Avantatges: El apartamento era espacioso y bien equipado. La ubicación es bastante buena a las zonas turísticas, tiendas y algunos bares/restaurantes buenos. Nos ascendieron a una suite más grande.

Desavantatges: El personal no es el más amable comparado con el típico hotel Best Western.

Avantatges: El personal era cortés, eficiente y servicial. Inglés hablado claro y fácil de entender. La habitación no tenía problemas. El desayuno era buffet europeo estándar. La ubicación era conveniente para ir de tiendas, restaurantes y transporte público.

Desavantatges: Nada!

Avantatges: Lovely spacious room with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a quiet room. The location was about 20 minutes walk from Central Station, and 20-25 minutes from the Old Town. There were good places to eat nearby.

Avantatges: Awesome location. Room was an enormous 1 bedroom suite. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean and central close to an abundance of restaurants, shopping, bars and cafes. Felt like having my own apartment as opposed to a stuffy hotel.

Desavantatges: Room decor was really dated and quite run down which was really disappointing considering the price paid but it was super clean. The gym was not a gym in any sense of the word.

Avantatges: The staff attention was very good and helpful. The place was well decorated and really clean. Good restaurants around. We were lucky and get free parking in the inner patio between buildings, otherwise they have parking available but yo have to pay for.

Desavantatges: Las camas. La cama doble eran dos camas contiguas con la consiguiente incomodidad que esto acarrea El sofá estaba sucio

Avantatges: There were nice restaurants around and it was a close walk to parks and museums. The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection was good. The staff at the reception were very helpful and make one feel welcome.

Desavantatges: The staff at the breakfast service could have been a bit more smiley and friendly, perhaps. They were always ready and quick to serve you but they lacked that friendliness and smile that the reception staff had.

Avantatges: Nos encantó este hotel en Varsovia. Nos alojaron en una suite. Éramos un matrimonio con su hijo mayor. El hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo. En el restaurante, cenamos de maravilla. Y además, a pocos metros está situado el restaurante Nolita (buenísimo). La recepcionista hablaba español y era súper simpática. Aconsejándonos lugares para visitar.

Avantatges: Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y servicial. Muy buen desayuno. Hotel muy recomendable.

Desavantatges: We were rudely greeted by construction workers outside the hotel blocking us from entry. No one from the hotel cane to help us deal with them or offer any help period. When I complained, the receptionist simply told me that she didn’t like them either and they were a bother to her. So much for hospitality...

Avantatges: We got a really spacious 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a balcony. Very good in-house restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and some small grocery stores. Parking possible in the underground garage.

Desavantatges: Room cleaning could have been done better. Parking spots in the garage are fairly narrow, but it is not a big issue if you do not want to move the car very often or if you have a small car.

Avantatges: Nice interior architecture. Great restaurant and original bar. Excellent breakfast. Cosy gym. The maitre d'hôtel was very friendly and he recognised me, I stayed at the hotel 5 months ago.

Desavantatges: The music during breakfast sounded too loud and the choice of music could have been better. The waiters in the restaurant need more style and professionalism. The piano is gone ...

Avantatges: Beautiful hotel in central Warsaw with excellent food and super comfortable beds. Very clean with ultra modern design and very close to trendy bars and restaurants on Nowy Swiat.

Avantatges: Loved the rooms, very clean and tidy, with comfortable large bed, although a bit high for my taste. Even though I was in an inner room, the large window facing the hotel lobby, made me feel as an exterior window. The hotel has nice amenities and we even have a kettle and a coffee machine in the room with complementary water replaced everyday, tea and coffee bags. The employees are very nice and accomodating. The breakfast has many options and a nice selection of alternative breakfasts such as smoothies ou chia pudding. The location is near the "most beautiful" street in Warsaw, with nice restaurants around, and with a 20 minute walk straight we reach easily the Old Town Market. We can even go to the Mall where Hard Rock Café is, by foot.

Desavantatges: It's near a club, so on the night of Saturday to Sunday, even though I was in an inner room, on the 4th floor, the noise kept me up all night. I complained to the front desk at 8.30 in the morning and I was told that I've should complain during the night, because the club manager always asks if any hotel guest is complaining. I had no ideia where the noise was coming from, and was too tired to even call the reception in the middle of the night. So important information for those who seek a quiet hotel, during weekeds, it's not. It's near a trendy club that is open until 8.30 in the morning.

