Queixes: "The crew was not good at all. there was no water service, one had to go to the kitchen and beg for water. in particular the male crew was not happy to help with anything. the snack before landing was served 45 mins before arrival so everything had to be rushed. Crew soiled a half empty can of soda on me, and didn't even apologize. Our luggage missed the flight to MIA and we were told it would be delivered to our house the next day between 7pm and 8pm. it never showed. I called customer service and they could not tell me anything. Horrible experience"

They laughed and giggled. Several people asked them to stop so people could sleep. It's a job not a date!"

Queixes: "There were no vegetarian/pescatarian meals available so I literally ate bread rolls for dinner & the tv audio was broken. I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."
Queixes: "Plane had to turn around due to a malfunction. We were waiting with no updates for hours. No information, food or water were provided for kids or adults. Second plane took off 6 hours later, missed connection."
Queixes: "Take off was delayed for six hours and Iberia's representative in Madrid told me me missing my train to Valencia is not their problem and Iberia will not reimburse me for the train nor the Iberia flight I had to take to get to Valencia. I've been an Iberia's customer for many years. Horrible customer service and poor airline service. Shame"

My husband left his iPad on the plane, and realized as soon as we stepped off, but they refused to let us retrieve it. Instead, they went us through this ridiculous online process, where they determined they found the iPad, but "rejected our request to have it returned"!!!!!! The absolute worst!!"

Queixes: "Iberia should do something about its check-in process, it seems way below the industry standards. 1. Online check is only worth if you don't have any luggage. If you do, there's no point of doing that, because there's one line for both check-in and luggage drop off. 2. If you arrive to the airport 1h45min before the flight (LOCAL flight!!!), you'll be among the last ones to check-in, because you will spend about an hour in the line (there's just two people at the register: one for economy and one for business). In the end everyone in the line will get checked in (thanks for that), but the flight will be delayed and Iberia will blame the security (which takes 5 min to pass, unlike the check-in process."

I had to pay extra money on top of the fare ticket of $150 for just one luggage just because was not mention on the fare ticket. Please give me an explanation of your policy in regard, and please advice people in regard of what I just mention otherwise I think your company tricks people without mentioning clearly that suitcases are not included to lower prices"
Queixes: "The flight was 20 minutes late boarding us, and the plane took off over an hour later than expected. The boarding gate was so close to the other two next to it, that were also boarding at the same time, it was impossible to hear what was being said and know what was going on. the crew also lost my luggage on the flight from Madrid to Valencia and I have still not received it"

In the end we managed to get on the flight which seemed to have at least 4 extra empty seats. Poor customer services and communication to us of whether we would get the flight or not and what to do if not."

I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

Queixes: "The only thing i didnt like was that when we boarded, we got on a bus to take us to the plane. I had paid extra for priority boarding and seating but i ended up being one of the last people on the plane. It did not end up being an issue because there was plenty of ovwrhead space for my carryons but it could have been. Wifi would also be nice. Even if i had to pay wxtra for it."
Queixes: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

No help from airline or any expression of sympathy for the situation, very awkward to deal with and no flexibility, no offer of refund or change of flight as no other was available with the airline, wouldn't book again"

I wanted to make a booking for the 29th, not the 27th... bookings shouldn't be made after the counter has already been closed. British Airways said that they didn't charge my credit card but I just checked it and it was definitely charged."

Queixes: "Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either."
Queixes: "I had to pay to check my carry on when there was more than enough space in the cabin. It’s a rip off to be honest. My first experience with European airlines and this was the worst. It was uncomfortable as well"

Queixes: "The plane being on time, we got to the departure lounge ready to board only to be told there was a technical fault. They knew the plane had a fault, could have notified us sooner. Once on board we were delayed a further half an hour at no time were there any apologies or explanation."

Those only permitted a small bag in cabin not policed with much larger bags than allowed permitted. Some wheelie bags tagged and charged for as too big. I wanted a hold bag of 20 kgs but was charged for two"

Queixes: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"

Queixes: "The 90 minute delay was a bit of a killer... also we where not told about the delay when checking in our hold luggage.... one of my party smoke and where a bit put out to find out about the delay once they had gone through customs etc and then couldn’t smoke."
Avantatges: "The lady at the boarding gate was nice, she issued the tickets before we gave her the voucher that we paid. Because the plane was leaving"

Queixes: "The plane itself was probably one of the most disgusting that I have ever been on. There was literal garbage and food all over the floors, the air flow was not working properly, the crew was not friendly, and upon boarding I was made to wait for a reason that was never explained although I had paid for priority boarding. This airline needs some serious help, because my flight to Ibiza was also a terrible experience. Would 10/10 NEVER fly with them again."
Queixes: "Delayed, unable to buy a cup of tea, rude staff. Will never fly with such a shambolic, greedy airline again."
Avantatges: "Crew were ok"
Queixes: "Flight was delayed 3 times, no information given why. We were in priority and allowed down the stairs then kept there for 10-15 minutes. Boarded a bus to the plane then we couldn't get on as there was an issue with the steps. Took off after the final delayed time. On landing, we were told the airport was short of ground crew so we had to wait to steps and once off had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the baggage lane to be announced."

