As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

Another thing which is terribly annoying is the touch screen entertainment on the back of the seat. Who in their right mind invented this? What happens when you have a inconsiderate person playing games behind you tapping your seat back like they are playing the xylophone? Ridiculous! People have lost their ability to be respectful, so please get rid of this and put the controls someplace else. This goes for all airlines. Thanks."
Avantatges: "I was moved to an aisle seat b/c there was a couple that wanted to sit together. I appreciated that food was provided, but it felt very rushed. I enjoyed the in flight entertainment as it helped the time go much faster. The crew was very nice and did their best to keep passengers comfortable."

In addition, boarding and de-boarding took a long time. we had to just stand and wait for both - for a much much longr time that normal. They were able to make up the time in the air, but it felt unusually long to both board and de-board."

Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!"
Queixes: "This is a complaint regarding a luggage that was not included in my fare ticket. I was not informed from your company Kayak that the luggage was not included in the price. I had to pay extra money on top of the fare ticket of $150 for just one luggage just because was not mention on the fare ticket. Please give me an explanation of your policy in regard, and please advice people in regard of what I just mention otherwise I think your company tricks people without mentioning clearly that suitcases are not included to lower prices"

They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Teniendo mi maleta fracturada la han subido igualmente y a llegado a Valencia sin estar yo presente. Atención malísima"

Queixes: "We didn’t aware that we need to pay 55€+vat per ticket because we didn’t check in online. I was really angry"

Queixes: "The plane was hot and the stewardess made me keep my window open even though the sunlight got really hot. This seemed unnecessary"
Avantatges: "El vuelo fue cómodo, los asientos y el espacio en general amplio. La tripulación muy amable y el acceso al avion y la manipulación de equipaje también fue correcta. El problema fue el retraso de casi una hora que tuvimos que esperar de pie en la cola de embarque. La información de la pantalla para embarcar tampoco se actualizaba a tiempo, cuando eran las 21:10 y estabamos esperando a embarcar en la pantalla seguía poniendo "embarque a las 20:53"."
Queixes: "Terrible time checking in on line .Finally got some help but was told if I did not check in on line it would cost me another 55euros. :0("
Avantatges: "The plane left on time."
Queixes: "The plane itself was probably one of the most disgusting that I have ever been on. There was literal garbage and food all over the floors, the air flow was not working properly, the crew was not friendly, and upon boarding I was made to wait for a reason that was never explained although I had paid for priority boarding. This airline needs some serious help, because my flight to Ibiza was also a terrible experience. Would 10/10 NEVER fly with them again."
Queixes: "Delayed, unable to buy a cup of tea, rude staff. Will never fly with such a shambolic, greedy airline again."

Queixes: "El vuelo salió tarde, estuvimos esperando 10 o 15 minutos para subir al avión en la pista con viento y frío, asientos incómodos, pagué mucho más por hacer un cambio de pasajero que si hubiese comprado un billete nuevo"

Avantatges: "Se aprovechan que tienen hasta 2 horas de retraso y el vuelo se retrasó justo 1.58, de vergüenza se les deben penalizar"

Queixes: "I was trying to check in in the past 24 hours. The system wouldn’t allow me and I ended up paying 50 Euros extra only to check in what I had already paid for in full in the first plCe. Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."
Avantatges: "A pesar de que el avión venía bastante lleno, la azafata me ofreció la posibilidad de cambiarme a la fila de la salida de emergencia para poder ir más cómodo (mido casi 2m.). Un gesto que agradezco profundamente."

Avantatges: "El avion era espacioso, me sorprendió positivamente Ryanair en este sentido. Aunque si tengo que decir que eran duros"
Queixes: "Cuando embarcabamos me senti como su fuesemos reses para el matadero, todo separado con vayas y agolpados en fila, aunque creo que esto es cosa del aeropuerto"
Avantatges: "No hitches. I recently bought proper cabin baggage with Ryanair approved dimensions and had checked in online so no hassles. If you follow Ryanair guidelines and have requested paperwork and baggage allowance your experience should be incident free."
Queixes: "Nothing to declare."
Queixes: "The Ryan Air staff were ignorant and complained when asked any questions."
Queixes: "My connection at Stansted was very tight. Faced with long lines which could have mennt me missing my flight, I was five no option it to upgrade my ticket. Flight was also 20 minutes late."
Queixes: "Bribery at check in. In very fine print, the ticket you think you paid for online is not valid to get a boarding pass at the airport unless you visit another website prior to going to the airport. If you do what I did, which is arrive expecting to be handed a boarding pass, you will be extorted for 50€ because they cut off your ability to visit the required online website. Total scam. This should be illegal. Buyer beware. Kayak did not know about this scam."

Queixes: "Flight was delayed. Seats are not comfortable. I was in a bus at the back and when it arrived at the demarcation door, the driver didn't open all the 3 doors! He only opened the front door beside himself so everyone had to exit by that door."
Queixes: "Never got a heads up for boarding pass and baggage. I now know to pay $100.00 more when dealing with your competitors."
Avantatges: "Love that you could shop dutyfree during the flight! It was very neat seeming the emergency landing information pasted on the seat infront of you. It's a nice gesture because if invade of an emergency you have the pictures literally infront of your face . Also thought it was nice having music play when you land. I'm a very visual person and look for details."
Queixes: "We checked in with the app and when it came to check in our luggage, the customer representative said we hadn't check in correctly and we would have to pay €50 fee per passenger, which is an inconvenience because it you don't want to think about paying more for fees and luggage when your on vacation."
Avantatges: "Vuelo tarde y ninguna atención a familias con bebes"
Avantatges: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Queixes: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."
