Avantatges: La habitación en si , muy espaciosa. Mención especial para la cama. Muy muy cómoda.

Desavantatges: No disponer de aire acondicionado en la habitación con 30° en la calle. Hacía mejor temperatura en las zonas comunes que en la habitación. Un establecimiento de 4 estrellas no puede permitirse estas carencias.

Avantatges: The staff was great, friendly, and out going. We are not fully Spanish speaking, but they made us feel very comfortable. and the parking option made it very easy to deal with having a car in a crowded city! Very convenient and affordable. Antonio and the other servers in the dining area/bar are very nice and helpful. Wonderful people!

Desavantatges: A l'habitació que ens van donar hi havia tota una "excursió" de formigues. Ens van canviar l'habitació, però ja no et quedes igual. L'hotel és una mica lluny del centre.

Desavantatges: L'esmorzar costa 12€ i no hi ha cap alternativa als voltants. La temperatura de la calefacció era exageradament alta durant la nit sense possibilitat de regular-la.

Avantatges: Es un hotel excelente con bastantes servicios. El personal muy amable. La cama muy confortable. Limpieza estupenda. Volvería sin dudarlo. La relación calidad-precio es fabulosa.

Desavantatges: Dos sobres , uno de gel y otro champú se supone que este hotel es de 4 estrellas y ponen dos sobres sin apenas jabón . Lo peor ha sido cuando he preguntado por la cafetería la chica de recepción muy amable me dice que el pasillo al fondo con lo que acabo en un salón , me pongo un café un zumo y un sanwitch y de repente me sale un camarero el que me increpa que hay no puedo estar que no es la cafetería y me saca teniendo que dejar el desayuno me dirigía de manera muy altiva a la cafetería a la que por supuesto me he negado a ir de esos modos , vamos que me han sacado de mala manera .PONER UN CARTEL DE SOLO INSERSO O ALGO , es de vergüenza .

Desavantatges: Sauna or turkish bath had to be 'turned on' by request. air inside was stale and gave me an upper respiratory tract infection. Buffet breakfast selection for vegetarian was minimal. overall hotel very clean. very friendly and warm staff.

Avantatges: This hotel caters for people using the casino so the buffet breakfast is good and lasts until midday! The place is very dark but the rooms are good and well-appointed. We had a good dinner in the hotel - it's a good walk to town for an evening meal - and enjoyed a good breakfast. Plenty of secure underground parking if you are travelling.

Avantatges: The location is OK, very good if you have your own car, a bit of a walk if without a car. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very nice but a bit expensive but the staff - the tall gentleman there at breakfast - has the clients's interests at heart. Good fitness center.

Desavantatges: The hotel temperature was a bit on the cool side - no way to easily figure out how the AC/Heat controls work. It is a casino so, there's not much else but, it is nice.

Avantatges: Everything was exactly what I expected from a hotel of this standard.

Avantatges: Quite pleasant, modern decor and good room layout (we were upgraded due slow season). English speaking receptionist (Pablo) was good to deal with. Free parking appreciated.

Desavantatges: Chose room service, ordering a 'burger and a squid roll. Kitchen took almost an hour to deliver. Both meals were cold. Hamburger meat pattie still red-raw inside. Inedible. Too late to re-order, so had to go to bed hungry. Some bathroom fittings loose. Historic town centre quite a distance away.

Avantatges: La ubicación es lo mejor, después el precio es muy bueno (bajo) para estar en el centro. Tube un problema con los colchones pero me lo solucionaron.

Avantatges: Located on the highway connecting Portugal to Spain, is a very good option if you want to stop for a break to rest. Very clean, comfortable, good facilities and very close to a big mall in case you need to eat something. Definitely recommended.

Avantatges: Spacious room with king size bed with good linen on bed. Good ajustable heating. Bathroom well fitted. Self service breakfast was excellent. Always stay here once a year and the standard doesn't change. Plenty of parking and bar serving food at reasonable price attached also fuel station with good prices. To be recommended.

Desavantatges: Que no se hubiera mantenido el precio de los primeros días, ya que por circunstancias personales tuve que prolongar mi estancia.

Avantatges: I liked the easy access, the friendliness and the food.

Desavantatges: I would have like to have a tea when I arrived late at the hotel, and it was after 24:00 so no room service. But, maybe an electric kettle in the room would have solved that!

Avantatges: Staff extremely kind and friendly, the place is so clean you could eat on the floor. Great bed, great pillows, good breakfast, 24h cafeteria and gas station... really impressed!

