Me ha gustado todo! El hotel muy céntrico habitación amplia y muy confortable Alfredo el chico de recepción que nos atendió fue muy agradable y servicial, da gusto encontrar gente trabajando siempre con una sonrisa. Es un hotel recomendable 100%. Hasta la próxima AXELMADRID.

Font desk was extremely helpful in settling the cab fare from the airport when my cards stopped working. I was also surprised with an upgrade to the junior suite which just made my trip. Would happily stay again and recommend to my networks.

The staff were obliging. Both in reception and especially the breakfast girl. Very pleasant
Why is the music so loud throughout the property. Lol. Not all gays like the house music!

The staff were all really friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the plavr head a lovely chilled vibe with the hustle bustle of loads of great tapas bars close by
Really reaching for something I didn’t like here, but I found the light switches quite confusing and the tv was a bit temperamental

“Staff are fantastic and very helpful! Rooms are unique colourful and like nothing I’ve seen. Great facilities, would highly recommend!”
“Room was very clean (I'm fussy about these things). Waterfall shower was fantastic and one of the few hotel showers that didn't flood the rest of the bathroom. Buffet breakfasts were also great with a good choice.”
