Avantatges: El hotel estaba situado cerca del transporte público. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y bastante cómodas. El personal era amable y servicial. Nuestra habitación daba a un patio precioso patio. Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia.

Desavantatges: Realmente no tengo nada que decir com una desventaja. Solo tenemos cosas positivas que decir sobre nuestra estancia.

Avantatges: Every staff member was friendly and smiling all the time. Free Ice creams and candies - yeahh!

Desavantatges: In the morning (7 or 7:30) I could clearly smell tobacco smoke in the entire room 104. People were smoking in front of the hotel entry door. Being at the first floor it would come directly inside the room which was annoying. Not the best way to get up/ start a new day. Two small beds together doesn't make a large bed. Nearest U station is a bit far from the hotel.

Avantatges: Great package, the free ice cream in the lobby was a nice touch.

Desavantatges: Location was slightly out of the way but really not bad at all.

Avantatges: Very friendly staff, nice rooms and comfortable.

Avantatges: Really lovely hotel with friendly staff, tranquil location, easy parking, nice rooms with an outstanding breakfast. We also used their sauna. Lots of extras.

Desavantatges: Even though a bit pricey on reflection. Was a pain the elevator wasn’t working and we were on 3rd floor. Bit of a journey to the centre town.

Avantatges: Muy limpio. Café en la habitación y vasos para llevar. Mosquitera en todas las ventanas. Ducha amplia.

Desavantatges: Estuvimos allí en plena ola de calor y la habitación era un horno a todas horas (típico del norte de Europa, que construyen para guardar el calor pero luego es imposible bajar la temperatura).

Avantatges: Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Right across the street from a tram station with 1 stop, easy access to the Volksgarten S-bahn station, which is only 1 stop from the main train station.

Desavantatges: Lift was out of order No air conditioning.

Avantatges: i paid a very low price and i did not expect it would be an actually fancy hotel, its even cheaper than a hostel, i was going to try the breakfast but i had no time, but the hotel is a really good one though .

Desavantatges: well, if the check in time could be earlier than 4pm it would be nicer. i arrived at two still can not check in. but probably it is a regular thing in germany i guess? but i do know some places with earlier check in time.

Avantatges: The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at walking distance of restaurants.

Desavantatges: The room did not had air conditioning.

Desavantatges: No hay cafeterías ni restaurantes cercanos. Zona muy tranquila, no hay ruidos pero tampoco personas transitando por la calle (para volver por la noche al hotel se agradece no ir solo por la calle)

Avantatges: La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene la parada del metro super cerca e incluso se puede ir al centro a pie. La cama es super cómoda y está fenomenal que en cada habitación haya una máquina de café nespresso con cápsulas y galletas gratis.

Desavantatges: Lo único que se podría mejorar a mi gusto, claro, serían los pasillos con alfombra.

Avantatges: Due to early flight, did not have breakfast.

Desavantatges: There was a fire alarm after midnight, and the information was poorly heard inside the rooms.

Desavantatges: The waiter forgot to order my omelette and I ran out of time for breakfast....not exactly a major problem. Standard rooms aren't massive and Aircon doesn't go below 19 degs.

Avantatges: Room was spotless and comfortable. Reception staff was excellent.

Avantatges: We got married on Inselstrasse, had our reception in the Old Town and decided to stay at Hyatt House at the end of our party. It was beautiful - large, airy, modern room with large windows overseeing quiet greenery at the back. The hotel welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers - many thanks for this special touch! It felt very special!

Avantatges: Su ubicación es excelente. Justo en el centro de la ciudad vieja. A pasos de la infinidad de bares y restaurantes de la zona pero la cuadra donde está el hotel es muy tranquila. El bus de turismo pasa por la puerta del hotel del hotel. La habitación muy silenciosa y cómoda. Algunos detalles: ducha excelente, cama y almohadas para no querer levantare....y eso se agradece para un buen descanso.

Desavantatges: No tengo ninguna queja, todo fue excelente. Totalmente recomendable

Avantatges: The hotel was great! The room was very spacious and it felt like a small apartment because we had a small kitchenette and a washing machine in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was very nice and pleasing. The hotel would be great for a family and for couples. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well! and the overall architecture of the building was beautiful!

