Avantatges: The room I booked was not available. They gave me a suite was a great room but used soap left in the shower and the jets in the tube were DIRTY. Thankfully I ran the jets before getting in...GROSS

Avantatges: I am active duty military and often travel with my ESA-Dog. After booking my room, I called the hotel and spoke with hotel employee who was VERY accommodating! (front desk) was a great host also, always willing to provided his support when requested.
