At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."
Queixes: "On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up."

Queixes: "once we got to the airport (JFK)- Iberia ran the flight, we waited over 3 hours (yes 3 hours) for our luggage with very little information about why it was delayed some said security, some said weather we got announcement that it would be there in 15 min then monmentarily but we still waited 2 more hours this experience- esp the poor information in addition to the wait really tainted my expereince. I would not fly Iberia again and recommend that FinnAir not affiliate with them"
Queixes: "I paid more to make sure I would have a shorter trip from Tucson to Paris, with only one connection and a less than 2 hour connection in Dallad. Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."

Queixes: "The layover in Madrid was too short. Because the first leg was slightly delayed, I missed the flight to my final destination. They ended up giving me a ticket which departed more than 12 hours after my arrival in Madrid (!). I had to go to the horrible inconvenience of wandering through the huge airport looking for their customer support desk, waiting in line, returning an hour or two later, and eventually getting myself a standby ticket on an earlier flight. I still ended up in the airport for about 4-6 hours. They provided a coupon for a free lunch, and there was a lounge to stay in, but for a transatlantic flight, adding an extra 4-6 hours was really bad."
Queixes: "There was bad weather which understandably caused delays, however the communication during this eventual 16 hour delay was horrendous. We were told for the first two hours that we would be delayed each hour and then they would make a decision to delay another hour. This went on for 4 hours (the last two hours of which we did not receive any updates). The flight was originally scheduled to leave at 8:10. At 12:30am we were told our plane was at the gate and being prepared for us to board and the agent giving announcements said we were "guaranteed to leave TONIGHT". At 1am we were told that unfortunately the plane got to the gate just a bit too late and not the crew are not legally allowed to fly and the flight would be pushed back until 8am. At the time, I thought 7 hours was strange and I'd assume the crew would need more like 8-10 hours to rest. Unfortunately because we were told so late, all hotels were booked up. I live in NYC and would've gone home for the night however because we needed to be back by 6am (what the agent suggested), there seemed no point in leaving. We were not provided with any pillows or blankets until 4 in the morning. At 6am the next morning, we were told the crew needed "more rest time" and that our new departure time would be 9:30. How is it that the crew now needs more time? Shouldn't that have been figured out at 1am? Before we board, one of the agents thinks they will "lighten the mood" with the following comment - "Who would've thought a little bad weather would've caused this?" Absolutely not a time for jokes and people were very angry. We finally board for what we think is finally a 9:30am take off. No - now two new issues - 1, the co pilot is late (LATE? how can you be late when a flight has been delayed 16 hours) and 2, they needed to remove package from the plane for people who were no longer taking this flight. In the end, we took off around 11:30am which messed up a lot of peoples connecting flights, pick ups at the airport, etc. I will never fly this airline again."

Queixes: "My flight was delayed and because of that I lost my next flight in London , cost me money and time , having to go to another airport in a bus for 1 hour and 30 min ride to catch a new flight the same day that I had a pay. Thank you eurowings! Not"

Queixes: "Mis 2 vuelos tuvieron retardo. Al comprar mi vuelo nunca vi la opción de que la comida se tiene que comprar aparte, así que tuve que comprar un baguet de queso que no estaba nada rico. El personal del avion fueron groseros. No me gustó para nada"
Avantatges: "Staff at the airport (ticket counter and check-in) were very polite."
Queixes: "The flight was delayed. Then, after flying to Berlin, the staff said we couldn't land there because of weather. They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

Queixes: "The security in Düsseldorf for American citizen was very nusty. They stop everywhere ask allot of non sense questions and check your bags twice! That was a real torture for no reason!"
Avantatges: "Departure on time, arrival even earlier than scheduled. Great!"
Queixes: "The boarding system in Olbia is chaotic. We were "boarded" to be kept in the building like cattle, then got into a bus waiting for about 20 min. before we were driven to the aircraft that was standing about 200 m from a gate where we could have boarded walking over. Very poor organization"
Queixes: "The entire process to get on a bus to go to flight was delayed by over 15 minutes so the ticket agent could fix one person's flight. There were over 40 people waiting to board the bus. Terrible."

Queixes: "El personal recibiendo el equipaje eran 2 personas y una dedicada exclusivamente a clientes pluss (0 en la fila al momento que me encontraba allí). La fila tomaba al menos 40 minutos para dejar el equipaje"

Queixes: "El personal de abordaje en el Aeropuerto fue muy grosero. No sabíamos que admitían una sola maleta y accedimos a pagar la cuota pero nos trataron mal y poco eficientemente. La cuota por maleta extra fue de 60 euros cada una. Un robo cuando en otras aerolíneas low cost dejan llevar equipaje de cabina más una mochila o bolso extra."
Queixes: "On the screen in the airport kept saying GO TO APP, not explanations, not desk, only a stupid message on the airport screen saying GOTOAPP. In Edinburgh there is not easyjet office. Somebody from British airways told me that I should look for another easyjet n flight to talk to members of staff. Finally changed into est boarding time 21,00. Still it wasn't sure. By the time I got to Amsterdam not trains running so flying with easyjet late on the day bad news"
Queixes: "El personal nos trató de forma despectiva a la hora de embarcar, nos hablaba sobre las maletas en inglés como recriminándonos algo que no entendíamos, al parecer por llevar maleta pequeña mas mochila a la espalda, cosa que el resto llevaba sin problemas y que se anuncia como permitido. En general los empleados de facturación no se molestaban en prestar el servicio."
Queixes: "Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without."

