Queixes: When you book through an airline it will flag a different airport from the one you arrive at. We arrived at TFS and the return flight was through TFN. When I called customer service Iberia Airlines rejected any refund and I ended up spending three extra hotels nights and Flights on Air Europa. My total out of losses were nearly $1,500 USD

Avantatges: The plane was large and the seats very confy.
Queixes: The AirEuropa App, doesn’t work very well with IPhone, getting constantly error signs. I decided to change my seat after getting the boarding pass, but it was impossible. The app didn’t allow me.

Queixes: Be careful with the bag. They didn't accept my carry on despite I paid for it, saying it was to big. When trying to pay they told me that only with EUROS. Didn't accept neither my credit cards (they accept only Europe issued CC) not USD. I couldn't retrieve money from an ATM either.

Queixes: Iberia has been consistently late in arrival. I missed my connecting flight on the way out to spain and nearly missed a connecting flight returning to the USA. I had to literally sprint to the gate. My bags never made it to the states with me. I am still waiting for them to return. I don't feel I can take Iberia again for any future flights

Avantatges: Today was a very early day and making a connecting flight in Madrid to Lisbon was very tight because of a gate change. I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm.
Queixes: I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short.

Queixes: Don’t sit on the isles seat. I kept getting bumped by the staff with no apology. One male flight attendant kept bumping my arm just about every time he passed by. Made no attempt to avoid my arm or shoulder. I got pretty pissed by the third bump.

Avantatges: Decent enough flight, seats comfortable enough for short haul wouldn’t want to go long haul on the same seats, good selection of onboard snacks
Queixes: Flight was half hour late, priority seats should be reserved for the first seats on the plane rather than scattered all over the plane, suitcases shouldnt be allowed on board they take up too much space for anyone else and slow down the boarding of the plane as people attempt to haul them up the stairs, some staff could be more polite and less abrupt and some could attempt to speak louder and clearer

Queixes: We had to board this plane the old fashion way on the runway carrying your bags and everything. Very uncomfortable and no help. It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added.

Queixes: Bridge did not work on arrival. Used bus. Sky priority but then they stuck everybody on like cattle.
Queixes: Estoy horrorizado. Iberia casi me deja sin poder embarcar por un error informático. Tenía billete Marsella - Madrid y Madrid -Santiago. Por algún error el sistema no había registrado mi billete de Marsella a Madrid, por l tanto automáticamente había anulado mi billete Madrid - Santiago. Esa situación no desea a nadie! Estoy indignado. Nunca hubiera imaginado que eso es posible!

Queixes: Never got this flight, got connection via Amsterdam to Berlin, but just because I organised it. No help from Iberia!

Queixes: Too little legroom (I'm 1,82m) Had to give my bag into the hold, even though there was room overhead. Not even a free drink in 2,5h flight.
