Queixes: "Entertainment monitor kept stopping, then going, fast forward, then fast reverse. Watched a 1 hour 10 minute movie that took 2 hours 40 minutes to view. I am over 200 cm in height, the passenger in front of me was 163 cm with seat all the way back while sitting on the edge of her seat playing games. The monitor I was watching was about 14 cm from my face. I never put my seat back, but I sure as hell will now. This flight was over seven hours, that is to long to be contorted."

Queixes: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Otro detalle que podrían haber realizado: desearle a todos los pasajeros a las 12 de la noche una feliz Navidad. Son pequeñas actitudes que dejan contentos a los pasajeros y no cuestan nada !!!!"

Estos servicios están externalizados en la infame empresa Dnata. Mala sala VIP. Asientos business son asientos de turista dejando el del centro vacío. Queixes: "When I purchased the ticket I was never told that there was no allowance for luggage. Usually, this flights give you @ least (1) piece of luggage for free. In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

Queixes: "JFK-Madrid flight got delayed by 3 hours which would cause me to miss my connection for Madrid-Split (~2 hour layover), I asked the Iberia representatives at JFK about changing the flight and they reassured me that “the connecting flight would hold for us” and “no need to change our flight”. To our surprise the connecting flight already left when we arrived to Madrid. It’s clear that this was a case of “not our problem” from the JFK Iberia ticket agent. Rather than helping us find a viable alternative for our flight (namely a flight that doesn’t arrive more than a full day later) before leaving for Madrid they shipped us to Madrid where there were poor/no options for getting to Split at the original planned time. I’m very upset that I’m going arrive more than a day late to my destination and that I was blatantly lied to by the Iberia agent at JFK, never ever going to book a flight with Iberia again."

Queixes: "Arbitrarily the British Airways agents at the gate would decide what carry-on would have to be checked as cargo. It had nothing to do with the size as they explained, just they thought the flight was too full and needed to send some carry on to cargo. We had a tight train connection to Granada and didn’t want to miss it waiting for luggage. If it would have been returned at the jetway it wouldn’t have been a problem."
Avantatges: "TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable."
Queixes: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

Avantatges: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Queixes: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Queixes: "I booked this flight months and months ago on Kayak, excited by what I thought was an excellent deal to go visit an old friend. When I got to the Boston airport, I was told there is a fee to check a bag with the ticket type I purchased- of 90 DOLLARS each way!!! This is absurdly expensive. I tried to pay with cash as I had very little on my card, and was told this isn't possible. So I had to pay the fee, and arrive at my 7 hour layover with next to no cash on my card- too little to buy a meal in the airport. So I had a miserable layover experience. I do not recall seeing this baggage fee listed anywhere on Kayak when I booked my flight- it looks like this policy took effect in September 2017, but I booked my flight in July. I am very upset about this additional charge- it is dishonest and I will not be flying with TAP again. I am also considering using alternatives to Kayak, as the TAP representative said that it's Kayak's fault the baggage fee wasn't listed."

Thank goodness the ticket agent helped me out (by putting me in a seat where I'd be first to board), but if he hadn't, it would have been a terrible experience."

I bought my ticket 3 months prior and checked in 10 hours beforehand and was put on standby along with 5 others in the same situation. When we spoke to the TAP people at the gate they proceeded to tell us that they are used to this and it happens on every flight!!!!! I cannot believe that their is an airline that is so greedy that they purposely overbook their flights! It almost ruined our entire trip because we almost missed two connection flights and they did not care at all."