In very fine print, the ticket you think you paid for online is not valid to get a boarding pass at the airport unless you visit another website prior to going to the airport. If you do what I did, which is arrive expecting to be handed a boarding pass, you will be extorted for 50€ because they cut off your ability to visit the required online website. Total scam. This should be illegal. Buyer beware. Kayak did not know about this scam."
Queixes: "As ever with Ryanair, I resent paying almost as much for my suitcase to fly as for myself"
Avantatges: "Love that you could shop dutyfree during the flight! It was very neat seeming the emergency landing information pasted on the seat infront of you. It's a nice gesture because if invade of an emergency you have the pictures literally infront of your face . Also thought it was nice having music play when you land. I'm a very visual person and look for details."
Queixes: "We checked in with the app and when it came to check in our luggage, the customer representative said we hadn't check in correctly and we would have to pay €50 fee per passenger, which is an inconvenience because it you don't want to think about paying more for fees and luggage when your on vacation."
Avantatges: "The flight left on time and arrived early. I like being able to board and leave from the rear entrance when seats are in the back of the plane."

Avantatges: "I really appreciated receiving one on one attention to check in on my health status as well as some sparkling water to settle my stomach, and having a bag for nausea. They were incredibly adept at dealing with a potentially sick passenger, and got me a wheelchair to depart the plane."

Queixes: "The flight had over 1 hour delay. After we left the gate, the company kept us in a hall without air condition for over 20-30 minutes in a space where the temperature was over 40 Celsius! Priority boarding is a joke- you pay for the right to be boarded first in the bus that takes all the people to the plane. Guess what? This means that you pat for having the privilege to wait in the owen! Shame on yoy Ryanair!"

Avantatges: "The flight was on time and the crew members were courteous. The landing was alright and we got where we needed to go. I don't mind checking in online as well. It saves the hassle of standing on long lines to get on the plane."
Queixes: "The airplane was small so I naturally expected the flight to be cramped to a certain level. It was indeed cramped but not all that bad. However, it was considerably warm inside the plane as if the AC was having issues. The other funny thing was the crew members selling items like it was Walmart. Everything from fragrance to selfie sticks to tablets were being sold on the flight, which was kind of annoying."

Queixes: "Every moment of us flying with Ryanair was a disaster as well as the part of us missing the flight even though we were at the airport. When you get to the airport you can't even change anything , all they let you do is check your bag in for a pre determined kg purchase. Who has a scale with them when right before they fly ? How are we supposed to know how many kilos our bags are after one or two weeks on a euro trip? If you want to pay at the airport , you have to pay ten euro or more per kilo and only up to 20 kilo (which is less than the standard 50 pounds ). This is in addition to your "low fare" ticket and FORTY EURO luggage price. Also, you can't even purchase at the place of leaving your bags, you have to walk to the office in the airport and pay. Also, they close the gates extremely early and don't tell you that you have thirty seconds to make your flight or you miss it altogether. The worst part is that you MUST check in online previously to coming to the airport and print out a boarding pass , all things that are impossible to do when you're traveling constantly and have no access to Internet or printer. If you didn't come prepared to the airport they can't even print it for you. It's awful. They are the devil. The workers are awful. They don't care about you and don't help you at all."

Queixes: "We received a E 97,00 fine for no check in before 2 hours to flight. We never received from you or Ryanair this MUST check in 2 hours before flight or pay a fine. It was unfair and I'll never forget it. This penalty was almost the tickets price. It's crazy."
Queixes: "Watch out for hidden charges. Ryan Air charges 35 Euros to check luggage -- each way. You must check in online before you book, otherwise they charge 45 Euros. And if you ask to print your ticket at the airport -- something that is free with other airlines -- they will add 15 Euros to your bill *without specifying that was what it was for*. I was happy with the price of the ticket, but the fees totaled to an amount higher than my ticket price!!!"
Queixes: "The fact that they charged me over €16 to print my boarding pass at the check in counter was absurd. Not only did I have to pay this ridiculous fee but I had to go to a separate counter to wait in another line to make the payment. While I understand fees for "additional" services, charging for a boarding pass is beyond preposterous."
