Queixes: La tripulación parece tener algunos problemas entre ellos y se reflejó en el servicio que ofreció a los pasajeros. Algunos de ellos eran groseros.

Queixes: Get what you get with discount airline, but booking, travel, arrival went without a glitch

Queixes: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Avantatges: Timely departure and quick boarding.

Queixes: Seats were not comfortable and staff was not exactly tentative.

Avantatges: Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline.

Queixes: Keep scheduled flight times.

Avantatges: Puntualidad

Queixes: Flight arrived late, didn’t land at the specified time. Loss the connection.

Queixes: That they would not cancel the flight two days prior

Avantatges: Early departure and early arrival. Everyone was very friendly.

Queixes: We had to wait for staff to come and check in baggage.

Queixes: I paid $68 to pick up seats on airplane, but they didn't give us the right seat numbers that we wanted

Avantatges: Amy was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! One of the best flight attendants l have ever met.

Avantatges: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.

Queixes: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.

Avantatges: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Queixes: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Avantatges: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Queixes: Barcelona airport was a mess. They lost my bag with half of the plane bags and they didn’t even update the bag status online or call me when it arrived

Avantatges: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member

Queixes: 1 hour delay leaving from Berlin plus 1 hour wait for the luggage in Barcelona

Queixes: The crew were more concerned with having their lunch than taking care of customers

Queixes: There was a delay which was communicated, inflight entertainment could have been better

Avantatges: The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did.

Queixes: The English announcements by the cabin crew (not the pre-recorded announcements) were difficult to understand at times due to the accent.

Queixes: Lost luggage. Took one hour waiting for my luggage in vain, and file the report of missing luggage.

Avantatges: On my way back I asked for water as the cabin was hot .. and I was told to go back to my seat and buckle up.

Queixes: That they would have turned down the temperature and immediately provided water.

Avantatges: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.

Queixes: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Queixes: Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position.

Queixes: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.
