Avantatges: Great location. Comfortable room. Nicely decorated. Very helpful and nice staff

Avantatges: Good location. Close to the museum, shops and restaurants.

Desavantatges: I thought the rooms were quite exensive.

Avantatges: The hotel was very nice and central. We got a corner room with a nice decoration and a beautiful bathroom. It was nice and quite.

Avantatges: Fairly small room - but very comfy and well furnished. Great location and really helpful staff.

Desavantatges: Room could have been bigger.

Avantatges: the breakfast was good and the location.

Desavantatges: The hotel is noisy. There are not many bars around but the few ones can be heard clearly until 1-2 am, even if our room (308) was located towards the bar-free street

Avantatges: El desayuno bien. Habitaciones limpias y bastante completo el baño. La localización es buena para visitar, mala si debes abrir la ventana por el calor, ya que el ruido convierte el sueño en todo un desafío.

Desavantatges: Viajamos en un verano muy caluroso, lo que el hotel soluciona prestándote un ventilador si pasas calor por la noche, nuestra habitación no tenía climatización, como todas salvo las del último piso, aparentemente. Las habitaciones que dan al patio interior deberán soportar un ruido nada desdeñable proveniente de las maquinarias.

Desavantatges: The service was poor. Waited a long time for someone to come to Reception to book in. The hotel was not to our style. It was certainly not cosy. Had an evening meal at the Hotel and food very limited. The pizza I had was undercooked and just warm. Breakfast was also limited

Avantatges: Great location and super, super nice and helpful staff.

Avantatges: Habitación amplia (éramos tres) y comfortable. El desayuno es abundante y todo es muy luminoso (luz natural), al estilo sueco. Muy céntrico y buena zona peatonal y de compras en las calles cercanas. El equipo de sonido Marshall por bluetooth en la habitación, una pasada.

Desavantatges: Éramos tres personas y la habitación tenía dos camas grandes. NO accedieron a poner cama supletoria. Solo ponen cunas para niños. No avisaron de este tema, por lo que nos tocó a dos adultos dormir en la misma cama. Entonces pasamos a no estar muy cómodos. No puedo entender que no pongan camas supletorias (ni cobrándolas). No nos dieron ninguna solución. Si vas en coche, es difícil aparcar. El parking mas cercano para dejar el coche por la noche está a 7 minutos andando y con mal tiempo es un rollo. Sobre todo por la noche. El parking ese cierra encima a las 23.00.

Avantatges: The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast in the entrance of the hotel itself, but very pretty.

Desavantatges: The room was larger than average, but more maintenance is needed, because it is a little dated.

Avantatges: La ubicación era estupenda, al igual que el desayuno.

Desavantatges: Toda la ciudad está renovando y el hotel está justo en el medio de todo eso. Eso hace que el hotel sea un poco difícil de llegar, en lo que se refiere al tráfico. El hotel no dispone de parking propio, te llevan a un garaje en la calle. Nos las arreglamos para aparcar en el aparcamiento al lado de la terminal, que estaba un poco más cerca. La habitación estaba oliendo mal. No se pueden abrir las ventanas para que se puedan actualizar. El cuarto de baño era muy pequeño y el agua de la ducha no se agota bien.

Avantatges: Tuve que coger un autobús temprano por la mañana. Me dieron el desayuno en una bolsa para ir preparado a las 4 de la mañana: muy impresionado.

Avantatges: Very good. It was overbooked so we got upgraded from a normal to a suite. Breakfast was delicious.

Desavantatges: Very hard to find the hotel, the main entrance closed, The “front” of the hotel did not welcome guests at all, very unattractive entrance....

Avantatges: Location is perfect and the hotel offers all you need. Compare to other places it is expensive regarding the offer

Desavantatges: Breakfast is over crowded at rush hour. If you expect to warm up yourself gently it is stressful.

Desavantatges: Tener un aire continuo en la habitacion durante toda la noche y no poder apagarlo. Acabamos los dos huespedes resfriados y nadie se disculpo.

