Avantatges: It was the top of all the places we stayed on our trip. It is simply superb. Great location. Amazing amount of room. Very quiet. Small boutique hotel without tons of room. Intimate but professional staff. It is just the right amount of space. You never feel crowded. The Chef is outstanding, the food is amazing. The care and attention to detail with the food shows. Every single thing we ate left a lasting impression. I would come back here and stay for a month. That's saying alot. They planned the space so well. All of the staff are incredibly nice, pleasant, professional. Just the right amount of interpersonal interest. Congrats to the owners of this hotel. It is over the top!

Avantatges: I have been here several times and is always a pleasure to come back. It is very close to the city center and Cişmigiu park, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very attentive.

Desavantatges: La verdad es que no ha habido nada que no me gustara.

Avantatges: Absolutely a phenomenal boutique hotel! Location was perfect-away from the city crowds yet close enough to walk to almost everything. Staff by far was the finest I have seen, restaurant was 5 star and the rooms were amazing and quiet. I will stay at RC hotels whenever possible! Avantatges: Spotlessly clean room-excellent shower-comfy bed-tea/coffee in room. Very friendly staff who helped us plan our day and print boarding cards. Amazing breakfast. Quiet location -restaurants and bars nearby- 30 minute walk to old town centre or you take a metro for 2 stops.

Desavantatges: Nothing-it’s an ideal choice for visiting Bucharest.

Avantatges: The staff is great and the proposal to pay the value of the food that you order request you - and local team - to really care about it, is innovatively good!

Avantatges: Extraordinary staff willing to go beyond expectations. We stood with amazement At the breakfast. Close to many Romanian Restaurants including one that had mostly soups.

Avantatges: I really liked meeting the owner and the welcome gift of cheese and wine. I loved the adjustable bed, it was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic also.

Desavantatges: It was a bit far from the old town but we had no problem getting the metro from Piata Romana.

Avantatges: Breakfast was good, Recommend ordering eggs (scrambled or omelet). The staff members at the hotel were outstanding and went "over and above" to help us in every way. Our room was fun and imaginative (Gothic).

Desavantatges: There was no shelf space in the bathroom for our own toiletries, toothbrushes etc. The tub was also difficult to negotiate for our showers and there was no place to put the soap or shampoo.

Avantatges: The offered us a free upgrade, which was so nice of them. They also welcomed us with a glass of proseco. The room was gigantic, and everything was well taken care of. The helped us with everything. Thanks!

Desavantatges: If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is not it. The bars are open until very late, and you can hear people laughing, yelling and so on. Not something that bothered us, though.

Avantatges: Hotel muy nuevo. Personal amable y desayuno muy rico. Además te hacen el desayuno al momento si lo prefieres, como por ejemplo: Tortilla, bacon. Me gusto tanto que se he recomendado a mis suegro y irán dentro de unas semanas.

Desavantatges: La ubicación es genial y muy cerca de los monumentos más turístico. El problema es que por las noches, se escucha algo de ruido.

Avantatges: The staff were friendly and helpful, and on arrival I was informed my room had been upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The welcome glass of Prosecco was a nice touch. The room was immaculate and the location excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

Desavantatges: My only criticism (and I really am nit-picking) is the shower. The free-standing bathtub was beautiful however the shower was handheld, attached to the bath, rather than either a separate cubicle or mounted on the wall above the bath as I would expect for this standard of hotel.

Avantatges: breakfast holds up to its reputation - it was very good. also the address of the hotel is the meeting point for the uber so it's very convenient

Desavantatges: they didn't give me toothpaste and toothbrush until i asked which is really cheap for hilton and even then it was a tiny tube that barely lasted two days. also no shower caps. basically they don't give toiletry kits whereas this is now standard everywhere.

Desavantatges: The close proximity to Old Town has its advantages but also its disadvantages: Extreme loud music Wednesday and Thursday night until 5 a.m. Either the windows have to be adjusted to reduce the noise or the hotel needs to seek with the City Hall to avoid such loud music after midnight. One could even feel the bass. For both business persons and visitors this is not acceptable when checking into a 4-star hotel with such a reputable brand. Great hotel and great location but one should not need to bring ear plugs to get some sleep.

Desavantatges: I find it’s very petty for the hotel to expect guests to pick up their own snacks, drinks or even toothbrush from the lobby with payment. The shower gel was also a little bottle, that didn’t last me the entire shower. It’s the little things that makes it unfit for a Hilton

Avantatges: Excellent location. Very comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful in booking entry to sights.

