Queixes: "Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Queixes: "I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me."

Avantatges: "The crew was cackling and having fun in the back loudly, meanwhile there was no communication with us as to why we were late or when we would be arriving. When I called one of them over she had no answers and when I told her about our connecting flight she giggled and said I probably wouldn’t make it. We missed our connecting flight and we’re rerouted 4 hours later. We’ve missed our boat to Venice and all we received was an 8 euro lunch voucher."
Queixes: "It would have been great to have left on time, arrived on time and caught our flight. I also would have been better if we hadn’t been laughed at and actually aided us to catch our flight."

I was totally convinced that the bags would not make it and they did. Very impressed with Iberia and the efficiency of the staff. The flights were pretty full and everything from take off to landing worked like a charm."
Queixes: "I thought when I made the reservation that I had booked two aisle seats but had not and it was hard to sit in the middle seat when you are claustrophobic. Thankfully the flights were short."

Queixes: "Durante el vuelo mucho ruido por parte de otros pasajerOs y ningún control por parte del equipo a bordo. Bastante molesto, sobre todo tomando en cuenta que era un vuelo de madrugada donde casi siempre de quiere dormir en el trayecto."

Queixes: "Estoy horrorizado. Iberia casi me deja sin poder embarcar por un error informático. Tenía billete Marsella - Madrid y Madrid -Santiago. Por algún error el sistema no había registrado mi billete de Marsella a Madrid, por l tanto automáticamente había anulado mi billete Madrid - Santiago. Esa situación no desea a nadie! Estoy indignado. Nunca hubiera imaginado que eso es posible!"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 30 minutes, for no apparent reason; and therefore the connecting time at Madrid for me to get my flight to Chicago, which would have been 60 minutes if the flight was on time, was cut down to 30 minutes. And the terminal where the connection was was 25 minutes away -- and this doesn't include time for immigration at Madrid. I had to run all the way, break the queue, and made it though they had shut the gate and had to re-open it. The connections are poorly timed."

Queixes: "When you book through an airline it will flag a different airport from the one you arrive at. We arrived at TFS and the return flight was through TFN. When I called customer service Iberia Airlines rejected any refund and I ended up spending three extra hotels nights and Flights on Air Europa. My total out of losses were nearly $1,500 USD"

Queixes: "Not really a complaint about Iberia Express as an airline but I hate getting to Berlin Tegel. I took the bus, and it is so hard to stand up with all your luggage on those buses. It's that or a 20 euro taxi ride. At least Madrid airport has a railway line to get into the city."

Queixes: "There is no legroom. At 5'11, my knees were firmly dug into the back of the seat innfront of me. Flight attendant only offered coffee etc to half of the plane (?!?)."

Queixes: "Hubo un retraso de una hora y 45 minutos por fallo eléctrico. Asignación de asientos no aleatoria, que se pueda elegir donde te sientas. no tiene sentido que con el covid, te pongan al lado de un desconocido,pudiendo estar sentado junto a tu pareja."

Queixes: "Everything. Poor management from Volotea and very poor services from SACBO."

Avantatges: "Volotea is a you get what you pay for service. The budgetness of the company can be annoying at times. If I pay for a snack can I get some water?"

Queixes: "High baggage and other fees that are not publicized. Web site just says check bags start at 15 euro, actual price was over 50 euro."

Avantatges: "The only saving grace to this whole experience was the woman at the check in counter who was friendly and made small talk while checking our bags."
Queixes: "Honestly, I would consider myself well travelled but after this flight I wanted to rule out air travel from our future plans. The take off was bumpy, fast and uncomfortable. Handling the turbulence was unbearable and I had a full blown panic attack on the flight. I couldn't understand a word of the English announcements each time we hit turbulence. I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."

Queixes: "To check a bag is about $75 if you do it at airport. We witnessed a number of people who had done carry on from Athens to Santorini not be able to do carry on back. It's a scam on the Island. The bin in which you have to fit your bag is smaller on Santorini."

Avantatges: "Boarding was like any other boarding, it went fine, but then we had to sit on runway for about 30 minutes or so. Not a huge deal. I keep myself busy on computer so flight went quickly."
Queixes: "Flight crew was not happy and they didn't even pretend to be. Seats were not comfortable at all and mine even had a huge tear in it so it just bugged my back side the entire flight. Food was not good at all! Salad smelled moldy. Oh yeah, and I ended up paying extra for my bags that were exactly the same as my husbands but he was not up charged. Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Queixes: "Have to carry any carry-on luggage up the metal stairs in any weather, up to plane. Same thing after landing."

