Queixes: I had to buy a plus ticket for my luggage, but I bought a priority before. I don’t like it.

Queixes: The man at the back of me was for ever knocking my seat so I was unable to rest / sleep as it was an early morning flight. Even after politely asking him to refrain, he continued.

Avantatges: Very nise crew, espicily steward Ignas

Queixes: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Queixes: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Avantatges: The flight was really fast!

Queixes: No complaints

Avantatges: Seat uncomfortable... have to pay everything including water.

Queixes: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Queixes: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Avantatges: The boarding time to get on and off the plane was fine

Queixes: This was a short flight were I expected to be able to take a nap. However, the entire time of the flight, the flight attendants were making announcements first in english and then in Spanish. By the time they were done making the announcement in both languages they had another announcement to make. I would have preferred fewer announcements so we could have some peace and quiet during the flight

Queixes: The stairs up and down at Stansted.

Avantatges: The crew was nice.

Avantatges: The seats were comfortable and the crew were very professional.

Avantatges: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Queixes: Nothing it was perfect for Ryanair.. always getting better

Queixes: Al regreso a Madrid, por suerte no hubo retrasos exagerados como en el trayecto Madrid-Copenhague pero supongo que por las condiciones logísticas de Ryanair, es necesario acceder al avión caminando, este no es el problema . Me pregunto: Cómo es posible que alguien no piense en que no pueden exponer a personas donde pueden estar incluidos niños, bebés, personas mayores a estar en la intemperie bajo una temperatura de - 2 grados centígrados esperando para entrar a un avión donde las personas tienen que acceder por una escalera y nadie de esta compañía sea capaz de organizar un acceso por grupos y que el resto de personas vayan quedando dentro del aeropuerto mientras otros ya han subido. Esta compañía está tan acostumbrada a trabajar mal que supongo que ninguna queja tendrá el mínimo efecto... llego a esta conclusión cuando después de 13 minutos en esta situación en la pista del aeropuerto, logramos entrar al avión y David, parte del crew del vuelo PR 606 me dice después de yo decirle que como no son capaces de organizar esta situación tan lógica respondiendo “ pues no vueles con nosotros .... “ Esto es Ryanair Espero que si momondo pregunta esta encuesta sirva para algo y no caiga en los mismos errores.

Queixes: EasyJet over booked and said that there were no seats available for us. After arguing we eventually boarded. Only to find there were very disruptive and drum passengers sitting behind us.

Avantatges: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Queixes: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Queixes: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Avantatges: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Queixes: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Queixes: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Queixes: Rude air hostess who was ignoring us in particularli where I was nearly fainting

Queixes: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Avantatges: Our initial flight was cancelled by Norwegian. So when I tried to communicate this with RyanAir, they wouldn’t refund our money

Queixes: Poor customer service. No way to communicate with your support team They kept our money when we couldn’t be in Barcelona due to our original flight was cancelled by Norwegian

Queixes: The line to check in baggage was an hour long. They were very understaffed.

Avantatges: It seems if you don't pay for the seat attribution, the system splits automatically group/couple even if with infant! My husband and I have been separated by more than 30 rows but we had 2 aisle seats! Hopefully a kind person has accepted to exchange his middle seat with my husband seat. In addition, there was no priority to boarding with infant if. You don't pay the priority boarding (although we have to carry the baby in our arm). We have to ask several times to have the specific belt for infant, hopefully it was not our first flight and we knew it was mandatory! We have as well asked for a life jacket for our 4 months baby and they informed us infant and adult life jacket are in the same place above the seat...

Queixes: Lack of safety rules for infant (to request seat belt, no infant life jacket) Priority of buying options rather to help when traveling with infant (automatic separation on seat distribution, no boarding priority)

Queixes: I got an email that the flight was canceled then another that it was on time. This caused confusion and distress

Avantatges: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Queixes: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.
