Queixes: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Queixes: "El centro de servicios al consumidor no contesta las llamadas de forma eficiente. Tuve problemas con el check-in que requería asistencia. Tuve que esperar un total de una hora para ser atendido (dos llamadas : una esperé 35 minutos y colgué y la otra unos 38 minutos más). Al fin y al cabo la persona que me atendió no me pudo ayudar. Me dijo que no podía hacerlo pero que iba a poder asignar dos asientos juntos para mi esposa y yo. Para sorpresa mía no fue así cuando hice el check-in en el aeropuerto tenían a mi esposa y a mi separados. Tuve que aceptar los dos últimos asientos en la cola del avión - los cuales no reclinaban completo. Para culminar; para cuando la azafata vino a proveer el servicio de almuerzo- se había terminado la carne. Mal servicio"

Queixes: "flight left and arrived on time. plane fine. We were 4 hours on the plane, 1hr 15 Ushuaia to El Calafate, 45 minutes on the tarmac and 1 hour 45 El Calafate to Bariloche. No food either free or to purchase, no drink on the first leg or the tarmac, 1 glass of water on 2nd leg. Not acceptable."

Queixes: "Don't forget to pick up your baggage in Buenos Aires and recheck it to your final destination if this is where you go through customs. We didn't and almost didn't have our cold weather gear for our Antarctic Cruise. Also, we had to leave the international terminal and walk a pretty long distance to the terminal for Ushuaia which was originally difficult to figure out as there wasn't a lot of signage"

Queixes: "I get to the counter in Ushuaia and my tick t do not work! I was forced to buy a new ticket right there. And it wasn’t cheap of course. I bought it form Flight Network through your website. The charged my credit card for this ticket. I don’t know who is responsible here but I obviously want me money back. And I would suggest not linking to them ever again in the future. That was ridiculous."

Queixes: "Flight was delayed for about 30 minutes. While we waited in to board it blocks other gates for other passengers. There is one place to eat in the national departure area in this hotel after security and the tables hadon't been cleaned off."

Queixes: "Boarding the flight was very disorganized. They had a switching from one line to another just stand in another line somewhere else. I have a severe allergy to peanuts and the fact that both of the snacks they offered on the plane contained peanuts was very disappointing. I could not only eat the snacks they passed around during the flight but I suffered a coughing attack the whole flight from the smell of the peanuts."

Priority Boarding had only one security check personnel (as oppose to the six people at regular boarding). This made the boarding process very slow. The airline should allocate personal to the priority boarding first and then move them to the regular boarding once priority boarding is complete."

Queixes: "Debido a neblina en São Paulo, el vuelo fue desviado a Río de Janeiro. Aterrizó poco después de las 6am Pésima experiencia. En Rio nadie en LatAm sabia que hacer, no se daba información y al final, después de hacernos pasar por migración y re documentar, logramos salir a las 4:30pm. Para completar la experiencia, nos desembarcaron en posición remota llegando a SP. Cabe incluir que durante el vuelo de Río a SP, Algunos de los baños fueron cerrados sin explicación alguna y la tripulación negó la apertura y solo quedaron un par disponibles. El avión venía casi completo."

Queixes: "The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came."

Queixes: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Queixes: "Tanto a la ida como al regreso ese tramo fue con AirEuropa y el personal en aeropuerto no tienen la amabilidad correspondiente. En la idea me tocó problemas con uno de ellos y en el regreso vi que otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo. Ni siquiera muestran sus nombres."

Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "We missed our connecting flight due to the fact that the TAP crew leaving Barcelona said there was “fog” and therefore, nearly half of the flight had the same connecting flight to London. On top of it, they had no other flights and put us up in a hotel instead."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Queixes: "We travelled with 2 carry ones and one checked bag throughout our 2.5 week honeymoon. Check in agent suggested that we check all 3 of our bags since the flight was full. We did. The flight from BCN to LIS was delayed 2 hours at the gate, but we were told we could somehow still catch our flight from LIS to PDL. We trusted that was true. We arrived at LIS without a single garment of clothing (we checked all 3 bags through to PDL), and then realized we missed the flight to PDL. We stood in line for 3 HOURS at the TAP help desk, only to wait behind a group of very angry people who monopolized the staff. Once we told the agent our situation, he told us there were no more seats on any flight to PDL the next morning. Not only that, but he could not provide a hotel for us to spend the night. This is 2:30am, 3:30am BCN time. He told us to find our own hotel, but we do not have international phone plans, so we could not make the reservation ourselves. He had nowhere for us to sleep. Then he had us wait for his SATA associate to help us, and he put us on a flight to PDL the next day, but it was not direct! We had plans for the following day, a hotel reservation in Ponta Delgada that is NOT refundable, and now the final portion of our honeymoon is ruined. No one ever offered to give us vouchers for ANY costs or for the anxiety and total of 14 hours lost on the most important trip of our lives. Shameful."
