Avantatges: Not even a bump ...seriously an amazing plane and pilot!

Queixes: The afternoon snack was disgusting ....(not just my exclusive opinion)

Avantatges: Great staff , amazing dinner, and the entertainment screen size was best

Queixes: Seats could be a little bigger

Avantatges: The crew is very nice.

Queixes: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Avantatges: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Queixes: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Queixes: They charge 15 euros per boarding pass print out . I had to pay 75 euros for 5 pieces of printed paper.their website was down we couldn't register online . They are very strict about weight. Will bot forgive you extra 100grams. Money hungry airline.Charges money for everything

Avantatges: boarding and flight was on time, no delay at all

Queixes: everything else, nicer crew, newer aircraft with comfort seats, entertainment, more free food and drinks and not only water and some poor sandwich. making problems of every small bag even when the bags are from the duty-free in the airport people had to pay extra for the bag size

Queixes: It’s stupid Airlines. He give me brooding pass and make security check everything at final he didn’t make me fly to London because they sey u need transit visa. Why not they inform early so I can get online visa. And airlines don’t help anything finally i buy new tkt by myself .....

Avantatges: No different than other airlines as far as airplane goes. Crew was OK.

Queixes: Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it.

Queixes: We were really afraid from istanbul to beirut.

Avantatges: Seats were comfortable, crew courteous

Queixes: You should look for a proper bread,better sandwich and a healthier desert.

Queixes: Boarding via bus.

Avantatges: The plane was fairly new and, for such a short route, quite big (but I guess that was just due to the increased number of passengers, as almost all of the 180 seats were booked)

Queixes: Almost 3.5h delay, no reason given, a mere croissant offered during waiting time, no transparency about additional delays (it was just 2.5h, initially). Also, despite the aircraft being newer than most Tarom planes, it was cramped, with very little leg room, very cheap trays and no storage space on the back of the seats in front. No warm beverages (no coffee, no tea!!). Will seek compensation for the delay.

Queixes: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Avantatges: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Queixes: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Avantatges: Usual faultless KLM experience

Queixes: Nothing.

Queixes: The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem.

Queixes: Flight was delayed over 8 hours in leaving Kiev. The plane was old and the business class was not as pictured when booking. I'll never fly with Ukraine ever again

Queixes: They charged me double for a carry on suitcase and threatened me as I was boarding with calling security because I was arguing with them that I'd already paid for luggage...

Queixes: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.

Avantatges: Nothing. The flight was delayed and I missed my connection

Avantatges: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic

Queixes: A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better.

Queixes: I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min .

Queixes: Flight was delayed 5 hours very unfriendly crew and no one gave information out. Cold and uncaring best describes everybody involved.

Queixes: The seats are non-comfortable; no complimentary water; the company requires 15 Euro for a hand luggage and for each duty-free bag even though we bought economy tickets which include 2 piece of hand baggage and duty-free. They claims that our tickets are "economy-light" (it was not written anywhere).

Queixes: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Avantatges: Smooth flight for the most part.

Queixes: Better food choices. Better communication and better boarding procedures by rows or groups.

Queixes: The Bucharest Airport is like an overcrowded cattle barn with 10,00 cows. It was a wild zoo. No real lines - just push your way in. The baggage drop was like a comedy skit - it you use this airport be prepared for chaos, not many signs and procedures that were old in 1890.

Queixes: Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger.

Queixes: Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem.

Queixes: I paid for a carry on bag. Then at the airport in Kiev they charged me again (67 Euro) because I also had a small purse. This is a scam. Everyone should avoid flying Ukraine Airlines as long as they have this policy to cheat customers.

I should have  0ne 7kg km and one 5kg Its 7 kg and same weight in your instruction and I traveled  3 trip with the same bag with your Airline  *(canada to Kiev  . Kiev to Cyprus  . Cyprus to kiev ) No one charged  me or give me any complain  Is that new way to get money  from your costumers???? And that's in the gate after I checked in and

Queixes: However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken.

Queixes: Seats are impossibly close. Men's knees hit the back of the seat in front of them. Sardines accurately describes seating on this airline. No, and I mean No, room to move.

Queixes: Cancelaron el vuelo 15 minutos antes de embarcar. 2 horas para rebooking. 2 horas para que enviaran un autobus para llevarnos a un hotel. 2 horas esperando en el bus. Decidí quedarme en el aerpuerto esperando el nuevo vielo ( 6 HORAS). NUNCA MAS CON TURKISH AIRLINES

Avantatges: After we missed our flight, we were provided with terrible customer service.

Queixes: We were told to go to the wrong gate. After we missed our flight, we were charged 880 USD to book for the identical flight the following day. We were taken around in circles inside the airport. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.
