Queixes: Food is “unique” and entertainment options are a bit outdated

Avantatges: Good crews!

Queixes: I’m still at the airport. I haven’t gotten back to my final destination yet. The first flight got delayed and the second one left. Everything got messed up.

Avantatges: Professionalism of the crew.

Queixes: My partner and I could not understand much of what flight attendants said in English due to their accent. Mediocre food. When the person in front came back, his seat leaned back and hit my laptop. I felt ignored once when a flight attendant appeared to have asked in Chinese if I need any drink.

Avantatges: Crew member helped me get extra space for injured leg by having a passenger next to me find a new seat.

Queixes: Food

Avantatges: Comfortable and great online movies and TV.

Queixes: Staff was not very helpful!

Queixes: Allow the passenger to watch the video and listen the audio as long as the entertainment system is on. I was asked to take the ear piece out before landing so I couldn’t hear the audio of the end of the movie.

Avantatges: Flight was delayed, but well handled.

Avantatges: Crew is nice and helpful.

Queixes: Seats are distinctly too small in both directions.

Avantatges: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Queixes: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Queixes: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Avantatges: Excellent crew, good food & movie selection.

Avantatges: Great crew.

Queixes: Ran out of business class meal. Substituted a Econ class.

Queixes: Seats were so close together that when the person in front of me leaned back, my personal screen was inches from my face. Then when it was time to get the seats back up - none moved - they all had to be pulled up by many people.

Avantatges: Clean, modern planes, on time, good service amd team.

Queixes: If they bump me up to First or Business class.... :p

Queixes: Internet connection at airport and lounge is not good

Avantatges: Yes very

Queixes: Nothing

Avantatges: Nothing it was awful

Queixes: Everything they are racist.

Avantatges: Air China Staff in Malpensa Milan are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Can’t emphasise this enough

Avantatges: Overall good flight

Queixes: First flight was delayed which resulted in the missed connection, overnight stay in Beijing and lost time in our final destination

Queixes: Food is horrible, entertainment need improvement

Queixes: Drinks and meals were delivered at reasonable intervals and the food was good.

Avantatges: On time! Great service.

Queixes: Only slight disappointment is they couldn’t arrange a limo because I was outside the two day window. They did have a limo waiting for me in the way back, when I didn’t need one!

Avantatges: Crew was friendly and helpful.

Queixes: Seats are definitely too small in both directions.

Avantatges: Ease of boarding.

Queixes: Delayed an hour without a notification of how long.

Avantatges: At checkin I had a problem with trying to get my luggage checked to the place it needed to go. The 'rules' did not allow for what I needed. The girl worked for literally one hour so that I didn't then need to go through customs/immig twice in hong kong. Service onboard could not have been better.

Queixes: not anything. was a great experience.

Avantatges: Seats were ok, and movie selection was ok too.

Queixes: Please, offer decent food - most of the stuff we tried was not edible!

Queixes: Better food

Queixes: My 2 checked suitcases had tsa locks, both of which were taken off and not returned and I have a couple items missing. Not much you can do about it but very frustrating.

Avantatges: Friendly crew, fast flight, plenty of overhead storage

Queixes: Better entertainment

Queixes: The food is horrible. Bring your own sandwiches. The flight attendants are very nice, but inexperienced. Our flight had to wait for the fate to clear and passengers got up and started taking their bags down while on an active taxi way. They were walking around while the plane was moving.

Avantatges: Food, service (at lounge, gate, and onboard, especially onboard), clean and comfortable flight. I slept for six of seven hours on one leg and twelve of thirteen in the next!

Queixes: I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight.

Avantatges: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Queixes: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Avantatges: The crew was pleasant

Queixes: Baggage checkin & flight boarding was slow & disorganized.

Avantatges: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Queixes: The flight was excellent and the service was impeccable. The attention that they gave all the passengers including myself was excellent. Would Recomend to take Qatar from Bombay to Miami

Queixes: Toilets needs air freshener as so many passengers use them.

Avantatges: The crew was amazing

Queixes: it would be better if the flight departure on the scheduled time

Avantatges: Crew was very helpful and friendly. Seats are a little bit too small with a little bit not enough room side to side and front to back.

Queixes: Seat size would be my only complaint.

Avantatges: Crew was amazing! Slept much of the flight after lunch. Punctual!

Avantatges: Actually had enough leg room; boarding and flight were well-managed and we arrived an hour ahead of schedule.

Queixes: Food was palatable though not enjoyable.

Queixes: Busted infotainment screen. A perfunctory apology was offered after the flight had landed. None of the crew had any level of proficiency in English and shied from interacting with non-Chinese passengers. And finally, 10-abreast seating on the Boeing 777 is a nightmare.
