Queixes: never board on the time indicated on the ticket. boarding is chaotic; no groups, no organization! waited for the luggage for an hour.

Avantatges: I do not know why we could not select seat upon booking - so that my wife and I could have sat next to each other. I know it's away you would like to make extra cash - but its a bit silly

Queixes: The Yellow colour on seats - juts looks bad

Avantatges: Gate was extremely crowed and disorganized. Non-European citizens must present passport. That requirement should be clearly stated.

Queixes: Travel notifications should mention documentation requirements.

Avantatges: Me sentí cómodo en todo el vuelo

Queixes: Deberían hablar en español e Inglés toda la información que dicen por megafonía durante todo el vuelo,ya que en los 45 minutos d vuelo la información que dio el capitan solo la decía en ingles,y me parece que durante todo el vuelo debería ser en los 2 idiomas

Queixes: Es impresionante que a día de hoy todavía la tripulación no sepa hablar español. Un trabajo relacionado con Aerolíneas tienen que saber por lo menos lo basico de idiomas como el español, idioma mas hablado que el ingles a nivel mundial

Avantatges: The best thing with the flight was the seat, which is very mediocre.

Avantatges: Plane looks new and clean.

Queixes: Boarding process, included checked in luggage and limit hand carry to 15 kg.

Queixes: The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well

Queixes: Iberia has been consistently late in arrival. I missed my connecting flight on the way out to spain and nearly missed a connecting flight returning to the USA. I had to literally sprint to the gate. My bags never made it to the states with me. I am still waiting for them to return. I don't feel I can take Iberia again for any future flights

Queixes: La naturaleza no tiene mal tiempo, por esta razón, muchas gracias a nuestros pilotos que pudieron traer el avión a Francia en una niebla tan grande.

Avantatges: Today was a very early day and making a connecting flight in Madrid to Lisbon was very tight because of a gate change. I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm.

Queixes: I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short.

Queixes: Late boarding, late departure, waited over 30 minutes for bags

Queixes: Don’t sit on the isles seat. I kept getting bumped by the staff with no apology. One male flight attendant kept bumping my arm just about every time he passed by. Made no attempt to avoid my arm or shoulder. I got pretty pissed by the third bump.

Avantatges: Brand new aircraft, excellent communication

Avantatges: Decent enough flight, seats comfortable enough for short haul wouldn’t want to go long haul on the same seats, good selection of onboard snacks

Queixes: Flight was half hour late, priority seats should be reserved for the first seats on the plane rather than scattered all over the plane, suitcases shouldnt be allowed on board they take up too much space for anyone else and slow down the boarding of the plane as people attempt to haul them up the stairs, some staff could be more polite and less abrupt and some could attempt to speak louder and clearer

Avantatges: Food menu was great

Queixes: Boarding slow, SO slow getting to the back of the plane with the food and drink trolley. Lots of out of control children.

Queixes: We had to board this plane the old fashion way on the runway carrying your bags and everything. Very uncomfortable and no help. It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added.

Queixes: Delayed first leg, missed connection 3 hours delayed AND they lost my baggage

Avantatges: Crew very pleasant and professional. Priority boarding worked very well

Queixes: Bridge did not work on arrival. Used bus. Sky priority but then they stuck everybody on like cattle.

Avantatges: The crew was great. We traveled with a two year old and they were very helpful.

Queixes: It was a tight fit.

Avantatges: perfectly and comfortable!

Queixes: Never got this flight, got connection via Amsterdam to Berlin, but just because I organised it. No help from Iberia!

Avantatges: On time, friendly on board crew.

Queixes: Too little legroom (I'm 1,82m) Had to give my bag into the hold, even though there was room overhead. Not even a free drink in 2,5h flight.
