My towel was very very dirty , the room was waaaaay too hot ,every evening my key for my room didn’t work I had to go to the reception to make it work , the bed are horrible , the shower are creepy and one of them ( 5th stage) doesn’t have curtain on the windows. You can’t even cook there.

I felt safe, the room was clean, the sheets were clean.

There was no soap in the soap dispenser. The toilet set was designed for people with no knees; in other words, there was hardly one room between the toilet and the wall. AND the toilet did not flush!

The actual room was spacious and styled like a hotel

Terrible customer service--specifically the two FD women and the Housekeeping Supervisor (his name is Michael, if I knew the other two girls' name I would drop them right away, they both worked the overnight and AM shift). Mouse crawling in the kitchenette area. Saw him several times on the floor, not sure if he climbed up the cords

not what it looks like on pictures. Cancelled the trip, yet still dont have my money back. Nobody is answering the phone. Really dirty. Hair everywhere and smells bad

La ubicación.

Mi habitación tenía una ventana rota por lo que había calefacción pero entraba el aire de afuera.

El tamaño del colchón era muy pequeño, el asiento del baño era tan viejo, parecía sucio. Realmente necesitan cerraduras de puerta apropiadas, porque los otros tenían cinta adhesiva en ellos

Los baños no estaban limpios

Tuve que dormir con ropa porque la habitación (210) estaba muy fría. el baño tampoco estaba limpio. Otra persona había dejado una caja de pizza en la basura que se quedó allí por dos días más.

Buena ubicación

Estaba cerca de Central Park y de la estación de metro así que todo era muy práctico.

Puedes ir a correr por la mañana en Central Park. Fue fantástico!
