was right. Poor quality seatback screens but a good selection of films and tv

Avantatges: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Queixes: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Queixes: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Avantatges: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.

Queixes: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.

Avantatges: The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights.

Queixes: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Queixes: The seats are hard. More leg room please. Better entertainment with more recent clicks required. Toilet seat needs to stay upright. The eating tables should be straight. Should be able to recline our seats more.

Queixes: They should learn from Emirates or Qatar Airways on how an airline service should be.... never again, sorry Etihad...

Queixes: Must have been an old plane; the seats were a bit worn and the screens are tiny.

Queixes: A crew member fell ill before take off so we had to taxi back to the terminal - and extra 1.5 hours !

Avantatges: There wasn’t much to like. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged.

Queixes: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Avantatges: Crew great.

Queixes: Seats too close together. Armrest on aisle could not be raised making exit almost impossible.

Queixes: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Queixes: The purchase through a third party vendor on Kayak was a disaster. disclosure was not given about class of service purchased and limitations of that class of service. I spent so much on luggage costs and change fees I could have purchased first class. I will never book through Kayak again - will always go straight to the airline for purchase. This was a disaster.

Avantatges: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Queixes: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Avantatges: crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good.

Queixes: wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride.

Avantatges: the staff was very helpful

Queixes: Caboj crew were unfriendly and bordering on being rude. The basic rule of any service is to smile but when you've cabin staff whi look grumpy on a 7h flight that speaks of poor training of cabin staff. Etihad needs to do much better to retain customers on this hot segment.

Avantatges: After we missed our flight, we were provided with terrible customer service.

Queixes: We were told to go to the wrong gate. After we missed our flight, we were charged 880 USD to book for the identical flight the following day. We were taken around in circles inside the airport. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.
