Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Queixes: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Queixes: "Cartagena airport need telescopic direct acces to cabins. Very slow boarding due to climb scalators for people in need like strillers or wheelchairs. Service in flight was veeery slow for business standards. English can be improved. They speak to you when you have headphones on!!"

Queixes: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy!"

Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off."

There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized."

We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food."

I’m used to having one or maybe two movies to choose from but TAP has an entire movie library on the back of each seat. I watched 3 new releases on my 7.5 hour flight. The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!"
Queixes: "The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding."

Queixes: "Wasn't told that baggage wasn't included in my fee. Had to pay 170 Euros at the airport to check our two bags. Really really frustrating, and beyond an exorbitant price to charge for bags..."

Queixes: "The boarding check-in person was confusing. Anyone that didn't speak Spanish got in the wrong line. They didn't announce that there were two lines, one for A and one for B. So we were mistakenly directed to stand in the line for a Madrid flight, when we were going to Lisbon. They made the last minute call only in Spanish, so we all almost missed the flight. The landing was a bit rough with crosswinds."

Queixes: "To buy a ticket on their site is a mess! Never intuitive, a terrible maze! TAP´s president should be required to buy one ticket each morning... May be the site would improve. Got a ticket with seats “free of charge” on the printed e-ticket, but had to pay for them at checkin. It seems to be a scam... There would be more, but i lost my patience with TAP."

Avantatges: "TAP Airlines did not fly this route for day and probably hired NEOS Airlines to fly as charter or contract this route only? NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight."
Queixes: "Checking in and paying a $49 excesses baggage fee for I was better off paying a full fare. Discount fare, what a joke!Than finding out that TAP put me on standby status?? But I eventually got a seat. It was no relief thinking I would be left behind and my plans elude be delayed.TAP airlines had only worked the front desk check in, gate check in and don't know about the ramp service. So I can't give a full positive review of TAP Airlines"

Queixes: "First flight was delayed by just a half an hour and we arrived in Portugal. We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."

Avantatges: "The ride was comfortable, and the crew was attentive and pleasant. I loved the fact that i had a 10 hour layover, and I could go out into the city and do some sight seeing. This is not to the Airlines credit per say, but it was super easy. I enjoyed getting off on the tarmac just 200 feet from the building, was a nice sunny day."
Queixes: "The seats did not have entertainment system that I wasn't going to watch anyways. The seats did not have charging ports either (for phone or laptop), which several airlines now a days are making standard."

Queixes: "Very poor check in!! We checked two bags when we went to the desk to get our boarding passes.....then when we were boarding the plane, I went through without a problem but my wife was flagged. we were informed that we now had to pay for our checked bags..both of us even though I had already been cleared. 70 dollars was needed...and so with our flight ready to leave we had to just about run 250 meters and then back 250 meters to catch our flight....we are in our 60's!!!!!. If we had to pay we should have been told at check in! and to make matters worse both of our checked bags are carryon size...we only checked them because we thought it would be convenient. Given that it was not our mistake that bag fee should have been waived....very poor customer service to people who have flown TAP many times........"

Queixes: "CHeck in at Lisbon was messy as they made us get back into a passport control line at the gate even though Everton was already seated. Suggest you do this before we get to the gate. Food was mediocre."

Queixes: "NO Options for vegetarians. main curse and snacks were with meat. SANDWITCH WITH MEAT"

Queixes: "Fact that was not clear I would have to pay to check bags."

Avantatges: "I know the flight between Lisbon and Amsterdam is only 3 hours, but it could have been better. First, boarding was a mess because no one could hear announcements being made. Once on the plane, things only got worse. I'm a small person- only 5'4" and even I had no leg room! This was made worse when the seat in front reclined- very claustrophobic. There were also zero entertainment options."
Queixes: "It was nice that they served light snacks even though it was a short flight."

Avantatges: "My check in was by far the easiest it has ever been on any of the international flights I've taken over the years. This was my first flight with TAP Portugal and I will certainly by happy to fly with them again. The next time, I'm going to take advantage of their offer to stop over in Lisboa."

Queixes: "The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in."

Queixes: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

Queixes: "I don't understand why it took them around 15 min to check in each person. This was the most terrible check in I have ever experienced. After this, they didn't even offer people free water. I have flown with low cost airlines all over the world and this was by far the worst."

Queixes: "Single line for bag check, by flight, so took a while. Still plenty of time. Charge for each checked bag."

Queixes: "They put us in a Transavia plane from Barcelona to Amsterdam, we were on a line at five am for two and a half hours to check in. That was terrible. At the end the clerck was so stress out, that she did not write our connection flight number correct, so we did not get our luggage until the next day."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed for about an hour and I don't remember there was an explanation for the delay. Also, the check in counter also opened late from the time it was mentioned."

Te dicen que puedes descargarlo en tus dispositivos móviles, pero ni en el móvil, ni en la tablet ni en el ordenador lo conseguí, con lo que se hace muy pesado el vuelo sin tener acceso a películas."

El wifi nunca funciono y el avion se quedo sin snacks (que habia que pagar, por supuesto) y no habia opciones de comida si tenias hambre. Antes de aterrizar the dan un sandwich chungo con elq ue tienes que aguantar el resto del viaje."

