Lotte Hotel Hanoi

It’s very convenient with Lotte department store and Lotte mart. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop bar at 65F, i can not forget the night view, the wind and the music~ it’s just fantastic memory!! The room cleaning and care, it is excellent and even impressive. I’ve really enjoyed the stay here in Lotte Hotel.

Very professional staff and the duty manager who was very supportive and cooperative. The room has a great view, and I really recommend this hotel and especially the suite class as it gives a clear view to the city and the river. Again, the duty manager is professional and a well respected man.

Ok. I'm used to staying in 5 star hotels such as Four Seasons, Bulgari, Shangri-La, but this was my first time staying in a Lotte and I loved every moment of our stay. Staff, facilities, food the overall ambience. We will most definitely stay in one of their hotels again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Lotte Hotel which completely exceeded our expectations. The quality of service and attention to detail was nothing like we have ever experienced. We stayed for a few days in a club room, where the attendants were so kind!! Hotel staff remembered our names and room number, and when my daughter did not show up to the club reception one night because she was sick, staff noticed and gave me a box of of food and made her some tea to-go! We were really grateful to have been upgraded on our last night to an enormous executive suite-- this was by far the nicest, roomiest, fanciest place we have ever stayed! We are so grateful to the managers and staff who made this possible. The most gorgeous, unbeatable view and the comfiest accommodations. Thank you Lotte for an unforgettable stay.

Lotte elevated standard of what hotels should be like, and I will never be satisfied completely with services of other hotels! To that extent, Lotte’s service was superb! In other words, there was nothing that I didn’t like at Lotte Hotel!
