Avantatges: El hotel estaba muy bien decorado. Dan vino gratis a los huéspedes y tienen una maravillosa terraza donde se puede descansar. Teníamos invitados adicionales que no estaban en el hotel y nos permitieron comprar vino y pasar el rato en la azotea, lo que realmente contribuyó a nuestra experiencia para nuestra última noche de este año con nuestros hermanos que viven en Israel.

Avantatges: Precioso hotel en un barrio fantástico. Diseño y decoración de todo el hotel, precioso. La habitación ideal. El desayuno variado y saludabe. La terraza es muy agradable sobre todo por la noche

Avantatges: Staff, especially Alexandra, were all amazing. The complementary wine was expected, the coffee machine and snacks were a great surprise. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and all well presented. Loved the location. The gym was close by and was excellent. Free bikes were a lot of fun. A small suggestion would be more drawer space and maybe a chair in the room. Oh, yes, and the outside decks were a plus. All u. all The Vera gets 5 stars from us. Thank you!

Avantatges: The hotel is small and quiet and cozy in a very central location, The hotel is tastefully decorated with cozy corners for sitting and quiet work The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. warmly recommended

Desavantatges: There is no privacy in the room from the bathroom and the shower. Pretty small

Avantatges: We loved the Vera's design, which was chic without being pretentious or impractical. Breakfast was a pleasure, and so were the complementary wine, biscuits and coffee machine. We very much enjoyed the relaxing rooftop. Location was excellent - very close to the beach, to the romantic areas of the city, and to dining places. We came to the Vera right after our wedding and really appreciated the thought put into our room, including a note wishing us a pleasant life as a married couple and two bottles of beer!

Desavantatges: The rooms were slightly small - nothing to mention for a one night stay like ours, but for a longer stay it might have been more difficult. The view from our windows was also unimpressive, overlooking the windows of another building.

Avantatges: Honestly couldn't fault this hotel. OK, it doesn't have a pool but you know that before you book it so cant be compared to hotels with pools. Like for like; this is probably the best hotel I have stayed at in line with what it provides. Beautiful building, GREAT location, comfy beds, stylish shared areas and bedrooms, healthy, vast breakfast, great coffee and great local wine on tap at all hours!! A great touch. The staff simply couldn't do enough for us and were always available and FULL of useful information. I couldn't be more positive about this hotel. We called it a haven and it was!! We looked forward to getting back to the Vera after long, walking days. It welcomed us with open, caring arms as did the staff. Go here!! Location wise it cant be beat. Personality wise it cant be beat. Service wise it DEFINITELY cant be beat. Free wine? Great, healthy breakfasts and converted me to a biscotti fan which are delicious and available 24/7....... Oh and there is a very comfortable, pleasant roof top!! Loved It!! Thanks all!!!

Avantatges: The staff at The Vera were amazing, and would help with anything from hotel to trip recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Danny, Olga, Elizabeth, Michael and the rest of the team, especially for helping us celebrate our anniversary! The wine dispenser was genius! Tel Aviv is an expensive city, so to have something like this incorporated in the room rate was very welcome. The hotel has a lovely breakfast with a very accommodating time period too! The Vera also provides bicycles on a first come first serve basis! It’s a great way to see the city so we’d recommend using them!

Desavantatges: The hotel rooms are really well appointed but perhaps on the smaller side, however, I think this is expected in a unique boutique hotel like The Vera

Desavantatges: The bathroom door needed some fixing, the rooms are not very spacious, prices are not cheap (but it is TLV)

It was so great in all meaning! start with the fact that I had to cancel one night last minute due to cancel in flight and Gal was so understandable and helpful so it went very smoothly. Next day we got a nice big clean room with a bottle of cava and the atmosphere was so nice and calm....room was quite as well though street view. On Friday night we joint the after party free drinks before our dinner. The only thing I'm sorry was having only one night instead of two...stuff is great and welcoming.

