Desavantatges: Service was not great at all. Maids only cleaned the room 2 while there an entire week. We asked for toilet paper and it literally took them an hour.

Desavantatges: Que no habia toallas lad almoadas y el cochos pésimos no pude descansar amanecí con dolor de espalda por el mal colchón

Avantatges: El desayuno desde las 6am perfecto para turistas que salen temprano, la ubicación perfecta para desplazarse en metro o a pie

Desavantatges: Instalaciones un poco antiguas y los espacios comunes son pequeños, especialmente el piso 19

Avantatges: Estaba ordenada y las instalaciones se veían en buen estado. El desayuno estaba aceptable.

Desavantatges: Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y tenían un olor muy fuerte a humedad que no se iba con nada, además el aire acondicionado de los vecinos metía ruido toda la noche aunque contratamos las ventanas.

Avantatges: Gran vista desde la sala de desayuno / junto a la piscina. El personal de la azotea es agradable. Buena ubicación.

Desavantatges: El personal de la recepción era poco servicial a la llegada - no pudimos encontrar la reserva, y no nos ayudó permitiéndonos encontrarla en línea. Nos dieron una habitación mejor, aunque discutible si la habitación era mejor que la que había reservado. Las vistas no son fantásticas para una habitación "superior de élite". Internet en la habitación no es gratis (no como lo anuncian). Hay mosquitos constantes en el vestíbulo, donde tienes que estar para wifi. El personal en general no es agradable, ni acogedor. El desayuno fue una experiencia caótica, el primer día mejor.

Desavantatges: El servicio es realmente pobre, las habitaciones están muy anticuadas, no se lo recomendaría a nadie y ni volvería.

Avantatges: El personal era educado y cooperativo... un tipo nos ayudó mucho su nombre es Daniel, de la recepción. La ubicación... en la playa y hay muchas tiendas alrededor La seguridad del hotel es buena

Desavantatges: La comida en el desayuno es aburrida, cada día los mismos platos . Instalaciones y muebles, algunos de ellos son viejos . El gimnasio es pequeño y tiene que pagar para entrar . Los precios son altos para el alojamiento y el minibar . No hay agua o café gratis como un hotel de 5 estrellas similar . No hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita excepto en el vestíbulo... el check out tarde es caro.

Avantatges: The location right on Copacabana beach. The balcony. The room was comfortable although a bit dated.

Desavantatges: The service really was terrible and totally ruined our stay here. We were charged twice in advance and got no response from emailing the hotel to rectify it - I had to contact booking.com to get our money back in the end. We asked for help to organise carnival tickets and again got no response so organised them ourselves in the end. Unfortunately we had a family bereavement just before our stay began and so asked if they could, under the circumstances, cancel/refund our (non-refundable) booking. No manager was able to do this. When we checked in for the one night before our flight home, the staff made jokes about sleeping together and ‘getting lucky’ during carnival - inappropriate anytime but especially given we had told them of the aforementioned circumstances. When I didn’t laugh they repeated the joke for me... maybe we were just unlucky but I certainly wouldn’t stay here again.

Desavantatges: Desde luego no merece ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. Está muy lejos de ello. La sala comedor para el desayuno es pequeña y no fluye la gente por las mañanas, es un caos. Los muebles viejos nada propios de un 5*, lentitud del personal en el check out, la terraza piso 30° donde se ubica la piscina y el bar está descuidado. El mobiliario no es propio de un hotel 5*, me repito, lo sé pero pagas unos precios pensando en recibir una calidad que jamás recibes.

Avantatges: para lonque es el.hotel y como se muestra no me parecio nada bueno.!!! costos elevados y mal servicio es mas me Cobraron DOBLE mi reserva y aún no me devolvieron ... quise hablar con alguien de reserva y solo me dejaron hacerlo por telefono estando en el hotel.... tube que enviar por tercera vez los documentos que comprobarán la doble cobranza ... nadie se hace cargo un desastre!!!! .. muy molesto!

Desavantatges: el desayuno un desastre ... mucha gente y poca variedad .. mucha harina .. pocos jugos no colmo mis expectativas para lo que es el hotel . la piscina Fría y mal ambientada ....

