Queixes: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

Queixes: "Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week."
Avantatges: "It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending ."

The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Queixes: "Seats are very tight and are short on comfort. The "occupied" toilet signs not working causing queues. On meals, forget the things that are impossible to to sustain in a fresh/tasty state, like melon, Tomatoes fried, certain types of sandwich where the bread absorbs any liquid/juice, overuse of rolls. The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main."

Avantatges: "Flight was uneventful (the way it should be) although it was over an hour late leaving LHR. The cabin was clean and in generally in good condition. Leg room was okay for a short flight. Didn't try the onboard cuisine but it looked good in the pictures, although somewhat expensive!"
Queixes: "The bag drop at LHR T5 was bad. I was in line for almost 25 mins waiting to use the self-serve system. Almost every one of the 10 or so people in front of me had problems with the system and had to call over a staff member to help. It would have been so much quicker to have the 'old style' way of having check-in staff receiving bags!"
Queixes: "One piece of luggage was left at Heathrow. It arrived on the next flight so it turned out ok but was stressful for an hour."
Queixes: "Plane was very old. Seat rock hard. When I pulled the foot rest down the fabric was coming off to reveal years worth of food crumbs. Disgusting. TV screen was tiny. Seemed sort of staff, took them ages to bring food around, toilet was unclean with no toilet roll towards the end of flight."

Queixes: "BA lost my baggage on my flight over and I missed my conference as a result of it. On the way home I was late for my flight as a result of a flat tire and BA did not help me get on another flight they basically said good luck and purchase another flight."
Avantatges: "The Heathrow staff was attentive to our needs regarding a passenger with special needs. The flight attendant crew was also totally on point throughout the flight. As we left the plane, one of the flight attendants, Simone, made a very special effort to assist us and for that I am grateful. The wheel chair attendant at Washington Dulles was also a real trooper who remained with us until all luggage was retrieved and I made my way to the Parking Garage to retrieve my car. I am totally impressed with the service and care that everyone associated with British Airways provided to make this transport effortless."
Queixes: "The service on the plane. And with the long 8 hour flight they gave great food service."
Avantatges: "Food was ok and they were pretty generous with the alcohol which I needed since the guy in front of me had a seat which allowed him to lean almost all the way back. He ignored several of my comments and none of the staff had anything to say about this even though it was pretty obvious."
Queixes: "Too cramped.The guy in front of me was laying in my lap the whole trip I have short legs and my legs were hitting the seat in front. Flight left late causing problem all along the way i.e. lost luggage for three days. Nobody was particularly helpful or knew what was going on. I had to make several calls just to have somebody find the luggage. We had to go all over the place just to find somebody to give us new connecting flights. The airport there is a disorganized mess which is beyond words. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the loss between British air and Aer Lingus and my impression over the phone was that nobody cared one wit what happened."

Queixes: "The seats were somehow closer together than our flight out so knees rested against the seat in front. The in flight food service had run out sandwiches and the flight was delayed."

Queixes: "Flight was almost an hour late because the boarding process was so slow. They took forever and then literally bussed us to the other side of the airport to the budget carrier side, which wasted more time. Was a bit of a joke really. Served seafood snack, not everyone eats seafood."

Avantatges: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Queixes: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Queixes: "I did all my research when I booked my flight. Nowhere did it tell me I was booking a discount flight. I had to pay extra for my bag on a long international flight, which I make frequently. Absolutely misleading an unjust. I feel cheated, I will never fly Air Portugal again and I will warn all my colleagues in the travel and tourism industry that I work about the disgrace I felt as a passenger with Air Portugal. It's not the first time I flew with them, but it will be the last!"

Queixes: "The flight was cancelled few hours before departure. I called the customer service and they a flight to Tel Aviv a day after with 3 stops. It was imposible to accept, so I've cancelled and bouhgt another ticket from other airline and ask for refund. Three months later I still waiting for the money. Not recommend at all TAP."
Avantatges: "It was a very short flight, so non-reclining seats were not a problem. They also seemed a nice distance from the seat in front, so there was no problem of having the person in front basically in your lap."
Queixes: "They handed out a small biscuit which made me expect water or coffee to have with it. This is not the case."

Queixes: "I booked this flight months and months ago on Kayak, excited by what I thought was an excellent deal to go visit an old friend. When I got to the Boston airport, I was told there is a fee to check a bag with the ticket type I purchased- of 90 DOLLARS each way!!! This is absurdly expensive. I tried to pay with cash as I had very little on my card, and was told this isn't possible. So I had to pay the fee, and arrive at my 7 hour layover with next to no cash on my card- too little to buy a meal in the airport. So I had a miserable layover experience. I do not recall seeing this baggage fee listed anywhere on Kayak when I booked my flight- it looks like this policy took effect in September 2017, but I booked my flight in July. I am very upset about this additional charge- it is dishonest and I will not be flying with TAP again. I am also considering using alternatives to Kayak, as the TAP representative said that it's Kayak's fault the baggage fee wasn't listed."

