Queixes: "Awful. My departing city (ZAG) was unable to process tickets for my connecting flight. Upon arrival to (MAD) the gate agent was distributing tickets on a 1st name basis. Literally just handing out tickets without verifying IDs. Not all us PAX received a ticket and were instructed to go to the customer service desk, all the while boarding was ACTIVE at the gate. While at the customer service desk, Iberia showed little attention and/or urgency for us folks who did not have our connecting flight credentials. I finally received a hand-written ticket to board an international flight. My original seat selection was not honored. The overall flight experience was poor and NOT enjoyable."

Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Queixes: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "a configuracao dos assentos na classe executiva desta aeronave sao 3 x 2 assentos, e os assentos nao recuam para uma posicao totalmente horizontal. isto foi um problema para mim pois durmo de barriga para baixo e nao foi possivel achar uma posicao confortavel para dormir. o sistema de entretenimento nao permite assistir e parar a qualquer hora desejada, o que nao foi problema pois o voo é de apenas 8 horas e depois do jantar ja deitei."

Queixes: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."

Queixes: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

Queixes: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Queixes: "At the check in gate the man made us pay for the luggage we carried on the plane"

Queixes: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Queixes: "Checking line with no information, rude customer services, cabin crew very rude and discriminatory system, the flight attendant in charge of the cabin crew made us moved our Carry on three row far from our seats, despite the fact that we paid more for those seats and that we were among the first to board the plane. He made a racist facial expression toward us."

Queixes: "Why would you close boarding with paying customers trying to board when you emailed us with a 53 minutes delay!! What a rip off!! NEVER FLY VUELING!!!"

Queixes: "I was told that my carry on luggage was too big for the overhead bin and had to pay 35 euro. The flight attendant attempted to fit it in the bin and it fit just fine. So thanks...I paid for something I didn’t have to."

Queixes: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."

Queixes: "Aircraft was old and run down. The BCN terminal did not have enough seating and not knowing the gate until an hour before the flight kind of sucks."

Queixes: "we had a terrible time flying through connecting flights and on top of that they charged 70 euros for baggage from rome to paris and then we had to check in again at paris, extremely painful and stressful given the short amount of time. i would never ask someone to do this again."

Queixes: "Less than 20cm from edge of seat and back of seat in front. Late."

Avantatges: "Nothing, I was no allowed to check in online, at kiosk and was told to wait in line while employees did not address my concerns, was stuck in a line behind an irate customer for over 40 minutes and missed check in closing the flight by 3 minutes while I did not have any bags and I was forced to buy a new ticket with cash at office for following day at airport and extend my hotel and miss my group meeting in Croatia."
Queixes: "The entire experience, employees did not listen, the counters were not manned, I was blocked by an irate customer who missed his flight the previous day . I was in line over an hour to check and was not allowed to check in before they closed my flight at 5:23 behind a customer who was yelling. I spent the next 3 hours yelling in Spanish trying to get rescheduled o a flight, was forced to pay in cash and file a form . Not great help when there was about 200 people in the customer service line"

Queixes: "It was freezing on the plane to the point of discomfort"

Avantatges: "Crew was greatly helpful"
Queixes: "Flight was delayed"

Avantatges: "nothing"
Queixes: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Queixes: "The landing was horrible"

Avantatges: "On time, no charge for checked bag, easy & pleasant."

Queixes: "I wanted to book with British Airlines only to find out it was booked with a low end poorly rated airline I cancelled the flight I bought trip insurance but BA will not get back to me about a refund. Was on the phone many times waiting for very long time only to get disconnected and left on hold Now but rate BA low low low"

Avantatges: "Trayecto en hora y 10 minutos"
Queixes: "La comida, los macarrones a la boloñesa estaban muy duros como si se hubiesen quedado faltos de cocción."

Avantatges: "Nada!"
Queixes: "No ser tan buitres asquerosas, que te hacen pagar 20 + 60 € (en 2 vuelos) para poder llevar tu instrumento musical, una única cosa, un violín, obligando meter en la bodega. El avión ni tan si quiera estaba medio lleno. Todo vacío, y te hacen pagar por esto! Jamas volvere volar con esa compañía."

Avantatges: "Crew was okay ."
Queixes: "The seats were very uncomfortable, dirty , and smelly"

Avantatges: "Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit."
Queixes: "The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off."

Queixes: "Airplane was very hot when boarding and didn’t cool down till about 20 minutes before landing."

Avantatges: "Bien sin mas, llegas al sitio"
Queixes: "La venta de asientos, separarte de tu familia, prohibir tu maleta, solo bolsa minúscula y jugar con las compra de todo, es un abuso y jugar con las necesidades de la gente. Pon un precio y listo, todo incluido, como todas las compañias, evito siempre ryanair, puedo ir al mismo sitio con otros"

Queixes: "mas amplitud de los asientos"

Queixes: "El sistema de asignación aleatoria se asientos... Vale q no se pueda elegir asientos, pero tampoco hace falta dispersar a las personas que cogen el billete juntas como era en nuestro caso. Que viajábamos 4 personas, se compre todos los billetes juntos pero ninguno de nosotros viajo junto."

