Queixes: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

Avantatges: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Queixes: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."
Queixes: "Made us wait for 30 minutes in line to board. After boarding, waited on the tarmac for an HOUR Got to Mallorca and they had lost my luggage despite delays. I paid 190 for an extra bag!"

Queixes: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."
Queixes: "My flight was delayed 3 hours, so I missed my connecting flight. Then there were no more flights until the morning. Vueling paid for a hotel for me, but the hotel was over an hour away from the airport at 2 in the morning, and I woke up at 5 the next morning and sat in 2 HOURS of traffic to get back to the airport. The shuttle left late tho, and I almost missed my flight again. Bad experience."

Queixes: "1. After 4 hours in line in front of the boarding desk (I was between the first 10 people in line) due to a flight delay, when they began boarding they decide to start from the 15-31 rows. As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare"

Queixes: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."
Queixes: "Airport advertised the flight was leaving at 12:10, but our pass said 12:00. We took the advice of the AIRPORT and missed our flight. In addition to missing our flight we had to exit the airport to re-enter and BUY NEW TICKETS for another flight. Would never recommend Vueling or Barcelona Airport to anyone."
Avantatges: "Nothing, I was no allowed to check in online, at kiosk and was told to wait in line while employees did not address my concerns, was stuck in a line behind an irate customer for over 40 minutes and missed check in closing the flight by 3 minutes while I did not have any bags and I was forced to buy a new ticket with cash at office for following day at airport and extend my hotel and miss my group meeting in Croatia."
Queixes: "The entire experience, employees did not listen, the counters were not manned, I was blocked by an irate customer who missed his flight the previous day . I was in line over an hour to check and was not allowed to check in before they closed my flight at 5:23 behind a customer who was yelling. I spent the next 3 hours yelling in Spanish trying to get rescheduled o a flight, was forced to pay in cash and file a form . Not great help when there was about 200 people in the customer service line"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed by about 30 minutes, the boarding process is a cattle call worst than Southwest Airlines and upon requesting a food item and a drink, I was told the sandwich wasn't available only to see two of them on the other cart, and they had the nerve to offer me a warm €10 mini bottle of prosecco. And lastly, the crew was either aloof or extremely new. I've flown Vueling three times in my life. This was the worst. I guess you get what you pay for."

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Queixes: "Las maletas tardaron muchisimo en salir"
Queixes: "We were forced to get on the aircraft when it arrived late, with another 737 taxiing next to it( I know illegal). Then forced to sit on the plane for nearly 3 hours on the ground in heat. Staff were rude and awful. Everything was stupidly expensive, even water!!! When we eventually got to Manchester we had to wait in the plane again for 45minutes for the bus to arrive to take us to the airport. Only one person on passport control. Where our bags were all in a pile on the floor because of some malfunction. Ryanair flights are hell!!"
Avantatges: "Boarding process was at least organised"
Queixes: "Staff rude; delay; mess in the cabin during delay; staff not able to keep people quiet plus flight attendants were mixing with people creating more confusion: we paid a ticket for a flight not to be in a pub for 2 hours (the time we spent in the aircraft before taking off)"
Avantatges: "Me funcionó muy bien el embarque prioritario y dos bultos. Lo único malo es que hay que pagar por todo...."
Avantatges: "It took off roughly on time"
Queixes: "Boarding was slow, checking in was annoying (just lots of steps to be done with lots of ppl who don’t travel often and less helpful staff), and the plane smelled odd."
Avantatges: "Me sorprende no haber oído esas grabaciones de Ryanair tan ruidosas y molestas y lad constantes promociones de ventas de todo. Parece que se han relajado un poquito. Y ese poquito ya se nota y se agradece!"
Avantatges: "Airport OK. Efficient service. On time arrival."
Queixes: "Gate area bit narrow and clumsy. Walk to plane. Deposit your own bag on large trolley outside plane due to opportunistic charging policy of RyanAir. Seat basic no recline. No seat pockets. No wifi. Still paying £200 return.."
Avantatges: "Finding an affordable flight to allow the family to get away for a weeks holiday that would otherwise not be possible."
Queixes: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."
Avantatges: "Mucha puntualidad"
Queixes: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Queixes: "Stansted airport is very poor. Not enough space, facilities or anything. Ryanair flight delayed. “Boarded” into cramped holding area. Very poor form."
Avantatges: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Queixes: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."
Avantatges: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Queixes: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."
Avantatges: "Excellent value for money!!!"
Avantatges: "It’s nice flying into Alicante where often those awful automatic passport machines give way to mails checks so much faster"
Queixes: "El vuelo salió con 50 minutos de retraso tuvimos que bajar la escalera para subir al avión y estuvimos a la lluvia esperando para subir"
Avantatges: "Everything was perfect, the crew das very helpful and the pilar very kind and he explained everything pretty well. No complaints."
Queixes: "I love the flight bit the take off a bit rude."
Avantatges: "Cheap and convenient"
Avantatges: "Automatic checkin done by kiwi, with boarding tickets sent to email."
Queixes: "Separate seating. Two of us flew under one booking. We got seats at opposite sides of the airplane, although there were seats available to sit together"
