Unpleasant Car Rental Experience!
Desavantatges: I booked this car through Kayak - the reservation was, I understood, to include all expenses. When I picked up the car, however, the local Enterprise representative charged me an extra "drop-off' fee. Also, the car rental location at the drop-off location wasn't open when we dropped the car off (at 4:00 in the afternoon) as it should have been. I don't know who misrepresented the fees, Kayak or Enterprise.

Desavantatges: The address was the wrong location. So we took a taxi to the middle of nowhere and waited around until fortunately someone had a number for someone at enterprise. The rep then came and picked us up and brought us back to Hotel Šlisko where he thought we were supposed to be. The numbers listed in the email didn't work either.
