Queixes: "Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."
Avantatges: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Queixes: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Queixes: "Even though 1 of the 3 stewards was really excellent at everything (foremost his impecable attitude towards passengers), nothing is really standing out anymore in IBERIA 1st class. It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."
Avantatges: "Iberia offered the worst ever flight of my life"
Queixes: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

Avantatges: "It was a non-stop flight, so we good home more quickly than going to Spain."
Queixes: "Very little leg-room. We were 3 small people, and I felt sorry for anyone with long legs."

Queixes: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Avantatges: "Hospitality, patience, and efficiency. Everything was clean, the food was warm and tasty. the employees were kind and polite all the time. The technology functioned flawlessly. The standard seats were a bit tight but manageable."

Queixes: "The seats are cramped, no leg room. The passenger in front of me reclined her seat and spent the majority of the flight in my lap. The temperature on the plane was hot. if you're in an aisle seat you might feel the air conditioner but not if you're in the center of the row. There are not air vents above the seats. This was a long flight to be miserable."
Avantatges: "New plne, service from American Airlines was good news friendly."

Avantatges: "Cabin crew did reseat a passenger when there were two tallish men in same row."
Queixes: "The seat on the LGW to MAD leg of my journey was very painful and uncomfortable. Seat pitch was very short. I have never seen such close seats in 45 years of flying including bargain airlines let alone more pricey higher quality airlines like British. Iberia was supposed to be an extension of British. When I arrived at MAD I went to the Iberia desk and tried to make an upgrade to their "business" class which was not up to the level of British's Premium Economy. At the Iberia desk at MAD, or online, or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole round trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! years.This was RETURN part of my journey! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time at MAD when I landed, online, or on the phone. British also said that I could not upgrade just the first (MAD to LGW) leg of my return journey. I would have to upgrade the LGW to TPA also. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. Emergency evacuation would be very difficult for all pax with the short seat pitch. My having to sit sideways with my legs in the aisle would make it more difficult for other pax to to evacuate in an emergency. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years. British should be aware that bad experiences with partner airlines tarnishes their reputation. As a premier airline British should pressure partner airlines to maintain seat pitch at no less than 32 inches which is still tight for many people. Since not all partners have equivalent classes of fares, British should allow mixed classes. For example on a TPA to MAD round trip journey, it should be possible for the transatlantic legs to be at Premium Economy prices, and the short legs LHR or LGW to MAD at business class prices. Queixes: "The flight attendant was slightly rude. The food was not so good. Every meal they had, had cheese in it."

Queixes: "They lost our four bags. Three were found two days later. One bag we never saw again on vacation so had to buy a fourth of the stuff a family of four had to survive in Europe for a month. Bag was eventually found and sent to our home in US. Iberia had connecting flight to Berlin so close to arrival in Madrid that we barely made it on flight and bags never did. We will never fly iberia again."

Queixes: "My seat was behind a couple with two children that cried and cried and screamed during the flight, couldnt sleep not even with the headphones helped listening to those children crying. Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"

Queixes: "BA doesn't give food. Must purchase... No problem!! BA doesn't accept USA or China CC or debit. I was starving! After using on earlier flight, I knew I could use Apple Pay. Old, dumb, inconsiderate, rude flight attendant wouldn't even attempt trying alternative payment. She humiliated me. I was uncomfortable, embarrassed, hungry, and furious the entire flight. Never ever again! British Airways is incompetent!"
Avantatges: "Special ordered meal was good, and seat was comfortable. Movies great!"
Queixes: "Boarding was disorganized - signage very misleading. Cabin was stuffy and warm until the plane started moving, and during the trip it did not cool off sufficiently. Would be better if they told passengers about when meals will be served. Stewardess poured old coffee in the basin while people were waiting to use the bathroom. Seat was splashed with coffee. Disposal for paper was stuffed. FYI Breakfast was inedible from ORD to Madrid."

Queixes: "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."
Queixes: "Stewards keep trying to speak in Spanish to you. Every time again you have to ask to repeat in English."
Queixes: "I ordered a kosher meal and did not get it. I had nothing to eat for 15 hours"
Avantatges: "The crew was very nice. Madrid is always a great airport and Iberia is it's top airline."
Queixes: "Entertainment opitions weren't great. Crew service with beverages didn't come around nearly as much as a company like Lufthansa or United, etc."

