Queixes: "I was not notified, until I was already at JFK, about a 3hr50min delay in departure from JFK due to mechanical that happened in Istanbul many many hours before. Then the connecting flight at 11:15am IST/TLV was fully booked and I was booked only at 13:30 IST/TLV and therefore arrived more than 7 hours after my original schedule - due to a mechanical. According to IATA and international rules I am now due a full refund on my flight cost and will start proceedings against Turkish Airlines for this money. It was a nightmare for all the hours waiting. We also had to deplane in IST from the JFK flight on steps rather than into a gate!! Same with the TLV/IST flight. Terrible."

We called the stewerd and advised him of our observation and he promised to check with his supervisors; he came back and confirmed that all is under control. Arrived Bordeaux and the luggage didn’t. It took two days to get the suitcase and it took hours of follow up and the airport agent kept giving false excuses. At the end we drove to the airport and picked it up ourselves. Of course at the airport we listened to more trash."

I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

Queixes: "I had an impression that the seats on Turkish Airline were spaced further apart in economy class compared to other airlines based on several of our past trips. This time it was very tight. Dissapointed! Hope they bring the old spacing back."

Queixes: "Long overnight flight in Economy Class, little legroom. As I am larger than average and find it hard to sleep on flights, the cramped conditions were extremely uncomfortable"

Queixes: "I missed my connecting flight in Turkey as flight was delayed. It was my worst flight experience because nobody wanted to help me. It took an hour of being ignored by various TA staff to eventually get my boarding pass to the next available flight to London. I nearly missed that one as well because of it. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

Queixes: "The cabin design is perhaps looking a little dated and tired compared to some of its business class competitors. This was also true of comparing the 3 flights I had on a Boing 777 model versus one of the short haul legs on a more modern Airbus."

No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Queixes: "I've flown a lot of different business class flights in my time and these are the narrowest I've ever seen. I am not overweight but I felt very restricted in these seats. Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."

My luggage arrived in Lyon 3 days late and I was never given any information on reimbursement for the clothes and toiletries I had to buy."

Queixes: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Avantatges: "Nothing, the trip was terrible, the seats were awful and I had no chance to change them as I had to contact the third party. On line booking and seats reservation weren’t possible either cause I wasn’t buying the tickets directly with the company."

Avantatges: "our flight was late into MAD but they held our connecting flight to MIA, so we could make it."
Queixes: "The crew was not good at all. there was no water service, one had to go to the kitchen and beg for water. in particular the male crew was not happy to help with anything. the snack before landing was served 45 mins before arrival so everything had to be rushed. Crew soiled a half empty can of soda on me, and didn't even apologize. Our luggage missed the flight to MIA and we were told it would be delivered to our house the next day between 7pm and 8pm. it never showed. I called customer service and they could not tell me anything. Horrible experience"

Avantatges: "My flight went smooth and on time. I think we were early. The service is impeccable. Most in-flight meals are pretty crummy if you get one at all. The flight I took wasn't packed somthere was plenty of room. Even if it was there was still a fair amount of space. The entertainment was way better than the ole " everyone get to watch the same thing. Wi-Fi, new releases, even some classic 80's. if you get bored on this flight you really don't deserve to fly internationally."
Queixes: "I"lol have to fly them again and find some fault. They worked on my flight and my Mother flew with Iberia and had the same good impression."

Avantatges: "The friendly, professional and always willing to help and device staff. The tasty food and snacks. There was always a member of the staff visible so it was easy to get water during the 10 hour flight. Or you can go and see them into their resting area and they were willing to help."
Queixes: "I tried to paid for an upgrade but the ground staff wasn't very accommodating, she just said no."
Avantatges: "Easy check in and comfortable seats"

Avantatges: "Everything was delightful, definitely my best ever flight!"
Avantatges: "The food was surprisingly good, and I had no issues once on either plane."
Queixes: "The layover in Madrid was too short. Because the first leg was slightly delayed, I missed the flight to my final destination. They ended up giving me a ticket which departed more than 12 hours after my arrival in Madrid (!). I had to go to the horrible inconvenience of wandering through the huge airport looking for their customer support desk, waiting in line, returning an hour or two later, and eventually getting myself a standby ticket on an earlier flight. I still ended up in the airport for about 4-6 hours. They provided a coupon for a free lunch, and there was a lounge to stay in, but for a transatlantic flight, adding an extra 4-6 hours was really bad."
Queixes: "Hard to see how anything could have been done about this, but on my flight every seat was taken (except the one next to me) so I thought I'd have a little extra leg room....NOT!!! Then a 300-lb guy sits in the seat next to me. So for 11 hours I'm trapped by this guy's huge bulk and it was difficult to move my legs around any; very unpleasant. And I paid $45 to get that window seat instead of my original seat that had been randomly assigned!! I wish that airlines provided a couple seats for tall people, because our height is a kind of disability given the cramped seating (which average height people complain about)."