Queixes: "Boarding process stinks. You have 2 groups but board them all at the same time well let's say start to board by having us wait outside for 20 minutes in 90 plus heat. No water then stand on a hot bus for another 15 or 20. If we want a water after heat stroke it's 2.50"

Queixes: "When i read the baggage rate, its only 20 euro, when i got there its 40 euro the lady told me its cheaper on line cuz i was there 6 hours early. I didnt know that i have to buy the baggage ahead of time. It would be nice if its highlighted in red when i bought the tix. Also i had to pay extra 30 euro bec i didnt chk in on line, seriously? What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours"

Avantatges: "It was a quick flight."
Queixes: "They took me and my wife's carry on, that we had already stored in the over head cabins on 3 flights before this one and told me it was to big. Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

Queixes: "Will never fly them again"

Avantatges: "I cancelled the trip because in reading the fine print, I found the cost of checking a single small bag almost as much as the cost of the flight itself. Cancellation was accepted but took some effort to do it."

Queixes: "There was zero communication from Volotea over 12 hours of being stuck when a flight was delayed. For a long time I thought the flight was cancelled. Now that I am trying to seek compensation via EU guidelines they are similarly evasive and not helpful."

Avantatges: "Accepted phone scans of our boarding passes. Decent price Nice crew Left a little late but still managed to arrive 15 minutes early on a one hour flight."
Queixes: "I only gave one star for food but I didn't buy any food so I would rather have a "not applicable" category."

Avantatges: "Helpful and smiling staff , seats have good leg room , time of departure was accurate"

Queixes: "Inappropriate behavior from the crew. One stewardess heavily flirting with a passenger, exchanging phone numbers. 45 minute delay while waiting to take off. Crew just chatted, laughed. Unacceptable to buy your snacks/drinks?!??"

Avantatges: "minimum fuss from beginning to end, and no bombarding by emails. their staff all handle carry-on luggage discreetly even when slightly over sized ... Compliments to Volotea."

Queixes: "Unfriendly check in agent and having to pay for everything including being able to sit next to my husband makes it not worth their "affordable" fares. Note: print out your boarding card and check in prior to arriving to airport, otherwise it's an additional $40/pp."

Queixes: "Due to delays we missed our flight. I emailed and got no response. Tried calling. Office was closed on Saturday. Went to their desk and no one was there. I would like to be reimbursed. I had to then pay for two tickets on Aegean Airline totalling $400.00"

Avantatges: "Excellent price and route. Very friendly crew. I didn't need much for a 2hr flight. Met all my expectations."

Avantatges: "Flight was fine once we got going but one staff working made for a long long line and a half hour delay. Staff were excellent though."

Queixes: "Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Avantatges: "Personnel were helpful, polite and spoke English as well as many other languages."
Queixes: "Volotea is a low cost airline that charges for early seat assignments, printing boarding passes, luggage and drinks on the flight. There is a service charge added to everything. It isn't as low cost as it initial appears. Beware"

Avantatges: "Good short flight"
Queixes: "Short flight, no food or entertainment"

Avantatges: "the plane were very old and we felt scared since there was turbulence and the plane showed an unsafe one..."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Check in started at 9:05 and boarding was at 9:25, we arrived at the airport (which has 1 gate) at 9:10. There was no one at the check in counter until we asked the security guard for help. At 9:30, the Volotea attendant came back and said we were late and missed boarding and it would cost another 180 euro to get on the plane!! Beware!!! -They have a 20 kg or 44 lb weight limit instead of 50 and will charge you an additional 60 euro per bag of over 44 lbs! -Print your own boarding passes, they charge 20 euro per passenger if they have to print it at check in. -There are fees all over the place, it is a SCAM!"

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "The Volotea website was very poorly run and thus, we accidentally booked the flight on the wrong date, due to the way the calendar was loaded on the site. We entered the correct date, but somehow we still received flights for 5 days after the date we needed. We tried to change them at the airport, and after being sent to 2 different ticket counters, we ended up paying an additional $420 to get the flights we needed. Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

Queixes: "Everything"

Avantatges: "Crew was very nice and professional."
Queixes: "Seating is a bit tight. But ours was a short flight."

Queixes: "Hidden fees everywhere with this airline as well as smaller than usual carry-on requirements. My carry-on that fit everywhere else but cost me an extra 40 euros to check with this airline. Also a young women was told at the check-in counter that her carry-on was acceptable but at the gate was told different. They then preceded to demand 60 euros cash as a penalty. Just wasn't right."