Avantatges: El hotel está bien ubicado y el edificio un buen diseño.

Desavantatges: Nos habíamos alojado jueves y viernes. Dejamos maletas para volver el domingo, ya que el sábado íbamos a Cracovia. En nuestra segunda estancia nos dieron una habitación minúscula en la que teníamos problemas para movernos.

Avantatges: Really professional and kind staff. Very good new barmen.

Avantatges: New hotel, spotlessly clean, very well located, well equipped room, comfortable mattress, very effective and helpful staff. Spacious building but still intimate. You feel you are in the hands of professionals.

Desavantatges: Some room features (at least ours), bordered on the dysfunctional : bay windows facing similar windows, making constantly closed curtains a necessity, A/C vents blowing up from the floor by the bedside, uncomfortably high mattress. The breakfast offered cost more than some dinners we had in Warsaw.

Avantatges: The breakfast was nice. A bit costly in view of the average cost of living in Warsaw but it is expected in a high-end hotel. The hotel upgraded me to a suite in 24th floor with a great view of the Cultural Center building. The swimming pool and gym located in 44th floor was amazing!!!

Avantatges: Great view (room located on 36th floor!), great and complete breakfast with many, MANY choices. Staff very friendly.

Desavantatges: Facilities do not scale with the many travellers. Swimming pool was crowded until lunchtime, and was not able to eat at the restaurant because it was full. Not acceptable at this standing.

Avantatges: La eficacia del personal de concierge ya que concertamos el transfer desde el aeropuerto y la comunicacion con ellos fue perfecta y muy rapida , ademas se ofrecieron a comprarnos desde el hotel los billetes de tren a Breslavia, ahorrandonos tiempo y tramites. Resaltar la amabilidad y educacion de todo el personal. Desayunar con musica de arpa en directo es muy agradable

Desavantatges: Quizas la unico el edredon de la cama, que es corto, en España se usa mas largo.

Avantatges: Staff were extremely helpfull throughout the course of my journey and exceeded my expectations. Room Service was fantastic. Paid for breakfast but was not made aware how and what to do to proceed however I could have asked. I asked for a single large bed and was given a 2 single beds joint together.

Desavantatges: The bathroom was not clean, especially the toilet had urine underneath the seat. The shower power was weak, struggled to control the temperature. But overall it was tidy and clean around the premise and rooms I visited.

Gran ubicación, habitaciones grandes, cómodas, TRANQUILAS y bien equipadas, personal atento y el mejor buffet de desayuno de todos los tiempos. Las salas de conferencias son atractivas y convenientes para las habitaciones y las comodidades. Nos alojaríamos allí de nuevo y lo recomendamos sin dudarlo.

Avantatges: Clásico hotel europeo de lujo. una gran dama de Varsovia. Completamente moderno con un personal maravilloso y con un ambiente inglés. Habitación muy cómoda, cama king size, excelente servicio de Internet, baño enorme y cómodo. Excelente desayuno (¡consigue el desayuno con tu tarifa!). También disfrutamos de la cena una noche, cuando era particularmente elegante y al aire libre, no quería ir a ningún lado.

Desavantatges: El hotel proporciona jabón y gel de ducha en dispensadores en lugar de barras o tubos individuales.

Avantatges: Nos ha gustado el edifico , las instalaciones , la habitación , el desayuno ... o sea muy bien . Si te lo puedes permitir , no lo dudes !

Avantatges: The location of the hotel is excellent! Walking distance from everything - metro station 3 min, Central train station 7 min, shopping mall Zlote Tarasy (just behind the trains station) and T-K-Maxx 10 min, the Royal Route (Nowy Swiat str) 15 min, and the Palace of Culture just in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, seems like has just finished a renovation, both from outside and inside. No signs of wear on carpets and walls, no smell, everything is shining. I cannot evaluate the facilities since I have not used them. The room service was very fast, the room was perfectly cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful and responsive. A convenience shop is 3 min walk from the hotel, which is also very useful.

Desavantatges: The only cons I can think about is power sockets. There are not enough of them. I could not put my phone in charge by the bed. Also in other locations there was lack of available power sockets for my tablet, camera charger and other devices.

Avantatges: We were offered an upgraded room which is always nice. Staff was exceptionally helpful. One in particular is Tatiana who helped us with a variety of needs. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing but good things to say about this hote.

