Avantatges: El personal muy atento, pudimos hacer el chek-in al llegar al hotel a las 10 de la mañana, el desayuno excepcional, todo excelente.

Avantatges: Está ubicado a unos pasos de la actividad nocturna en Amsterdam y muy cerca de la zona para realizar compras de locura.

Desavantatges: Nada, todo es perfecto aquí.

Avantatges: Excelente desayuno, muy buena atención. Todo el personal super amable, hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el trato de la gente que trabaja en el hotel. Gente amable, cordial, educada, profesional. Me gustó mucho y me llevo un grato recuerdo de Amsterdam. Quedo muy agradecido con el trato especial y las atenciones que le dieron a mi hija y yerno que llevaron una bebé. Trataron a la niña como reina.

Desavantatges: Lo que no le gustó a las mujeres de la familia es que los cuartos no tienen ningún cajón.

Avantatges: The location is amazing and the staff are very helpful this hotel is my new favorite spot for a romantic getaway and short vacation as the room are very spacious and clean and the service is superb

Desavantatges: The service was rubbish. Rude hotel staff at the reception. The feeling is like you owe them money. Called for the bell boy to bring our luggages down twice and no one came in half hour even when the operator said the person will arrive in 5 mins. And after coming from Nh collection in Italy ( Milano, Firenze, fiori imeperali) and having the best time in those hotels, this nh hotel in Amsterdam is miles away from them.

Avantatges: El desayuno muy bueno aunque un día (13/02) fue en un espacio y al día siguiente (14/02) en otro. El espacio del primero día era muy desordenado con respecto a la ubicación de los mostradores para servirse.

Desavantatges: Las habitaciones MUY MAL iluminadas. No había un mueble para colocar y deshacer la maleta. Mi maleta era más grande que el espacio que había en el closet donde se podría haber guardado. En el baño no había espacio para dejar el neceser ni un gancho para colgar ropa o toalla. La relación calidad- precio mala. MUY CARO PARA LO OFRECIDO.

Avantatges: Ubicación perfecta

Avantatges: Hotel was very central to everything, the furthest we walked was 20 minutes to get to the A’Dam Lookout which we had to get a ferry to. Hotel is amazing, so pretty and clean and the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast was lovely, wide selection including English food too! We stayed for 4 nights and managed to squeeze everything in. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Desavantatges: Slight mix up in the rooms...we didn’t realise there was a UEFA conference on at the same time as our stay so we were put in an apartment rather than the room we paid for since the hotel had overbooked rooms. However, staff were very good with us and gave us breakfast every day for free and also upgraded us to a lovely room on the Wednesday once the conference was over. Just a mild inconvenience to have to move rooms during the week!!

Desavantatges: -El día que nos marchamos un muchacho vino temprano para ver si nos fuimos y siguió haciéndolo cada dos horas o así. Una vez que nos fuimos nos habíamos olvidado una bolsa y volvimos para ver qué estaba revisando la bolsa y estaba asustado cuando nos vio. Tomamos nuestras cosas y nos fuimos. Después nos enteramos de robó 30 euro de la bolsa. No es una gran cantidad, pero aún así sean precavidos. Esto es cierto en todos lados. Nunca confíes en dejar dinero en ninguna parte.

Avantatges: Realmente me gustó el personal, siempre servicial en todas las preguntas que teníamos. La habitación era muy moderna.

Desavantatges: Me deje la plancha la salir de la habitación a las dos horas cuando me di cuenta y volví a por ella, Nadie sabía nada de mi plancha... El personal paso de mí y ni se molestó en poderse comunica conmigo.

Avantatges: Hotel moderno, bien situado, limpio, el personal muy agradable, servicio de alquiler de bici en el mismo hotel, a buen precio, habitación amplia, y cama muy cómoda

Avantatges: Quiet room, AMAZING view. Nice hotel, cool bar on the 17th floor, amazing location. Nice comfortable bed.

Desavantatges: Shower water sprayed over to the shower floor which made drying your feet difficult.

Desavantatges: The staff was nice but some of them pretty incompetent. Pricey garage Water was always oscillating with an amplitude of 3 °C Sauna was out of order. The staff told me the hours after asking. When my card didn't work on the sauna door, they told me, I had to switch my card. Then, when I was at the reception dressed in a towel, they told me the sauna was broken...

