Customer service was snarky, unapologetic, and almost happy that I could not change the date or get any kind of refund."

Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Avantatges: "Flight left and arrived on-time. Flight attendents were pleasant and helpful. Food portions and choices were good, and Lufthansa is always generous with drinks. Good value for money on Lufthansa."
Queixes: "Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."

Queixes: "With a short layover and a bit of a delay coming from Seattle, I rushed through immigration and security and ran to my next gate. Even though I arrived at the gate two minutes before the scheduled departure time, the plane had already left the gate. VERY disappointing and will probably be the last time I fly Lufthansa, especially through Frankfurt."

Queixes: "Tras pasar por la máquina con la tarjeta de embarque una azafata de tierra dijo que no podía pasar alegando que mi maleta de mano espesaba demasiado sin fijarse que ya había sido pesado con etiqueta de ‘cabin baggage por la aerolínea. Luego al preguntar si estaba asegurado dijo que sí pero no sabía por cuanto. Los compartimentos encima de mi asiento no estaban llenos. El avión aterrizó tarde. Las azafatas de vuelo profesionales."

Queixes: "comfort was awful. seats in the cattle section are awfully uncomfortable and space is at premium. food was bad. the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to the desire. the Frankfurt airport is just plain awful. overall, I would not recommend Lufthansa, it was just that I did not have a choice."

Queixes: "I was traveling with my daughter. There was no food choice left for my child and me. Crew member rudely said there is only beef option left do you want to have it? I said no. I asked her are we not going to get anything to eat since you are out of options. She continuously kept on repeating that I said no and that she kept emphasizing that there is only beef option left. Finally she save the supplement To meal. Her tone was very impolite when especially we pay so much and service we get for a long flight is good"

Queixes: "Me parece que, estando en vuelo podrían haber pasado una copita de champagne por la fecha tan especial: 24 de diciembre. Otro detalle que podrían haber realizado: desearle a todos los pasajeros a las 12 de la noche una feliz Navidad. Son pequeñas actitudes que dejan contentos a los pasajeros y no cuestan nada !!!!"

Queixes: "15 minutos para facturar en mostrador business (solo había 2 personas delante) y en atención al cliente no sabían cobrarme suplemento por mascota. Estos servicios están externalizados en la infame empresa Dnata. Mala sala VIP. Asientos business son asientos de turista dejando el del centro vacío. El avión aterrizó en Madrid a las 21.15 hrs y las maletas apacieron a las 22.10 hrs."

Al llegar a Madrid esperé por mis maletas al pie de la cinta casi una hora. Fue vergonzoso y todo por hacer el favor de que hubiera más espacio en cabina. Estuve a punto de poner una reclamación."

Queixes: "Leg room on Iberia flights is scarce, even though I'm only 5'7" tall. No snack or beverage service on a 2 1/2 hour flight."

Queixes: "When I purchased the ticket I was never told that there was no allowance for luggage. Usually, this flights give you @ least (1) piece of luggage for free. In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Queixes: "Iberia put me on standby with no notification or explanation. My entire trip came to a screeching hault. The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

Queixes: "I did not like that we had our luggage split in layover had to come Out of airport just to get it"

Queixes: "JFK-Madrid flight got delayed by 3 hours which would cause me to miss my connection for Madrid-Split (~2 hour layover), I asked the Iberia representatives at JFK about changing the flight and they reassured me that “the connecting flight would hold for us” and “no need to change our flight”. To our surprise the connecting flight already left when we arrived to Madrid. It’s clear that this was a case of “not our problem” from the JFK Iberia ticket agent. Rather than helping us find a viable alternative for our flight (namely a flight that doesn’t arrive more than a full day later) before leaving for Madrid they shipped us to Madrid where there were poor/no options for getting to Split at the original planned time. I’m very upset that I’m going arrive more than a day late to my destination and that I was blatantly lied to by the Iberia agent at JFK, never ever going to book a flight with Iberia again."

Queixes: "Did not have any leg room. Could not get my knees and legs into the seat area."

