I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

We were honestly impressed by their efforts as we were very late. In addition the plane was comfortable and the entertainment offerinand were great. For such a long flight it barely felt that way."

Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables."

Avantatges: "I was able to get home the next day rerouted with Lufthansa and they did provide a hotel and gave us a 15$ voucher."
Queixes: "Missed an important day of work. Sat in the airport for 5 hours with little to no comunication from staff. They would constantly tell us they will make an announcement in 5 minutes but never had. JFK Terminal 1 is very unconfortable so that made the stay worse. The problem I had was with the fact that they could not tell us straight we are not going to fly."
Queixes: "I Think is important a little meal or something about ...all its bussines...it's a Fly that not diferent... Brussels Airlines can be a experience....Not JUST a service like all Airlines....marketing its off in this point!"

Queixes: "I'll begin with the order of sequence of all that went wrong: 1. A huge queu while we were waiting for checkin in Rome (waited for more than 30 minutes) 2. The steward didn't agree to take a gymnastics hoop to the aircraft, despite its being super light. By the way, the inbound flight the hoop was taken into the aircraft; 3. We (family of 3) were seated separately, what made a huge stress to our small daughter. 4. There were no AC socket in Brussels airport (there were, but not charging) during transfer. 5. Our baggage was not delivered, which is very unpleasant :("
Queixes: "Over 2 hour delay"
Avantatges: "Problem was, my luggage didn't arrive. I am now in front of lost and found desk, expecting it will come one of next days. My additional problem is, I am traveling on Wednesday in remote area by car and need desperately my luggage!"

Queixes: "TINIEST toilet EVER. Couldn't even turn around to wash my hands (and I am quite tiny myself) or look in the mirror...which for some reason is not well placed. Impossible to choose my seat, even after calling help service (3 times! and still had to discuss at the counter), just so that they change me already in the flight to accommodate a family. I do not mind, but they never mentioned that the seat could not recline or that there was no window (the whole point of choosing the seat, for I have flight anxiety). I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."
Avantatges: "Personnel is usually nice. The personnel at the counter was particularly helpful."

Queixes: "remained cancelled! Olympic did not bother to help or communicate. it was a flight operated by Olympic !"

Queixes: "stuck between 2 overweight people with no possibility of moving because flight was fully booked."

Avantatges: "I liked the multi-lingual flight attendants. Friendly and seemed to help everyone get what they need. Pilot performed a smooth landing and the flight was quite smooth."
Queixes: "Aircraft need to stay grounded for 2 hours for repairs... After we already boarded! It was very hot, everyone was sweating profusely and facing themselves with magazines. The flight should have just been delayed and everyone should have waited in the comfort of the airport terminal to board later rather than suffering. The headrests are horrible. They jut out and but stress on you upper back, and force you to slouch, which hurts your lower back. I am a pretty resilient young dude, but even I was packing my sweatshirt, pillow, and blanket behind my back to make the seat mildly comfortable. A car style seat would have been much much more comfortable. Worst of all, I had a 12 hour layover, and during that time MY BAG DIDN'T EVEN GET PUT ON THE PLANE! I am on a budget so I couldn't buy toiletries and clothes to wear so I stank for days before my bags were located, brought from Toronto to Brussels, and then delivered to where I'm staying in Belgium. This is easily the worst flying experience I have ever had in my life."

Queixes: "The plane was delayed. The service was poor. My bag was lost. Will not fly brussels airlines again."

Queixes: "I was unable to check-in online, Lufthansa said see Brussels Airlines and Vice Versa. The check in process at Dulles was very poor (this was the Brussels Airlines desk) Chaotic would sum it up best. The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"
Avantatges: "Good flight schedules to where I need to go in West Africa. On time generally. Leg room is average or better."
Queixes: "The Brussels/Lufthansa economy thinly padded seats are brutal. I was awoken to a sore behind over and over. You can feel the crosswise metal rod underneath. I sympathize with lack of catering options coming out of developing countries, but the economy meal for the red-eye return to Brussels was hard to swallow, too."

Queixes: "not enough leg room. I had asked for seats with more leg room due to my medical condition and did not get any satisfaction"
Avantatges: "Quick and easy boarding, surprisingly good food and entertainment content provided."
Queixes: "Not crew weren't very helpful, some were more polite than others. A little cramped in terms of seats."
Queixes: "The seats were incredibly uncomfortable. The food wasn't great and even on a flight that was at 75% capacity they ran out of food options."
Avantatges: "I liked that my seat was by the window and I saw the most beautiful sky in my life! And the seat next to me was empty so I was able to stretch my legs and even lay down to sleep. The crew was very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was very good, I was just glad that I was fed."
Queixes: "The only thing I didn't like is that turbine was blocking my view but I wasn't a big of a deal at all. I was just happy that all that long flight I was sitting by the window and was able to see the sunrise."
Avantatges: "The flight attendants were friendly; food was decent; seats were not that comfortable and a bit too close ; in flight entertainment was okay; bathrooms okay but could be cleaner"

They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Queixes: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Queixes: "I called Vueling to see if I needed to pay for my stroller and he said yes. When I got to the counter I was told that I didn't have to pay for the stroller. So I asked for my money back and they said no. That was B.S."

Avantatges: "I found a BA round trip flight from Geneva to Barcelona. I am a high tier AA customer -Oneworld and always try to fly the fleet."
Queixes: "I purchased a BA flight on the BA website. The flight was serviced by Vueling-Spanish LC carrier. Simply put, none of my Oneworld benefits were respected by neither BA or Vueling. This is fraud."
Queixes: "I didn't like anything about the song"
Queixes: "The issues started when I tried to do my on-line check-in 24 hours before (as is normal with other airlines), only to be told that there were no more seats available for on-line check-in (but would magically become available if I paid a fee). As my company was paying for the flights, getting the fee reimbursed would be a pain in the neck and I decided to just check in at the airport as the system suggested. Only to find out that they could not assign me a seat until I could talk to an agent at the gate, and that the aircraft was overbooked and I may not end up flying at all that day. I make my way quickly through security and rush to the gate and stand at the counter for a long time to make sure I get a seat (thankfully). Only to find out that the aircraft is delayed. In the end, I made it to my destination OK albeit a bit late, but I think Vueling has set the bar really low if the passengers should feel thankful about just getting there safe but late."
Queixes: "Both flights were delayed. The flight from GVA to BCN was on a plane whose seats don't have the nets to hold objects, which I have never seen in the ten years I have flown. On the same flight I did not like the attitude of the head of cabin services, who treated me and another passenger with a fast, rude attitude."
