Queixes: "Even though 1 of the 3 stewards was really excellent at everything (foremost his impecable attitude towards passengers), nothing is really standing out anymore in IBERIA 1st class. It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

Queixes: "La primera comida que me dieron, tenia un olor no muy agradable y al probarla tampoco fue muy buena, aun así la comí, pero después al pasar el tiempo, empece a tener dolores abdominales, que eran aguntables, lo atribuí al estar tanto tiempo sentado, ya no comí la segunda comida que me ofrecieron, ya tenia asco con los olores, al bajar del avión los dolores se incrementaron, y me dio diarrea y fiebre, al llegar a mi domicilio, y ver a un doctor de la familia, resulta que traía una intoxicación, y he tenido que tomar medicina para tratarme eso."

Queixes: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

El wifi nunca funciono y el avion se quedo sin snacks (que habia que pagar, por supuesto) y no habia opciones de comida si tenias hambre. Antes de aterrizar the dan un sandwich chungo con elq ue tienes que aguantar el resto del viaje."

Queixes: "I paid for exit row seating assignments through the booking agent assigned by Kayak, but these just showed up as a note on my reservation. I was assigned a different seat at check in. Oh, and I was totally unable to check in online. The website would crash. So, I had to wait until I got to the airport to get a seat assignment."

Queixes: "I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me."

Avantatges: "The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."
Queixes: "It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight."

Queixes: "Never check in your carry-on if they say there are too many carry-on's on the flight. I saw a lot of Spanish say no when they asked them to, now I know why. I am in Dublin 2days now with NO LUGGAGE or carry on, I have nothing, it all got "misplaced" in transit!"

I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm."
Queixes: "I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short."

Queixes: "Estoy horrorizado. Iberia casi me deja sin poder embarcar por un error informático. Tenía billete Marsella - Madrid y Madrid -Santiago. Por algún error el sistema no había registrado mi billete de Marsella a Madrid, por l tanto automáticamente había anulado mi billete Madrid - Santiago. Esa situación no desea a nadie! Estoy indignado. Nunca hubiera imaginado que eso es posible!"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Queixes: "Not really a complaint about Iberia Express as an airline but I hate getting to Berlin Tegel. I took the bus, and it is so hard to stand up with all your luggage on those buses. It's that or a 20 euro taxi ride. At least Madrid airport has a railway line to get into the city."

Queixes: "Everything. "Code Sharing " is a convenient way of dodging responsibility ! BA /Iberia is a great example."

Avantatges: "La cultura y el trato dado por los Españoles. El aeropuerto es muy bonito y todo está señalizado. Los restaurantes todos una belleza y unos sabores inigualables."

Avantatges: "Boarding and crew was ok. Aircraft also not bad. But five hour delay with little communication or compensation."

Avantatges: "One of the crew member was really rude, she made a mistake went off on me and didn’t even apologize, she act like nothing happened, I tried reaching out to the airline and they never got back to me"

Queixes: "Seats far too small and uncomfortable."

Queixes: "Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything."

Queixes: "We were not informed about how our luggage needed to be transferred to an entire building 15 min away."

Queixes: "If your in rows 38-40 you will not get any drink or food as it takes so long for the drink trolly to reach you before landing"

Queixes: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Queixes: "Tight seats, old plane, zero frills"

Queixes: "Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but we were never properly informed as to when the flight was actually leaving. Therefore instead of being able to sit in a restaurant comfortably waiting. We had to sit at the gate."

Queixes: "They told us we didn’t have seats and that we’d have to go on standby. All staff were giggling and not very helpful. In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Poor customer services and communication to us of whether we would get the flight or not and what to do if not."

Avantatges: "we reached our destination alive"
Queixes: "We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"

Avantatges: "Nothing.... Very poor. Generally Vueling has a poor image but I took a chance nothing has changed"
Queixes: "On board the plane I was told you have to pay for all the food drinks quite abruptly maybe because I had shorts on and a tee shirt the lady in question thought I did not have much money.....Never go by how somebody is dressed that's my advice to your airline staff...."

Avantatges: "Safe flight, good leg room"
Queixes: "Delayed departure, delayed boarding"

Queixes: "unorganised deaprture @ barcelona airport where everyone was allowed to board at the same time. Also our flight way delayed but Vueling did not text anyone on our flight to inform us."

Queixes: "The long walk to and from the plane. The stupid trail down the steps into the cold and rain, across the tarmac then back up the steps into the plane. At Birmingham airport. Fine at Malaga no problem."

Queixes: "No visualitza massa q la facturació en tarifa bàsica cal fer-la entre les 24 i 2 hores abans de l’embarcament. El personal de terra molt amable, ens va assessorar a temps."

Queixes: "The app wouldn't let me check in for my return flight without paying before i left"

Queixes: "Drunk and loud people on the flight."

Queixes: "Delayed, then slow luggage reclaim (I believe that's your problem rather than the airport)"

Queixes: "NOTHING. I will never fly with Ryanair again. On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."

Queixes: "Take off delayed by over 3 hours, poor communication,noisy boisterous passengers."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "40 minutes baking on the bus to take us to the aircraft, Lack of communication Disrespectful and bad attitude of the crew Paying £80 to put luggage in hold to be told as I didn’t report that my case was damaged when I arrived at 01:00 am (in the morning) with an onward journey of 2 hrs I could not now place a complaint! Despite having photographic evidence!! No tap water available - given ice and boiling water I am done flying with Ryanair"

Queixes: "Waiting for 2 hours at the gate at Malaga Airport before anyone turned up at the desk (would have been helpful to be able to ask someone what was going on) and then waiting over an hour & a half at Stansted Airport for our luggage to arrive at the baggage reclaim. Also the actual Ryanair plane was a mess, crumbs all over the floor & the seats, even used tissues."