Avantatges: Bed was too soft for me but this was not a complaint. Maid only gave me one bottle for two night stay, also this was not a complaint because it was not much bothered me.

Avantatges: Beautifully designed rooms/apartments! Amazingly friendly members of staff! That was my second stay and both stays were probably the best lodging experiences I have had so far and I have been to quite a few places. Big thumbs up!

Avantatges: Perfect location, new interior, perfect breakfast

Avantatges: - The hotel is located in a very central place of the city, which allows the residents to reach the most important places of the city either directly or in a really short time. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. - The breakfast was perfect, with a great variety of options, really tasty and fresh bakery in a big and well lit room - perfect to start your day with. - The staff was really friendly and helpful when needed.

Desavantatges: - The very central location of the hotal can have its disadvantages, as it is not totally impossible that during the night you will hear drunk crossing the street singing/shouting, or pimped cars accelerating in every traffic light. By fully closing the windows a big part of the problem is actually solved, but it's something that should be mentioned. - Even though the hotel is located in a shopping center complex with its own parking lot, there is no agreement for a free or at least reduced price of the parking places, which can cost up to 28 euros/day - a hotel of this level could have done something better for its clients. There are cheaper alternatives not too far from the hotel though, you just have to ask at the reception desk.

Avantatges: Clean and large rooms. Big size TV, safe and a free bottle of water in the room. The bathroom had a great walking rain forrest shower and housekeeping is doing a great job by keeping it all all clean and working. The staff of this hotel, specially receptionist were very helpful and responded quickly to any type of question we had. The bar / lounge is not overcrowded but a good place to connect before going out. Their beers are good :) Breakfast is for kings ! Large selection of hot and cold food, fruit and good coffee machines. The location is outside of the very busy streets of downtown Düsseldorf, but within walking distance of 10-20 min. depending where you want to go. Central Station is just a 10 minute walk. A Taxi queue is right outside the hotel and you can rent electrical steps anywhere in the city.

Desavantatges: It was a very busy breakfast on Sunday morning, so be prepared to queue a bit for your coffee.

Avantatges: Breakfast is nice, but I wish to have more vegetables options next time, cause you have various meat options here, but lose the balance on the vegetables. You can at least provide some mixed vegetable salad. Other service is very nice. Location is also great, there is a super market downstairs, with nice restaurant inside. Not far from the Kingstrees nor the old town.

Desavantatges: Breakfast needs more vegetable options, at least provide a mixed vegetable salad would be nicer.

Avantatges: I stayed for 4 days and I was particularly impressed with the professional way the bartender performed his job. It was simply a joy to watch this young man run the bar with an extremely good eye for the smallest details. He made me enjoy my stay a lot and I wish there were more people with such a positive attitude in the world.

Desavantatges: The room number indication has not been designed correctly and made me walk a long way totally unnecessary. The second day I found out what the easiest (shortest) way was to walk to my room. It is a small remark, but I hope someone picks up on this advice.

Avantatges: Excellent Breakfast, until10.30. Good views and easy parking and access to city Coffee in room.

Desavantatges: Standard rooms a bit narrow for 2 people.

Avantatges: La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de un hermoso parque, en medio de las tiendas, a pocos minutos a pie del río, Konigstrasse y aldstadt. La habitación era perfecta - pequeña pero muy limpia, tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Artículos de minibar gratuitos dentro de la pequeña nevera. Hacía calor afuera, así que el aire acondicionado era una ventaja. El desayuno era bueno y estaba incluido. Un lugar muy agradable, me volveré a alojar aquí la próxima vez que vuelva a la ciudad.

Desavantatges: Rociaron algún tipo de olor en la habitación antes de mi llegada y era un poco fuerte, pero dejé las ventanas abiertas hasta que era hora de dormir y se fue.

Avantatges: Location is great. It's in a great shopping area

Desavantatges: The room's a/c didn't get as cold as I would like. Also, the hotel is near a nightclub so bring your ear plugs if you're there on a weekend.

Avantatges: I stayted in this hotel before. The location is superb. The breakfast very good with several selections. The rooms were very clean.