Avantatges: To start with the location. The hotel rooms on the front had e a nice ocean/beach view. Do not be surprised to get robbed in front of the hotel by beggars and people sleeping on the pavement like in San Francisco and other big cities. You have a six lane high way in front of the hotel which you have e to cross to go to the beach. On the beach watch out again for thieves.In the streets behind the hotel you find some restaurants and grocery stores. A Metro is not far away. But always look around do not wear jewellery or watches and keep an eye on your belongings all the time. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a nice alternative for the beach. Although v very small around 20 people c an use the beds and then the place is full. The sauna and steamroom which existed in the past closed down. A modest gym is located on the lower level. Breakfast: If you like people jumping on a very modest buffet go there. With 500 people selfservice, you will not be able to have a c onversagtion because of the noise. With a dated bossanova tune coming form the speakers including Christmas music (3 months ago) you may think if the owners of this hotel give a damm about their guests.

Desavantatges: Above. I will new er return unless the hotel will be upgraded cleaned and refrain from hosting large groups of low paying guests. Repairs of the sliding doors of the rooms hang something on the walls have a carpet and buy new towels. Those used were see completely transparent.

Avantatges: Not enough reception staff for size of hotel so long lines at times but staff were very friendly, helpful and never made you feel rushed when you got access. Location is perfect overlooking beach and close to metro to go north to the centre. Breakfast selection is great, lots of variety.

Desavantatges: Was there for Carnival so think prices were inflated but otherwise would be good value for money. Was also rainy season so sky bar closed due to rain and lobby bar is too small/busy. Big hotel so breakfast was always busy.

Desavantatges: Decor seemed very tired - hotel badly needs a refit. Queues at reception to recharge room key cards - needed to do this three times in four days and a queue each time. Hotel is too expensive now - used to represent better value for money. Breakfast not great - pancakes, french toast and scrambled eggs all cold. Same as on a business trip about four weeks previously. One poor lady making omelettes for a long queue of people. For breakfast take an Uber to the Gringo cafe in Ipanema - sublime American breakfast.

Avantatges: La vista a Ipanema, el desayuno buffet, la comodidad de las camas.

Desavantatges: Falta higiene en habitaciones, de los 7 dias jamás aspiraron. Justo debajo del hotel se encuentra un club donde la música suena hasta la madrugada. El servicio de room service tiene costo y ademas se suma que te obligan a pagar propina. Se extraviaron unos audífonos de la habitación.

Avantatges: La ubicación es perfecta, puedes llegar caminando al centro de Leblón y a diferentes playas. Pero sobretodo el hecho de que tenga playa privada ahí mismo lo hace ser una opción muy atractiva.

Desavantatges: Esta es la quinta vez que nos quedamos en este hotel, y la verdad es que en ciertos aspectos el Hotel ha decaído, y realmente es una pena porque el Hotel y su entorno es fabuloso. En la piscina hay mucho olor a desagüe, lo que en ciertos momentos hace que estar ahí sea muy desagradable. Tampoco la limpieza estaba muy cuidada, ya hacia la tarde la piscina estaba llena de platos sucios, vasos por todwas partes, servilletas en el suelo, etc. que daba la sensación de poco cuidado. El que solía ser el salón principal donde servían el desayuno que era en el piso 0 donde esta la piscina, ya no esta funcionando, y ahora está en otro salón que no tiene ni la vista ni lo lindo que era el otro salón, se nota que es un salón algo improvisado. Y por último, fuimos en fecha de carnaval y tuvimos muchos problemas con los ruidos que metíeron durante 3 días seguidos durante toda la noche unos huéspedes de una habitación contigua, llamamos esas 3 noches a recepción para que hicieran algo y nunca se tomó una medida más concreta, como la de cambiar a esos huéspedes a un lugar más apartado. Nosotros queremos seguir yendo así que de verdad esperamos que estas condiciones mejoren porque realmente el hotel y sus servicios siempre fueron excepcionales.

Avantatges: Para lo que buscábamos (cercanía al aeropuerto) estuvo perfecto. En frente hay un shopping enooorme y está comunicado con una estación de metro. Súper accesible a todo. Está lejos de la playa, pero por R$4,60 te tomas el metro y llegas en 15 a 20 min. Buen baño y limpieza, desayuno abundante.