Avantatges: It’s a small hotel. Rooms are nice, not lavish. Large shower. Comfy bed. Very good location in Jaffa. Easy walk to the Old Town (you’re practically in it). Staff are helpful. Bikes available for a fee. Incredible breakfast (included).

Avantatges: Fantastic Breakfast. Just a view steps to the old town of JAFFA. A lot of bars and Restaurants near by. Supermarket to buy something just around the Corner. Free wine and coffee 24 / 7.

Desavantatges: In the morining the noise from the street gets loud. Room was a litle bit small. Limited availability of parking space.

Avantatges: la ubicación es excelente, realize el checkout a las 11:00 y me permitieron tener el vehículo en su garaje hasta las 18:00.

Avantatges: Everything was as they advertised. A real find of a hotel. I had asked for a room with twin beds and a balcony and we got exactly what we requested. Very prompt on responses. Beds very comfortable, breakfast was just fantastic and small touches like free coffee during the day made us feel very welcome. Would stay again and certainly recommend.

Desavantatges: Nothing.

Avantatges: The breakfast was really good, as we were there for only one night I can't say if the standard was typically high. but if this is the standard of food then it is really good.

Desavantatges: not sure as this was a single stay over night visit to the hotel and so will not be able to say if there was anything I didn't like, so this is the only comment I can give.

Avantatges: The most perfect hotel ever !. Super incheck, parking garage under hotel, super room, fresh drinks all day long, splendid breakfast and only 5 min walk form old town Jaffa. Next visit to Tel Aviv we will definitely book this again

Avantatges: Really nice hotel with absolutely great staff! During our holiday we stayed here twice. We had a nice room with enough space, comfortable bed, great rain shower, small balcony for some fresh air and its in a nice neighbourhood. Parking is around the corner for 30 shekel a day. For breakfast you can choose between 2 nice restaurants in the same street. Thank you Florentin crew!

Avantatges: very great position with bars and public transportation right outside. the entire structure was very clean and modern, playing some chill music in the hall and you can sit there and have a drink or a tea at the bar, plus the staff is super gentle and they really overthink your stay in the city giving you all the information, feels very welcoming. (@ cute girl at the reception, thanks for the beer!) they have a happy hour in the evening plus a common area and a gallery. the room was super comfy and relaxing with a beautiful view and a lovely terrace. i appreciated the coffee machine in the room with excellent italian coffee. bathroom and shower were very spacious with plenty of towels, and there’s a safe and a fridge too that you can use.

Desavantatges: absolutely nothing, the only bad part was leaving such a beautiful city with an equally pleasing accomodation so i’d recommend to stay as long as you can

Avantatges: Very nice hotel, perfectly located in Tel Aviv (Florentin is a very lively area with a lot of bars and restaurants). The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms and the bathrooms are well furnished, bright and clean. The hotel has a small patio where you can have a drink and relax, which is really appraciated.

Desavantatges: Not really an hostel vibe, so it’s hard to meet people. Just one toilet for 6 people in the room, can be bothering sometimes.

Avantatges: The location was great: a very alternative and underground area. Not far from the beaches and the main attractions. Staff was cool and the room clean and new

Desavantatges: Roommates don’t maintain cleanliness after use of washroom. Hopefully staff should include this reminder during check in since it’s a hostel and room is shared with others

Desavantatges: The room was really geared for one person not two women, especially the bathroom. Being short and not being able to reach the one towel hook was a problem. Also not enough shelf space for 2 women. And needed a clothes rack. However, we overlooked these problems because everything else was great about the hotel.

Avantatges: The rooms are specious and very very clean, amazing AC, we had a great view. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, never had such great service before. It’s my second time there and i recommend it 100%

Avantatges: The location of the hotel is great for those who want to tour ancient Jaffa. Getting to Tel Aviv should take a taxi. The hotel is located in the heart of Jaffa's lively area and very close to the sea. When you go to the sea, you get a bag with towels and a bottle of water, very comfortable. Breakfast is great and served over time. Every afternoon there is a Happy hour with wine, extra drinks and a variety of refreshments.