Desavantatges: The TV channel selections are limited to German and local European channels ( which are dubbed) mostly with only BBC news and CNN Int.. for english speaking people.No Netflix connection. Most hotels provide several options; maybe this can be considered.

Desavantatges: There was no buzz. It was too quiet with no milling around a central lobby/foyer area. No restaurant.

Avantatges: Great location, great room with balcony on the roof car parking is underground from the Main Street it cost me around 30 euro

Desavantatges: They don’t have 24 hrs open kitchen also before Sunday make sure you all of what you need as the most shops and coffee shops is closed on Sunday

Avantatges: A gem of a hotel in great location offering great value for money. It may not have fancy facilities but it's very decent for what it offers at this price point.

Avantatges: Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable. Si me volvería a quedar allí.

Avantatges: Very convenient location close to the airport and railway station (went to Cologne on a fair). Good parking.

Desavantatges: Breakfast was very expensive. Better to eat elsewhere.

Avantatges: I've stayed here many, many times. The location is so convenient and it's also a good place to meet people quietly, before or after flights. The teams in reception, housekeeping and the restaurants are all very helpful and professional.

Desavantatges: The opening times of the restaurants are quite restrictive, and if they could be a little more "traveller friendly" that would be super. Everything else at the Maritim is absolutely perfect.

Avantatges: I've review this hotel before, but in short, it's a great hotel, with a super team, and incredibly convenient for meetings or just generally frequent travellers around Düsseldorf Airport.

Desavantatges: I wish the restaurant opening times were a little more flexible - it's an airport hotel and times go awry without following "normal non-airport" schedules...

Desavantatges: Wi-Fi not working. We booked a conference room and we were asked to pay to for tokens despite the problems. We were also asked to pay 22 €for whiteboard markers to be used in the conference room.

Avantatges: The shower was good

Desavantatges: Unfortunately we had no wifi for the period of our stay. Coming from overseas we relied on the wifi to communicate with our families etc.

Avantatges: Location at Duesseldorf airport was somewhat convenient, although the hotel was about 2 km from the Swiss checkin counter which made for a long walk with luggage in tow. The hotel also did not allow airport luggage carts beyond the entrance.

Desavantatges: See above plus they never had functioning WiFi during our stay which is certainly below the star rating. Other prior guests commented on the same deficency.

Avantatges: Very closed to Airport juz 3 mins walk

Desavantatges: The parking garage was always full. There is another parking garage a short walk away so ask about that before your stay so you can easily find it.

Avantatges: The room was comfy, clean and had good sound insulation. Location is both close to central train station and to the city center. Staff were nice and helpful. Was very good value for money and better than the other hotel I used in Dusseldorf which was 4 stars.

Desavantatges: This Hotel had no negatives!

Avantatges: Well priced in a convenient location for the train station which makes airport transfers and other travel easy. It is close enough for a walk to the Alstadt. There are good Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. Rooms are comfortable and clean, if a little basic.

Desavantatges: Hot drink facilities in the room would have made it perfect for me.

Avantatges: Extra friendly service at late night check in and early morning departure.

Avantatges: The staff at this hotel are fabulous, very warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make your time there enjoyable. A special mention to the morning breakfast team and Marco and the evening bar team who provide excellent service on a consistent basis and make you feel like hotel is your home away from home. Thank you also Stefan on the front desk who arranged a room to be ready as quick as possible as i checked in around 7am on a Sunday morning but he realized i had come all the way from NZ - what a legend. The facilities, location, rooms and decor of the hotel are really good but the staff are what make it exceptional.

Desavantatges: Coffee shop in lobby open 30 mins earlier would be nice :)

Avantatges: It’s clean, comfortable, within the shopping district. Convenient stores and restaurants are all nearby. The room was comfortable with minimalist concept.

Desavantatges: The breakfast was rather costly.

Avantatges: We liked everything about this hotel! Contemporary in its feel, very clean and stylish. Room very well appointed. Great shower! Nice touch to have the wash basin in the main room with plenty of surfaces to spread make-up etc. Lots of full length mirrors too. Barber on the ground floor - handy! Lounge area on 11th floor with great views. Staff in every area welcoming, courteous and fun. We will return.