Desavantatges: Habitación muy pequeña y sin placares donde guardar las cosas. No puede quedar todo a la vista! La valija estorbaba en donde la pusiéramos. Tampoco tenía frigo bar ni caja de seguridad. No nos dieron shampoo ni enjuague. Creo que por el precio pagado es un detalle esperabamos.

Desavantatges: El baño tenía hongo el las paredes y mosquitos ingresaban por el extractor de aire, los aplique de las luces estaban sueltos, aire acondicionado no cumplía su función.

Desavantatges: Bed infested with bed bugs - we were bitten all over the back. Table and chair in the room dirty and sticky. Staff did not understand that there is a problem with infested beds, because they did not understand english.

Avantatges: Kitchen staff was super friendly. Pretty good breakfast with good amount of options. Love the location, next to a huge shopping mall.

Desavantatges: Super tiny room. The lay-out of the bathroom and shower (they were separated and limited shower privacy). Customer service needs improvement.

Avantatges: Very close to the shoping ceter with vert nice food plaza

Desavantatges: Top service friendly and very helpful staf we love it

Avantatges: Metro connectivity, shopping mall & food court. Booked on the way to the airport and no issues during checkin.

Desavantatges: There was a lot of noise from outside the building, we were on the top floor but could still hear the traffic. Standard daily breakfast. Pillows not at all comfortable.

Desavantatges: No me gustaron las habitaciones. Extremadamente pequeñas y de mal aspecto, sobre todo los baños. La primera habitación que me dieron no tenía una ventana que permitiera entrar ni siquiera la luz del sol, el baño se veía un poco descuidado y no tenía ventilación. En vista de mi disgusto, solicité que nos cambiaran de habitación y nos hicieron el cambio solo al día siguiente debido a que el hotel estaba lleno. A pesar de que la segunda estaba mejor por el hecho de que al menos tenía una ventana que me permitiera mirar a la calle y poder tener al menos la luz del día, era igual de pequeña y el baño tampoco tenía ventilación. Ambas habitaciones eran habitacines triples cuando pagué por una doble. No es un hotel barato para tener tan mala calidad. Muy mala experiencia.

Avantatges: Lo mejor fue la vista de mi habitación que pudo ofrerme el primer día de mi llegada. Tuve que quejarme para tener una me habitación más cómoda para mis vacaciones. Con todo lo que pagué era lo que esperaba.

Desavantatges: No me gusto el poco interés que tuvieron el 31 de Diciembre hice una reservacion para cenar y la supervisora me quizo quitar mi mesa que reserve. Fue muy desagradable que estando 11 días hospedada tampoco dejaron pasar a mis conocidos a usar el baño el día 31.esto no fue nada agradable. No es un hotel de 5,estrella.

Avantatges: Amazing views. Great proximity to beach. Rooftop bar was very nice.

Desavantatges: El hotel en general esta por debajo de categoría 5 estrellas es por lo menos un 4 en algunas partes y 3 estrellas en las habitaciones .Estuvimos en una suite y tuvimos que pedir cambio debido al mal estado de la misma , las almohadas tenían olor !!!! En la habitación estaba incluido el sauna y spa y en el establecimiento nos querían cobrar el uso la manager Alina nos soluciono el tema dejando como cortesía el uso pero al ir al mismo no me querían dejar usar los lookers por distintos motivos y no podríamos guardar las pertenencias teniendo que dejarlas en cualquier sitio ,y al entrar la sauna del lado de los hombres estaban fuera de uso y había que usar las del lado de las damas en un sistema mixto el cual no era nada cómodo y sin ningún servicio aparte de una toalla que te daban al entrar , antes te daban albornoz y habían toallas dentro del espacio sauna !! Una pena porque llovió varios dias y era ideal para usar ese servicio y no pudimos muy decepcionante !!! Y una falta de respeto al dinero de los huéspedes!!

Desavantatges: Las tarjetas magnéticas de la habitación se desconfiguraban y tenias que volver a pedirlas.

