Estos servicios están externalizados en la infame empresa Dnata. Mala sala VIP. Asientos business son asientos de turista dejando el del centro vacío. El avión aterrizó en Madrid a las 21.15 hrs y las maletas apacieron a las 22.10 hrs."

Al llegar a Madrid esperé por mis maletas al pie de la cinta casi una hora. Fue vergonzoso y todo por hacer el favor de que hubiera más espacio en cabina. Estuve a punto de poner una reclamación."

Avantatges: "Estoy molesta porque nos cancelaron el vuelo y ya teníamos reservado habitación en Oporto. Perdí el hospedaje €32. Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Avantatges: "I travel for pleasure a lot and this was my first time flying TAP Portugal. I flew from LIS to MAD and the crew were overall more friendly and smiling than on US domestic flights. The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Queixes: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Queixes: "El gobierno prohibió por la pandemia del COVID-19 salir de casa. La compañía aún así, no canceló los vuelos. Pero ni siquiera permitió hacer un cambio en la reserva como han hecho otras compañías. Perdimos el dinero y la opción de poder viajar más adelante. Muy muy enfadado."

Queixes: "The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again."

Queixes: "El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables."

Deben tratar mejor al pasajero. Ya que el avion estaba aun con la manga colocada."

Y el problema es mio por volar con ellos. Que no te engañe el precio. Te lleva dos horas un vuelo que con iberia son 50 minutos"

Queixes: "The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah"

Queixes: "Did not like the 60 EUR charge if you have a carryon and a personal item. Seems like both could fit fine. This is a putative charge compared to the the flight cost. Prefer they allow both and just charge a higher fee per person for the trip or make the extra charge extremely clear when booking. That said because Portugal was playing in the World Cup the attendant let us go without a charge that day."

Queixes: "Our flight was delayed due to French ATC - not much Easyjet can do about that. Then boarding was delayed for an additional 30 mins while we waited outside the terminal. Then we lost our slot because of the delay in boarding. Then we had to wait in the destination airport for another 15 mins for a gate to disembark at. Overall, a frustrating journey but what is only a 50 min flight."

That annoys the crew and they make EVERYONE check the sizes of the luggage. That is just annoying. You know you’re only allowed one piece. Why bring more? To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money."
Queixes: "Annoying people who think that they can get away with more hand luggage. It’s not going to work. Stop doing this as the crew will make you put it all in one bag. It’s not worth it!! Pay for an extra bag if you need to!! It just annoys the rest of us!"

Avantatges: "The option to have an early boarding for not too high a premium was good for me. The flight crew was good, we were kept apprised of the schedule, weather, etc. Arrived early and comfortable enough."

Queixes: "I sat in seat 1A, near the door, and froze. Changed seats with a lady so she could be with her children. I originally had seat 1D. I am surprised you charge extra for that seat. If one of the children would have sat in seat 1A I am sure they would be sick with a cold in a few days."

Queixes: "One word: DIRE. No information on the delay, we were left standing with no refreshments and tired kids for 2 hours, a good part of which was outside the terminal waiting to walk over to board the plane. Staff didn't bother to say anything, didn't know anything, offered no help, no refreshments or food, and there were only a couple of benches for people to sit on (this was the covered walkway outside the terminal building, offering no shelter from the heat). easyJet showing once again that it actually manages to be worse than Ryanair!"

Avantatges: "9.45pm flight was cancelled, announced 3h later, no food, no accomodation, no transportation was provided. Ground staff was not informed. airport closed at 11pm. Received SMS to find own accommodation that would be reimbursed, once did, received email, that no reimbursement will be offered. I will bring them to court, not to get the reimbursement, but full compensation stipulated by the law, i.e. 250£ + all overnight expenses + trial expenses. I also learned from the ground staff, that this is systematic..."

Checked in and checked one bag at the airport, of course they didnt say anything, then when in line to board all of the sudden I'm a criminal because I have a carry on and a small personal item. They have no xtra baggage fee for a purse sized item, then threatened me "well the flight is full" nothing mire than scam artists."

Avantatges: "Pretty efficient check in. Crowded boarding hall, with few places to sit. No entertainment during 3 hrs flight"

Avantatges: "Some English speaking/understanding Crew available in Italy to help you through the process."
Queixes: "It's important to pay for Hold Luggage (checked bags) prior to arriving at the airport. It isn't easy to do once you've checked-in online, so take your time in this process as it could save you an upwards of 35 euros for 2 bags. Boarding process is bizzare, if you don't pay for Express Boarding, you should get in line early! Our experience with passengers onboard was unique- no one cares about what you've stored overhead so keep an eye on your belongings if you have anything fragile. EVERYONE brings suitcases onboard it seems. Confusing announcements once in flight, sounded like a beverage service was on its way but never did. Not even water. Flight attendants walked up and down the isle looking for UNICEF donations. No entertainment except for traveler watching. Ultimately we got to our desitation and that is what mattered. Everything else was just a head scratcher."

Had to go around the airport to get my own luggage and to get new tickets issues to Barcelone that night and then a flight the next day to my destination in Amsterdam. I lost 20 hours, much of that time to get my flight and luggage rerouted. No Vueling représentative at Lisbon airport! Compensation is not easily obtained through website as advertised. Worse experience in 60 years of flying 10,000 miles a year."

Queixes: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."

Queixes: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Queixes: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

Queixes: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Queixes: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Queixes: "Apparently Vueling, Iberia's cheap cousin, saves a middle seat in row 1 and charges more. A lot more! I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."