Avantatges: No estuve mucho tiempo para disfrutarlo pero me gusto mucho el estilo que tiene. Es un hotel muy moderno con aire cosmopolita y juvenil. Lo que mas me gusto fue el lounge con vistas a la ciudad en la planta 11. De noche se esta fenomenal con una copa. Ademas, te ofrece cafetera en la habitación de capsulas y te dan albornoz. Muy recomendable

Desavantatges: Quality of room clean differs from day to day. Some days were good while other days missed items such as facial tissues, towels etc. The bed sheets also weren't changed daily which was a surprise for me

Avantatges: It’s unusual to find that the bedrooms are actually cooler than the glossy images suggest, but the rooms in this hotel were fantastic- such a clever concept to have a big walk in shower to the window side of the room and open it up to the room(there’s a sliding screen if you want to block out the light). The hotel has a really cool vibe about it without trying too hard and the 11th floor bar is a nice place to hang out. Overall, a great place to stay and less than 5 mins walk from the central train station

Avantatges: The hotel has a really cool vibe and great decor. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and modern with quirky touches. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they gave us tips on where to go out and eat and were accommodating on every level. I accidentally left my work phone in my room after checking out and they swiftly retrieved it and posted it to me. All round great experience, will definitely be staying again if I come back to Dusseldorf!

Avantatges: I am a brand new Hyatt Club member and from the get go, I was instantly impressed with the décor and architecture of this facility. I usually like to stay at Hyatt's "Grand" and "Park" collections but this Hyatt Regency blows some of the Grand Hyatt's I have stayed at. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the doorman and hotel staff welcoming me to their property insuring my check in experience was smooth. The room was very clean upon arrival and they even had my name posted on the TV screen; how cool! the automatic blind opener and closer had to be one of the most unique features in the room. I received a treatment at the spa which was awesome, the ladies behind the counter were great, very professional and were good at what they do, it was truly a relaxing experience. Take a chance to indulge in the breakfast buffet the hotel offers ranging from a wide variety of fruits, drinks and omelets cooked to one's liking.

Desavantatges: My only gripe had to be the room service attendant did not carry cash on him while delivering the food to my room. I did not one the breakfast billed to my room and the attendant implied that me paying cash for room service was not possible. Not a big complaint but this could easily be fixed.

Avantatges: We stayed at the hotel for one night, and were entirely satisfied. The room is not big but clean. The bath on balcony was a real surprise. After a busy day it is very pleasant to take a bath on the fresh air. The staff is young and very friendly. Marcel who works at the front desk made our stay at the hotel and in Düsseldorf nice and interesting with his smile and some useful advise. Thank you Marcel!

Desavantatges: I did not like the carpet in the corridor, but it is not very important after you close the door of your room.

Avantatges: We enjoyed the bath on the balcony of our room. The interiors are nice and cool. I liked the bar on 17th floor which has great view.

Desavantatges: It was a bit awkward to have a shower next to bed. It might be shy to come with a friend.

Avantatges: The hotel is an a fantastic location, just one S-bahn stop from the Main train station. The Paris Club has sweeping views of the city, and there are lots of things to do within just a few minutes walk at the most.

Desavantatges: The breakfast was okay but not anything special. Coffee and pastries in the lobby are definitely better.

Avantatges: El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto y con fácil acceso. La habitación muy amplia y con gran ventanal, cama muy cómoda y smart tv. Cené en el mismo restaurante del hotel en la terraza y es muy agradable.

Avantatges: Excelente trato y modernidad del hotel. El desayuno es muy variado y de excelente calidad, diposniendo incluso de servicio de cocina "just in time"para tortillas o croisant rellenos calientes. Por lo demas un buen sitio para estar muy cerca del aeropuerto para tomar nuestro vuelo del dia siguiente.

Desavantatges: El unico punto mejorable es que nos dieron las habitaciones en planta fumador y olia bastante a tabaco.

Avantatges: Se ve bien al mirar ligeramente.

Desavantatges: La habitación no estaba bien limpia, en el baño los azulejos que estan en el WC estaban manchados. Deberían controlar un poco mejor esas cosas. La recepcionista arrogante, no quiere decir que todos sean así. Pero me pareció muy desagradable en la forma que se dirigió hacia nosotros.