The electrical outlet was old and worn out and ended up not charging my devices because it was too loose. They need to install USB outlets like everybody else. Needs more luxury like others in business class"

Queixes: "Agent at the gate wouldn't let me do a medical pre-board. When I checked it, the ticket agent said it wouldn't be a problem, I should just ask at the gate. The agent there said there would be no reason to board early even though I have a doctor's note. She said I could board with everyone else and was extremely rude and dismissive. Thank goodness the ticket agent helped me out (by putting me in a seat where I'd be first to board), but if he hadn't, it would have been a terrible experience."

Avantatges: "This is the third time I fly with TAP and they are always late. Plane seats have zero legroom. TAP staff are not friendly and seem uncaring for the most part. If possible, I will not fly that airline again."
Queixes: "My TAP flight from Lisbon to Madeira island was 2 hours late arriving so I lost all of my flight connections back to Boston and San Francisco. I was stuck in Lisbon Portugal for one extra day - was told to get out of the airport, then asked a bunch of people what to do, finally got in a very long line of people within a very hectic and loud airport full of travelers. 60+ people in a line being helped by only 2 rude counter staff. I waited in TAP member services line for 2 hrs and 30 minutes. They gave me a voucher to a motel and a taxi cab where I would have to spend the night. On my way back, I was diverted form Boston to Miami and the whole ordeal was unpleasant. It seems like TAP staff doesn't care about inconveniencing passengers. I overhead a conversation between a young 30+ year old TAP male staff wearing a dark blue sweater and dark blue pants belittling a British woman passenger. While waiting in line I was surprised to see how rude the counter TAP staff were to passengers who were frustrated that they lost their flight connections because of the TAP plane's late arrival. IF possible, I would never fly TAP again."

Queixes: "Baggage fees not updated on website. Despite having done my due diligence about baggage fees, the airline didn't update their website since October for my November trip. So I get to airport and pay 74 euro each way for two bags! Old planes and poor customer service Also, nobody picks up their customer assistance telephone number"
Avantatges: "I only liked the price of the fare....everything else matched the price of the fare. Cheap and bad."
Queixes: "First of all I fly all the time at least once a week. This is my first time experiencing roaches on an aircraft!. I tried calling someone but I was looked at and ignored because I wanted to ask top change seats. I didnt want to cause a scene and affect the airlines reputation with people freaking out or feeling uncomfortable so I just moved to another aisle. Service very mediocre and plane was old."
Queixes: "To whom It May concern: My husband and I had a very very bad time trying fly from lisbon to Madrid through TAP. We booked together under same booking number. We don't know why my husband's ticket had been cancelled?? Thanks good! We have to spend five times more money to buy another ticket to fly together!! Now we try to find out what happened. Nobody want to take the responsibility!! Hope someone can give us the answer! Qi"

Avantatges: "There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God."

Avantatges: "We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind."
Queixes: "Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun."
Queixes: "Announcements at gate..only one long line..didn't know what was boarding.."

The check-in crew said there was absolutely nothing they could do for us and that we should have read the "terms and conditions". Luckily, we arrived at the airport extremely early, so I had time to check in on my phone."
Avantatges: "The crew were great. Explanations given and complementary drinks given due to delay caused by medical emergency. Managed to organise new crew and problem solve very quickly."

Queixes: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."

Cabin crew were very chatty, but a free drink or packet if peanuts would have been appreciated. Had a similar delay with a BA flight in June and they gave us a soft drink from the bar as a gesture of goodwill."
Queixes: "Once airborne, it would have been good if the pilot could have made up lost time and got us to Malta with less of a delay. Bloke next to me was downing beers and either had a stunning hangover or raging cold. His eyes were bright red and his breath was hideous. Made the whole flight a really unpleasant experience."
Avantatges: "The price. Boarding method of boarding from both ends of plane sped things up"
Queixes: "They did not allow a personal item along with carry-on, which was a surprise to me (being a new user of EasyJet)"
Avantatges: "Flight was on time. Boarding was super smooth. Staff was lovely. Nothing to complain about!! I was worried because I had three kids and I had heard horror stories about the airline being super strict about the size of carry-on luggage but everything was fine! They didn’t ask us to check in our bags or to pay any additional Fees. I was so happy! It was easy peasy!"
Queixes: "Everything was perfect. There was a dad who kept yelling at his kid in Serbia’s-Croatian but that had nothing to do with the airline."
Avantatges: "Overall Easyjet is an ok airline, I will continue to fly with them, however, small things like paying extra for speedy boarding and then not having a separate line is a real disappointment. Given the option I would pay a the extra to fly with a better airline, however, being from Northern Ireland we are limited to what we can have."

The gate we were at did have an air-bridge, but for some reason the plane was not able to be brought to the air-bridge. i have never heard such a stupid reason for a delay in my life!"

Avantatges: "Despite an hour's delay on the runway (not easyJet's fault) and some turbulence, we still arrived with time to spare for our onward travel, so the pilot must have made up some lost time."