Avantatges: "First meal was pretty good (chicken, red sauce, rice). Snack before landing was very sugar heavy with bad lunch meat and weak bread."
Queixes: "Very poor customer service at Iberia check in combined with a very large airport with no info on my receipt from Kayak telling me which terminal I was in resulted in needing a full three hours to get from arriving at the airport to getting to my gate. Long line to check in and the person checking me in told me I could not check hiking pools. I asked twice because I thought I couldn't carry them on. I waited in line for the security check and they told me I couldn't carry on my pools. Went back to check in and a person managing the line told me to go to a check in desk at the end. I waited there for 15 minutes and then when he finished with the family he was helping he told me he was on break and walked away. Went back to the woman that told me to go to him, she offered no apology and told me to wait back in the check in line. I then needed help to get back in the security line because my pass wouldn't scan, then had to take a tram to get to the correct gate (this is after taking a subway and then a shuttle bus to get to the right terminal). It is very unlikely I will fly Iberia again. The night before it took almost one hour for them to get luggage off the plan on a small local flight. Boarding both to and from Madrid was also disorganized and no one at the desk ensured that only people in a given boarding group were in line. Another source of frustration is that this was booked through Finnish air (code share?) so I could not check in on line or choose my seats."

Avantatges: "The food was decent, and we arrived in Boston in time."
Queixes: "The 8 hour flight had no entertainment. There were screens but the movie system was not working. Furthermore, there was never an announcement over the intercom about it nor did the airline apologize in any sort of way. I had to ask the staff what was going on. But the airline/staff just swept it under the rug. I will avoid Iberia flights from now on."
Queixes: "We took the red eye and there were children that would not stop screaming and crying. This was not your usual crying infant. These children were able to speak. The crew did nothing about it and let these children yell and scream as they played games on the provided tv. Most of the people on the flight were displeased by this family that made so much noise."
Avantatges: "ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA. No volveré a coger un vuelo con esta compañía."
Queixes: "El gobierno prohibió por la pandemia del COVID-19 salir de casa. La compañía aún así, no canceló los vuelos. Pero ni siquiera permitió hacer un cambio en la reserva como han hecho otras compañías. Perdimos el dinero y la opción de poder viajar más adelante. Muy muy enfadado."

Queixes: "If my plane wasn’t overbooked and I actually got on it. Instead I missed my connection in Barcelona and had to buy a new ticket from Barcelona to the US."

Avantatges: "Avión de última tecnología con buen internet de ida pero no pude usarlo de vuelta, con muy poco espacio para un viaje tan largo."
Queixes: "1- el servicio de la tripulación pedimos agua y nada que la traían. 2- Pésimo espacio entre asientos en clase turista 3- mal sistema, no permitio hacer el check in, y cuando dimos a opción de pagar asiento lo permitió hacer 4- en un viaje Intercontinental únicamente dieron una comida, no dieron coffee, el agua casi tuvimos que rogarla pues querían vender únicamente"

Queixes: "Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”"

Avantatges: "Nos quejamos muchos de los pasajeros de los modos de las azafatas. Algunas de ellas sobretodo la que estaba en nuestro sector que creo se llamaba Esther. Mi grupo éramos 3.mi hermana Susana, y mi prima Angélica. Creo que podrían ser más amables que no cuesta nada tener una sonrisa en el rostro."
Avantatges: "Vuelo excelente. Recibí buen trato, cubrieron mi alimentación y estuvo a tiempo. Conectó en tiempo con los otros vuelos."

Queixes: "No hacer perder los vuelos a sus pasajeros ya que tenia que vilar ayer y me cerraron la puerta en la cara xdocpor una demora con la policia me demoré y robaron 150 € por cambiarme el billete cdo nonera mi culpa. Deben tratar mejor al pasajero. Ya que el avion estaba aun con la manga colocada."

Las del boarding me cobraron una maleta cuando en el check in nunca me avisaron, ni dieron la opción, de hecho a cada pregunta nuestra tuvieron que acudir a la encargada, todos principiantes, y eso significó que yo tuviese que pagar 20 euros por una cartera de mano."

Queixes: "No visualitza massa q la facturació en tarifa bàsica cal fer-la entre les 24 i 2 hores abans de l’embarcament. El personal de terra molt amable, ens va assessorar a temps."
Queixes: "You have to pay to check-in at the airport. And they make you go to another line to check in again. Also when I weighed my luggage it was 13-kilos which means I could have it as a carryon. But at the gate they made me pay another 50 euros for my luggage"
Queixes: "The plane arrived 12 minutes after we were supposed to have left. While a delayed flight isn't uncommon these days, there's usually at least an attempt at communicating that to the passengers. No such luck this time - we were all simply waiting and wondering."
Queixes: "I couldn’t get the flight because I couldn’t find a good services from their representatives in airport. I went to 4 desks with no helpful. So, I change this airline to Easyjet. I’ll never use Ryanair."
Queixes: "Did not receive email on Having to print tickets beforehans and had to pay in insane fee plus another fee for 1kg overage on my luggage. By far the worst airline!"

Queixes: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."