Desavantatges: Breakfast was a bit lacklustre. If things (eg. fruit) ran out, they weren't replaced so if you were a bit late there was little or no choice. Our TV didn't work correctly & the front desk staff never bothered to get it repaired for our stay.

Avantatges: Right in old town - pros: you are close to lots of dining and historical sites and right across the street from the fountains. Cons - it can be quite loud at night. We rented 2 rooms: 1 was totally quiet and the other (a suite) was quite loud until 4am. But overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend the hotel.

Avantatges: I like the breakfast even I am a very picky person. The location is very great and the backyard is the old town and all kinds of restaurants for you to choose.

Desavantatges: wifi connection is not very well.

Avantatges: Have been in lots of hotels in many countries. This hotel surprise you with very modern and stylish rooms with greate balcony. Restoran interior is tastefully decorated and offers good breakfast. Location is super - ca 3 min from old down. Must stay in there if in Bucharest

Avantatges: The room was tidy and the bed very comfortable. The premium apartments are great

Desavantatges: We settled an early check-in, and when we got there they told us that it is not possible. We had to kill time for over 4 hours in the afternoon heat. Very disappointed about that.

Avantatges: Staff were so helpful, they gave us recommendations on where to go. Also we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on the last day as we had a late flight. The superior room was amazing and so spacious.

Habiendo estado en otros hoteles en Rumania y viendo todos los desayunos y los comentarios malos al respecto tengo que decir que el desayuno es más variado que en todos los demás y una atención increíble. Desavantatges: The hotel were very unhelpful initially adamant that I had not booked an extra sofa bed. And then no apology when I showed proof that it was there mistake . Also even though 2 person suite had only one set of towels and 1 glass, plus when I asked to borrow an international adapter that was not possible ???

The hotel is so refreshing and modern and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Even though we left to the airport at four in the morning, they had breakfast for us to take with us. Everything was packed in aesthetically beautiful wayl. An excellent and highly recommended hotel that is close to every thing in thr city. Loved it

Avantatges: Ibis Styles is my favouire hotel branch in Poland, so while looking for a place for a short stay in Bucharest I was happy I can book a family appartment in this hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Location is quite far from a city center, but the neighbourhood is safe, ca. 15 minutes by foot from the metro station, there is also Uber available in Bucharest which is even better and definitely faster option then public transport (and cheaper for the 4 people family).

Desavantatges: We had booked a family two room appartment, unfortunately after we came we were informed those rooms are not availabale (due to hydraulic problems, supposedly it was flooded). We got two rooms next to each other instead, but we were not happy because of that change, since we had to split (one adult with one child in every room). I thought we will get extra discount because of that, unfortunalety we didn't (I even paid a little more than I was previously informed by booking.com, due to extra city tax, as i was told...). Another little disappointment was a breakfast. Well, I cannot say that it was't good, but compared to the same branch in Poland the choice was quite poor: just basic things. There is not enough hotel parking places for customers, we had to look for a free slot in the area, which is densely populated. At least those public parking places are for free.

Desavantatges: Despues de hacer check out, con todo conforme. Me llega un cargo de cosas consumidas del minibar. Que no era cierto. Unos sinvergüenzas. Volvimos a la semana siguiente, 1 dia, en el check out, nos preguntaron si habiamos consumido algo del minibar, dijimos que no lo comprobaron y todo conforme. No nos dieron ninguna hoja con el ckeck out, que es lo normal, factura con todos los gastos. Ya veremos si nos cobran otra vez algo del mini bar.

Desavantatges: The program for outdoor garden starts only after 12:00. A lot of people were outside in the morning looking for a decent place to take the breakfast or maybe drink a coffee and smoke in an open space. Second, the food is not so good as it was before!

Avantatges: The roooms are spacious and luxurious and are kept up to scratch with top-notch housekeeping. The executive lounge offers an array of food and drinks from early to late with helpful staff who work hard to look after the substantial numbers that use the lounge. For easy and reliable transfers from and to the airport the hotel offers a cost-effective pre-bookable shuttle service.

Desavantatges: Las vistas desde la habitacion a un patio de una casa antigua abandonada. La calle de donde esta el hotel es un poco triste sin ningun interes.