Desavantatges: Uncomfortable to get with a private vehicle, no stopping place for luggage download. Other than that, everything is positive

Avantatges: Located in old Jaffa. Perfect location if you plan to just go to the beach and wonder around Jaffa but is far to other attractions. Breakfast is amazing and plentiful.

Desavantatges: Do not pay extra for a sea view room, View is obscured by wrap around terrace. I have never complained about small rooms but the rooms in this hotel are micro small. Not suitable for a long stay. Drainage in bathroom is not adequate. Hotel staff are disinterested and robotic. One staff member was more interested in his computer screen than paying attention to a guest sitting in front of him. Staff would have gotten negative score had they not been saved by lovely man on reception on our early morning check out. Much better value and service found elsewhere

Avantatges: Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was small, but comfortable and fine for a one or two night stay for two people. Nicely appointed and decorated. Free glasses of wine or beer in the afternoon and evening and relaxing delicious breakfast.

Desavantatges: Pocket pack of tissue instead of a full box in the bathroom. There was no bedside clock, but unfortunately that seems to be the trend.

Avantatges: Breakfast and location were amazing. I liked the decor and vibe overall. Bed comfortable; room equipped.

Desavantatges: I paid several levels above basic room to have a balcony with view of sea. It did have that but you can't see the view from the balcony unless you are standing, and the room itself has limited light and access to said view. The room was quite small, the balcony was bigger. The bathroom plumbing worked but was problematic all around (toilet flushing finicky, shower flooded floor, sink dripped). There was one man at the front desk who was unpleasant and difficult. Everyone else was good, especially service in the dining area. I thought the hotel was priced a level or two too high for size, but I was happy to be there overall.

Avantatges: This little charming hotel, is perfectly located in the most beautiful part of Tel-aviv, 5 min walking to a wonderful sandy beach with the coolest bars, shops and flea market around you. de design is cool, cosy and young. everyone is friendly and helpful.

Avantatges: Happy Hour was a great treat! Delicious varied breakfast - the menu items were great. The beach bag with towel was very useful.

Desavantatges: It was a little noisy on the street below but that is to be expected with the location.

Avantatges: Really stylish apartments in a very cool neighborhood! You even get complimentary beach towels. Right next to Teder - great pizza and stylish crowd, good tunes. Nice and helpful staff!

Desavantatges: Could have been a bit cleaner, was quite dusty in parts. You hear the beats from next door at night and it’s in the entry lane of the airport, so flight sounds are quite loud.

Desavantatges: 1. VERY noisy till midnight because of the bar right downstairs 2. no hot water for bath 3. no elevator so you’ll need to lift all your luggages upstairs if you have big ones

The reastaurant downstairs (10% discount) had a very very tastfull breakfast... good coffee Very very good place to stay over None of the hotels are cheap in Tel Aviv ... so this one is the better choice

Avantatges: Design and creativity are fenomenal. Nice restaurant in the same building, serving delicious breakfast. No tv, but a record player instead, with a different selection of records in each room. Well equipped kitchenette. Very close to the Rotschild Blvd, with shops and restaurants. I would chose it again.

Desavantatges: Opening hours of the reception desk are 10 am - 6 pm, which makes it a bit hard in terms of communication, especially when you come for business. No elevator. A bit noisy in the night due to a club downstairs, but it wasn't the worst night noise I've experienced in Tlv.

Avantatges: Está genial ubicado y el personal fue muy agradable, me deje una diadema y cuando volví a Tel Aviv a las 2 semanas la tenían en su recepción. Una de las chicas en recepción habla perfectamente castellano. Nos gusto el rollo arty de todo el edificio.

Desavantatges: Las obras de al lado, aunque ellos no pueden hacer mucho más que dejarte unos tapones al lado de la cama :)

Desavantatges: The reception only open from 10am. When we stayed there, the fire alarm went off around 8am in the morning, and no staff were around. I called up the hotel numbers, no one picked up. Finally after around 10-15 mins it stopped.