Avantatges: Good hotel for the price Nothing exceptional but no problems either

Desavantatges: If you’re a smoker there is no shelter and due to the location it can get really windy so either don’t smoke or be prepared to stand out in the wet and cold !!

Avantatges: Fácil comunicación al centro ciudad, habitación muy cómoda y confortable.

Desavantatges: No todo el personal era lo amable y accesible que debería.

Avantatges: Hotel muy limpio. Personal amable.

Desavantatges: El colchón era más fino que un papelillo de fumar. La habitación era un poco fría.

Avantatges: good modern hotel, nice view from high floors

Desavantatges: I've booked queen room: big bed wil one bed and matress, and that was important for me. Instead of that I was provided with twin room (separate beds with separate matresses), and staff didn't notified me about it during check-in. On the next day after I raised that issue on reception staff fixed that and I got queen room, but still this situation seems to me not cool.

Avantatges: Me gustó que había mucho personal trabajando y muy amables. Situado a 15 minutos en tranvía al centro y equidistante hacia el barrio de los museos. Sala de desayunos agradable, aunque le falta dulce.

Desavantatges: No me gustó que el transfer desde el aeropuerto no se pueda reservar y te quedas fuera ya que no hay orden de llegada, el más espabilado entra y te toca esperar otros 40 minutos sin saber si se te colarán de nuevo. De vuelta como es de pago no hay problema. Tampoco me gustó la temperatura de la habitación, no regulable y baja para mi gusto.

Avantatges: Muy buen trato del personal y el desayuno bastante completo y todo muy rico. Justo en la parada de tranvía que lleva al centro de la cuidad

Avantatges: El tranvía queda justo enfrente del hotel. Muy práctico para ir a la estación de tren. También había una tienda cerca.

Avantatges: El personal es estupendo, una no era tan amable, pero ¡hey! És Amsterdam! El resto lo compensó. Muy limpio. Muy moderno. Muy cómodo. El transporte hacia el centro de la ciudad no estaba nada mal con el autobús y estación de tranvía cerca y una estación de tren principal está a 12 minutos a pie. Pagar por el desayuno, un poco caro, pero vale la pena.

Desavantatges: Todo era genial, tengo pensado volver y lo recomiendo a todos mis amigos y familia.

Avantatges: Ubicación es impresionante, a 20 minutos de la parte antigua de la ciudad con el tranvía, la estación de tranvía está a pocos pasos del hotel, si vuelves tarde después de la 1:00 de la noche, hay un autobús conectado. El desayuno es bueno, 15 euros es barato en Amsterdam.

Desavantatges: En realidad no

Avantatges: El precio (mucho menor que el de hoteles en el centro de la ciudad) y está incluido desayuno gratuito y Wi-Fi y había gente simpática y servicial que hablaba inglés.

Desavantatges: No nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos que coger un tranvía para la parte del centro de la ciudad de Amsterdam, donde todo estaba situado. Si llegas con maletas desde la estación de tren, sal por la puerta trasera de la estación central y luego baja y busca el tranvía 12 para llegar al hotel (2 paradas). Si no, está a 10 minutos a pie, pero un poco difícil de encontrar al principio. Para ir al aeropuerto, tuvimos que coger el tranvía 12 hasta la estación central y luego el tren 1 hasta la parada del aeropuerto. Para ir a la zona de Amsterdam donde la mayoría de los museos, tuvimos que coger el tranvía 12 (cerca del hotel y cuenta con frecuencia) y luego cambiar al tranvía 6. Ya que estábamos allí por sólo 2 días preferiría sólo un paso de nuestro hotel y estar a poca distancia andando sin transporte público. El hotel está básicamente en los suburbios. (Unos 15 minutos o así de la ciudad) La única opción para la cena es su $29 buffet. Hay un restaurante a 5 minutos, la cafetería Pistau es excelente).

Avantatges: El personal era muy amable y servicial y teníamos un tranvía a 5 minutos del hotel que te lleva al centro de Amsterdam se puede comprar pases por el día en el hotel. El bar de desayuno era bueno, pero no es barato lo mismo para la cena. Comimos en pequeños cafés mientras visitábamos Amsterdam es mucho más barato de esa forma.

