Staff is wonderful, room clean and comfortable, bed very comfortable, quiet room, location is great. I don't want to say too many good things for fear people will discover it and they will increase their very reasonable prices. The restaurant is surprisingly good and the bar is fun and the restaurant staff is as good as the rest of the staff.
I wish I could get a refrigerator for free rather than the truly minimal $15 charge, but that is minor because the room is so reasonably priced.

Location could not have been better. Aside from an issue while checking in with a bit of a rude staff member, the rest of the staff couldn't have been faulted. 10 minutes walk from Central Park, 10 mins from the E line subway, 15 minutes from Times Square with plenty bars, Dunkin' Doughnuts, Wendy's etc. really don't think there's much of a better place to stay. We had a top floor view which was great to wake up to each day. The decor of the hotel is not as bad as some are making out and the rooms are clean with TV, complimentary coffee etc. 100% would check this place again the next time we're over.

Great Location. My shower was not working correctly. The shower knob was broken so water was coming out the shower head and the bathtub spout. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable there was no comforter on the bed just sheets. One of the shower towels had what looked like old blood dried in the towel. I was mortified after I realized I used the towel. The Hotel could definitely use a update it looks very out dated.
