Desavantatges: Estuvimos alojados en uno de los apartamentos y algo mejorable es la iluminación en las habitaciones, pq no hay puntos de luz en los techos. Donde se nota sobre todo es en la cocina, quisimos cenar un día y no es agradable comer con tan poquita luz.

Avantatges: Staff was excellent and really instrumental in organising my stay, tours, rent-a-car, airport pick-up and drop-off. They were available around the clock. Breakfast was both continental and local so I did not need look for a local cuisine restaurant - the hotel showed me the Azorean food. Spa and pool. My room had an extraordinary view over the bay of Ponta Delgada.
Desavantatges: It's a bit off the centre of Ponta Delgada but it has its charm.

Avantatges: Positive things were the personal and the breakfast, correct for the price you pay.
Desavantatges: One of the reasons we booked it was because of the gym. When we arrived there we were informed that the gym is not there any more. The rooms are small and the facilities a little old. We had a burger in the bar and it was the worse i ever tried.

Avantatges: This stay dramatically exceeded our expectations. Our room was luxurious and had a beautiful view, the furnishing was very modern, and the room service every day was very thorough. Everything was spotless. The bar and restaurant are excellent, the buffet breakfast being a highlight, and the pool area is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The staff bent over backwards for our every need, and are a credit to the hotel. We hope to stay again in the future - especially as the value for money was incredible.
Desavantatges: Our only complaint, which is small, was that there was a lack of variety of vegetarian dishes for dinner. But this was a problem we found across the island. The food we did have in the restaurant though, vegetarian and meat, was absolutely incredible and the restaurant experience overall was excellent.

Desavantatges: Que se oyen ruidos en el pasillo. Al no tener una puerta en la habitación que aísle del pasillo, se oyen ruidos. De hecho, tuve que salir una noche a llamar la atención a unos huéspedes.

Avantatges: The rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. Every staff member we dealt with bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and help us have a great vacation. Everyone from the concierge staff to the bellmen gave us information and advice on things to do and were great with our kids. We are planning our trip back already!
Desavantatges: The one thing that I can think of is the lack of true closet space but that may not be true of all the guest rooms.

Avantatges: El hotel en general es perfecto, con buenas instalaciones y muy buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto y muy cerca del centro de Ponta Delgada. Al ser temporada baja el hotel estaba casi vacio y se estaba muy bien. El desayuno era muy completo.
Desavantatges: Un día jugamos al billar y nos cobraron 6€ por usarlo, pero no nos informaron cuando indicamos que queríamos usarlo, si no al devolver las bolas. Es un detalle que no procede.

Avantatges: The hotel is in a quiet street and It's easy to park outside the hotel and to get out and get in into the city easily (we rented a car), also it's a 5 minute walk to the city center. The wifi works fine, the staff in the reception are and very nice and the water of the indoor the pool is warm.
Desavantatges: The breakfast could have a little bit more variety for a 4 star hotel.

Avantatges: The hotel is centrally located, however, it is still quiet and comfortable. I like how the rooms are facing the hotel gardens, and they offer good quality complimentary breakfast.
Desavantatges: The room cleaning is inconsistent, we had some good days the maid did an excellent job, and there were some days the maid did a lousy job in tidying the room.

Avantatges: TODO !!! asi en mayúsculas, la atención del personal ,son muy amables, la tranquilidad del hotel, la habitación amplia y camas muy confortables,todo muy limpio,el gran jardín interior, moqueta muy cálida tanto en la habitación como en pasillos,son cuatro pisos y en todos hay un montón de sofás y sillones para relajarte leyendo o tomando un café rodeado de arte,cuadros y muebles antiguos de estilo japonés , piscina exterior amplia,muy limpia y tumbonas cómodas, lo mismo digo de la interior con el excelente jacuzzi al lado,gimnasio y sauna para relajarte aun más. Buen desayuno Buffet tambien TODO en general,muy bien !!!
Desavantatges: pues aqui, por comentar algo, la carta de cafeteria y restaurante solo es en portugués e inglés, creo que podrían ponerla también en español, aun siendo temporada baja de turismo,habia mas españoles en el hotel y nos facilitaría mucho para pedir la comida sin tener que pedir que nos expliquen el menú que queremos. En descargo del hotel, decir que es un tema que sucede en todos los restaurantes de Ponta Delgada, tendrán que hacérselo ver por que el turismo español está creciendo en Azores.

Desavantatges: The advertising says It is a hotel& spa but the spa is independent and has several problems: no dressing rooms with private lockers and showers, no offering of robes, no chairs in the indoors swimming pool area, bad and inefficient service when booking any facial or body treatment/massage.

