Avantatges: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

Queixes: "Honestly, I would consider myself well travelled but after this flight I wanted to rule out air travel from our future plans. The take off was bumpy, fast and uncomfortable. Handling the turbulence was unbearable and I had a full blown panic attack on the flight. I couldn't understand a word of the English announcements each time we hit turbulence. I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."

Queixes: "To check a bag is about $75 if you do it at airport. We witnessed a number of people who had done carry on from Athens to Santorini not be able to do carry on back. It's a scam on the Island. The bin in which you have to fit your bag is smaller on Santorini."

Queixes: "Flight crew was not happy and they didn't even pretend to be. Seats were not comfortable at all and mine even had a huge tear in it so it just bugged my back side the entire flight. Food was not good at all! Salad smelled moldy. Oh yeah, and I ended up paying extra for my bags that were exactly the same as my husbands but he was not up charged. Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Queixes: "Way we boarded a b all together sucked. Why have 2 groups when its first come first in. Wait in airport no seats then stand in a hot bus move to a hot plane and pay 2.50 for water long after flight started . Waters should be given as soon as you sit down in such conditions"

Queixes: "I booked an afternoon flight on Volta. They changed me weeks later to a morning flight. I told them I wanted to cancel my earlier flight and preferred a refund instead. I have never received credit for my cancellation."

Queixes: "They took me and my wife's carry on, that we had already stored in the over head cabins on 3 flights before this one and told me it was to big. Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

Queixes: "About 50 minutes late, hard landing, and worst of all they called us for boarding and we went out of the semi-comfortable terminal and STOOD in the HOT sun. Our plane hadn't even landed. We stood out there for 40 minutes. Voltea is even a worse version of Spirit Airlines"

Queixes: "Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Beware!!! -They have a 20 kg or 44 lb weight limit instead of 50 and will charge you an additional 60 euro per bag of over 44 lbs! -Print your own boarding passes, they charge 20 euro per passenger if they have to print it at check in. -There are fees all over the place, it is a SCAM!"

Queixes: "attendant in the check in was horrible. not nice, rood, when we tried to ask questions at the end told us "bye" and called next. prices are high for luggage check in, the standard size of the hand luggage is very small and not fair. plain was very very old. overall, bad experience."

Queixes: "We were stuck in the security check and immigration but got to the gate 15 minutes before the flight. As we were arriving at the gate, we saw the last bus leave taking passengers to the aircraft. The lady at the counter kept yelling at us for the next 15 minutes and kept saying we were late and the last bus had left. We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."

And to top it off with their extremely rude service I had to go wait in a miserable line at the most in organized airport I have ever been in to pay this outrageous extra $100 complete scam and worst airline ever!!!"

I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."

I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

Queixes: "Said on time until we arrived at airport gate- then said delay with no reason given and no one to speak to. Estimated time kept getting pushed back. If had known if long delay would have stayed in Santander and enjoyed day. Poor customer service and frustrating delays."
Queixes: "The plane arrived 12 minutes after we were supposed to have left. While a delayed flight isn't uncommon these days, there's usually at least an attempt at communicating that to the passengers. No such luck this time - we were all simply waiting and wondering."
Queixes: "I couldn’t get the flight because I couldn’t find a good services from their representatives in airport. I went to 4 desks with no helpful. So, I change this airline to Easyjet. I’ll never use Ryanair."
Queixes: "Did not receive email on Having to print tickets beforehans and had to pay in insane fee plus another fee for 1kg overage on my luggage. By far the worst airline!"
Queixes: "The airline called the passengers to stand up in line over an hour prior to boarding. Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."
Avantatges: "two days before a bank holiday to Ibiza, this was significantly cheaper than other airlines. Departed on time"
Queixes: "Waiting for check in look about 50 minutes. When I got to the front I was 1kg over the allowed 20kg and had to leave to pay £11 at another counter and come back to check in. Note the allowance on other airlines are 23kg. Security screened my hand luggage twice. The reason was that the chargers for the camera, laptop, phone, etc was 'too dense in the bag' and had to be done seperately. This took about 25minutes. I am glad I arrived at the airport two hours before take off because by the time I checked in and passed security, there was just enough time to buy food and walk to the boarding gate. The flight itself was noisy. People played music and danced in the aisle, the cabin crew just left it and did not serve the middle of the plane. But the party goers brought their own drink on board and kept going."
Avantatges: "All boarded easily and managed to take off a little early from PIK which also meant landed early in IBZ. No probs on the flight."
Queixes: "Had to dust off seats of spilled Pringles from previous flight. And floor was covered and hadn’t been hoovered or even a dustpan. No biggie but wasn’t as clean as it could have been."
Queixes: "Crew was rude. They look loke their are not happy with their jobs... is that the case they shouldn’t be working with people, customer service skills is the number one requirement to have a successful business."

Queixes: "No room, knees hitting chair in front of you I'm 5'5". We had to pay $100 euros to get our boarding passes. This is a sham and no doubt they rake in tens of thousands by screwing people in this way. I'd fly another airline."