Desavantatges: No había toallas de limpieza en los baños, no los utilizan en Ámsterdam, así que traiga su propias toallas. Parking costaba 15 euros por día, a menos que puedas encontrar un lugar fuera.

Avantatges: Breakfast was good value for money and always very tasty

Desavantatges: My room wasn’t cleaned due a technical issue. It took another 24hrs to be resolved . When I spoke to management about why my room hadn’t been cleaned and why it had taken another 24hours. She questioned why I needed to room to be cleaned. Poor service and no accountability. Also the headboard decor was ripped and shabby, poor cleaning which resulted in my buying cleaning products to wipe down surfaces.

Avantatges: Amazing staff, structure, location. Everything.

Desavantatges: Nothing. It was perfect.

Avantatges: I like that there is a tramstop outside, close to the train station and not too far from the city centre

Desavantatges: I didn’t like the lighting is poor and also the room gets cold easily.

Avantatges: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds and towels were always clean as well as the carpet. The beds are extremely comfy, the air conditioning system is great as well as the buttons that tell the hotel to not disturb you or clean your room. Good amount of shampoo ect, good coffee/tea machine, ironing board, safe, hair dryer, all and all very nice to stay in especially for the price.

Desavantatges: Only note for improvement would be cleaning the tables properly each day.

Avantatges: The comfort and location

Avantatges: Ubicación excelente a 10 minutos del tren a la estación central, el hotel está ubicado en un sector muy tranquilo lo que permite descansar sin problemas en la noche . Está a un paso del centro de Amsterdam lo que permite en forma económica llegar en tren y recorrer los hermosos lugares .

Desavantatges: El desayuno y estacionamiento debiesen ser un poco mas barato, lo que seguramente haría que los dìas de hospedaje fueran mas prolongados .

Avantatges: Room was good hotel decor smart. Convenient car park and access to travel for ferry in Ijmuiden and tram to town centre

Avantatges: Todo perfecto.

Avantatges: Todo en general, ubicación, comunicación, puedes dejar las maletas el dia que sales para aprovechar lo que te quede de tiempo en la ciudad.

Desavantatges: El precio del desayuno.

Avantatges: Ambos cerca del aeropuerto y de la ciudad. Justo al lado de la gasolinera (si no quieres "comida de hotel" y precios) y están dispuestos a tener ambos sándwiches, en vez de "comidas". Ten en cuenta que los sándwiches calientes ya no están a primera hora de la tarde (alrededor de las 14:00).

Avantatges: El desayuno era agradable, cómodo, el precio era correcto.

Desavantatges: Un poco alejado de las multitudes. Se tomó un esfuerzo para coger el autobús al centro de Ámsterdam.

Avantatges: Excelente ubicación para ir al aeropuerto y un bus que te acerca al centro de la ciudad. Personal amable e informativo. Buena comida

Avantatges: Buena ubicación, cerca de la parada de autobús, la habitación y el vestíbulo estaban limpios y eran agradables.

Desavantatges: Sobre todo problemas de temperatura con el agua en la ducha, opciones de restaurante limitadas y demasiado caras.

Avantatges: El desayuno muy variado y la atención al cliente, muy buena.

Desavantatges: La entrada al hotel para el que viene en bus es un poco confusa, deberían mejorar ese aspecto. Pero por todo lo demás es fantástico.

Avantatges: We liked everything about this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety.

Avantatges: Comfortable bed and clean room.

Desavantatges: Expensive all together.

Avantatges: I know Mercure hotels from the past. So, I liked the name. They keep the bathroom as supposed, towels as expected and extra soap, shower soap and shampoo conditioner. Fresh orange juice pressed while you're there!

Desavantatges: The breakfast wasn't exceptional. The cleanliness of the room (dust under the bed) wasn't exceptional. The key card and parking card didn't work one day. No coffee machine nor Nespresso for a 4-star hotel...

Avantatges: Cleaning and comfort

Avantatges: The bed was super comfortable and the restaurant made delicious food for lunch and dinner.