Queixes: "I paid for exit row seating assignments through the booking agent assigned by Kayak, but these just showed up as a note on my reservation. I was assigned a different seat at check in. Oh, and I was totally unable to check in online. The website would crash. So, I had to wait until I got to the airport to get a seat assignment."

Queixes: "Can’t wait to fly again"

Queixes: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."

Avantatges: "The staff were friendly"
Queixes: "The passengers were arse holes bit the crew dealt with it well"

Avantatges: "Flight took off slightly late but landed at PMI roughly on time. I had the worst seat on the aircraft according to seat guru 31D which is the last row by the back door. But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."
Queixes: "Only problem was that the service trolley started at the front of the plane and it took a fair amount of time before it reached the last row, and being a fairly short flight by the time we finished our drinks the seat belt lights came on for landing."

Avantatges: "Ground staff worked hard to make up time due to layr inbound flight. On board it was like first class service having ore ordered food and drink."
Queixes: "Air traffic delays. Boarding is cramped held in the air bridge but it was done to make up time."

Queixes: "Flight! Left almost 50min late. No service on board, fasten seat belt light on the whole time so no toilet. No turbulence en route."

Queixes: "The amount of seat space is very limited. I am 5' 8" and my knees were touching the seat in front of me and I had to sit almost all the flight with crossed arms as I had a middle seat. Cheap flight, cheap seats."

Queixes: "EasyJet over booked and said that there were no seats available for us. After arguing we eventually boarded. Only to find there were very disruptive and drum passengers sitting behind us."

Avantatges: "Forget the flight, think where you’re heading!! Old Lisbon, Chiado, is well worth a visit. Almost seems like time stopped with all the architecture. People are friendly and not too pushy while selling you intems. Well worth a visit as a city break. B&B €25 for two per night!!"
Queixes: "What would you expect from a great name? Still have to be disappointed! But while in Lisbon learn some words in Portuguese. They’re essential. If they see that that you’re making an effort, they’ll appreciate it more. Speak in foreign and straight away your price rises!"

Avantatges: "Friendly staff, food ok"
Queixes: "Shepherded into a small area with very few seats, and anyway, we were held in lanes like sheep! Seating on the plane - narrow and little space between rows. Had to wait quite a while for baggage to arrive."

Avantatges: "Our flight was delayed by about an hour but the pilot put the foot down and shaved 40 minutes off the journey! A nice new plane, nice crew and I'm sure the food would have been good if we had tried it. A very good value flight."

Avantatges: "The plane had been refitted with the new slimline seats which give more space. The actual flight was good and easyJet are very good at accommodating disabled passengers on board."
Queixes: "The plane was delayed but we were called to gate regardless and had to stand on the airplane ramp for a long time, then the pilot announced he'd missed his rake-off slot and we had to sit on tarmac for further hour. The pilot, note any other staff, apologised for delay upon landing despite it being the fault of staff boarding customers so slowly and pilot not pushing back in time to get allocated take-off slot. I will be avoiding easyJet flights to/from Gatwick as they are ALWAYS delayed."

Avantatges: "The fact that it was on time which is unusual between Charles du Gaulle and london"

Queixes: "Late departure. Limited legroom."

Avantatges: "Good flight - nothing much to report other than it was a flight without any hassles."

Queixes: "Return flight on Friday night cancelled, no reason given. Next alternative offered Monday afternoon, still awaiting compensation."

Avantatges: "Nothing - no certainty for me the passenger over the delay. I had info by text which stopped after a while fortunately I could check on the website - times kept changing? The board only showed delayed & few announcements. Giving us €4.50 only covered half cost of a muffin and a drink!"
Queixes: "The flight was delayed four hours but they told us to check in at the early time!!!! Then had to wait at airport all that time. Nice airport a mess not re signposted hard to find gate B!The ground crew were vague & not helpful. They should have provided us with bottles of water and a decent meal!! & certainty- failed woefully. The rep was not always at the gate to assist people I sat nearby reading so saw this. When it was time to actually board they made no announcement just put the gate number up on the board!!! Later made one for speedy boarding!! Did not feel looked after in any way. Then no cold drinks on plane and no ice till I made a fuss - suddenly I had ice!!! Charged my card in £ instead of € No hot food. Card machines not working - no wifi!! Doh!! All in all appalling customer service/ PR The crew were exhausted and over it - their job to to care for passengers - I think one went off in tears??"

Queixes: "I needed special assistance, many delays on getting me to the departure gate, the team at the airport, really didn't seem to know where I needed to be, although I'd reminded them a number of times, even when last call for my flight was called, no action until the last minute!! Alicante airport lost our flight plan, as relayed by our pilot, eventually got told we've got 2 flight plans!! We could have been a half hour early landing but not to be, upon arrival there were not enough wheelchairs so confusion ensued."

Avantatges: "The flight was smooth and onboard refreshments ok. Staffs were polite so on the scheme of things it was a good flight."

Avantatges: "Took off on time; landed early"

Avantatges: "Left on time, landed early. Quick boarding, quick disembarking."
Queixes: "Most passengers had carry on put in the hold but there ended up being lots of room in the overhead lockers."