Avantatges: Food was fantastic, the spa and fitness centre in the 15th floor is awesome, rooms are huge, clean and quiet, the beds are super comfortable and the design is very modern. Internet is flawless and above all the staff is outstandingly friendly and kind.

Desavantatges: It is kind of remote. A car or taxi is required to get there.

Avantatges: It was perfect as I should be near to the airport. But mostly I like the quality in side the rooms in every detail.

Avantatges: As usual, very good and comfortable hotel. The room is quite, the breackfast is good and teh SPA is big and relaxing. Also the restorant is really good.

Desavantatges: a shuttle service to the airport should be very appreciated.

Desavantatges: Poor wifi , bad clean, staff they didn’t need to hire you if you have any problem ( they didn’t clean my room for two days and everyday before 9:00am i am not in my room !! I asked for blanket because the old one is dirty and they changed after two days and you must go to reception!! by phone there’s no body will do anything for you) , you must find trolley to take your things or wait for 15 to 25 minutes, good luck

Avantatges: Cozy big room, clean, comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. Close to the Japanese area full of amazing restaurants.

Desavantatges: From the booking website I had the impression the hotel is closer to the city Centre than it is. I had a Thai soup in the restaurant and I am pretty sure it was from a can. I think you should not offer this is the menu if you don’t cook it there.

Desavantatges: it's a little bit far from the central station.

Avantatges: Very clean and modern. Quiet neighbourhood.

Desavantatges: Trivial, but the duvet on the bed was nowhere near wide enough for a double bed with 2 people in it. Seemed like we had been given a single duvet for the double bed... Very strange. Made for a very uncomfortable /cold sleep.

Avantatges: Todos muy amables. Muy limpio. El aislamiento genial!! Nuestra habitación daba a las vías y no se oía ningún ruido. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y volveremos a repetir

Desavantatges: No tiene nevera en la habitación. Y no hay leche caliente en termo. El edredón un poco pequeño

Avantatges: Good excellent value for money! Nice breakfast and frendly staff! Parking is possible in front of bulding with a bit of luck!

Desavantatges: It needs a 30 min walk to be in the center but there is public transport within 200 m, so no problem!

Avantatges: La ubicación es buena respecto a la cercanía de una estación de metro. Un barrio tranquilo sin mucho movimiento al rededor.

Desavantatges: El desayuno muy caro 20 euros. El hotel se encuentra al lado de la líneas del tren, aunque no se escucha nada el ruido no es una vista muy agradable.

Avantatges: La nueva filosofía y calidades de Holiday Inn son fantánticas con relación al precio. Buen espacio para charlar y hacer reuniones ligeras de trabajo. Buen aubicación para acceder al centro andando (20 min).

Desavantatges: Parking algo costoso. Pero considerando la ubicación se entiende.

Avantatges: Genial que nos guardaron las maletas después de check out y tuvimos tiempo de ir a conocer a Colonia una tarde. Las personas del Hotel muy amables.

Avantatges: The Bed was really good. Only high quality Bed accessories. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was high quality.

Desavantatges: The shower was not according 5*, it was old complicated to use and not 100% ( spiders in the tab) clean. The lights in the cabinet were not able to switch off. They were running all night long.

Avantatges: Only two nights but we appreciated your hospitality even though bringing 7 cartons into room. Room had high roof and antique furniture was very nice and impressed. We could see nice view from room window. If we had opportunity staying Düsseldorf we would back to this again.

Desavantatges: When we use rain shower, water overflowed from shower room sometimes.

Avantatges: El Steigenberger es un hotel excelente, un placer alojarse en él por comodidad, personal, limpieza,...

Desavantatges: Tiene un grave problema y es carecer de aparcamiento, pues has que dejar el vehículo en uno público a bastante distancia del establecimiento. Una lástima.

Avantatges: Quiet but convenient Location. Old style Hotel but maintained well.

Avantatges: Breakfast was tasty and fresh - the restaurant is very stylish! The decor and design of the hotel are very tasteful. Loved the complimentary mini bar! Nice fixtures and fittings. Great location.