Avantatges: The hotel is located on a quaint street just steps away from restaurants, the old town area, main square and plenty of shopping. The hotel itself is breathtaking upon entering the lobby and you knew you were entering into luxury. The staff greeted us with friendliness and warmth. A very nice young man assisted us by taking our luggage from the car to the room. Entering the room was amazing, as it was so elegant with charm, clean and a nice view of the quiet street. Another unique feature was the mirror was the TV!

Desavantatges: Everything was perfect! No complaints at all and would definitely return. I would tell anyone traveling to Warsaw to book a room at this hotel as it is a perfect location and an amazing, quiet hotel.

Avantatges: Tener un servicio de traslado al aeropuerto es una gran ayuda. El personal es amable. La habitación, y el baño de un buen tamaño. Me alojaré aquí de nuevo si vuelo con salida de Varsovia.

Desavantatges: Un poco lejos de la ciudad vieja, pero es factible en autobús.

Avantatges: Hotel muy limpio y moderno. Ubicación estupenda si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto y no tener ruido del aeropuerto. El servicio gratuito de transporte del hotel sale del hotel cada 30 minutos a partir DE LAS 4AM y está a tiempo. También funciona tarde por la noche. El aeropuerto se encuentra a unos 20 minutos a pie. Hay una tienda de comestibles a unos 15 minutos a pie en dirección al aeropuerto.

Avantatges: En el check-in me ofrecieron mejorarme sin costo alguno a una de sus habitaciones más nuevas, y fue muy agradable. El precio de la habitación incluía un abundante y delicioso desayuno bufé en el restaurante del hotel. Me ofrecieron un servicio de transporte gratuito (a partir de las 4 de la mañana) al aeropuerto, pero decidí ir y volver andando al aeropuerto, que funcionaba bien: Unos 20 minutos a pie.

Desavantatges: Organizar un servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel parecía difícil si uno no tiene instalaciones con polaco.

Avantatges: Wonderful, comfortable, modern, clean, hotel with a very accommodating staff. Super comfy bed, quality linens! I enjoyed a nice massage. My husband said the gym is one of the best he’s seen in a hotel. We had a nice dinner with wine. Delicious breakfast; we only ate a la carte, but a large buffet is offered. Prompt, friendly airport shuttle that runs 24/7 on the half hour.

Avantatges: The location of this hotel is excellent for access to the Warsaw (WAW) Airport. This hotel provide shuttle service every 30 minutes to WAW, which we used.

Avantatges: Food and services were excellent.

Avantatges: The shuttle bus from and to the airport is free and I had to wait only few minutes. Very big buffet for breakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean.

Desavantatges: Thin walls to the next room - laughing and shouting until 1:30 am. Then I called the reception and they stopped the people to make such a noise in the middle of the night.

Desavantatges: Se escucha los de la habitación de al lado. Justo estaban de 'fiesta' y hablaban fuerte y salían y entraban de la habitación. Tuve que ponerme tapones. Una vez se fueron del todo ya está .

Desavantatges: I was traveling for work with my colleague and I have reservated a twin room and we got a double bed (and we are not that close friends ;/)

Avantatges: Great view from large window wall in the room. Close to historical Center of Warszawa walking or by bus (very frequent). Helping staff in the Hotel, and very rich breakfast!

Desavantatges: It's weird but window in the room doesn't open. In any room in the hotel! (we asked the receptionist) We dont have lack of air - ventilation and conditioning works perfect but it's so confusing. Dirty mirror in the room - a lot of fingerprints on it.

Avantatges: Breakfasts were perfect. Rooms are always clean. It was really fascinating to stay near historical place.

Desavantatges: If you booked the hotel as the cheapest there is no possibility to get an invoice

Avantatges: The breakfast was really nice and provided items for every taste! The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the swimming pool with a salty water very much. The service and staff were nice and attentive. I loved the SPA and the treatments I received.

Desavantatges: We did like almost everything. Maybe in terms of the placement in the rooms - the hotel is relatively big and therefore it took a while to reach the swimming pool area or the gym from our room. It would be useful to ask at the reception while checking in to be placed in rooms that are closer if you intend to use these facilities. Also, at breakfast, the staff were little bit too eager to clean tables and so they were literally removing plates from us while we were still eating.

Avantatges: El desayuno es propio de un hotel 5 estrellas. Haber podido cenar en el lugar y la zona del spa muy completa y agradable. El personal super atento a cada necesidad. La cookie caliente de bienvenida es un detalle super importante. El tamaño de la habitacion es muy muy generoso. El Toilete tiene ducha comun y ademas una bañadera donde se puede hacer un baño de inmersion.