Desavantatges: There was mould in between shower tiles, something that is easily fixed with janola/mould remover. Would make a visual difference in perception of the facility’s with that removed. Maybe have an ironing room. Was unable to get an iron when requested as it was too late in the evening!!

Desavantatges: The fact that you can't book a parking space. Although I've asked in advanced (when I made the booking it was written that a booking is needed) and requested to book one for 10 euro/day, the staff assured me in written that I would find one free. When we arrived there wasn't any available. We needed to park somewhere in the near on sidewalk with the risk of getting a fine :( as at the property all parking space was full.

Avantatges: Quiet and good sounproofing of the rooms, confortable bed and pillows, enough room and WC size, very good breakfest.

Desavantatges: Diffcult acces for reception. Recepcionist dont speak english, easily.

Avantatges: Clean well furnished rooms, excellent pool and amazing staff. Iulian the manager and the security team did an incredible job helping me track down a taxi where I left my phone. The bar and breakfast facilities were also excellent.

Desavantatges: Barn prices a little expensive for Bucharest and the location is a little far from the centre but only 6-7km and a very passable walk to get there from the hotel. If you can navigate the hundreds of huge zebra crossings!

Avantatges: Easy to get downtown and out of the city...

Desavantatges: At check-out, they did not let me pay with my phone through Apple Pay at the POS, they specifically asked for my card, saying that the POS does not accept payment through phone. That made no sense to me, since any POS that accepts contactless cards, accepts Apple Pay as well.

Avantatges: Everyone in the lobby was really nice and helpful. The manager welcomed me personally, and I got a letter because of being in the frequent stay program. The room itself was clean, dry, warm, and supplied with a bountiful mini-bar.

Desavantatges: The restaurant was good, but maybe there should be a less expensive option for dinner.

Avantatges: Everything was good. We got a free upgrade to junior suite,which was quite nice. We made a special request for the baby and it was easily done.

Desavantatges: Our room was facing the main road, therefore a lot of noise was coming from the traffick at night (sirens too). Windows were not doing a good job at soundproofness. So, when booking, make sure to specify for a room facing the back yard.

Avantatges: Un parking amplio incluido en el precio. Habitación executive enorme con una cama comodísima. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. A 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Cenamos muy bien en el hotel. No pudimos desayunar porque nuestro vuelo salía muy pronto pero nos prepararon un picnic que recogimos en recepción.

Desavantatges: Para acceder al ascensor y subir a las habitaciones hay un tramo de escaleras que no concuerdan con la categoría de este hotel ya que deberia ser totalmente accesible. La ducha y bañera son tal altas que es peligroso salir y entrar, además no hay donde cogerse para asegurarse no caer. No hay nada por los alrededores.

Avantatges: I’ve booked a standard double room but they upgraded it to a junior suite and there was also a bottle of red wine waiting for us in the room

Avantatges: Very spacious apartment suite which as the reason why I chose the hotel, very nice city view from the room, friendly and professional belboy service, good food.

Desavantatges: Very bad air-conditioning system, weak room service standard, missing basic amenities in room such as tissue box, no mineral water offered in rooms only chargeable in minibar and only 2 small bottles available although room service is only till 10:30 pm, room service rarely picks up the call, room door does not close properly requires a push, garbage bin only available in toilet no bin in the apartment suite room, toilet seat almost broken, in addition to that they charged me over 50% of my original room rate for a late checkout, rood housekeeping and do not speak English at all, unprofessional hotel manager received all my comments with no action taken only one answer received "we will look into your complain" did not even bother to follow up upon my check out, hotel requires maintenance and is definitely not value for money, I did not have such a bad experience in such a long time and I assure I was very honest and transparent in my comments no exaggeration in Anyway.

Avantatges: It was very easy to find the desired rooms and then the personnel was very friendly, helpful to the detail. So all this along with the atmosphere that was very pleasant made a very good experience.

Avantatges: As per my previous experiences, the room was very clean and in great condition. Parking was available on a very busy day. Breakfast at the Colloseum restaurant was excellent as always, with a great selection food and drinks. It seems like the hotel manages to mantain a certain consistency in the quality of its services, and never dissapoints.

Desavantatges: Everything was fine, except for the fact that i was advised different available check-in times by different members of the staff. Nevertheless, check-in was readily available after the standard 14:00 time.

Avantatges: Muy buen hotel. Muy cómodo y una excelente atención del personal. El desayuno muy variado.