Queixes: "Arbitrarily the British Airways agents at the gate would decide what carry-on would have to be checked as cargo. It had nothing to do with the size as they explained, just they thought the flight was too full and needed to send some carry on to cargo. We had a tight train connection to Granada and didn’t want to miss it waiting for luggage. If it would have been returned at the jetway it wouldn’t have been a problem."

Queixes: "I didn't like the fact that the flight was delayed over an hour with zero explanation as to why. just sat in the hot plane with no reason or explanation."

Queixes: "Excelente no como spirit en una reservación previa q hizo q perdiera mi vuelo de conexión para llegar como destino final a Sevilla... por eso he tomado la vía Miami Portugal Sevilla"

Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"

The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Queixes: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Queixes: "Did not like the 60 EUR charge if you have a carryon and a personal item. Seems like both could fit fine. This is a putative charge compared to the the flight cost. Prefer they allow both and just charge a higher fee per person for the trip or make the extra charge extremely clear when booking. That said because Portugal was playing in the World Cup the attendant let us go without a charge that day."

Queixes: "Our flight was delayed due to French ATC - not much Easyjet can do about that. Then boarding was delayed for an additional 30 mins while we waited outside the terminal. Then we lost our slot because of the delay in boarding. Then we had to wait in the destination airport for another 15 mins for a gate to disembark at. Overall, a frustrating journey but what is only a 50 min flight."

Queixes: "We were stopped and told that we had to repackage because my small shoulder bag and my wife's purse were too large and constituted more than one carry-on. We repacked as best we could, considering our suitcases were full already. Not good enough! We were charged sone 70 euros extra. As our bonding proceeded we saw more than several people with larger backpacks and purses than we originally had. Never again for easyjet!"

Queixes: "Poor customer service. Three people flying together. One person had accidentally booked a flight that left 2 hours later. We tried to change her flight but we're told this could not be done. The only option was to purchase a new ticket which we did. Went to check the luggage and it seems the had given her a second ticket on the original flight. Back to customer service. Third ticket issued. We go upstairs to find our flight is now delayed but her original flight was leaving on schedule. This was never mentioned at customer service. It would have worked fine for her to fly and wait at the airport fo our delayed flight and we would have saved the cost of a new ticket. We did not have that option because the first ticket was cancelled"

Queixes: "Wish I was told up front that I essentially had no seat. Wouldn't have booked it. Price not worth the stress of having to figure out last minute accommodations. Even though I had accommodations in a different location. Having to wait to be last to know if I was boarding was miserable. Justine honest with customers from the onset."

Queixes: "Boarding time was very long.... once on the plane i wanted to sip my red wine bought at the duty free the flight attendant told me in a direspectful mannner that I was not allowed to drink any other alcohol than the one on their Bistro menu. Avantatges: "We had difficulty trying to add baggage fare for our flight from Funchal to Lisbon and do I thought I would settle it when we hot to the airport. This was not such a good idea I discovered as they charged $94 euros for one large and one small piece of luggage. Almost as much as the fare itself. I have flown on many airlines in many countries and have never experienced baggage fees this high."

Queixes: "Deceptive and evasive baggage policy. Was prepared to and paid for bags in advance but no warning was given ot option to pay for a small personal item along with my cary on (hand luggage). Checked in and checked one bag at the airport, of course they didnt say anything, then when in line to board all of the sudden I'm a criminal because I have a carry on and a small personal item. They have no xtra baggage fee for a purse sized item, then threatened me "well the flight is full" nothing mire than scam artists."

Avantatges: "It was nice that they served a meal. On the flight back we got an exit row which was nice. I liked that they were being thorough about security."
Queixes: "My husband and I weren't seated together on the way out. On the way back they didn't start boarding until 10-20 min before the scheduled takeoff, so we didn't take off on time. The flight was also delayed 2 hours and there was no explanation as to why. The food was pretty bland."

I don't want to watch entertainment on my tiny phone. I wish they had seatback screens as other Trans-Atlantic flights do."

Queixes: "I think the through flight through Portugal should have been more transparent. Myself and many others did not know about this flight until arriving at the airport. Regarding entertainment, there was no movie or anything like this for the long flight."

