Queixes: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Avantatges: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Queixes: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

Queixes: The screen to manage in-flight entertainment was not very responsive and live tv was cutting out constantly

Avantatges: Another fantastic trip with Turkish Airlines. Everything from their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service, to their fantastic tasting food.

Queixes: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.

Queixes: USB and power outlet were unable to charge my kindle.... what is the purpose of these if they dont work? Fix them please!

Queixes: 2hrs delay. Family members did not sit together.

Avantatges: The service was good

Queixes: At abudhabi there was no sitting available, while waiting for connecting flight, and saw people spitting in the airport lounge, it was unsanitary. Why ethihad donot enforce cleanliness in the lounge.

Avantatges: Nothing

Avantatges: Reasonable comfortable

Queixes: Wider seating would be great

Queixes: Entertainment was not working

Avantatges: Flight was half full, had the whole row to lie down and sleep in economy class, so had a really comfortable flight

Queixes: Crew didn’t manage noisy passengers at business cabin

Queixes: The seats are a little tight and I paid for a bit of a larger seat. Next time I will upgrade for more room.

Avantatges: Entertainment in plan .. airport facilities

Queixes: Staff in chick in only no staff .. staff in plan ignoring most of passengers except the rude passenger to stop fighting

Queixes: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Queixes: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Queixes: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Queixes: I booked and paid for special seats (last row in one of the cabins ) but they changed my seats as they changed the plane!

Queixes: Plane was late taking off, Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Queixes: The cabin lights were left on too long for a red eye. Cramped quarters - but that is true of every airline now. We did receive a blanket and pilllow, which was nice. Did not have dinner so can’t comment. Croissant with cream cheese prior to landing was OK Nice smooth flight.Nice pleasant crew

Queixes: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Queixes: No meals served, and no beverages, unless you are willing to pay inflated prices for garbage. They will give you tap water if you ask, and that's that. I still find this approach despicable and unnecessarily stingy, especially since this is BA, not a lowcost.

Queixes: Luggage Fees out of Croatia despite my One World Status were a big surprise!

Avantatges: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Queixes: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Avantatges: El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa.

Queixes: La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde.

Avantatges: Crew was awesome.

Queixes: Fewer fat peasants with too much hand luggage. Seriously, control the hand luggage before people bring it aboard.

Queixes: It was a very long flight and the leg room is too small especially for a very tall person.

Queixes: The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app

Queixes: It took around 15 minutes for airplane to park and I was very near to loose my second flight, if my second flight had not delayed I would have loose it totally.