Desavantatges: La ubicacion bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad pero como esta ubicado en un lugar poco concurrido, es muy tranquilo y no hay ruido desde el exterior.

Avantatges: Very nice pool (if you are lucky and miss the groups of children that apparently come at times), comfortable room.

Desavantatges: Due to a lot of noise (power tools etc.) linked to setting up an exhibition in the lobby, it was impossible to eat in the restaurant. Even if it is understandable that such work has to be done, in such a case there should be doors to close or other soundproofing to the restaurant. This is not a hotel for visiting Warsaw (far out), but for a stop on a drive or similar (although a bit complicated to get to).

Avantatges: The hotel is very comfortable including all necessary facilities. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good.

Es tan malo que no volveré a alojarme en el Westin Warsaw de nuevo. Soy un SPG Loyalist, pero no volvería a alojarme en el Westin Warsaw otra vez debido a la situación del calor del agua. Es muy mala y cuando hablé con el personal de la recepción, comentaron que el problema se había solucionado. No puedo ser el único que considera esto peligroso y estoy terriblemente molesto.

Avantatges: It was a very clean and comfortable room. Checking in was easy and the location was great. I recommend staying here for a nice central spot in the city.

Especially katarzyna, what a nice person.

Avantatges: Beautiful decor. There were lots of lovely mirrors all over the hotel, including my room. The bathroom had a really nice jet shower + bathtub and I slept in the most comfortable queen sized bed! Really helpful hotel staff as well.

Desavantatges: For lack of anything negative to say about the hotel, the walk from the city center was a bit long on foot, especially after a full day of exploring the Old Town.

Avantatges: I asked for a late check out because on the morning of the check out day I would participate in a Warsaw marathon. The staff gladly granted my wish. This allowed me to come back to the hotel after I've crossed the finish line and take a shower. Thank you!

Avantatges: Great location with many restaurants and cafe around. 15min walk to the Central Railway Station. The hostel is clean and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was there for one night of private room and one night of dormitory. Both rooms are beautiful and clean. If I were to go to Warsaw again, I will definitely stay in this hostel again.

Desavantatges: Not really a big issue but the hostel is on the 3rd floor without elevator. If you have big luggages, it might be difficult to move your stuff up and down.

Avantatges: Everything was great, very clean, and perfectly located. Also great value for money!! Totally recommend it!

Avantatges: really nice hostel with friendly staff and good location. not exactly in the center but 5 minutes from a metro station and close to food market. for us it was good location to discover few parts of Warsaw. the hostel has no elevator, so it can be hard for some people to climb 3-4 floors.

Desavantatges: Too noisy from the apartments nearby. Some idiot started at 0700h with preparing breakfast and so on. A lot of noise from the street. You can close the window which is ok, but no airco.

Avantatges: Location was close to Central Station so very convenient if arriving by train from the airport. We really appreciated the heated bathroom floor!!

Desavantatges: There was nothing I did not like. Front desk staff was very friendly and even put a handwritten note on our key card with his name in case there was anything further he could help with.

Avantatges: Excellent location, really nice and helpful staff, clean rooms.

Desavantatges: Small room, tiny closet (also, if you open the closet door, you can’t get out of the bathroom - wasn’t fascinated by this solution). Quite expensive for the value you get. Really crowded on breakfast time, you share tables with strangers, wait in big line for the coffee (which is not even that good).

We thought we had landed truly in a Palace !! And the location was so great, on a street that got you to the best restaurants and activities and public transportation. This was our first visit to Poland and our accommodations were over our expectations. Don't hesitate to spend your time in Warsaw here.

Avantatges: Me gusto todo. Tanto la ubicación, personal (que no hablaba ingles) pero se esforzaron mucho en ayudarnos, y el desayuno aceptable.

Avantatges: Perfect location. Clean, spacious apartment, hairdryer, AC, good breakfast. Easy check in and out, smiley English-speaking stuff.

Desavantatges: I missed the air-conditioning in the smaller room with the single bed. Breakfast is only until 10 am. No private parking for hotel guests, it's not easy to find a place.

Avantatges: The apartments are well positioned, just off a busy street with a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops all around. For those who don’t mind walking, the old town can be reached on foot in 20-30 mins. Our apartment overlooked the beautiful, well maintained and peaceful courtyard. We frequented and liked the cafe located there. The apartment itself was fine. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The living room had a nice size.