Avantatges: "Everything in the plane felt new, crew was friendly, efficient."

Avantatges: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"

Avantatges: "The cabin crew don't know their job and don't care about security! They separate my husband and I from our children. They changed our seats, because they 2 people previous to us were too elder to seat at emergency exit. So we got stuck seating at emergency exit and away from our children! Who will put the emergency mask on my children now in case of emergency Volotea airline ?! Learn your job as flight attendant!"

Avantatges: "price was great for our flight, otherwise it was like any other flight, nice attendants, nice clean plane, on time"

Queixes: "Plane delayed for 2 hours. Small, cramped airport(Santorini) with no working men's restroom."

Avantatges: "Simplicity and no headache."
Queixes: "A poor todler who was crying because his ears were hurting. Flight attendant did everything she could."

Queixes: "We were stuck in the security check and immigration but got to the gate 15 minutes before the flight. As we were arriving at the gate, we saw the last bus leave taking passengers to the aircraft. The lady at the counter kept yelling at us for the next 15 minutes and kept saying we were late and the last bus had left. We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."

Avantatges: "I didn't like anything about it, it was a horrible experience and I will never suggest this airline."
Queixes: "I didn't like service, extremely rude and not helpful. They wouldn't let us check in early, they scammed us into paying $30 each to print out ticket. $40 for a bag!! And to top it off with their extremely rude service I had to go wait in a miserable line at the most in organized airport I have ever been in to pay this outrageous extra $100 complete scam and worst airline ever!!!"

Avantatges: "I liked how they played music"
Queixes: "My luggage was lost and still has not been located. The bag tag number was entered incorrectly numerous times with different agents over the phone as well as at the airport."

Queixes: "We arrived at the airport two hours before the flight and were told we had to pay 30 euro/person (120 euro total) for boarding passes. Really?!? We had been checked in, but hadn't printed the boarding passes. They told us that they had just closed the opportunity to do this for free at the airport & we now had to pay the exorbitant fee or no boarding passes and no getting on the plane. No other way around it. It just felt like yet another ridiculous excuse to suck more money out of passengers. Just like the banks...a fee here, a free there will add to the profit bottom line without providing any additional value for the customer. Buyer beware!"

Avantatges: "Punctuallity"

Avantatges: "Our family of 4 flew Bordeaux to Split; 3 of 4 bags arrived as scheduled. Volotea DID find and deliver the lost bag on the 7th day. So all was happy in the end."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "They nickle and dimed us on everything including printing my boarding pass when in the end I didn't even need it. The. They were over an hour late They they didn't even serve us a drink on the plane. Worst airline I've ever flown with. if I thought I'd ever get it I'd be demanding my money back."

Avantatges: "Muy buen servicio"

Avantatges: "Lo mejor , el piloto, super rápido.... un buen despegue y un buen aterrizaje, el vuelo en menos de 45 minutos"
Queixes: "Que ryanair, empieze a respetar a sus clientes y no le robe con sus tarifas escondida, ahora no se puede volar con maletas , solo con bolso...."

Avantatges: "Horrible todo"
Queixes: "No me gusto nada"

Queixes: "Pretty much everything. Another uncomfortable flying bus charging you for everything they can charge. Flying is absolutely awful these days."

Queixes: "We paid for our bags on booking and then paid for them on both flights again."

Queixes: "La atención al pasajero, no intentar engañarlo y cuando viajas con un menor vinculado debería mejorarse el sistema y no esperar a que el avión esté lleno y esperar a la buena fe del pasaje."

Queixes: "La aeromoza , poco educada. Las del boarding me cobraron una maleta cuando en el check in nunca me avisaron, ni dieron la opción, de hecho a cada pregunta nuestra tuvieron que acudir a la encargada, todos principiantes, y eso significó que yo tuviese que pagar 20 euros por una cartera de mano."

Queixes: "El espacio y el embarque"

Avantatges: "Nada"
Queixes: "El vuelo tuvo un retraso de 90 minutos. Embarcamos aún más tarde de lo que tenía que haber sido la hora de llegada en el destino"

Avantatges: "La tripulación bien. Los asientos aceptables para viajes cortos"
Queixes: "Nada"

Avantatges: "El personal era muy agradable y ayudaban en todo lo posible."
Queixes: "Lo malo de Ryanair es que a pesar de ser considerada una compañía de bajo coste, ahora te obligan a pagar por la maleta y si quieres sentarte con tus acompañantes también por elegir asiento, por lo tanto no sale tan barato al final."