Avantatges: Amazing hotel, has a lot of nice touches. Location is great. Staff is amazing. Felt like a home away from home.

Desavantatges: If I had to mention something, it would be the bed (bit too small) and the fact it is very noisy, you van hear everything from the street.. but would go here again!

We paid £1000 per night for our room and were really disappointed, it was in a separate building to the main hotel, it was an awkward and impractical shape, shower over a really tall bath. Air conditioning was either on and freezing or off and the room got hot and muggy from outside heat. Not great value for money.

Desavantatges: Did not change linens even though we indicated that was our wish. Skimpy with towels and soap and shampoo. Some parking available to guests, space was microscopic getting into and even harder getting out. Location great for business person, not average tourist.

Avantatges: The location is absolutely excellent, right in the city centre and near the beach. Breakfast is sumptuous and the staff VERY friendly and helpful (they even helped me with electronic check-in). And I liked the roof-top very much for a relaxing siesta (brilliant view, comfy chairs, free coffee!)

Desavantatges: Simply nothing!

Avantatges: The staff at CH offered personal attention to every minute detail and followed up on every tiny matter with kindness, gentleness and sincerity. The breakfast staff learned our beverage orders and prepared them each of the 6 days we were there! The Happy Hour was gorgeous and the hors doeuvres were generous. Once, we brought in take out and enjoyed it with their wine. This is a great way to save money if you don’t want to eat in restaurants.

Desavantatges: There is only one flavor of free popcorn available in the lobby. The fresh complimentary pastries that were delivered to our room the first day never left, even when they were stale. Also, the wine glasses were never cleaned or replaced. BUT WE WILL BE BACK!

Avantatges: Just like always - extra friendly staff, very nice internet and awesome breakfasts.

Desavantatges: Well, didn't like it's too strong word just be warned that 3 person suite is still just a small room with additional bed installed. However, the only thing I can really rant about is the lack of electric plugs.

Avantatges: El personal fue sobresaliente, Hilary Cohen fue la mejor. La Sra. Cohen hizo todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuera lo más placentera posible. También brindó el mismo servicio diligente a los demás huéspedes. Tanto el gerente de día (un hombre más joven cuyo nombre olvido) como el de noche fueron excepcionales. Todas las personas que trabajan allí fueron amables y serviciales. El hotel también tenía obras de arte de cristal únicas que dieron el carácter del lugar. Recomendaría a cualquiera que se hospede en este Best Western.

Avantatges: I would like to make a few comment 1. the property is very nice- very clean and very nicely decorated with a lot of modern small art pieces the rooms are very pretty the higher level is better 2. The main problem is that you cannot be sure what type of room you will get and if they will address your requests even if you book a long time in advance. If you ask for high floor even if they answer that your request reached the hotel they will give you a room according to the availability. We were surprised to get a low floor room though we made it clear that we book a high kevel one. The lady in the reception made a real effort to provide us a 4th level floor on that day and we really thank her for that. We think it should be motioned clearly in the hotel details and in booking .com that this is the policy. 3. we booked a room with breakfast or at least this was the impression we got from booking.com. However on the very little words on our voucher is was stetted "breakfast available on selected rooms" and our room was not included. The area is full of coffee shops so it was not a problem but is inconvenient to be surprised during check- in.

Avantatges: The hotel is at an amazing location. You can reach the most popular bars and restaurants within minutes. You can take a walk on the beautiful Rothschild avenue. The hotel building is really beautiful inside and outside as well. Furniture is new and well maintained, everything is beautifully clean, the bed is very comfortable. The staff was really helpful and attentive.

Desavantatges: Soundproofing is not the best. Door slamming was pretty frequent and incredibly loud, at least in my room. The hotel has a beautiful bar and restaurant area but it was always empty, there wasn't even some background music to make it more lively.

Avantatges: The breakfast was good, we are more expectation, but was enough finally. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpfully.

Desavantatges: Is not too much various the breakfast. The wiev of room (outside) was not good.