Desavantatges: The toilet and shower configuration in the room isn't private enough and is quite impractical. The shower and toilet are fully visible from the bed, with only some smoked glass to block the view - once the light is on you can see fully into the shower and toilet! Not exactly private. Some couples may be happy to watch each other use the toilet, but we aren't! The lights in the shower and toilet section are motion-activated and come on as soon as you go anywhere near them. If you turn over or move your feet too much in the night, the light comes on in the shower room!

Desavantatges: Bit scruffy (damages to the carpet and walls , though minor , led to the impression it perhaps needs a refresh)

Avantatges: Sitio excelente, muy bien situado, muy cerca de la calle comercial mas importante de Dusseldorf, y, a 10 minutos andando de la Parte Antigua. Muy buena habitación, grande y espaciosa, con balcón, con todos los servicios necesarios. El personal, muy amable. La única pega, el precio, creo que excesivo, a pesar de ser época de Feria, y, de haber reservado la habitación con casi un año de antelación.

Desavantatges: El precio. La misma semana en la que estuve alojado había habitaciones libres, 3 veces más baratas.

Desavantatges: Me obligaron pagar 4 desayunos aunque había reservado 2 habitaciones de uso individual.

Avantatges: Fantastic stylishly designed boutique hotel situated in a quiet location but convenient for art galleries, main shopping street, river, etc. and 5-10 min walk from the railway station. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, well equipped comfortable rooms with the bonus of a free minibar. Highly recommended - would definitely stay here again!

Avantatges: Great interior design, helpful stuff and restaurant in the same building. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Avantatges: What I liked: - the servers in the bar (at night) were excellent, especially Leone, who was very extremely personable and friendly. - the large room safe because it was large enough to fit my laptop inside - I had an iron and ironing board delivered to my room - the location was great ... with nearby restaurants and transit service - having a power outlet beside the bed so I could charge my phone (used as an alarm clock) ... it would be better for the outlet to have two built-in USB outlets to power additional devices

Desavantatges: What I disliked: - the high price for the breakfast buffet during the week day ... should have a lower price for hotel guests - the feather pillows .... it would be great to have foam pillows as an option.

Avantatges: La ubicación es buena y está delante de un parque,lo cual es muy agradable y silencioso. Al lado hay transporte y te puedes mover a cualquier sitio. Personal de recepción muy amables. La habitación amplia. Pudimos desayunar en el hotel a un precio más reducido porque solo tomamos café con leche y una pasta o panecillo. Lo cual fue más cómodo para nosotros que buscar una cafetería

Desavantatges: El precio del desayuno, 23 euros (aunque el fin de semana lo bajan a 15 euros) lo encontré exagerado viendo lo que había. En la zona no vimos tiendas de comestibles por lo que no pudimos comprar nada para tener en la habitación.

Avantatges: Me gusta hospedarme en el hotel Sheration DUS la noche antes de salir a Estados Unidos cuando he estado en la región de DUS/CGN por negocios por unos días. Las razones por las que el hotel está a un corto paseo de la terminal para los vuelos a primera hora de la mañana, el restaurante ofrece un menú razonable para la noche anterior y el hotel tiene un gimnasio decentemente equipado para ejercicios cardiovasculares.

Desavantatges: Como la mayoría de los negocios están en Leverkusen y Koln, evito el Sheraton hasta la noche antes de mi vuelo debido a la proximidad.

Desavantatges: Para empezar, malas habitaciones, después de las 23:00 no tienes nada para comer. Muy mal.

Avantatges: Ubicación. Desayuno desde las 5 de la mañana. Restaurante hasta las 23:00 . Habitación amplia y limpia. Almohadas buenas y grandes.

Desavantatges: Ducha es de alcachofa y no se mantiene. deberían modernizar eso con opción de ducha de techo.

Avantatges: Was clean and well located.

Avantatges: Convenient for early flights as it is connected to the terminals. Helpful and quick checkin and checkout. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, reasonable dinner.

Desavantatges: The bathroom is small and the bath was not full size. The waiter forgot to order my main course at dinner so there was a slight delay made acceptable by the offer of a free glass of wine and a sincere apology.