Queixes: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

Avantatges: "Chose Priority Boarding. It was easy getting on and off. I was a little worried about my over rstuffed carryons but wasn't hassled. Just had to rearrange some stuff to fit in overhead."
Queixes: "Flight was late but not Ryanair's fault. BCN was stacking up flights due to crowding"
Avantatges: "Free magazines, easy to bring luggage on board"
Queixes: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"
Queixes: "There was no priority boarding for families with small kids. And the lines were long to board."
Queixes: "forgetful staff caused delay in food service and delay in the flight at the departure airport for 50 mins"
Avantatges: "Early arrival."
Avantatges: "As always, Ryanair tends to be pretty diligent on boarding by rushing people to the plane. No delays, we boarded ahead of time and arrived on time to destination. Their routes and destinations are convenient most of the time."
Queixes: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."
Avantatges: "Early arrival. Very friendly crew which is not always the case with ryanair."

Queixes: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."
Queixes: "There was nowhere to put my bottle of drink!"
Avantatges: "Incredible cheap fare, but watch out, the airline has plenty of hidden tricks to extract you more money."

Queixes: "At gate they removed our handbags with checked baggage because no space is available inside. But when we boarded more than half of the overhead storage was empty! This was a 45min trip and this attitude costed us another 1h wait time in the airport because we had to move and wait for the bags at the baggage claim area etc... total waste of time"
Queixes: "it seems unfair that Ryanair cannot simply print a boarding pass. When travelling access to a printer is not always easy."
Queixes: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"
Avantatges: "Amazing price! 50.00 USD round trip from Madrid to Mallorca"
Queixes: "boarding policy...... Small cramped seats"
Avantatges: "The price of the flight."
Queixes: "We started boarding and were taken to a hall to wait. Then we were taken on a bus and then we finally boarded. The waiting period was very annoying. They should have started boarding when they were actually ready to board. Also, not enough luggage space for the amount of passengers."
Avantatges: "The flight boarded over 30 min late, then there was the fact the the airport police had to come talk to one of the passengers so we ended up leaving an hour late. I fell asleep for most of the flight. But woke up with the super harsh landing."
Queixes: "never board on the time indicated on the ticket. boarding is chaotic; no groups, no organization! waited for the luggage for an hour."

Queixes: "You have to pay for absolutely everything on this airline, so beware when you book it! You'd be better booking another airline and paying a few more dollars for basic amenities. Checking in on RyanAir is an absolute nightmare!"

Queixes: "The crew seemed to be in a crush. They weren't pleasant at all. No food was offered and the snacks sold was triple the regular price. The inside of the plane looks like it's about to fall down any moment."
Avantatges: "Not much"
Queixes: "Worst airline ever. The checkin process is incredibly inefficient. Their lack of use of technology is unbelievable."
Avantatges: "I had to pay 45€ just because I didn't check in online 2 hrs before the flight"
Queixes: "All service"
Avantatges: "Flight attendants were polite"
Queixes: "Crowded and long boarding. We sat in the plane for an hour before take off!"
Queixes: "I got charged €78 because they said that u have to check in online coz nothing on the booking or even the confirmation ssys that but they hide it in between the line in order to get more money so thats the worst thing i had in my whole life"
Queixes: "They set up the lines so that Priority goes first .. cool... then you wait as EVERYONE piles onto a bus to then shuffle onto a plane ... defeating the point of paying extra for priority..."
Avantatges: "Started pretty decently even though the waiting room after customs was hot as hell. Boarding went pretty smoothly. As we were about leave, almost on time, cabin crew had executed security precautions and measures, we were suddenly informed by cabin crew we had to wait for other passengers after all that were initially held up for security issues. Even though pilot was told to leave without them, it seems pilot decided to wait for these passengers after all. Cabin crew said 'it seems it will only take 5min' it actually took 1h20 til we actually left and took off. No update whatsoever during that 1h20. Anyways, I understand we don't pay much for these flights therefore shouldn't expect much from your company but man, communication is key. Cabin crew was very poor in communicating, and I believe pilot took a poor decision waiting for these ppl"
Avantatges: "cheap flight"
Queixes: "Arrived at the airport on time, but there were 4 long lines to check bags with Ryanair, which they then proceeded to shut down 2 of. We were told to go to one of the other two lines, so we did, only to have a crew member come up to us and start yelling in Spanish. I wasn't sure what she'd said, so I replied in English that we'd been told to get on this line and she just walked away. When we finally got to the front, another crew member told us the line was closed and that we'd gotten on too late. I told her we were now running late after standing on two different lines and being shuffled around, she snapped back that she was leaving and we had to wait on a different line. We waited so long to check a bag (that we'd already paid for!!) had to rush through security and boarded our flight with only a few minutes to spare. I've never seen such rude and unhelpful staff!!!!!"
