Avantatges: Esta fue una de las mejores estancias en hoteles que he tenido en mucho tiempo, ¡especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio y la relación calidad-precio! El buffet de desayuno era genial, y la ubicación era un poco desagradable en el ajetreo y el bullicio de Bukit Bintang sin ser demasiado ruidoso.

Avantatges: OMG this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredible (front desk, butlers, bellhops, pool, everyone). They allowed us to check in hours ahead of time, as we arrived on a red-eye flight. Since the room wasn't quite ready, they showed us to breakfast and then the pool. The spa facility had EVERYTHING we could have needed to shower after a swim and get ready for the day. The spa lady even lent us her personal iPhone charging cord when she realized mine wasn't working properly. Then the front desk guy came to the pool to give us the room key personally. They REALLY have unparalleled customer service here, I've never experienced anything like it (and I've traveled to over 30 countries).
The room was very luxurious and that BATHROOM.... It couldn't have been any better. That's my new dream bathroom!
I would LOVE to stay here again and you should totally stay here if you are headed to Kuala Lumpur!

Avantatges: El personal era muy amable y atento. Cuando necesitamos un técnico para mostrarnos cómo funcionaba el aire acondicionado, un miembro del personal vino a nuestra puerta en cuestión de minutos.
Excelente ubicación también. En el corazón de la zona de tiendas y restaurantes de Kuala Lumpur y a sólo 20 minutos a pie a través de un centro comercial de las famosas Torres Petronas.

Puedes ir andando desde el hotel por esta mini nueva ciudad de Kuala dedicada al empresario y al comprador compulsivo (precios un pelin mas baratos que en españa y con regateo a saco). Todo el ocio, compras y restauracion con mas nivel esta aglomerado en torno al hotel. La habitacion es muy comoda (pedirla con buenas vistas) aunque un pelin antiguo el baño (decoracion de lujo a la antigua aunque limpio) Desayuno buffet espectacular. Piscina muy recomendable.

Avantatges: I stayed there twice. The hotel is in an area that is relatively safe and a covenient area for shopping and eating. It's also really close to a monorail station. The vast majority of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The front office Assistant Manager was particularly helpful with resolving initial problems and ensured that my return stay was welcoming and trouble free. I stayed in a "Summit" room each time and even had a PC in my room. I obviously liked the hotel.