Avantatges: "two days before a bank holiday to Ibiza, this was significantly cheaper than other airlines. Departed on time"
Queixes: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "We were not told the reason for the delay. We were not given an estimate of the length of the delay. No update information was given. We all understand there can be problems; but just tell us what they are? Then, we were all called forward to board, but I was still standing 45 minutes later in the queue. Let us wait in (relative) comfort in the terminal (restrooms, drinks, wider seats etc), don't start to board us ridiculously early."

Queixes: "Plane arrived late, took off 1.5hrs after plan and arrived late in Dublin There was no tea, beer or wine. Most of the food was not available"

Avantatges: "does not respond to normal standards - to little space seats can not move to the back"

Avantatges: "No frills basic flight, works perfectly for short flights."
Queixes: "Coming back to cold weather"

Avantatges: "All boarded easily and managed to take off a little early from PIK which also meant landed early in IBZ. No probs on the flight."
Queixes: "Had to dust off seats of spilled Pringles from previous flight. And floor was covered and hadn’t been hoovered or even a dustpan. No biggie but wasn’t as clean as it could have been."

Avantatges: "Excellent value for money!!!"

Avantatges: "Value for money"

Queixes: "Paying extra to sit together"

Avantatges: "Got the best fairs, had it booked well in advance No hassle"
Queixes: "On arrival all trains were cancelled and it was very hard to find a bus or someone to talk to but that was a separate issue"

Avantatges: "The Ryanair flight was on time and reasonably comfortable. They don’t offer entertainment and I didn’t eat onboard"
Queixes: "The seats are basic, but fine. I could do without the fanfare on landing!"

Avantatges: "Price"

Avantatges: "Prompt departure and arrival in Belfast. Brand new aircraft was a bonus."
Queixes: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."

Avantatges: "Nothing."
Queixes: "EVERYTHING."

Avantatges: "Arrived early, a bit confused as to why our bags had to go in the hold but they arrived in a very timely fashion and although the 3 of us were separated, I was in a fire exit seat and my long legged son also had extra leg room at the front. Bonus!"
Queixes: "I wish the seats could recline just a little. I can't read without feeling sick so a 3 hour flight can be pretty uncomfortable."

Avantatges: "Flight attendant was gas. A polish buck with a Irish accent"

Avantatges: "The staff were pleasant and helpful on board I didn’t have any food and there wasn’t any entertainment"
Queixes: "I didn’t like that there was absolutely nobody at the airport to answer any questions or just guide you in the right direction"

Avantatges: "The flight left mire or less on time and arrived 30 minutes early."
Queixes: "Once again no soap in the forward toilet."

Avantatges: "Left 15 mins late due to idiots not making the gate on time and luggage having to be found for them and arrived on time in Manchester so well done Ryanair!!"

Avantatges: "Staff at Dublin and on board very helpful we were traveling with a two year old and they were great help. Flight good and arrived on time all round good experience"

Queixes: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."

Avantatges: "Not much at all"
Queixes: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Avantatges: "Boarding was good. Left & arrived on time. Crew very efficient in spite of the problems encountered with passengers."
Queixes: "The flight was not so much Ryanair as Liverpoolair. There were hen & possibly stag parties on board who had obviously had a lot to drink , were very noisy including when the safety procedures were being announced & the crew had to constantly deal with passengers who would not obey instructions."

Avantatges: "Quick and easy .. flights bang on time, Return flight very 20 mins ahead , Nice staff"
Queixes: "Ridiculous overpriced snack menu. Sandwiches etc.. And coffee not good too expensive.. Let's you down.!"

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "The 1.5 hour delay with no info. We're told that there was a problem that had been affecting the flight all day, they ccould have forewarned us as a matter of courtesy."

Avantatges: "I booked the front extra legroom seats. Worth every penny. Easy flight and great price. Very efficient at boarding etc. So arrived home on time."

Avantatges: "Price was good. Staff are good in general but felt that the cabin crew lacked professionalism - a tough job noted however. Overall very happy with the service - please note my comments."
Queixes: "Why did I pay for a priority que ? The point being exactly what ? The herding of customers into a cattle gate affair ? Last call 45 mins before the flight. Cheap flight - cheap organised. I note below someone has stated crew were professional and VERY entertaining ...... thatnis not professional I am afraid. A crew that is busy entertaining the passengers is a crew that lacks focus on the primary role of the cabin safety ... Human Factors !"

Queixes: "Boarding was very slow, 30 minutes late taking off. Everything else was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong"

Avantatges: "Boarding is fast. Left on time, arrived early!"
Queixes: "I would like more convenient times for this flight from Prestwick."

Avantatges: "Ryanair has the no nonsense way of doing things and I noticed for example the lack of the seat pockets in front that usually hold magazines.. and passengers rubbish... I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."
Queixes: "On the return a 45 odd minutes delay, caused by? The weather maybe? I had to guess but... Not really a big deal tho.. oh and 2 gate changes... gate 10 to 15 and then 10 again... again not something isn't out of the ordinary when you fly any airline out of a busy airport... security que took ages too ;)"

Queixes: "That Ryan air charge you €45 euros to check in your baggage"

Queixes: "At least a water bottle should be given to passengers free of cost"
