worst staff and hotel we have ever visited

This hotel is no where near the Arc de Triomphe in Parissien distance. The name is misleading. It's a 30 min walk so we recommend you take the Metro. The Metro requires a transfer.

The standard of this hotel is below par. Forget the pictures that you see on the Internet. Just know that whatever you see its 5x worse. Let me tell you a little bit about our story. When we walked into the room, our hear sank a little because we did not except such an ugly room. There were God who knows stains on the walls in strange places. The walls were cracked. The curtains were dusty. The floor was disgusting. The slippers that they give you to wear in their hotel is required. We checked for bed bugs before we got relaxed. Since they did not have bed bugs we decided we had no choice but to stay since our rooms were already prepayed through Kayak and we were so tired at arrival. There was so much corrosion in the walls that we realized the next day there was a water leak coming from the upstairs room into ours. SIDE NOTE: THE WATER THAT COMES FROM THE TUB IS YELLOW After we informed staff our dilemma that rude man moved us into a smaller room . And he said he moved us into a smaller room because it was not his fault. It was the leaking pipes fault but not his. We could not believe the horrible rudeness and arrogance coming from the man. Did they really hire him??
