Whenever I asked to get a drink of water or soft drinks, it took the flight attendant 10-15 minutes to arrive with my drink. I understand she was occupied with other duties, but she should have made me her priority."

Avantatges: "I really enjoyed the flight, which was almost 15 hours long. I give an overall 4 star review for this flight. The boarding process was pretty organized (without including the ignorant passengers who can't read their zone numbers, haha) because they called us up group by group, in a speedy process. Even inside, the cabin crew welcomed us aboard and showed us where our seats are. This leads me to my 5-star rating of the service. Very warm, friendly, and generally helpful cabin crew Qatar Airways has. They fulfilled all my needs even if they had to go out of their way. As for entertainment, I was very surprised at how many great movies they have! Especially the new ones! I would not be bored again with this selection. Food was okay to be honest. It was a hot meal that satisfied my hunger and tasted good, but maybe it's just me and airplane food. Doesn't taste right for me. And to be honest, I was cramped. Not even me but many other passengers felt like the seats were too small. Overall, Good experience!"

Queixes: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Queixes: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Queixes: "Llevabamos libres los 3 asientos de delante, se cambio un adolescente al que la tripulación trataba como un rey, perjudicandonos ya que levantaron los reposabrazos de los asientos para que fuera tumbado impidiendonos a nosotros la ya dificil movilidad durante el vuelo de mas 11 horas."

Queixes: "El personal de Air France para la fila antes de Revisión de visado es elitista, grosero y discriminatorio. Se burlan y hablan en francés creyendo que los turistas no entendemos. Me siento muy decepcionada de la atención. Pesaron mi bolso de mano de manera aleatoria y me cobraron 100 euros por 3 kg."

Queixes: "Tanto a la ida como al regreso ese tramo fue con AirEuropa y el personal en aeropuerto no tienen la amabilidad correspondiente. En la idea me tocó problemas con uno de ellos y en el regreso vi que otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo. Ni siquiera muestran sus nombres."

Queixes: "El viaje fue por Joon, el vuelo inicial fue cancelado ya en sala. Nos respondieron con la reprogramación. Debieron notificar a tiempo la cancelación, creo que hubiese sido menos difícil, ya que nos tocó salir de sala para volver a los mostradores."

Avantatges: "The flight was surprisingly empty compared to flying to Abu Dhabi. I had an entire row to myself. I was able to lay out and sleep peacefully without worrying about the traveler in front of me leaving their seat back. Highly recommend Etihad airways!"

Queixes: "The flight had onboard wifi which was awesome to be able to be online during the flight but it did lack the level of service expected. Everything on the flight was fantastic except the wifi which kept dropping out"

Queixes: "The crew is the most arrogant and ill mannered from all the other international airlines I have flown with - so please be ready for a very unwelcome experience. I had also worded this out as a complain to them, but received a very lukewarm and uninterested reply."

Avantatges: "I flew economy Melbourne > Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Melbourne. The first leg of the flight was great, the flight wasn’t full and I had a whole row to myself. The flight attendant even gave me some tips to ensure nobody sat there. This flight was on an A380 so the plane was large and it felt spacious."
Queixes: "There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad."

Avantatges: "Planes were good with good leg room"
Queixes: "For Asian Veg Meal, they served Paneer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacing between meals was quite large. Entertainment options for adults and kids were quite limited."

Avantatges: "Muy amable el personal, asientos cómodos (además viajé en un vuelo casi vacío con lo cual pude disfrutar de mayor comodidad). La comida estaba riquísima y bien presentada. El vuelo, si bien salió 10minutos demorado, llegó antes de lo previsto."
Queixes: "Me obligaron a despachar un carry on, por tener 1kg de exceso de peso. La salida fue vía autobús con un trayecto bastante prolongado y con espera"

Queixes: "Seats didn’t work. Both seats couldn’t recline. Not nice on a 13hr flight! Gluten free meal was very average. Poor entertainment compared to other airlines."

Avantatges: "My first meal offered a lamb and rice dish with carrots and currants that was most tasty, while the second meal included a nice vegetarian rice dish. They were both very good and a good introduction to the wonderful food of the Middle East."
Queixes: "I had an issue with the sound on my entertainment unit that caused it to stop every time I paused a viewing. I had to exit then return to the show, which restarted where I paused it, but it was annoying. It also would have been nice to have a solitaire card game to play online. Overall, though, the variety was well thought out."