Desavantatges: The service was very average, we would be standing at the bar waiting for service for coffee and staff members would walk in.. make their own coffees and walk off without acknowledgement. On the weekends when we would have liked to go to the hotel restaurant it wasn’t open for full service and only burgers. The floors were not vacuumed very regularly and the room was missing a lot of standard hotel items such as an ironing board and iron, simple things like a razor, showering cap etc. We were also extremely frustrated to learn that although our booking said “all fee inclusive” we were expected to pay additional tourist tax and service fees upon arrival.

Desavantatges: The location is very misleading and with the GVB transport card valid for the train, tram and bus it takes an hour to get to city centre. They also have a vending machine in the hotel selling drinks but we were not allowed to take that drink into the hotel restaurant?! Overall the room was nice the food average but the location is horrible unless you have a car or can afford to uber/taxi or don’t mind travelling almost an hour to get to dam square on public transport.

Avantatges: El personal molt amable, resolutiu, eficaç. Les instal.lacions netes i la zona per estar de l'hotel acollidora.

Desavantatges: Hi han molt pocs plats per escollir a la carta per menjar, i el que vam demanar que se suposa que era un primer plat, era com una tapa però igual de cara que un plat. La màquina expenedora per comprar menjar (ja que allà a prop no hi ha res) estava qüasi buida. Si et vols allotjar al costat de laeroport està bé, però massa complicat i lluny per anar a la ciutat.

Avantatges: Las habitaciones no eran grandes, pero eran de buen tamaño para un hotel en un edificio antiguo. El desayuno era bueno. Disfrutamos de la opción de tener huevos fritos o tortillas cocinadas a la orden. El registro fue rápido y todo el personal era amable y servicial. Este hotel se encuentra en el distrito de los museos, a 30 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y del puerto.

Desavantatges: El ascensor estaba roto, la habitación era pequeña, la ducha era incómoda, el agua caliente se rompió, la puerta del baño era una puerta de la ducha

Avantatges: La ubicación del hotel solamente

Desavantatges: El personal te habla como si fueras estúpido, especialmente el tipo que trabaja como conserje. El cuarto de baño era extremadamente pequeño, con paredes sucias y pantalla negra en el revestimiento de la pared. Las habitaciones no se parecían nada a las fotos.

Avantatges: Muy bien situado, la habitación estaba limpia, cómoda El conserje era muy servicial Buena conexión WiFi :)

Avantatges: Sólo el hecho de que había wi-fi gratuito

Desavantatges: Habitación pequeña, apenas 6*8.. La televisión era mala, la bañera era la más pequeña que he visto, no sabía que la hacía tan pequeña... La habitación tenía olor, el servicio de limpieza no cambiaba las sábanas ni limpiaba el suelo, sólo ponían toallas nuevas.

Avantatges: Location was perfect. It was quiet on the canal (the road was blocked off due to construction which helped with the quietness), but it was also approximately 2 blocks from nightlife.

Avantatges: Great concierge! Excellent location.

Desavantatges: Housekeeping was different every day and came at different times. Most did not do much more than empty cans, one turned on the dishwasher for two glasses. The refrigerator did not stay cold.

Desavantatges: El hotel está a una buena distancia del centro de la ciudad. Creo que ponía ~ a 30 minutos a pie, pero era más como ~50 minutos. El uso de transporte público, Ubers o taxis es necesario.

Avantatges: La amabilidad del personal.

Desavantatges: Flexibilidad del personal. Los estándares en general no cumplen con Okura Tokyo.

Desavantatges: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, comfortable room and great facilities.

Desavantatges: Elevators didn’t work. We had to walk by foot!!!

Avantatges: The bed was really comfy. The view from the room was nice, and from the hotel you immediately walk into a very nice neighborhood with lots of stuff to do. The service was good and staff were attentive. Facilities, especially the pool were really good.

Desavantatges: On one morning there was a big group of children in the swimming pool that kind of ruined the nice relaxing experience. Two elevators were out of service during my stay because they were under maintenance. During the week this wasn’t a problem, but when it got more busy with guests in the weekend it resulted in really long waiting times.

Desavantatges: I’ve stayed in various top hotels in Amsterdam and had high expectations of this one, unfortunately it turned out to be my least favorite. Out of 4 elevators only 1 was working, which meant queues and having to travel all the way up when you were going down. The stairs were all concrete and seemed more like emergency exits than a regular stair case. Rooms were comfortable and clean although noisy and had a foul smell coming from the shower. Room service was disappointing with most dishes served cold. The spa was fine, although the ladies sauna was out of order so we had to share with the men although swimsuits were not allowed.

