Queixes: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Avantatges: I could not travel to Miami due to Iberia did not assigned the seat with my children.

Queixes: The lack of education and polite of the Stewart is a minus on that airline

Avantatges: Premium economy is a great way to travel

Queixes: Flight was a mutually on Iberia from Madrid to a Miami. All I can say is that MAD is a HOT MESS!!

Avantatges: Our flight attendant was awesome. Very friendly and attentive.

Queixes: The cabin temperature was cold and the flight was delayed by over an hour.

Queixes: for sure the seats, the screens and the bathrooms. the plane was soooo old!

Avantatges: Amazing crew helped us check in our luggage at a reduced rate.

Queixes: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Avantatges: El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa.

Queixes: La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde.

Avantatges: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Avantatges: The crew was very nice. The seats uncomfortable.

Queixes: If I can avoid flying American I will... on my way to Rome, 4 hours delay due to technical issues. Same plane on our way back, 2 hours delay due to technical issues. I did not feel safe knowing that plane has so many technical issues. Had to wait almost an hour on the plane to get to our gate.

Avantatges: The crew was very friendly! The seat was great!

Avantatges: Other legs of flight were worse.

Queixes: With the red eye flight, there were limited food options. Probably what happens normally, but it was a third leg of a journey for us an we were hungry!

Queixes: Nicer crew.

Avantatges: Crew was friendly, plane clean

Queixes: Boarding process was very slow. Paid for a sea in advance. I was assigned a seat in row 7, put in group 3. No overhead space for my small carryon.

Queixes: First class bathroom could have been cleaner and wider - very narrow, hard to maneuver

Queixes: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not.

Avantatges: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Avantatges: All went right namely the seats but the luggage condition is the worst

Queixes: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Avantatges: Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay.

Queixes: Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state.

Avantatges: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Queixes: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Avantatges: The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta.

Queixes: Snack was packaged bread stick bits. No flavor. Must take of headsets for take off and landing.

Avantatges: Food was good, lots of great movies to watch during such long flight.

Queixes: Check-in process and seat selection is misguiding and confusing. Boarding was slow and takeoff took place an hour later than scheduled.

Avantatges: Cabin crews are kindley attended.