Desavantatges: There were two little things we would have preferred - a separate toilet and a second two-seater sofa - because there were three of us in the apartment.

Avantatges: Very comfortabel hotel, you feel like you are at home. We stayed at a Junior apartment and liked it a lot. Breakfast was also very good. Can't say the location is very central but if you arrive to Warsaw just to visit the city then it's quite ok since it takes only 15-20 minutes walk to get to the center of the city

Desavantatges: The only thing that I personally would recommend to the hotel management is to fix at least one small shelf in the shower cabin, just in case your guest would like to use his/her own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a razor, a comb or a hair clip in the shower. I had to put all this stuff just on the bottom of the cabin. And flushing system is not operating very good presumably due to saving reasons. But, imho, the hotel is spending more rather than saving.

Avantatges: The suite was quite large and rooms were generous. The rooms were clean. The sofa in the TV room was comfy if it was a touch longer it would have been better than the beds.

Desavantatges: The breakfast was very poor. The bed was a slab of concrete and the pillows hard. No TV in the bedroom. We paid a good price for this hotel but would not recommend this hotel for the full rate.

Avantatges: St. Andrew's Palace is not your usual hotel. An all-suite hotel, it offers generous living and sleeping rooms along with a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious bath. There is no room service, house cleaning on the weekend, or 24-hour front desk, but non of that detracts from the extraordinary positive experience of staying at the St. Andrew's. It is conveniently located in the city. A suite facing onto the courtyard tends to be quieter than those facing the pedestrian street zone. The courtyard cafe offers a decent breakfast. It closes at 11:00pm, whereas the street scene can go on until after midnight. St. Andrews offers more than luxury hotels in the area and at a lower rate. The air conditioning came in handy. TV, video, DVD player.

Desavantatges: St. Andrew's does not have its own parking. I did not get any information from them before my arrival. Upon arrival, I was directed to a large guarded surface lot about a 10-minute walk, but I found a much better deal in an even closer underground guarded garage just 5 minutes by foot. The entrance to the pedestrian zone in which the hotel is located is difficult to find at first, and I was not quite sure that I could drive into it. But you can. The hotel's website could provide better information, maybe even a map to alleviate the search. But, Ende gut, alles gut!

Avantatges: Excellent security and reasonably quiet provided you are overlooking the courtyard - spacious and well appointed - close to shopping in department stores and to the weekend market along Nowy Swiat - easy walk (for those without impairment) to the University and down into the old city.

Desavantatges: There is no room service or reception on Saturday and Sunday - make your own beds and no change of towels and bed linen - the 24hr security guard takes over the reception role but English can be a problem if you want more than a taxi. Chmielna is rather run down (undergoing renovation) and has its interesting collection of colourful characters.

Stayed just for night (10pm-11am) and asked to do express laundry service and got our clothes at 10am already.

Avantatges: The hotel is very central to the transport hub and shopping, restaurants the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast excellent it even included regional dishes. We stayed in the king room on 27th floor after a long flight from Australia it was just what we needed a restful stay.

First room - AC was not working, I called reception and they informed me is should be fine in few minutes I need to wait. Question - why is the hotel asking about my arrival time if they are not able to prepare the room on time ( 23:00 check-in...) AC didn't get fine. I changed my room - in the next room the temperature was by 15 degree maybe, so it was freezing - none of the stuff called to check if I am satisfied with the new room and if the temperature was ok - this point is very poor, considering I was already very annoyed and super tired after a long journey... Hotel itself was great, but customer service should be improved

Avantatges: Clean, closely located to a tram line that brings you to the city centre. And relatively conveniently located when you need to catch an early morning flight. No airport transfer though.

Desavantatges: It's a typical chain hotel. Clean, offers all the hotel room should offer...but it has absolutely no character whatsoever. I can't say much difference from other chain hotels. The room was a bit cold. Turning up the aircon did not help.

Avantatges: Recently built modérn hotel at the airpot Chopin. It s fir those who has transit flights and need overnight place. Hotel rooms are large. Bathroom is clean, wifi works well. It u should stay in Warsaw as a turist than it s better to go to city center as there is nothing to do around.

Desavantatges: Sometimes we found it difficult to communicate with the staff. The location isn't very central and we needed an Uber to get to the centre. It would have been nice to just walk. However the hotel is right next to a beautiful park.