Avantatges: Delicious Breakfast menu served at the table. A culinary experience. The White Villa is an old Bauhaus building beautifully refurbished and decorated. Great place to be for Bauhaus fans. The personell is very friendly and gives you the feeling to be at home. If you need recommendations for restaurants or other places you will get insider tips.

Avantatges: The breakfast at the Dan Panorama is legendary and did not disappoint this time. There was more than enough selection available and everything tasted so good! The pool is large and great. Also, the staff were absolutely wonderful. We experienced issues with our room one day when the cold water disappeared. They promptly changed our room, gave us complimentary breakfast passes and left us a wonderful wine and chocolate surprise in our rooms on the last night. Well done!

Desavantatges: The Tel Aviv hotel could use a face lift. 10 years ago, the facilities were nice and up to par. Now, they are in need of replacement, everything from the cabinetry to the showers to the public meeting places. With renovations, this place would be very much on the map again. We also stayed in the Jerusalem location and the facilities were a lot nicer.

Avantatges: Excellent location,staff were friendly, great hospitality especially from Ralph in reception.A great choice for breakfast.We were upgraded to an executive room very comfortable, a fabulous view from our balcony.

Avantatges: We did get a king bed which was appreciated. I also appreciated the wine and chocolates brought to our room.

Desavantatges: We had to pay extra attention to ensuring that the door was closed,couldn't visually confirm the lock because no deadbolt. The balcony was tiny. My husband and I couldn't be out there together. Reading the note about pool towels and charges was annoying and I'm glad no one made a real fuss about it. The Danyland wasn't really fun for my 7 and 8 year old sons. We didn't order breakfast with our room and when I asked the price, was told 125 per person. Even if amazing,my 7 and 8 year old sons eat almost nothing so I'm not paying 500 shekeks for breakfast, which is more than a nice restaurant we might eat for dinner, including wine and dessert and tip. There's probably more...

Avantatges: Our stay at the Dan Panorama was absolutely fantastic. We have stayed here a number of times and it's our first choice when we're in Tel Aviv because of the atmosphere. The staff make you feel like a valuable guest and everyone from start to finish was extremely friendly, from Ralph at reception to the Concierge/Bellhop and those in the restaurant/breakfast room, the service was faultless. As usual, the room was super, clean comfortable and quiet while the breakfast and facilities like pool and gym just great. 100% awesome, planning our next visit already!

Desavantatges: I stayed at the hotel for 13 days & bought the breakfast package. I was disappointed that for 13 DAYS we were offered the SAME EXACT FOOD EVERY DAY. The lack of variety caused me to spend more money for purchasing food elsewhere.

Avantatges: We have stayed at the Dan Panorama a number of times, we've tried other nearby hotels on the waterfront but always now come to the Dan. The service we receive is second to none, always treated like valuable guests from the moment we arrive from Ralph on reception to the staff in the restaurant, concierge, and bellhop, everyone is usually amazing. Our rooms have always been great, the breakfast is super and the pool is incredibly relaxing. There's something about the overall atmosphere and vibe at the Dan that makes it our first choice whenever we're in the city and we're already planning our next visit in Summer 2020!!

Desavantatges: We were a party of 4 staying for one night for my husbands birthday while we vacationed in Israel. We had breakfast on the morning of the 22 September and 3 out of the 4 guests ate scrambled eggs. Within 4 hours we were violently ill vomiting and with diarrhea we had to seek hospital treatment. I understand this is hard to prove but I am not in the habit of writing poor reviews for no reason and this is legitimate since we ate nothing else other than this. What is appalling is how the hotel handled it- they treated our complaint so poorly and offered us a free breakfast- as if we would even consider to eat or stay there again. They do not care about their customers, I would not recommend this hotel- beware

Desavantatges: The new staff needs more formation. It is easy to identify the experienced staff from the recent hirings. Although this is a global problem, it is necessary to make them understand that the services of an hotel with this quality and price must be complemented with the kindness and availability that makes the guest feel welcome. A smile an a kind word are very effective and generate a similar reaction from the guest. The reverse is also true.
