Queixes: A 4 hour delay for an 11 hour plus flight? They could have let us off the plane and if not at least been more pleasant. Flight attendants were rude. Worst airline AND flight I have experienced in my entire life.

Queixes: there was 2 hours of delay and the crew didnt announce anything in english

Avantatges: Food delicious! Flight attendants very attentive, helping with babies and really doing more than I’ve ever seen.

Queixes: This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.

Avantatges: Check in procedure in Los Angeles can’t get any worse

Queixes: If check in crew knows what to do, as simple as that.

Avantatges: Asiana does it all right! Easy check in, great cabin crew and aircraft to tasty food (especially their Korean choices) and service level

Queixes: Nothing.

Avantatges: I really liked the food selection they provided in economy. Also enjoyed how they would time dinner and breakfast depending on our location. Left in the afternoon, had dinner while still in the Korean timezone. Snoozed for 7 or so hours and it was time for breakfast when we reached the pacific time zone. I especially enjoyed their in flight exercises before landing, it really felt great to get some proper circulation after sitting for a few hours.

Queixes: While traveling on the long haul flights, I really liked flying on the Airbus; flight from Los Angeles to Seoul was initially on an Airbus, very modern with better screen and power outlets! My flight from Seoul to Los Angeles was on a Boeing which felt a bit older; entertainment screen was smaller and had a strange viewing angle (you have to adjust the tile until you get a clear view). While not really bad, I could've paid more attention to see if they inform which type of planes are being used during booking.

Queixes: Everything was perfect excellent service by the crew.

Avantatges: Crew were great and very attentive. Very much improved from experience 8 years ago and given the service, comfort and value would definitely repeat.

Avantatges: My flight was canceled but the ground crew was amazing I was really worried but China Eastern's ticket people were very professional! Highly recommend.

Avantatges: The boarding was great! The flight was very comfortable. We had enough blankets and slept through the flight. I have an allergy to soy and the crew was nice enough to provide an alternative that was not on the menu.

Queixes: More food options for those with soy allergy.

Avantatges: the entertainment was okay

Queixes: The seats provide very little space which is especially bad during such a long flight, the food options are really bad and limiting for those who don't eat red meat or don't eat meat at all, this is the only flight i've ever been on where i was asked to take out my headphones during take off and 30mins-1hr before landing, the aircraft itself is incredibly dated and left in disarray often.

Avantatges: The crew

Queixes: Food wasn't great and didn't get the option to pic something not allergy inducing. The chairs were very uncomfortable with no back support or head padding.

Avantatges: This was my first time flying with China Eastern and I was very impressed. The plane was clean and comfortable. The crew was nice and it was overall a great experience. I would fly them again and recommend them to others.

Avantatges: Food was good, on flight entertainment was good, crew was friendly and accommodating. No major complaints! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very impressed

Queixes: The basic economy was snug but I was okay with it. I only wished my seat reclined a bit further but I was up against a back wall so others in further aisles up had much better reclining distance.

Avantatges: Amazing crew Efficient staff

Queixes: Few room for legs No USB charger No individual screen (we couldn't even see the subtitles on the chinese movie)

Avantatges: Very nice plane, crew was fantastic.

Queixes: The only thing is the entertainment since the plane did not have a screen but it was really comfortable flight

Avantatges: We had nice reclining seat, I was able to sleep comfortably.

Queixes: They ran out of some of the food so we had less options. The main dish was ok but the side salad was wilted and did not look fresh.

Avantatges: Seat uncomfortable, filthy restroom, disgusting smell and had not been clean, hand soap no refill, overall bad service.

Queixes: Experienced no issues, overall good experience.

Avantatges: Great flight. I’m typically a Delta flier but China Eastern definitely impressed. I will fly with them again soon.

Avantatges: Food - Free dinners even for economy class. Entertainment - Every seat has a TV that offers multiple languages and tons of blockbuster movies from a variety of genres. They also offer many television shows in multiple languages and genres and video games. Roomy- The seats are as non-roomy as any airplane. However, the flight attendants don't give you any trouble when you want to just get up and walk around and talk to people. It gives the plane a roomy atmosphere. You can go to spacier sections of the plane to hang out.

Avantatges: Great entertainment - The plane offers a ton of blockbuster movies that are recent and from many catagories. They also offer TV from different lands and video games and selection of languages to hear them in. Great food - Even economy passengers get great free food during the trip. For a trip as long as going from Washington DC to BeiJing, they give you two dinners. Roominess - The seats are as cramped as any airline. However, the flight attendants don't give you are trouble when you want to get up and walk around and stay standing and talking with people of a long time. It has two isles so it feels pretty roomy to get up and walk around. Friendly staff- They make american flight staffs look very rude.

Queixes: Leading up to the flight, customer service can only be contacted by email. Don't even try calling. They never pick up and won't get back to you. At least the flight is very good.