Avantatges: La ubicación. El desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy bien. La habitación era amplia y tenía terraza. Tenía parking gratuito, que se agradece porque se suele alquilar un coche. El personal de recepción era muy amable.
Desavantatges: Cuando llegamos la habitación olía a cerrado, supongo que las habitaciones triples no se usan mucho, se lo dijimos en recepción y nos ofrecieron otra a la que le pasaba lo mismo, ellos nos dijeron que era un producto de limpieza, y abrimos la ventana de la terraza y se solucionó.

Avantatges: Habitació còmode i gran amb balcó (ideal per deixar el banyador fora perquè s'assequi). Lavabo nou i reformat. L'hotel també te una piscina a la primera planta, nosaltres no la vam fer servir però era molt gran.
Desavantatges: L'esmorzar podria tenir una mica més varietat de fruites. Per l'aparcament gratuït s'ha d'anar tres carrers més enrera.

Avantatges: La habitación era muy grande, la cama grande y cómoda. El servicio muy atento, nos guardaron las maletas al salir del hotel. Recomiendo este hotel por su ubicación, a 200m está el centro. Parking gratis en el hotel.
Desavantatges: No me gustó el desayuno, muy escaso para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas. No tenían nada de bollería y muy poco embutido. Como punto positivo del desayuno diría que habían productos locales, aún así escaseaba.

Avantatges: The staff was extremely helpful. Even gave us beach towels to take to the thermal springs. It was our wedding anniversary when we arrived and a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. Over all experience was wonderful. Made if very easy to rent a car for the day.

Avantatges: The location is good and it has a car park which is good (although description at time of reservation didn't had this info), as most tourists will rent a car in this location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All suggestions for restaurants were spot on! I will definitely consider this hotel again whenever I come back.
Desavantatges: (not a dislike but a factor for improvement) The breakfast was good, but it could have a larger variety. The amount of guests during my stay (during February) could easily justify that.

Avantatges: Everything! I had to stay overnight in S. Miguel due to a change in my flight, and I was sad to stay so little. Big and confortable room for a good value, genuinely friendly staff, there was a cradle ready for my 10 month son, and since we had to leave very early in the morning and before breakfast, they offered to prepare us a breakfast to go. I wish I stayed longer.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is very eco-friendly too and cares about the environment. Very nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds!
Desavantatges: We stayed for a week and the breakfast was the same every day which was little bit repetitive but it was very tasty so it wasn't a problem after all :)

Desavantatges: The views from the ocean view room are AMAZING! The staff was absolutely wonderful! My only negatives were that it was REALLY windy when we were here and the patio door rattled all night so I didn't get much sleep. We also had two cockroaches in our room. One was pretty big and I killed it. There was a little one that came out the first night but not the second. Overall this doesn't detract from the hotel. This is more just an FYI. Overall I would stay again!

Avantatges: Very nice facilities. A huge room (a studio apartment). Everything you need in the kitchen (except no food which you'd obviously have to buy yourself). It was prob a low-price (30eur) only because of off-season, but it would be a good deal even if it was a little more expensive.
Desavantatges: The hot-water was not working in the morning, but the staff were profusely apologetic, so I think it was very unusual. It'd be nice to put a little freebies in the kitchen as a welcome? (free coffee, etc) A location is a bit remote, but no problem with a car.

Desavantatges: Al llegar nos recibieron unas 3 cucarachas, tras subir las maletas a algo en alto, intentamos cenar en el restaurante del alojamiento pues ya era muy tarde, pero estaban cerrados por una auditoria (habian usado productos fuertes para fregar, segun comentaron), volvimos a la habitacion a por las llaves del coche para ir a ponta delgada y nos encontramos un raton en la cocina (nuestra habitacion era justo encima del restaurante). Al bajar a quejarnos a recepcion, habia otra cucaracha junto al ascensor. Es verdad que nos cambiaron de habitacion (solo les sorprendio lo del raton), y estuvimos bien, pero ese comienzo lo estropea todo. Por otro lado, seria de agradecer más menaje en la cocina, por ejemplo unas tijeras, una rasera, un cuchillo de cocina, platos hondos... siempre ayuda.

There was many restaurants close to the property, the staff was also amazing, with great regards for Ms Sonia who served the breakfast and showed us a lot of sympathy!