Avantatges: "Head rest helped me get sleep in economy section"

Avantatges: "On time, confortable flight. Love the A330 seat arrangement."
Queixes: "Boarding a bit chaotic at Abu Dhabi airport and there was no electronic display indication at the gate that it was the flight to Beirut."

Queixes: "Not happy with Etihad Checkin counter desk at Ho Chi Minh Airport. The person at the baggage drop off desk wasn't helphul at all. Being ignored for 30 minutes. I believe that this person needs to be trained in order to know who needs to be helped first as he worked at that particular counter for people who already Checkin online."

Avantatges: "was easy to find connecting flight info."

Avantatges: "The new Aircraft is wonderful"
Queixes: "Food quality is not good"

Avantatges: "Everything"
Queixes: "If anything it would be the terminal 1 lounge at Abu Dhabi airport. It is pretty poor compared to the other lounge."

Queixes: "they asked me to check-in my carry on (which i am always able to take with me, and which i was able to take with me on the first leg of even this journey). it came as a surprise and i was in a flux, Thank God I had my passport in my pocket or it would have turned into a nightmare (I keep my stuff e.g. jacket, wallet, etc in my carry on)"

Avantatges: "first class service. Extra blanket, mealtime is anytime, seats recluned fully"
Queixes: "no first class kit with socks. My feet get cold on the plane and the socks would have helped"

Queixes: "Aircraft"

Avantatges: "Food was excellent! Crew was friendly Layover was short and the US immigration was completed during that time!"
Queixes: "Check in procedures were very slow Could have a few more Asian and new movie collections On our return flight, the airline broke (completely ripped) the extending handle on my very sturdy, Samsonite suitcase! So, now I cannot drag the bag on it's wheels!"

Avantatges: "Lots of food and drinks offered often and tasted pretty decent."
Queixes: "I was given a baggage tag without any explanations on what that even means. It would have helped knowing I should keep it safe in case my luggage is misplaced or lost by Etihad- which is was! The seats are not that comfortable and I needed to stand a lot. Bathroom kept running out of soap and needed to wait long for staff to replace. Entertainment system was hard to use due to the person in front of me leaning their chair back the whole time so the screen was in my face."

Avantatges: "El vuelo ha sido perfecto.Tanto la hora de salida como la llegada y el personal muy atento."
Queixes: "Todo muy bien, excepto que el aire lo ponen demasiado frío por la noche. En cuanto al entretenimiento, sería aconsejable pusieran más películas traducidas al español, ya que es un vuelo que viene regularmente hasta Madrid."

Avantatges: "Meals are served promptly and on a regular basis. Selection of entertainment is good but needs updating."
Queixes: "Boarding was a chaos at the Abu Dhabi airport, they were just calling out for the Business Class and passengers who are disabled and those who are travelling with children to board first when everybody came to line up. Nobody from the ground staff even asked them to give way for those who are boarding first or announced what zone are they boarding next. Also, i used the mobile app to check in, i am definitely sure i chose an isle seat (you can see it on the seat map during online check in) but i was surprised to see that i got a window seat."

Queixes: "Boarding announcements can be improved so that it's clear which group of passengers can board. Seats are too narrow even for average sized individuals."

Avantatges: "Amazing food"
Queixes: "The cabin crew never really heeds to your call sign requests. I clearly remember being in need of help but no one showed up for 45 mins starisght; I had to catch them when they were serving food."

Avantatges: "Flight on time."
Queixes: "1. Seat changes are done last minute despite booking the seats online with out informing us. I felt that there was no point securing online seating early. Difficult to adjust seats in the last minute. I was separated from my family. Given wrong information about seats. Had to real work with staff to finally get seats adjusted. Not very easy to work staff. Understanding of English is not that good. 2.Had problems checking the luggage all through despite connection was through star alliance. 3.Had to wait in airport in transit to get boarding passes. Did not understand why it was despite having booked seats early. 4.Seats provided were not good. 5.Also head phones didn't work. I told staff three times and still no response. Finally gave up i had booked because ratings were good. But service was not even close to expectations. Dissapointed."

Queixes: "Can't fault it!!"

Queixes: "Transit from Jet to Etihad was unclear. Had to go to a different terminal, but there were no signs and airport (not Etihad) staff didn't seem to know where to go. Once I got to the right place, Etihad staff were helpful."

Queixes: "Food could have been spaced out more evenly during the flight. First meal came out like 3 or 4 hours into the flight, second meal came out like 8 or 9 hours after that"