Avantatges: "We arrived at airport there were no machines for boarding passes, stood in several lines trying to check in. Could not check in front m home as your site had glitches and every time info. Was put up n the info was changed so rather than have false info. We decided to book at airport .when we got to the desk we could see our intinary on the screen but she wanted qn additinal 500 euro to book us. We had already paid for tickets and baggage fees from our hotel in Venice had once more tried booking the n ,would not accept childrens info. Because they were under 16 so decided to do at airport. She was rude told us we could not board air place. Asked why ans too late need 500 more euros , said no orher flight our problem , sat in airport all day with 2 yound kids me at 83 years old. Had to make other arrangements .found another airline to Madrid, had to cancel car reservations, also further bookings with your airline to Madrid.. we had one from Talous to Madrid. Very disappointed with your service and very costly for us."

Avantatges: "Staff at Dublin and on board very helpful we were traveling with a two year old and they were great help. Flight good and arrived on time all round good experience"

Queixes: "My daughter had to pay $20 dollars to bring her boarding pass and then thy told her the card was declined. I called credit company at 1 am my time in Hong Kong and they said card was never submitted so could not have been declined. This caused us time, worry and money for long distance phone calls."
Avantatges: "Chose Priority Boarding. It was easy getting on and off. I was a little worried about my over rstuffed carryons but wasn't hassled. Just had to rearrange some stuff to fit in overhead."
Queixes: "Flight was late but not Ryanair's fault. BCN was stacking up flights due to crowding"
Queixes: "took forever, endless queues, confusion, more queues. Plane looked dumb inside. Constant up-charges. The whole experience felt bush-league and classless."

Avantatges: "Boarding was good. Left & arrived on time. Crew very efficient in spite of the problems encountered with passengers."
Queixes: "The flight was not so much Ryanair as Liverpoolair. There were hen & possibly stag parties on board who had obviously had a lot to drink , were very noisy including when the safety procedures were being announced & the crew had to constantly deal with passengers who would not obey instructions."
Queixes: "Website is very hard to navigate and impossible to get a hold of anyone for assistance"
Avantatges: "I appreciate them boarding the back of the plane first, logistically makes sense"
Queixes: "They try to nickel and dime you for everything so be sure to read the fine print first. 50 euro for checking on at the airport, 50 if they force you to check your carry on bag at the gate."
Avantatges: "The staff was nice!"
Queixes: "The price for the flight is affordable but if you don't read the fine print on luggage you end up paying almost $200. Therefore the whole flight ends up costing you standard price and you're not saving. Nothing is complementary on the flight. You get to pay for your own cup of coffee."
Avantatges: "My flight was about and hour and half delayed. Stood in line for almost 1 hour. It was awful."
Queixes: "Poor communication"
Avantatges: "Ryanair has the no nonsense way of doing things and I noticed for example the lack of the seat pockets in front that usually hold magazines.. and passengers rubbish... I recon whats not there doesn't have to be inspected preflight. I love these things. The app works just fine for boarding. Loved the priority boarding too. I'm always happy to get on a 737. And tired of seeing companies get the airbusses."
Queixes: "On the return a 45 odd minutes delay, caused by? The weather maybe? I had to guess but... Not really a big deal tho.. oh and 2 gate changes... gate 10 to 15 and then 10 again... again not something isn't out of the ordinary when you fly any airline out of a busy airport... security que took ages too ;)"
Avantatges: "Now that I know how to do the booking, I would certainly use your airline again as I really appreciate the low fare."
Queixes: "Buying the ticket online for the first time was confusing so I did not reserve a seat, pay for extra luggage or print out my boarding pass until almost too late. Please list the above much more clearly for first time users."
Avantatges: "The flight boarded over 30 min late, then there was the fact the the airport police had to come talk to one of the passengers so we ended up leaving an hour late. I fell asleep for most of the flight. But woke up with the super harsh landing."
Queixes: "At least a water bottle should be given to passengers free of cost"

Queixes: "You have to pay for absolutely everything on this airline, so beware when you book it! You'd be better booking another airline and paying a few more dollars for basic amenities. Checking in on RyanAir is an absolute nightmare!"

Avantatges: "Started pretty decently even though the waiting room after customs was hot as hell. Boarding went pretty smoothly. As we were about leave, almost on time, cabin crew had executed security precautions and measures, we were suddenly informed by cabin crew we had to wait for other passengers after all that were initially held up for security issues. Even though pilot was told to leave without them, it seems pilot decided to wait for these passengers after all. Cabin crew said 'it seems it will only take 5min' it actually took 1h20 til we actually left and took off. No update whatsoever during that 1h20. Anyways, I understand we don't pay much for these flights therefore shouldn't expect much from your company but man, communication is key. Cabin crew was very poor in communicating, and I believe pilot took a poor decision waiting for these ppl"
