Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."

No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Queixes: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Queixes: "Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

IFE has some relatively new films, but the screen is very small. The screen has terrible quality, and honestly makes the flight excruciatingly boring if you don’t have other sources of entertainment."

Queixes: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Queixes: "vueling is the worst airlines ever"

Queixes: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."

Queixes: "Big delay, poor information from staff."

Avantatges: "Absolutely nothing. My flight was cancelled and I want to be reimbursed"
Queixes: "How can I be reimbursed. The way we were treated is a shame"

Avantatges: "On flight home, second lost bag of trip and second time of an extremely long wait, truly long long wait to report lost bag in Barcelona. So far, I have only one message for updates online about my lost bag. It always says "searching." I don't think they are though."
Queixes: "Lost luggage. If they would let me speak with someone live, I could give them an idea where they lost it. Looking online, I see many comments that the airline has not. located nor compensate for lost bags."

Avantatges: "Plane was on-time and I got to where I needed to be. Price was also very nice."
Queixes: "Boarding was a painful long queue. Plane was crammed and hot. Food / Beverage cart didn't come around until the flight was almost over."

Avantatges: "All"

Avantatges: "Delay... I did not like anything aBout this experience!!!?"
Queixes: "Why would you close boarding with paying customers trying to board when you emailed us with a 53 minutes delay!! What a rip off!! NEVER FLY VUELING!!!"

Queixes: "Delayed over two hours both ways. Crew didn't make it down the aisle with the trolley for refreshments. Didn't have food vouchers and would not give me more than a a small glass of water even though we were stuck on a plane for over 5 hours."

Avantatges: "An employee walked down the line, scanned tickets=fast process. The lines were designated by row seating."
Queixes: "I'm 5'9" & knees hit the chair in front. No complimentary water or coffee. EVERYTHING was a charge. Broken armrests & other materials."

Queixes: "No leg room. I am not a big guy,but my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Airport advertised the flight was leaving at 12:10, but our pass said 12:00. We took the advice of the AIRPORT and missed our flight. In addition to missing our flight we had to exit the airport to re-enter and BUY NEW TICKETS for another flight. Would never recommend Vueling or Barcelona Airport to anyone."

Avantatges: "Easy enough boarding... our flight coming into BCN was delayed due to weather, so we were cutting it very close for the connection. Vueling crew took care of our late check in etc."
Queixes: "DId not have the food. No wifi or entertainment"

Avantatges: "Didn't experience anything spectacular."
Queixes: "The delay of flight was unbelievable."

Avantatges: "Vert kind and proffessional crew On time departure and flight"
Queixes: "Lack of any free offer fof snacks or drinks Not even water was offered Very very limited legroom"

Queixes: "They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Queixes: "The luggage did not arrive. The said the luggage left in Barcelona. I don't have anything and fill very disappointed about my trip. Never ever will be using Vueling again !"

Queixes: "Dely and they lost my bags"

Avantatges: "Once the flight took off, everything was ok."
Queixes: "3 door changes. Delay of flight was greater than flight duration. Information from crew was seriously inexact."

Avantatges: "Stewardess great and so too wheelchair provider"
Queixes: "Charging possible only in first three riws"

Queixes: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Queixes: "I called Vueling to see if I needed to pay for my stroller and he said yes. When I got to the counter I was told that I didn't have to pay for the stroller. So I asked for my money back and they said no. That was B.S."

Queixes: "It is difficult to change the conditions of the initial purchase the seats are not comfortable at all"

Avantatges: "Boarding went quick after passport control went very slow"
Queixes: "Would prefer complimentary cup of water"

Queixes: "seats were really tight with little leg room. A long walk from security to the gate"

Avantatges: "It was not clear on Website that we would be charged extra for luggage."

Queixes: "They overbooked the flight, had extremely rude staff, and we're not helpful at all. Will never fly with them again."

Queixes: "Flight took off late...someone in seats.. luggage did not arrive with plane... we were told different things.. were given wrong gate number.."

Queixes: "The window seat had no shade and it leaked all over my new jacket . Very disappointed ."

Avantatges: "Bag drop was fast, professional. Plane was comfortable, on time."
Queixes: "Passengers are the key to make everything bad, they can't queue or simply don't know what is a queue for. Some wear a suit and think that they can just cut the queue to the front, and all the staff just allow that happen. They did not have priority boarding."

Avantatges: "I found a BA round trip flight from Geneva to Barcelona. I am a high tier AA customer -Oneworld and always try to fly the fleet."
Queixes: "I purchased a BA flight on the BA website. The flight was serviced by Vueling-Spanish LC carrier. Simply put, none of my Oneworld benefits were respected by neither BA or Vueling. This is fraud."

Queixes: "I didn't like anything about the song"

Queixes: "The issues started when I tried to do my on-line check-in 24 hours before (as is normal with other airlines), only to be told that there were no more seats available for on-line check-in (but would magically become available if I paid a fee). As my company was paying for the flights, getting the fee reimbursed would be a pain in the neck and I decided to just check in at the airport as the system suggested. Only to find out that they could not assign me a seat until I could talk to an agent at the gate, and that the aircraft was overbooked and I may not end up flying at all that day. I make my way quickly through security and rush to the gate and stand at the counter for a long time to make sure I get a seat (thankfully). Only to find out that the aircraft is delayed. In the end, I made it to my destination OK albeit a bit late, but I think Vueling has set the bar really low if the passengers should feel thankful about just getting there safe but late."

Queixes: "Both flights were delayed. The flight from GVA to BCN was on a plane whose seats don't have the nets to hold objects, which I have never seen in the ten years I have flown. On the same flight I did not like the attitude of the head of cabin services, who treated me and another passenger with a fast, rude attitude."