Avantatges: La atención al cliente, la zona tranquila, una habitacón amplia y limpia, cumple con los requisitos exigidos, buena luminosidad, con buena ubicación. En general, sería una opción para repetir en caso de volver a Badajoz.

Desavantatges: Uno de los colchones estaba muy deteriorado

Avantatges: Excellent location. Good for car parking. A lovely riverside walk and into the Old Town. Lively bar. Very good breakfast.

Desavantatges: Sound proofing very poor. All bedroom and bathroom activities from rooms either side could be easily heard. General talking in corridors in the early hours kept us awake.

Desavantatges: El coixí del llit molt dolent, van demanar un altre i no ens el van portar,ni canviar.

Avantatges: 1.- "Comidas", a pesar de la situación realicé desayuno, comida y cena durante toda mi estancia (3 noches), las comidas estaban buenísimas. 2.- "Personal", muy amables y compresivos. 3.- "Aparcamiento", maravilloso, gratuito y en la misma puerta. Totalmente recomendable, volveré.

Desavantatges: nada que destacar, escepto que tuvimos que dejar el hotel antes de la fecha hasta la que lo teniamos contratado por el estado de alarma.

Avantatges: Bar service and personel very good and helpful, bar food good value. Very helpful night receptionist who responded very well to our complaint about noisy couple in next room at 3.00 a.m. The noise had continued for over an hour at that stage.

Desavantatges: Late opening restaurant (21.00 hrs), so had to eat in the bar. Payment invoice retained by hotel staff!! No copy for us. Why???

Avantatges: Excellent value for money. Super balcony overlooking the river.Free on road parking just opposite .Good restaurant opposite hotel.

Desavantatges: It would have been great to have had a small table and chairs on the balcony and room see vice to have had breakfast.

Avantatges: The room was large. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was friendly.

Desavantatges: It was pretty cold in the room, the heating system was not up to the job.

Avantatges: Habitación limpia y con una pequeña terraza. Por 40 € la noche está bien, pero no hay que pedir nada más. El lugar está céntrico y creo que se aparca bien. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables.

Desavantatges: En decadencia; no tiene desayunos (de hecho, no hay restaurante ni bar) ni espacios comunes como una sala de estar. Por eso, creo que no es la mejor opción si vas con niños.

Avantatges: Habitaciones amplias, muy confortables y con balcón. Fue una noche de paso con casi todos los hoteles cerrados por el Estado de Alerta. Nos trataron muy bien.

Desavantatges: Too noisy! I almost couldn't sleep all night, and at 7am the workers of a construction right on the side of our room did the rest.

Avantatges: The welcome here is so warm and friendly, although difficult to get to with car, once there we were looked after extremely well, great people and a beautiful hotel.

Desavantatges: The only downside was the restaurant, had a great waiter but unfortunately needed a great chef.

Avantatges: El hotel es muy bonito y agradable, muy nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto. Tiene una cafeteria con una tapas excelentes. El trato del personal es muy bueno.

Avantatges: El trato exquisito y amable del personal, destacando la recepcionista. Llegamos por la tarde, con un sol abrasador y, entre otras muchas atenciones, tuvo la gentileza de traernos, personalmente, a la propia habitación, -sin petición previa- botellas de agua fría, que nos supieron a gloria. El edificio es una maravilla, es un antiguo palacio reformado recientemente y ha sido decorado con mucho gusto.

Desavantatges: Tiene el pequeño inconveniente de hallarse situado en una calle céntrica y peatonal, por lo que no se puede llegar con el automóvil hasta la puerta, razón por la que hay que transportar el equipaje a mano, aunque el personal -la recepcionista- se ofreció a ayudarnos.

Desavantatges: I think a hotel of such great size it would have been nice for someone to speak a little English or French. So that we could have benifitted from more local knowledge.

Avantatges: El personal de todo el hotel inclusive buffet fue encantador y dispuesto siempre a ayudar.

Desavantatges: Las cañerías del baño olían mal durante toda la estancia. La ducha tragaba bien el agua y la mampara no cerraba completamente.

Avantatges: The breakfast was according to my expectations with a reasonable variety of fruits. The location was excellent because it is very close to Olivenza city center. Staff was professional.

Avantatges: La ubicación muy bien, y tiene amplio aparcamiento gratuito delante del hotel. La limpieza de la habitación bien.

Desavantatges: La habitación calidad hostal, nada de hotel de 3 estrellas; muebles viejos y de baja calidad. Suelo de corcho barnizado en habitación y pasillos. Las habitaciones siguen por pasillos laberínticos. Ni una nevera pequeña como ya tienen en casi todos los hoteles y hostales.
