Avantatges: "The crew was very nice and professional. They sat me in the last roll on the left with 2 seats. I could not recline the seat and I had to travel sitting up right all the way from Spain to Brazil. Horrible!"

Queixes: "The check in agents are truly the worst. Only one check in agent came after me through security and apologized on behalf of his colleague and upgraded me. Awful check in person"

Queixes: "AirEuropa wouldn't let me board because was my passport will be due in 2 months although I was traveling to the country were I actually live. I will file a complain for full reimbursement, not to mention having to stay in Madrid for one day to wait for Iberia next flight to Guatemala which I took."
Avantatges: "Lost bag was delivered all the way to Chesapeake VA."
Queixes: "We had to gate check our bag despite plenty of room overhead. Bag didn’t make it to Madrid. Flight attendant kinda ignored my question about where to leave the bag. Had to pay for seats to check-in online."
Queixes: "It was an excellent experience to fly by Air Europa. I will choose this airline next time, and i will recomend to my familiy and friends. Their personal is very professional. Thank you Air Europa."

Queixes: "Bridge did not work on arrival. Used bus. Sky priority but then they stuck everybody on like cattle."
Avantatges: "Boarded late but arrived early. Nice easy flight."

Queixes: "The flight was 3 hrs delayed. I bought and took another flight."
Queixes: "Seats were very close in front of you. Then my seat did not recline so for the 8 hour flight I had lady in front of me basically in my lap. Flight attendant said I could walk around and look for other seat....didn't offer to see if other seats were available, didn't appear so. Also had teenage son with me did not want to leave him."
Queixes: "They said my fare was “lite” and charged 60 eur per bag. That is too expensive. Although a short fight not even water was given. Flight delayed."

Queixes: "We have to take a bust to catch the plane. It ya to drive for ages! We left about 40mins later than schedulled."
Avantatges: "On time"
Queixes: "I was ticketed on AirFrance/Delta, but I guess they are a part of Skyteam and the plane was Air Europa Old decrepit aircraft, that had years of accumulated dirt between seats and such No personal TV screens Food was as bad as it gets for the snack, though the main meal was as they all are except more frugal. Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

Queixes: "Paid for wifi didn't work for me."
Avantatges: "Boarding process"
Queixes: "A sick/drunk/unfit person delayed the take off for 1 hour, and absolutely nobody informed the rest of the passengers about the situation. We all saw her but no idea what was going on. The aircraft is old, without personal entertainment (Air Europa provided free Wi-Fi to browse a small selection of content though)."

Avantatges: "I was put on standby because I wasn’t able to check in before getting to the airport. They were overbooked."
Avantatges: "This is the most basic service of just get on the plane type of travel. Nothing is included. They would charge you for the air you breath if they thought they could get away with it."
Queixes: "My carry-on of clearly leagal size was tested to see if it passed. Happy to say IT PASSED they could not charge me. No in flight entertainment as there is no place to put a headphone into. They tell you to use your smart phone. The flight attendants disappear and really are not there for any reason I could see except to find ways to charge you for something. When they do show up they basically try to ignore you."
Queixes: "The seats weren't too comfortable. Not all movies that were in the entertainment list in the website were actually in the flight."
Queixes: "Sat sweltering on tarmac with doors open. All passengers sweating"
Avantatges: "The boarding process was smooth, the crew were professional and efficient. The plane was a new, clean 787-8."
Queixes: "The new 787-8 does not have individual climate control nozzles. The cabin tended to be warmer than a typical home/office environment even at altitude, and I found myself surprisingly cramped and overheated in the middle seat on the left side of the plane."
Queixes: "Delayed, both ways"
Avantatges: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Queixes: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"

Avantatges: "Food is poor , pasta have not taste n the portion not enoug"

Avantatges: "The crew was friendly and one started bording it when ok."
Queixes: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Avantatges: "The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat."
Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."
Avantatges: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."
Avantatges: "The plains are very wide inside. Don't make you fell so close in. Need more variety of movies and games. But it was acceptable . The food was good."
Avantatges: "Smooth, quiet overnight flight with few interruptions."
Queixes: "Air Europa app let me down, generating boarding passes that didn't work at security. Sent unexpectedly to counter by passport agent."

Queixes: "Beeing 1.5 hours late for a 25min flight No info Filthy airplane"
Avantatges: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Queixes: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."
Avantatges: "Price was great, flight crew very attentive, even the food was good."
Queixes: "The seats didn't have a port to charge phones. Older planes with antiquated tech. Monitors on back of seats were also outdated. Plane was late leaving Madrid."
Queixes: "The airplane seats are small and too stiff Airplane was very cold but did not have any blankets"
Avantatges: "The flight was great overall. The staff was super friendly and they kept coming around with water and tea. My seat was comfy and I slept a lot."
Queixes: "This was a pretty long flight, but the seats did not have individual screens for entertainment like on most international planes. Instead, there were a few large screens in the center aisles but the shows were not in English and you had no personal choice of what to watch."
