Queixes: "All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so."

Queixes: "For 9 hr flight the space between the seats in economy class was way too small. Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."

Avantatges: "It was an 8.5 hour flight and we got fed 2 meals, 2 snacks and had lots of beverage breaks! We were delayed a little but it was due to an issue in France, not anything to do with the airplane, and the captain found a solution faster than he had originally said he would (with the help of the tower of course)."

Queixes: "Many delays that seemed unnecessary. We waited for a while for late passengers to board, which seemed strange, given that last time when Swiss made me miss my transfer, the next plane left without me when delaying takeoff would not have been necessary at all. After the passengers arrived, we were delayed again because of weather. And once we arrived at Newark, we had to wait for over half an hour to get to the gate for some mysterious reason."

Avantatges: "The flight attendants are great and their aircraft are very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the request for passengers to raise their seat backs during meal times."

Avantatges: "Food was tasty and of decent proportions, entertainment, while somewhat limited in selection, contained a number of compelling movies bar I enjoyed. I had a bulkhead seat, which was exceedingly comfortable"

Queixes: "The seats are too close together front to back. It's torture if you are six feet tall and the person in front of you put the seat in the back position for 8 hours."

Avantatges: "Even though the flight felt like forever, the cabin crew did such a wonderful job at making us all feel comfortable. The food selection was great and the fact that the staff was approachable was also a great plus. Will definitely fly again using Swiss air. Thank you"

Queixes: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

Avantatges: "I was so impressed with my whole experience with Swissair on my recent trip from Miami to Malaga, Spain. Very courteous and friendly crew, up to date aircraft and right on time!"

Queixes: "Letting us know about the delay prior to boarding could have allowed us to use our time better. Instead we sat at the gate and in the plane. Seats (economy) a bit closer to each other relative to other planes and the armrest does not fully go up which does not allow us to use space as much as possible."

Avantatges: "I cannot check in online for us flights so I need to get my seat at the check in. I am flying with swiss every month between Zürich and New York but a lot of Ines I get a shitty seat even if I am silver status As a frequent flyer I expect a priority handling which is not the case . No upgrade poaaibility due to wrong booking class (even if flights are very expensive) if this continues to go that way I will change airline alliance This is more a miles and more issue but it is really annoying me in a way that I really consider changin"

Queixes: "I will only say that I am writing this review as we are sitting on the plane in Newark where we are waiting for our gate for a half an hour already and we do not know when we would get off board. And oh yeah... the flight was originally late for about an hour too! Simply unacceptable!"

Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Queixes: "The airport pretty much shut down for awhile so some flights were canceled. Due to the number of people attempting to check in and go through security, I missed my plane and was rebooked in an economy seat. These glitches occur but one would expect Lufthansa to have had a plan to deliver clear directions."

Queixes: "The fact that I can't use my own headphones and I'm forced to use the cheap airline-provided ones (with the dual plugs). Single biggest reason to not fly Lufthansa, because I can't enjoy the movies!"

Queixes: "Why is there an entertainment section? In this case the airplanes didn't have anything other than a magazine. But it's ok though, the flights are fairly short for any movies"

Avantatges: "The time between flights was perfect. Allows you to go from one plane to the other. Go through immigration and arrive with enough time without running from one place to the other."
Queixes: "It takes them quite a bit to deliver all meals, but because there were few cabin crew members. They do a great effort and do it really well."

Avantatges: "Easily the most comfortable I've ever been in TATL economy. Lufthansa's 747-8 is set up strangely: the main deck is arranged First - Business - Economy - Prem. Economy - Economy. This means that if you can book a seat in the forward economy mini-cabin, you get dedicated cabin crew, no other passengers walking through your space to get to the bathroom, plenty of bin space, and – best of all – a lot of aisle space to stretch your legs. Row 16 aisle seats are especially good, as the bulkhead between J and Y doesn't extend all the way, and therefore you can stretch your feet out. Food was actually excellent (for economy), hot and flavorful and generous, with snacks available mid-flight. Beverages also tops – gotta love Lufthansa for offering Campari (!) and more than one wine choice."
Queixes: "Entertainment (music and movies at least) was up-to-date but not very interested. Boarding and transit security in Frankfurt was anxiety-inducing – between getting to the US departures area and additional screening, it took more than an hour from deplaning to getting in line. Boarding w/o group numbers was an exercise in patience. And the terminal wifi is so spotty!"

Avantatges: "En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Queixes: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Queixes: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Avantatges: "Well this was a first for me. The flight was overbooked and some one wanted to go to New York. Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."

Queixes: "Something that was unpleasant was if someone spoke through the announcement system it would be very loud through the headphones if someone is listening to a movie or music"

Avantatges: "Plane was on time Checked luggage arrived I slept for the duration of the trip which made the 5 hour flight OK."
Queixes: "Legroom and seating in general is cramped. But unfortunately that is the case in today's travel experience with US carriers."

Avantatges: "Food was provided when the flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. I also really liked the text update from kayak about the delay. The airline did not keep me updated but kayak did."
Queixes: "The delay when it was already a 6 hour flight. I also was not able to reserve a seat because I had booked through kayak and not with the airline. Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Queixes: "Twice I was passed up and overlooked for food and drink when they were being provided to all. The attendant said i needed to speak up if i wanted something and i pointed out i did and he said he would get me on the way back but never came back until he was picking up the empties. He said everyone else seemed to get served what was my problem and I pointed out the girl next to me was also skipped to which he turned around and never walked down my aisle again. Also, the lack of wiFi on this leg was a disappointment as it was available on the trip to Barcelona. That goes a long way to making the long trip more enjoyable."

Avantatges: "Empty seat next to me! Excellent crew services! Clean bathrooms!"