Desavantatges: The room had a huge stain on the carpet, and the staff made us wait a few hours before check in. its a great hotel but for a 5 star hotel and for what they charge it did not meet expectation

Avantatges: Fantástica ubicación con un personal amable.

Avantatges: Buena ubicación. Nuestra habitación tenía una cocina americana, que era básicamente sólo una nevera y algunos armarios de almacenamiento, y una estufa. (pero no hay utensilios de cocina).

Desavantatges: Nuestra habitación daba al vestíbulo, al bar del hotel y al restaurante, así que oímos todo lo que pasó en el vestíbulo. El hotel afirma tener aire acondicionado, pero lo habían apagado durante el año, aunque hacía un calor desagradable cuando estuvimos allí en octubre. Podemos vivir sin aire acondicionado, pero las ventanas no se abren. El personal no estaba dispuesto a cambiarnos a una habitación diferente cuando lo pedimos. No me volvería a alojar allí, y no lo recomendaría.

Avantatges: En general, tuvimos una estancia agradable, debido a un corto aviso de viaje, pagamos 250 dólares por noche, aunque es demasiado para este hotel. La ubicación era muy conveniente, a pie de la mayoría de las atracciones turísticas y restaurantes turísticos. La ropa de cama estaba limpia. Debido al olor a orina en el baño, el hotel nos dio vales para el desayuno.

Desavantatges: Este hotel tiene 4 estrellas, en el mejor de los casos es 3 estrellas. El interior en sí está pasado de moda, se puede decir que han intentado mejorarlo con jadeo y limpieza de las alfombras. Es obvio que un modelo es para alcanzar el nivel de 4 estrellas. Creo que la mayoría de los hoteles europeos apagan la capacidad de manejar el aire acondicionado en el invierno. Con las ventanas cerradas la habitación se volvió bastante mal cargada, dormimos con la ventana abierta en el 6th piso con tapones para los oídos desde que la fiesta se encendió hasta las 4am. El baño tenía un constante olor a urin incluso después de que la señora de la limpieza limpiara con lejía y nos dejara un ambientador. El mantenimiento reemplazó la trampa del lavabo, pero aún así olía. Mi esposa llamó a la recepción para una pregunta sencilla y el empleado de la recepción por el nombre de Alessio (hombre con barba) fue grosero y condescendiente.

Avantatges: Amazing hotel! It was the perfect location! My friend and I litterally walked everywhere from here. The hotel room was a good size for the both of us. The shower was a steam shower and it was amazing. The lighting in the room was also cool- it had a switch where you could turn off all the lights in the room from your bed- such a cool idea!

Hotel cerca de parada de metro, a 3-4 paradas del centro de Ámsterdam. Con un supermercado enfrente. La habitación espaciosa y con todo necesario. Muy contentos con la elección.

Desavantatges: Está en proceso de pequeña renovación de instalaciones, pero no me puedo quejar, salvo no disponer de un minibar para mantener comida fría

Avantatges: Buen ambiente. Restaurante bar con buena música y muy agradable. Instalaciones bien. Muy bien comunicado. Lo recomiendo. Lo mejor el personal. Atento. Simpático y muy eficiente.

Avantatges: Divino el lugar, las instalaciones ñ, en personal, es todo divino. Aunque es un poco alejado del centro, hay a unos 800 más un tren y bus para ir al centro. Genial todo!!

Avantatges: The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly the cleanliness of the hotel was 5* and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in for a hotel...also the hotel was kind enough to supply a gift voucher for my partner and I as we were there to celebrate her 30th a very nice personable touch

Desavantatges: It was a little far out however a short walk to transport to take you right to the city and to the airport when needed

Avantatges: It was nice and modern, not far from the airport and close to tram stop to take you into town. Had nice facilities and was clean.

Desavantatges: It was quite far from the centre. It took about half an hour to get into town but travelling on the tram was pretty straight forward and cheap, so wasn’t a huge issue.

Avantatges: El personal amable, el estilo del hotel, las habitaciones y la limpieza.