Avantatges: Inmejorable la ubicación. El personal muy bien en especial los chicos que atendían el servicios de playa. Algunos parasoles lamentables para un hotel de esa categoría

Desavantatges: Lo señalado. La información escasa y sin disposición de la conserjería. El restaurante de escasa oferta y precios elevados. El cambio por moneda extranjera claramente desfavorable al huésped.

Avantatges: La ubicación cerca de la playa. La vista panorámica de la ciudad. El desayuno excelente, variado.

Desavantatges: Es un hotel algo antiguo. Pero limpio. Tienen una política de cobro del 15 %, por lo que tuve que pagar extra a lo presupuestado. Es bastante desordenado por el gran flujo de personas.

Avantatges: The decor in our suit was tasteful. The beds were very comfortable. All staff were very obliging. The breakfast selection was excellent as was the service. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant during our first night. We have no complaints, only gratitude.

Desavantatges: Estaba demasiado lejos de todo, como las playas, las principales tiendas y las atracciones turísticas. Usted necesita un uber o transporte público para llegar a las principales avenidas para ir de compras y comer.

Avantatges: I am very disappointed by the Hilton hotel policy of early check in. I am member still I had to buy one night before I check in on Tuesday, the January 14th 2020. I never expected and experience such miss management, very disappointed.

Avantatges: El desayuno increible, de todo para quienes quieren panes diferentes, saladitos , facturas con dulce, omelette, excelente todo . mucho espacio ademas y agradable lugar. Mucha seguridad en todas las areas, el WI FI Excelente!! y el check in bastante rapido. Si queres oscuridad al dormir ...las cortinas son increibles ! doble blackout y una cortina mas adicional. soper silenciosas las habitaciones. la Ducha con mucha potencia. muy buena la musica en la piscina, con shows durante los fines de semana. Fui con mi hijo de 17 años al ROCKINRIO, caminamos hasta el estadio y volvimos caminando tambien. SUPER Segura la zona.

Desavantatges: la piscina tiene poco sol, y es bastante chico el espacio para reposeras. el mall frente al hotel no tiene buenas marcas, pero es agradable para almorzar y pasear un rato. El gym es solo para adultos.

Desavantatges: My only problem was dinner at the hotel was absolutely dreadful, despite the excellent breakfast. You better off eating at the shopping mall which is walking distance from the hotel, literally just crossing the road.

Avantatges: Hotel nicely decorated. Rooms comfortable and nicely decorated as well. Up to 5 stars hotel standards in terms of size and amenities.

Desavantatges: Dear Hilton staff, you need to be realistic and not to try to cut costs on simple things that are available usually in all hotels not only 5 stars. Free bottle of waters are not available in the room. What a joke! How much does it cost for Hilton and you keep your customers happy. Also, no mantle of bath available in the room; No sleepers and kettle to make up free tea. Nespresso machine is available but you have to pay for coffee. Dear Management at Hilton, be aware all top end 5 stars hotels (and you're supposed to be part of it) provide free nespresso coffee in the rooms refilled once a day. Towels need to be urgently changed: in nrmal circumstances when they star being torn, they need to be replaced and not offered to customers. Toothbrush not available. For 2 people in the room, we had one shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel. Location is far from everything, need a car therefore we booked a private driver for the day. Beach is around 6kms far but free shuttle available. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall and the area overall is not bad. Would not advise though to walk at night as everywhere in Brazil. Hilton still needs improvements. Had similar comments few years back in Paris. Here you go for basic stuff missing in the rooms. what a shame! You're not selling much the brand.

Avantatges: Staff was truly amazing. The staff is the reason I rated this hotel so high. Staff was helpful with recommendations on where to eat, servicing the rooms, opening doors, and running out with umbrellas when it was raining. Overall any interaction with any member of the hotel was a positive one. The location is good too, literally just had to cross a street to the beach. Advised umbrellas set up on beach part of service without additional charge, but did not use due to rain. The only reason I stated I would not go back to hotel was because I do not expect to visit Rio again.

Desavantatges: Sauna did not appear to be kept up, appeared unsanitary. This was the only area in the hotel that did not seem to get much attention.