Avantatges: "This is not my first experience with Finnair flight and I'm very pleased with a consistency of a good service, high professionalism and I will recommend this airline to all my friends."

Avantatges: "The options for music and movies were good, but the poor service provided, at check-in and on board, outweighed any benefit we received from the entertainment."
Queixes: "The crew at Barcelona Airport, especially "Javier" (he refused to give his last name or show his badge - he had it turned around) was very rude and unhelpful. We had to go to another desk person to help us who was a bit more polite. The Finnair Customer Service telephone service was completely unhelpful even though this was booked as a Finnair Flight. The crew on board was ok, at best. The food was the poorest we had in both flights we took (we travelled from Barcelona to JFK, New York, and from JFK to YVR, Vancouver). We were most pleased with our flight from New York to Vancouver, with Cathay Pacific, who, by comparison, had very helpful and pleasant staff both at the JFK Airport and on board."

Avantatges: "On time, good movies, good service."

Avantatges: "Not bad as cross-ocean flights go, but cramped. The seats (and the available room per person) are what would be considered normal nowadays, but I remember flying thirty years ago. The crew was very pleasant and snacks were served (and appreciated), but didn't make up for the cramped conditions."

Queixes: "Didn't appreciate the additional charge to select basic seats (not upgraded), not sure if justfly.com is affiliated with Kayak. I found it absurd but read reviews that if you don't select seats you might get bumped off your flight if it's oversold. I didn't take any chances so I paid the additional $29 and yet both my fiancee and I sat way apart. Arriving at the airport to check in, I saw options to select seats which made me upset even though there was nothing next to each other but way more options than online."

Avantatges: "The meeting I was attending in NY got postponed so I lost the full 1/2 return ticket. Nothing I could do, all at once all kinds of small text appear in big and over 400 $ was lost. This is the last time I book with Kayak. Better pay a bit more directly with the airline but do not have a deal like the Kayak deal. So please remove from all your sites. Thank you VV"

Avantatges: "Traveled BA and it was lovely, as usual."
Queixes: "The flight staff on this particular BA flight was not as accommodating and friendly as I am so accustomed to on BA. Perhaps the flight attendant in charge of our seats was having a bad day. Also, the food on our BA flights to and from NYC was not up to scratch and rather bland and ordinary, compared to their usual. that was a huge disappointment."

I didn't like that I bought a ticket from Finnair, got emails from Finnair, for some reason couldn't check in early on the Finnair website, arrived at the airport, waited in the absurdly long check-in line for Finnair only to find out that they had no record of me and I wasn't flying Finnair. Actually, I was on an American Airlines flight."

Avantatges: "The staff was very nice and attentive. Boarding was timely and flight landed 30 minutes early."
Queixes: "Long flight with no screens on the back of the seats with personal entertainment options. Furthermore, I had a middle seat and my shoulders kept knocking into my neighbors. Worst of all, my seat didn't incline as far as the people on either side of me. Sleeping is already hard on a plane, and this made it way worse...not to mention my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the whole time."

Avantatges: "courteous and helpful crew, easy calm and efficient boarding process, with a announcer who spoke CLEARLY, slowly and loud enough to hear, more comfortable plane than the AA plane I took to get to Paris."
Queixes: "In flight entertainment really inferior to other airlines, food mediocre, but adequate. But good service is paramount and your crew was good despite many challenging customers."

Queixes: "Finnair "outsourced" the flight to a Portuguese HiFly. Boarding: flight delayed for more than 1 hour, with passengers sitting all this time in the plane and waiting for all connection flights to arrive. As a result we arrived late for our connection flight. The Finnair people that met the passengers on exit form the plain did not provide any information how we should proceed next. We were left to figure it out by ourselves. Crew: The impression was that all the flight attendants from HiFly were untrained. The did not know what to do an how to do. They seemed lost on the plane. Comfort: Plane seemed to be re-purchased from some Arab airline. Food: bad Entertainment: v system was broken. Information system was showing wrong current time."

Avantatges: "The staff was very kind."
Queixes: "If I'm paying for a trans-atlantic flight (at a fee of $1,000), I shouldn't be stuck on a plane that is used for domestic flights,and thus does not have the space nor the comfort of a larger plane. And, if this flight is not going to offer the amenities accustomed to a typical trans-atlantic flight (such as in-seat TV), then the price should be substantially cheaper. I will be complaining to the airline itself for this, and may not fly this airline again."

Avantatges: "food and crew"
Queixes: "Poor entertainment offer (no quality movies and not varied options-not classic movies!!). Interactive device menu not working properly or at all. Outraging policy to offer more bookings than available seats that turned out into my wife and me being put in standby when we had purchased our tickets last July. Waiting for 30-40 minutes to claim our baggage to know it had been left in our origin destination in the end so it would probably be delivered 2 days later since the next flight would arrive the following day but late in the evening and more time wasted on the lane to claim for it that caused to miss our connecting train that would take us home and we had to wait for another hour to take the next so we finally got home 2 hours later than expected. We will never use again another company from the one world alliance."

Avantatges: "On the way home i was awake for the whole flight, and found it to be quite good. Had trouble choosing my seat from early check in bit what I got was good. Good good, service great, clean and comfortable."

Queixes: "The check in was terrible, self checking was not working and not saving time at all, crew at the airport was clearly exceeded and it was very hard to get any answer. I had to be very insistent to be able to check in 5 min before closing and was not the only one in this case."

Avantatges: "Esta Aerolínea es pésima en sus servicios en general.. Por culpa de ellos he perdido el Avión del Jueves 11 por la razón que me informaron que mi vuelo era con América Airlines pero al dirigirme a América éstos me expresaron que no era con ellos sino con British. Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."
Queixes: "Todo el desorden, mala organización la forma de cómo me trataron parecía que era un Indigente ante ellos.. Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."