Avantatges: "Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)"
Queixes: "Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority"
Queixes: "We paid for our bags on booking and then paid for them on both flights again."

Avantatges: "The flight was all good and even though the flight was delayed, they did a quick turnaround and took off as quickly as possible."
Queixes: "Why do Ryanair only release their return tickets two days before flying? If they released them at the same time as flying out then it would be easy to get printing facilities."

Las del boarding me cobraron una maleta cuando en el check in nunca me avisaron, ni dieron la opción, de hecho a cada pregunta nuestra tuvieron que acudir a la encargada, todos principiantes, y eso significó que yo tuviese que pagar 20 euros por una cartera de mano."
Avantatges: "Some of the staff were nice"
Queixes: "Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."

Queixes: "Lines were 20 times longer than every other airline and we almost missed our flight because of it. The seats were u comfortable and small."

Queixes: "Whole. Families split up , inc young children, one group of ten spread all round the plan. Just two of us me row 27 better half row 8 ! Only Jet 2 do this too to punish you for not paying to sit together."
Avantatges: "Liverpool airport, flight"
Queixes: "Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again."
Queixes: "20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."
Queixes: "Everything cost money. They were late both flights. The seats didn’t recline. There was no communication for the boarding. It cost $100 each way for bags. It cost $24 to print out your boarding pass if you did it at the airport. Water even cost money. No pocket on the seat backs to put stuff in. Bags took forever to get."

Queixes: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."

Queixes: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."
Avantatges: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Queixes: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Queixes: "It seemed like if you weren't paying close enough attention, you'd get nickel-and-dimed for every little thing that most airlines just take care of automatically"

Queixes: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

Queixes: "The plane arrived in Palma late, the gate was changed twice, we were told before boarding that there are no drinks on board and that we should buy drinks before boarding in the nearby shops. The plane took of with more than 70min delay. Announcements from the crew were not understandable, After landing in Stansted, the gate was not ready (due to the ground crew again) and we had to wait 10min before the gate. Luggage took forever."
Avantatges: "A very average flight, cannot complain. the newer mod seats made so much more room on the plane."
Queixes: "When you buy tickets as a collective and check in with plenty of notice; it's an absolute disgrace to charge to sit next to your travelling partner. Ryanair going out of there way again to rinse there customers for every penny."
Avantatges: "I found the bright yellow advertising obnoxious. I didn't like the hard core sell of products on board. There were a ton of kids on board and it was loud but that can't be helped."
Queixes: "Made us shove my bag into the compartment and made a scene in front of everyone. I will never fly Ryanair again. Worst way to treat guests."
Avantatges: "Free magazines, easy to bring luggage on board"
Queixes: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"
Queixes: "The staff on the ground was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were so offensive and racist toward us that we decided to fly a different airline. I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."
Avantatges: "I felt comfortable even though seats were a bare minimum. Worth the lower price."
Queixes: "i didn't know that I could have carry-ons if they fit in little airport blue box. This is a key incentive to choose Ryanair over a competitor."
Avantatges: "Early arrival."
Avantatges: "No help. From crew regarding fees for one kilo overage. I will never use this airline again"
Queixes: "We were unable to print our trips prior to arriving and the check-in counter lady gave us an attitude asking why we didn't. Oh I don't know.. maybe because we don't travel with a printer. Took us over an hour to get to security because of the terrible management of the check in counters at Palma."
Avantatges: "The staff & crew on the Ryanair flights I take are kind, caring and very professional. I am a regular flyer Thank you Ryanair Also I need to use OCS in both Palma & Dublin they are super! This makes my traveling so much easier and relaxing."
Avantatges: "As always, Ryanair tends to be pretty diligent on boarding by rushing people to the plane. No delays, we boarded ahead of time and arrived on time to destination. Their routes and destinations are convenient most of the time."
Queixes: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."
Avantatges: "Early arrival. Very friendly crew which is not always the case with ryanair."
Queixes: "There was nowhere to put my bottle of drink!"
Queixes: "I can't believe that I had to pay 45 euros per ticket because I didn't check in 2 hours before. I had no internet access and it sucked having to pay this amount. When I booked the ticket it should have highlighted that I needed to checkin before else it would cost me 45 euros more!!! I am completely turne OFF by Ryanair!! I travel extensively and this is the first airline that I had rip me off"
Avantatges: "Incredible cheap fare, but watch out, the airline has plenty of hidden tricks to extract you more money."

Queixes: "At gate they removed our handbags with checked baggage because no space is available inside. But when we boarded more than half of the overhead storage was empty! This was a 45min trip and this attitude costed us another 1h wait time in the airport because we had to move and wait for the bags at the baggage claim area etc... total waste of time"