Avantatges: "SATA was very hospitable when our flight was delayed into the next day. They provided a hotel and dinner/breakfast vouchers."
Queixes: "The App proved to be useles when our flight was delayed 14+ hours. We were able to check in the day of the flight, but were never alerted when the flight was delayed. We called customer service and waited on hold for 30+ minutes without connecting, even though the automated message said the wait would be 6 mins. Communication as a whole was quite poor and created a lot of anxiety amongst the visibly upset travelers."

Avantatges: "The flight itself was fine."
Queixes: "The process of checking in for this flight was horrendous. First of all, I was planning to carry on my bags and check in online. However, the online system wouldn't let me print my boarding pass, so I had no option but to wait in line at the airport. I arrived over 2 hours before my flight, and the scene was jaw dropping. The line to check in on Azores Airlines wrapped all the way around the terminal and was divided into three separate sections so that people could continue pass through the airport. There was no Azores Airlines staff to be found to provide directions or manage the situation, so people kept going into the wrong lines not knowing what the heck was going on. It actually turned out several people had waited in line for an hour for a different flight before realizing they were in the wrong line. Anyways, after a mind-numbing, almost two hour wait, I checked in and went to my gate. The whole flight was delayed since the check-in was so slow. I have no idea what the cause of such a terrible check-in line was, but the Azores Airlines management at the Providence Airport are definitely doing something wrong, and I will avoid flying from there again at all costs!"

Queixes: "I was scheduled to fly and was delayed for 3 days in Boston. I am still waiting to hear back to be reimbursed for the taxis/ubers that I had to take to the hotels that were provided. The hotels were 40 minutes (1st night) and 1 hour (2nd night) away. There was no one available to talk at the airport and the line was ridiculously long. I had planned a trip for 2.5 weeks exploring Portugal and Spain and missed the Portugal portion completely because I was delayed in Boston. I finally gave up waiting and bought a ticket through a different airline so I could meet my friends and not miss any more of my trip."

Avantatges: "The crew were nice and the food was free."
Queixes: "The airline staff struggled to get the check-in line going. The agent checking us in had no clue about our itinerary, for example, to tell us that we were changing planes in the Azores, AND - really important - making sure we had the boarding passes to do so. Food was really lame (I know, we're lucky they gave us any, right) and there was no in-flight wifi or entertainment."

Avantatges: "Crew members were O.K."
Queixes: "- There are no more direct flights into Terceira (coming from the U.S.A.) which is ridiculous!!! - Both flights were delayed. The one from Boston to São Miguel was delayed 4 hours. The flight from São Miguel to Terceira was delayed in 30 minutes. - As if the delay wasn't enough, we had to return to gate as the plane prepared for takeoff because of technical problems. SATA (Azorean Airlines) international planes are too old..."

Queixes: "Delayed, no reimbursement, ac was off while we just sat on the runway, missed my connecting flight. Meanwhile all their other flights were delayed also. I couldn't believe how hot it was for so long on the plane. Worst flight I've ever been on"

Avantatges: "We read several bad reviews of Azores Airlines but our flight over to the islands and back to Boston was smooth riding and on time if not early. Our three interisland flights were also easy and on time, staff great."

Avantatges: "Excellent and efficient flight crew."

Queixes: "The airport in Lisbon was terrible. Got bussed 20 minutes to get to terminal and had to wait 2 hours in line to get through passport line. Could not find my bag, finally found it in a heap to the side. My friend traveling Air Canada had no trouble same day same time."

Queixes: "Made us get off the plane in Azores but would not let us in to shops and cafe. Meal not served till 11pm. Seats very narrow."

Queixes: "They crammed way too many seats into the planes; it's really awful if it's a full flight, and if you're claustrophobic or prefer space around you, forget it! When the guy in front of me reclined his seat, his head was practically in my lap. Some tray tables were broken. The planes seem old. But it's the only airline that flies to the Azores from the U.S., I believe, so this is the only option. They also very slow, and we left late to and from the Azores."