Desavantatges: The gym was too small even for a hotel gym. I could hear train announcements very early in the morning

Desavantatges: Be careful while paying with credit card. Choose right currency, otherwise rate will be a pain. Wasn’t informed unfortunately.

Avantatges: La habitación estaba limpia con vista al agua y un precio razonable y acertado. El personal era amable y muy servicial. Los desayunos eran una maravilla!

Desavantatges: Baño pequeño. La cama incómoda. Y ruidoso. Hay muchas obras muy ruidosas.

Avantatges: Céntricamente situado y un bar arriba que tiene una gran vista.

Desavantatges: Los baños eran de vidrio. No hay paredes, así que no hay privacidad!

Avantatges: The Hotel room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for my requirements

Desavantatges: The Hotel is currently under renovation which was not mnetioned. The access to the Hotel and the reception are not ideal. The workers start early in the morning and finish late, so there was a lot of noise. The lifts in the morning were very busy and the stairs do not go all the way down to the groundfloor which for me is a concern should the hotel need to be evacuated. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for the lift which in my opinion is not acceptable

Avantatges: The hotel could be very good and the restaurant is excellent. However this is currently completely overshadowed by the noise from construction.

Desavantatges: When booking, we were informed that there was some work being done to the reception area and that consequently the spa would be unavailable. We were on holiday but considered this wouldn’t be a problem for us. However, on checking in, we were informed that the noise from the building works would start at 8am. Not great when you’re on holiday. The building works affect the whole hotel and it is not possible to sleep given the vibrations through each room. On complaining, the staff are clearly instructed that they cannot do anything to help, which means that we left with a very sour taste in our mouths. If the note they had given us on booking had been more honest and informed us that the building works affected the whole hotel (we were on at least the sixth floor I think) then we would have at least had the opportunity to consider whether we would be awake at 8am anyway, or whether to go elsewhere. Given we had prepaid our room and the extent of the problem was not obvious until the following morning (at 8am), this was not helpful. Simply because of their approach to guest service, I would not recommend the hotel to anyone, even after the works are completed. But I would recommend the restaurant at the top - just stay elsewhere.

Avantatges: Family room was nice like in the pictures. Beautiful extra crib for the baby, nice bathroom, comfy bed.

Desavantatges: There was no information about the ongoing renovation of the main entrance which destroyed the whole hotel stay experience for us, because we needed to carry the suitcases and two baby strollers up the stairs to enter and exit the hotel from the side or from the fire exit every single time. The concierge helped us but his two hands were not enough.it's not something one looks forward to after long trip or day in the city with two babies. Another thing to complain about was cleaning of the room. We managed to get a stain on our double bed sheet but it wasn't changed after room service. Also the te and coffee was not refilled during the whole stay. Breakfast was OK and absolutely not great, it was in the hotels bar area because of the renovation of the restaurant I guess.

Avantatges: Nice hotel, very nice, cheerful and professional staff. Very good breakfast and now excellent views in the sky bar. Oh and I just love the beds with the lovely fluffy duvets and pillows! Clean rooms, posh bath - love the luxury of extra duvets and towels in the wardrobe, water kettle coffee tea. Nice little extra - the shoe such is a map of 3 walks/runs

Desavantatges: Just now undergoing refurbishment, so got some scaffolding in the view, but still nice and clean

Avantatges: Location: hotel is next to bus station. Breakfast rich and varied. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop view over the city!

Desavantatges: A bit noisy due to construction

Desavantatges: Laundry service, breakfast quality, suffice and lower parking rates for customers. Receptionist to have a better attitude (I know they also stress during the renovation) , therefore a better handling of situation during renovation will be much better.

Avantatges: Quiet room, very modern, excellent internet. Excellent skybar.

Desavantatges: Drinks very expensive..but then again it is Sweden!!

Avantatges: Very comfortable bed and modern style with dim light.

Desavantatges: Surrounded by construction equipment. And hard to find the main entrance because of hoyel renovation.