Avantatges: "Muy buen servicio"

Queixes: "Me cobraron 40€ por unas maletas de mano porque no podía llevarlas en cabina según ellos, que al final me metieron en la cabina, no me dieron ni recibo ni nada además no tenían cambio para cobrarme y encima me faltaron el respeto a mi y a mi mujer"

Queixes: "Los empleados desde el abordaje son groseros no hacen bien su trabajo te hacen batallar de más con el equipaje no dejan dormir en Lanús noche por vender sus productos"

Avantatges: "El vuelo super tranquilo y muy buen viaje, el personal de vuelo muy atento y amable, el avión muy limpio, el vuelo barato.. Volvería a repetir con rayanair"
Queixes: "El precio de la comida y bebida debería ser más asequible.. La venta de perfumes cosméticos y hasta rasca y gana, creo k eso sobra..."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Lines were 20 times longer than every other airline and we almost missed our flight because of it. The seats were u comfortable and small."

Avantatges: "A pesar de la puntualidad absoluta del vuelo, el Personal no hizo grandes esfuerzos por agradar a nadie. Es verdad que era el último vuelo del día y la tripulación estaba cansada. Pero una sonrisa siempre es agradable, Y a decir verdad no hubo muchas. Estuvieron en el galley todo el rato y brillaron por su ausencia. En cuanto al avión, En Ryan Air ya sabes que no vas a tener comodidad, tan solo un autobús de línea feo que vuela y además es feo."

Queixes: "El aire acondicionado a todo trapo"

Avantatges: "The flight itself was quick and crew members were professional."
Queixes: "We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation."

Avantatges: "El personal estupendos, muy amables y considerados"
Queixes: "Los precios de los menús son altísimos"

Queixes: "Everything cost money. They were late both flights. The seats didn’t recline. There was no communication for the boarding. It cost $100 each way for bags. It cost $24 to print out your boarding pass if you did it at the airport. Water even cost money. No pocket on the seat backs to put stuff in. Bags took forever to get."

Queixes: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."

Queixes: "The comfort was terrible. And moreso for people with back issues. Overall, the comfort affected the whole flight."

Queixes: "if you come on board with babies, put them in the back, not in the middle of the plane. not everyone needs to suffer!!!!"

Avantatges: "El vuelo salió en hora y llegó 10 minutos antes"
Queixes: "Los asientos incómodos y no reclinables En un voló de casi 4 horas pesa"

Avantatges: "El vuelo salio a la hora prevista y llego diez minutos de la hora prevista al destino."

Avantatges: "Todo perfecto el vuelo salio en hora personal muy amable nos hicieron hasta un monologo para las tarjetas rasca y gana y comodidad y al final pudimos sentarnos juntos"
Queixes: "Nada todo perfecto lo unico tener k pagar extra x si keriamos sentarnos juntos"

Queixes: "It seemed like if you weren't paying close enough attention, you'd get nickel-and-dimed for every little thing that most airlines just take care of automatically"

Avantatges: "Staff was friendly on plane"
Queixes: "Changed gate three times , 1 1/2 hrs late. Not accurate times given when it changed. On ground staff could have done better. System of boarding- all for themself created at least extra 20 min. Should board by rows"

Avantatges: "Friendly staff"
Queixes: "Seats were not to comfortable. It was a short flight so okay. Would not want to do a longer (+ 2 hours) on those seats Boarding is unpleasant as too many people on small space."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

Queixes: "I'm a frequent flyer. This was my first and last flight with Ryanair. It started at the check in desk. The flight cost me 140 euros plus an additional 50 euros because I didn't check in online. I never check in. Ever. For any of my domestic or national flights. Never. after reading my itinerary email it did state to check in online but failed to mention there would be a penalty if not done. What's the point of a ticket agent when they can't give me my purchased ticket? I have to pay you to give me my ticket !!! Ridiculous! Than I get to the gate and I don't have a seat number because the computer said "full" . I get into the plane. It's delayed 2 hours. We are sitting there in our seats and a passenger 2 rows behind me starts screaming because a cockroach flew into her hair (flight attendants did nothing did not Do anything to help her as she was frightened she was about 11 years old). The floors were a mess. Food, wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. Might explain the cockroach. The air was blasting colder than any flight I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Horrible. I wish I never flew with them."