Avantatges: The location is very good, it has an amazing view from the rooftop

Desavantatges: You can not enter any friend or family to your room. The staff from the lobby is quite rude and apathetic, they don’t make you feel very comfortable

Avantatges: The hotel was so clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a generous size even after adding an additional bed. They didn’t just drop off a cot, they brought an additional twin size bed and set it up. The rooftop pool offered beautiful views day and night. It was a comfortable spot to relax and get a lunch or cocktail. We didn’t spend much time on the beach, but it was a short walk from the hotel and chairs and umbrellas were offered. We hope to stay here again.

Desavantatges: The hotel is filthy, firstly. We checked very late due to our flight being late only to be given a room that had beds which weren't made and it was in a revolting condition! The second room we couldn't get access to and we were given a third option, which wasn't in the best condition either the sheets had stains indicating clearly they weren't washed properly. Cleanliness is really a huge problem, the breakfast tables are NEVER clean, cups are dirty, plates are broken but displayed as they are! The staff were friendly and able to some extent communicate in English. At check in Marcus explained the breakfast is included in the room rate and the only thing we'd have to account for was dinner, should we decide to go down and eat there in the evening. A pre auth was deducted prior to my arrival and payment paid at the reception, the pre auth was apparently reversed and 5days later I have not yet recieved it. At check out I was advised that I needed to pay a bill for a mini, which are the items placed in the fridge every morning when the room is cleaned, these included sparking and still water, a can of cool drink, a beer, chocolate and small tin of crisps. Firstly, there were no documents in the dirty room we checked into stipulating that the items in the fridge come at a extra cost. Marcus too did not at reception state this as he only told us of dinner that would come at an extra, only dinner. Upon questioning about this bill, and stating to the gentleman at the desk that there is nothing in my booking, nor was there any communication about this as I hadn't signed any declaration of such, he arrogantly told me that this was COMMON and I should now, as everyone knows. I am not every one, I am a visitor, a tourist, a foreigner who in every visit to hotels has never experienced such.

Avantatges: once you are inside the hotel, everything is fantastic, nice room, nice breakfast, nothing of concern about the hotel itself, maybe some minor details but nothing serious.

Desavantatges: the surroundings of the hotel seem dangerous, I did not venture to walk out of the hotel, I took taxi to move anywhere. I missed glasses to drink some beverage in the room. the towels although clean, had a funny smell. it was very crowded during breakfast, it would be nice that the tables had a sign i dicated if they were occupied or not.

Avantatges: El desayuno era muy bueno: variado y de calidad. La ubicaión inmejorable, en plena playa de Copacabana en primera línea. Cama cómoda y habitación confortable. La terraza tiene unas vistas increibles.

Desavantatges: El estado de las toallas de baño era muy mejorable. Las que nos tocaron estaban muy desgastadas. La limpieza general era mejorable: polvo en el baño y en los armarios.

Avantatges: really liked the hotel location. close to beach and restaurants. Roof top bar and pool is a place to hang out. Rafael at front desk was my rock for everyday of my stay. Always smiling and always ready to help me out.

Desavantatges: It seems that the lobby bar people are more interested in cleaning, organizing and other duties than actually servicing the customers sitting down. I tried several times to have a caiparinia while waiting on friends and just gave up. I could look at them and they just refused to come to me. Very strange. If you are an international hotel with international guests then everyone needs to accept that some don't speak Portugese.

Avantatges: Todo es excelente tal y como explica en la reservación, tomar en cuenta que se debe pagar un porcentaje adicional por el servicio, directamente en el hotel me parece que era alrededor del 10% del costo de la reserva.

Avantatges: La ubicación es excepcional, habitación grande y cómoda tenia salita aparte con refrigerador y TV

Desavantatges: El servicio en el restaurante debe mejorar en dos ocasiones visite el restaurante uno para cena y otra para cena y me tuve que ir sin comer después de esperar casi dos horas por lo ordenado. Di la queja en recepción y fui llamada por el gerente quien pidió disculpas y me ofreció un vale para comer lo cual agradezco pero aun tienen que mejorar el servicio en el restaurante ya que yo no fui la única que me tuve que ir.