Desavantatges: No hay demasiados sitios para comer externos cerca del hotel aun así, está muy bien comunicado por bus o metro con el centro.

Avantatges: Las instalaciones son fantásticas. Y la calefacción en el suelo del baño es lo mejor

Desavantatges: El hotel no está en el centro, y la parada de tranvía está a 10 minutos andando. Pero el hotel es increíble

Avantatges: Nice, calm atmosphere. Good set of freeweight dumbells in the gym. Friendly restaurant staff.

Desavantatges: The bathroom door didn't close, it just hangs, no closing latch/handle system, so not so nice for privacy. No swimming pool or sauna/spa facilities.

Avantatges: Public transport is frequent and it only takes about 20 minutes (not including the 10 minute walk to the station) to get to the city center, so despite it being in a relatively quiet area it's not a problem to go anywhere you'd like. Hotel itself is very nice and the staff are super helpful.

Avantatges: I Liked the room as it was nice and clean

Desavantatges: The gym said it was a very good gym, which was actually why i picked the hotel, the gym included 1 treadmill, 1 rowing machine, and a few free weights. The location wasnt great either although its close from the airport.

Desavantatges: El servicio de habitación, no repusieron papel higiénico ni gel para la ducha. Tuvimos que llamar dos veces para que subieran el papel. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Avantatges: Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Cena para niños gratis si le acompañan adultos. Bien comunicado en tren (aeropuerto en 9 minutos), tranvía (num 4 para llagar al centro) y metro (desde Amsterdam Rai). Estación a escasos 2/3 minutos. Buen desayuno, tipo buffet, aunque escaso de variedad si estás varios días.Tablet con juegos en el ascensor. Futbolín en planta baja. Personal muy competente. Posibilidad de sacar los billetes de transporte público al mismo precio que en la calle.

Desavantatges: Por poner algo, armarios pequeños y almohadones grandes para dormir (esto va a gustos)

Avantatges: Todo fue genial, el hotel es super limpio y cuenta con todas las cosas que se necesitan para una esetadia placentera. Me gusto mucho el sistema de etretenimiento de las habitaciones y tambien que la habitacion siempre estaba iluminada.

Desavantatges: NO es que no me haya gustado por que me gusto andar mucho por metro en Amsterdam pero la hubicacion del hotel esta un poco retirada del centro pero esta a 5 minutos caminando de la estacion de metro Henk Sneevlietweg.

Avantatges: L'hotel es nou i relació qualitat preu bona, encara que només entra en el preu el dormir. La resta tot es paga a part. Per entrar a la piscina o Spa 15€. Esmorçar 15€. Llit supletori 35€.

Desavantatges: Erem dos families (total 8 persones) 4 adults, 3 nenes i un nen. Li vam demanar a la recepcionista la possibilitat de que una de les 4 habitacions dobles que haviem llogat tingués un llit de matrimoni per poder dormir juntes les 3 nenes i ens va dir que no en tenia cap. Per contra ens van oferir un plegatin que es desmuntava amb un matalás de 10 cm d'alçada. El Hotel es troba en un lloc isolat, no hi ha rés al voltant i per tant et veus obligat a esmorçar i sopar en el seu restaurant, amb poca varietat de plats encara que de bona qualitat. Només ens van netejar la habitació 2 dies de les 4 nits que vam estar. ( Només canviaven tovalloles)

Avantatges: The rooms were perfect , The food was tasty very nice , the price for the sauna pool etc.... was ok also , i recommend to everyone to visit this hotel , and people very nice , also close to the metro not so far from the center really nice. i will come back soon .

Avantatges: El personal es fabuloso! Hotel tiene historia. Fue la casa de Rembrandt's Nightwatch. La ubicación es muy céntrica para todos los sitios de Amsterdam. El desayuno es increíble. Es uno de los mejores sitios en los que me he alojado!

Avantatges: El hotel estaba muy bien y las habitaciones eran de buen tamaño. No me puedo quejar. Gran ubicación y precio para la época del año. Los baños y las camas estaban muy limpias.

Desavantatges: Tuvimos que hacer una reorganización de los muebles para conseguir algo más de espacio entre mi amigo y yo, y acabamos encontrando una gran cantidad de polvo bajo el soporte de la televisión. Ascensor estaba fuera de servicio.
