Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y están bien equipadas. Muy cómodo. Alto nivel.
Es uno de los mejores hoteles 4 Seasons.

Avantatges: Ubicación, ambiente de estilo boutique, muy tranquilo, desayuno, camareros, habitación grande, gran cuarto de baño, camas cómodas.
El desayuno era increíble y el personal era increíble. Nos ofrecieron una caja de galletas como regalo. Muy atento.
Viajo a menudo y me gustaría que todos los hoteles fueran así.

Avantatges: Tuvimos un cambio a último momento, que nos obligó a adelantar la reserva a último momento y agregar una cama para nuestro hijo de 16 años. El personal del hotel respondió con eficiencia y excelente voluntad. Eso y la comodidad del departamento hicieron que pudieramos disfrutar plenamente nuestra breve estadía en Buenos Aires.

Avantatges: Su ubicación es bastante céntrica tomando en cuenta los puntos a visitar de la ciudad. Si bien no esta precisamente en la parte neurálgica de la ciudad, a solo unas calles uno ya esta en varios de estos destinos sin problema, así tambien como ir hacia otros lados. Un buen desayuno complementa el despertar para un día de movimiento.

Avantatges: Even though the hotel is dated, it has been renovated to a good standard. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast they serve is great (hot and cold). Good location to shopping and the tourist sights. I would recommend to all and would stay there again.

Avantatges: our room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel had internet facilites which werre fast and we were also able to print at nil cost. We were very happy with the variety offered in their buffet beakfast, the waiters spoke English and were polite.

Avantatges: The location was perfect for what we had planned to do in Buenos Aires. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance, and if not, taxis are very cheap in the city. The staff was very helpful in getting more information for me. They looked up an address of a specific restaurant that I had in mind, and told me how to get there...and they took care of all the logistics for booking a Gaucho Ranch excursion. They had 2 computers available in the lobby with free access to the internet, which was just perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was a good buffet...nothing amazing, but it did the trick.

Avantatges: Fue mi segunda vez allí y sin duda nos alojaremos allí de nuevo. La ubicación es fantástica, está justo por encima de la locura de Microcentro, pero a un paseo muy fácil para llegar allí. El personal es amable, Internet en las habitaciones es lo suficientemente rápido para trabajar y la relación calidad-precio en general es fantástica.

Avantatges: We have travelled a fair bit and its the first hotel that have a policie no outside food or drinks allowed. (Acceptable if the hotel as a restaurant, but ut was not the case) We soon realized, on Christmas eve, all restaurant booked with reservation so we opted to buy a pizza and go back to the room. Well to our suprise the night clerk was very rude and obnoxious in refusing us to bring the pizza to the room. It was quite disappointing. We sat on the curb and enjoyed a slice and then gave it to people on the street. All to say , had we known that ahead we would not have rented this place. Very old, dated and cleanliness is less then desirable. Mildew in bathroom, ac was not cooling the place let alone we requested a second key so we could keep the unit on while away, and that was also an issue and a drama to get the key. All to say there is lots of hotel in BA and this is not one we would recommend.

Avantatges: The Hotel is very stylish with sophisticated Art Nouveau design and perfectly reflects the atmosphere of Ricoleta. In spite that bathroom is not that big it harmonically suits the concept of the interior. Perfectly white sheets and towel. Very friendly and efficient English speaking staff!!!! Whatever they suggested (Tango show, place to eat and to go) was and excellent choice. Very convenient location.

Avantatges: The location can't be beat. Across the street from bars and a Subway and close to the best restaurants in town. Tours pick you up at the hotel.
Plus, as you're aware, the exchange rate is a challenge. Although the official exchange rate is 8 to 1USD, the hotel offered 11. This was a huge help as it's not as good at shady black market outlets will give you at 13, but it prevents you from having to go to these places.