Queixes: "No food/ drink. Even water costs €3. It was EXTREMELY hot on the flight."

Queixes: "Me han cobrado varías veces por el mismo equipaje,incluso por una maleta de cabina con 7 kilos 40 e que tuve que pagar o perdía el vuelo si me paraba a reclamar No habla nadie de raynair español"

Queixes: "Problems with the boarding pass. Personnel rude and totally not helpful."

Avantatges: "Buena puntualidad, llegando incluso antes de tiempo"

Avantatges: "There was no food. There was no entertainment except the crew who were entertaining each other. The reason it gets two stars is it got us to our destination without going down in flames."

Avantatges: "Casi no salimos, porque para sellar el billete tardamos 1hora y 20minutos. Muy mal Ryanair, tuvo que ayudarles un azafato de otra compañía porque nos quedabamos todos en tierra. Unos lentos, poco personal, muy mal organizado."

Avantatges: "Plane has more leg space than other commercial lines I’ve used."
Queixes: "Expensive baggage fees for no cabin baggages. Non sense carrying baggages up to the plane door for them to pick and send below."

Queixes: "Vuelo con retraso, las maletas tardaron más de medio hora en sacarlas y encima tuvimos que venir andando desde el avión hasta el aeropuerto."

Avantatges: "todo vien el vuelo de ida s¡desde Sevilla"
Queixes: "el vuelo desde badén a Sevilla con1 h de retraso"

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Evidently you have to check in online on your phone 2hrs before departure or else you will be charged 60 EURO to check in at kiosk. They do not tell you this on receipt email. Airport wifi did not work so i had to pay 60 EURO. It was more than the actual ticket. DO NOT USE RYANAIR"

Queixes: "La reserva de asientos no funcionó, pagamos y ibamos separadas. Muy mal algún personal. Asientos fatales"

Avantatges: "We got there alright."
Queixes: "The Ryanair website wouldn’t allow me to check-in online and when we arrived to check in in person my father and I had to pay €60 each to print our boarding passes! All my experiences with Ryanair this far (2) have iformed me that I will never fly with them again."

Avantatges: "Todo en horario. personal muy amable"
Queixes: "En el aeropuerto de origen, nos hicieron esperar casi media hora al sol a los viajeros con prioridad, antes de poder entrar en el avión. No era un día caluroso, pero quizás hubiéramos podido estar esperando en un interior o a la sombra"

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Horrible boarding. Horrible seats. Garbage sandwiches for a fee. Zero entertainment. Not even a seat pocket. Toilet was disgusting, no wipers. Hyper stressed. Glad it's over, baby! Never ever, again."

Avantatges: "2 hours late. Didn't tell us in English why. Changed Gates the times. Say on plane when we finally boarded for 45 minutes."
Queixes: "See above"

Queixes: "The flight arrives too late but just early enough not receive any reimbursement regulated by either regulations. Terrible flight! Everytime I fly with Ryanair I always tell myself: last flight! Hopefully next time I listen to myself"

Avantatges: "Everything was perfect, the crew das very helpful and the pilar very kind and he explained everything pretty well. No complaints."
Queixes: "I love the flight bit the take off a bit rude."

Queixes: "A lot of hassle to get a “cheaper” price which gets more expensive for every single thing you get charged for. Also, the long lines to board and the stress of finding overhead space for your baggage is not great."

Queixes: "They ripped off clients by sending emails charges at the last moment, not keep their own rules,"

Queixes: "El vuelo salió casi cuarenta minutos tarde de la terminal"

Avantatges: "It went from Stansted"
Queixes: "With additional charges for 1x 20kg bag at £40 each way, plus boarding choosing a seat etc etc it was extremely expensive. The flight was delayed by 40 mins, and the whole boarding process collapsed, so not worth the extra for priority boarding. If I could fly with any other airline in future I will!"

Queixes: "Plane late - no update. Had to get there 3 hrs early. Pfinding a way to print boarding passes inMorocco a pain. Not sure I will ever fly Ryanair again. Plus risk of flight being cancelled last minute!!!!!!"

Queixes: "there is no line up or organization to people getting on and off, everyone rushes to be first."

Avantatges: "The flight departed on time and arrived early. Pleasant staff, no fuss. Just what you want from a flight."

Avantatges: "The flight was good and I think people who complain about Ryanair are stupid becuase it's a safe and practical airline with amazing prices and that's all that matters. If they want more they should pay more. I like Ryan air and will always travel with them within europe. I liked the check in online be feature it was convenient!"
Queixes: "Too many silly announcements to sell things but hats okay. it gets a bit annoying when they are excited to sell you sandwiches and snacks and selfie sticks but I I guess it's what they have to do."

Avantatges: "They charged me 50 euro for my carry on, after that I was flying with the same small bag 3 times in Ryanair."
Queixes: "I want my money back because they didn't charge me before when I had travel on Ryanair, just I Italy. And they said that if I dindt pay they close the gate for me, and after I said that I am gonna paid, they laugh with the other girl, and say "she has money and she said not""
