Queixes: "We initially picked exit seats but they ended up unasigning my son's seat because he is 2 years old, both times they gave us the worst possible seats in the plane. When initially assigned my son, it said: "No one under 2 is allowed to seat in emergency seats" a bit misleading and inconvenient. Other than this we had a great experience."

Queixes: "- My first of two flights was canceled which was poorly communicated after waiting in a queue for two hours. I am still even now unsure as to why the flight was canceled as no one bothered to inform us as to what the reason was. - On my new connecting flight from San Salvador to Bogotá there was only two meal options (both meat) which I do not eat and was told to just take the meat out of the meal as there was no other options. Would have been helpful to have known before the flight so I could have bought my own food to take on the plane. - The charging points on the back of the seat were inactive"

I asked when the meal would be and was told a few hours...which turned out to be breakfast..i wated all night for food that only came an hour before landing. Then they decided there we were overweight (data that should be known before the cargo was loaded) and off loaded two people. Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays."

Avantatges: "The plane was not busy so services took about 5 minutes, everyone had 2 seats minimum and generally quiet. Had it been busy, it would have been different in that seats were not very wide, aisles very small, if the seat in front reclines and you don't, you can't see your screen and not a lot of space in general."
Queixes: "If you want to select your seat, be prepared to pay £175 per flight. This is ridiculous! Second meal was a very bare bbq beef pie or sweet potato pie... On their own with nothing else and it arrived 30 minutes before we landed so very rushed. On a 9.5hr flight the 2nd meal needed to be an actual meal and come sooner than it did."

When I started to experience this I became aware of the same trend in regard communications with other passengers. Very unattractive."

Queixes: "Staff at the check-in counter made fun of my surname. Bad start but not noteworthy unless combined with the rest of the experience. The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."
Avantatges: "Generally clean plane with good entertainment system and technology overall. Diabetic meal much better than in the past."
Queixes: "Didn't announce meal choices at the start so flight attendant had to repeat herself every. Single. Row. They forgot my diabetic meal on the last part them forgot to include cutlery and it took a long time to sort out but they were otherwise lovely."
Queixes: "Despite being listed as vegans, we were not provided with vegan meals. When pointed out to the staff, we were given a small packet of soy crackers."
Queixes: "Hi, I couldnt make my flight as I was very ill and when I called to reschedule it, I was given a form to fill out and no help. So I am STILL stuck on Barcelona, trying to figure out how I can change my ticket and how much that will cost me. Why does it take a form? Why can't someone give me a price quote?"

Queixes: "Both of my flights, to and from Europe were delayed. Missed both connections which caused us to get to our final destination hours late. Thing is, they don't even seem to care. We will never fly BA again"
Queixes: "I arrived at the airport and my flight was cancelled. I waited in lines for over three hours and was to finally able to book a flight with United. American Airlines refused to give me any explanation why the flight was cancelled."

Queixes: "I've flown a lot, and I really couldn't believe how rude the flight attendants were on this flight. They seemed very inconvenienced by their job. I gave a snack pack back to a FA bc of my allergies and she snatched it out of my hand while walking by me without even looking at me...my husband's jaw dropped, he saw it too. It was unbelievable how rude they were."

Queixes: "Crew, food, and entertainment were terrible. If I pay for british airways, I should get it. American airlines is trash, and all of the airlines in the US, should take notes from every other airline. Air travel In the US has become the bus station of the 21st century. I shouldn't be paying this much to bad business just because there isn't an alternative."

Queixes: "If I am in business class and platinum status, why can't I use the lounge - which is only available to Platinum status going to LA or SF, Latin America but not to Cancun. American Airlines needs to change this policy."
Avantatges: "Liked all the little amenities - actual meals, USB plugs for charging, free movies and games to entertain my kids, enough leg room that I can bend down and get stuff from my bag under the seat and that I could lean back a little without causing the person behind me to need knee surgery, tilt feature on screens to make video viewing easier when the person ahead of you tips their seat back. Seats were wide enough that I didn't fear jabbing my neighbor in the ribs every time I moved. Ice Cream!"