Avantatges: Best hostel I've ever been to by far. All the staff was always eager to help, considerate and friendly and they did everything they could for the guests to have a memorable time, and it showed. Breakfast was amazing, gathering in the garden outside (and even in February the weather was great for being outside) with lots of different options. They also held thematic dinner nights in the garden, different each day, with some being just really good food and lots of drinks, to really unique experiences (plus at really really good prices, especially for multiple drinks and excellent food). Rooms were immaculate, all shared spaces (e.g. bathrooms) where not just clean but spotless at all times, beds where comfy and they even offered a fully equipped kitchen with tons of kitchenware, spices, olive oil etc to use. The whole experience also rubbed off the guests, as everyone was happy and friendly and it helped that the way the hostel was built and run prioritized socializing and making friends. Already planning when I can visit again, and I can't wait to go back, really

The breakfast was absolutely incredible! A real feast! Try the green detox drink. Seriously, don’t miss the breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was great too!

We had someone come to fix it but it didn’t help so we opened the window. It was really hot. Our second room had no issue.

Avantatges: Staff was excellent and really instrumental in organising my stay, tours, rent-a-car, airport pick-up and drop-off. They were available around the clock. Breakfast was both continental and local so I did not need look for a local cuisine restaurant - the hotel showed me the Azorean food. Spa and pool. My room had an extraordinary view over the bay of Ponta Delgada.
Desavantatges: It's a bit off the centre of Ponta Delgada but it has its charm.

Avantatges: El trato por parte del personal, excelente. La habitacion muy limpia y confortable.
Desavantatges: La única pega, por poner alguna, que pedimos cama de matrimonio y eran dos camas unidas... Aun así resultó confortable a nivel tanto el colchon como la habitación en general.

Avantatges: El hotel tenia muy buenas vistas al mar. Habitaciones insonorizadas. Desayuno completo y cada dia ponian cosas nuevas. El personal de recepción muy bueno. A destacar, Andreia, una chica de recepción muy amable y atenta que nos aconsejó muy bien. Piscina muy grande y cubierta y jacuzzi i sauna perfecto.
Desavantatges: Para poner algo, mas variedad en el desayuno.

Avantatges: La amabilidad del personal. Todos buen trato, la cama era muy comoda. El desyuno muy variado y completo. Las vistas muy buenas.
Desavantatges: Tener que dejar el coche en el parking -2, el que no tenia acceso directo al hotel. Habia que salir, entrar al parking -1 y de alli acceder al hotel. Habia espacio en el parking -1.

Desavantatges: Early closing of pool and hot tub. Had to return early from touring and use these before dinner rather than before bed, as they close them at 9 pm

Avantatges: The location was great. Very close to the town and restaurants. Also close to the marina so we were able to just walk over to get on the boat that we chartered to fish. The concierge was very helpful also. On Friday evening it was nice that they served drinks and snacks and had a musician playing.
Desavantatges: The bathroom was a bit small and awkward. hard to have two people in it at the same time.

Avantatges: Lo que más nos gustó fue que había parking gratuito en las inmediaciones, que contando con que para visitar la isla el coche es prácticamente obligatorio, nos vino de lujo. Y la piscina interior, que viene genial para relajarse un poco después de las largas caminatas entre arboledas y cascadas :) También las dos botellitas de agua que te dejan como regalo de bienvenida.
Desavantatges: Por poner una pega diré que la iluminación del baño era un poco escasa.

Avantatges: Me pareció una muy buena relación calidad precio. Con el servicio me encontré cómoda y en casa, estuvimos bastante tiempo en el hotel y organizábamos limpieza habitación limpieza a demanda, me gustó la combinación hotel tipo empresa con la calidez de los empleados de limpieza habitaciones y bar.
Desavantatges: No funcionó un día la sauna. Las zonas comunes, bar billar podrían tener más animación para crear vínculos sociales y saber que ofrecen comida etc. Faltaban dos bolas en el billar. Vi reseñas negativas sobre el hotel y no son ciertas, me hicieron dudar de lo que veía en las fotos. Sería necesario eliminar los comentarios de trolls.

Avantatges: Me sorprendió mucho la calidad-precio del hotel. Habia visto comentarios en los que se comentaba que las instalaciones estaban algo anticuadas e imagino que son comentarios de hace algun tiempo puesto que las calidades del hotel son bastante buenas en comparación el precio por noche que me costó la habitación en planta ejecutiva en el puente de diciembre. El desayuno era muy completo y además teniamos acceso sin coste alguno al jacuzzi, sauna, gimnasio y piscina climatizada. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
Desavantatges: Por poner una pega está a unos 10-12 minutos andando del centro, pero la verdad es que Ponta Delgada es una ciudad muy tranquila y ese trayecto se hacia bastante bien.

Avantatges: Desayuno muy bueno. La piscina, jacuzzi y sauna de acceso gratuito y estaban muy bien. Cama muy comoda y habitacion muy espaciosa y silenciosa. Las vistas desde la habitacion tambien eran muy bonitas.
Desavantatges: El telefono de la ducha no iba muy bien. La temperatura del agua de la ducha a veces era intermitente.
