Queixes: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

Queixes: "This was the 3rd time I had to take Iberia coach in Europe in 4 week. As horrible as the first 2 times. The rows are too close to each other. I can not sit straight. My knees hit the seat in front of me. I was not the only one measuring more than 6 feet. Other men equally were obliged to sit sort of diagonally. It a real torture. Horrible. Never again."

Queixes: "Very bad check-in, families have priority...also if they have 16 years old "kids". They couldn't print the boarding pass for the connecting flight, no water, no coffee, dirty plane, my baggage arrived destroyed (open in half), they promised to ship it the day after and it was a lie."

Avantatges: "I liked the Crew they were very patient with all the passengers. They were bunch of really annoying kids in front of me and handled them very professionally."
Queixes: "I didn't like that I could not control the air in business class. I spent good money to sit up there and I would expect to have control of the air because I had a 11 hr flight in a 90 degree plane. It was really a uncomfortable. Also I didn't like that their was no sporting events or cooking channels to watch on my flight and the movie selection were horrible."

Queixes: "When I arrived I was greeted by a "what up." Instead of a professional "Hello." The man who helped me at MIA was rude and threw my passport in my face when he told me I needed a return ticket. After I booked another ticket for return.. I presented myself to another counter staff."

Queixes: "Gate agents never seem to recognize how difficult it is to hear announcements when there are anout 100 people milling around the gate and chatting. Boarding announcements need to be loud, clear, and spoken slowly. Repetirion wouldn't hurt."

Queixes: "Poor service. It seems most if not all Iberia staff are not happy to work for this airline, and definitely hot happy to work with people. My kids asked a few times why those people were upset (regarding both flight crew as well as ground crew). Online services to request seat assignments does not work. We tried to get seat assignments over the phone, and it seems Iberia only picks up the phone if you going to purchase a ticket, otherwise forget about getting help over the phone, and/or online (email as well as website). After trying to obtain child menus over the website and phone, I drove to the airport Iberia desk to order it there two days before the flight. The desk manager was helpful and requested for us to send an email with the request, so he could set it up once the flight opened up two days before the flight. I sent out the email to find out on the flight once food service started that the request was never placed."

Queixes: "Connecting flight still had security checked that almost made us late and the airline boarded fhe plane early since the flight was not full. Food was not served and entertainment was not available."

Queixes: "We took the red eye and there were children that would not stop screaming and crying. This was not your usual crying infant. These children were able to speak. The crew did nothing about it and let these children yell and scream as they played games on the provided tv. Most of the people on the flight were displeased by this family that made so much noise."

Avantatges: "Staff was friendly and corteous. Out of three times I was flown with Iberia I can honestly said the service has improved tremendously. The crew members were polite and always ready to accommodate to your needs."

A otros pasajeros se que les extraviaron sus valijas"

Evidentemente para este tiempo yo ya había pagado otro vuelo con otra aerolínea IBERIA súper recomendable su atención."

Avantatges: "Salida con retraso de 6h. 2h dentro del avión sin movernos, nos hacen desalojar el avión, no explican nada y el personal bastante borde. Cuando por fin pudimos volver a subir el personal era otro muchísimo más agradable y el piloto se disculpó mil veces por lo sucedido. Casi no llegamos a recoger el coche de alquiler, no llegamos a la cena en el hotel y perdimos el primer día de vacaciones "tirados" en el aeropuerto."

Queixes: "The app wasn’t working to check in. We arrived to the airport 1.5 hrs early only for them to tell us that there would be a $56 charge for not checking in 2 hours ahead of time. This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"

Queixes: "As mentioned being separated by the “ random computer choice of seats. We were put rows apart both with empty seats either side of us, we fly lots and only Ryanair and Jet2 do this."

Queixes: "Boarding was slow, checking in was annoying (just lots of steps to be done with lots of ppl who don’t travel often and less helpful staff), and the plane smelled odd."

Avantatges: "Finding an affordable flight to allow the family to get away for a weeks holiday that would otherwise not be possible."
Queixes: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

Queixes: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."

Avantatges: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Queixes: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

Queixes: "Poor communication for the check in, passport control and boarding. Flight delayed with no communication. Landed late and then delayed again and had to wait 40 min to deboard the plane. Missed my connection costing me an extra 60 euro to get to my final destination :( they don't care!! I read reviews that this airline is habitually late. I assumed people were just being hard on them. Nope! I will either avoid this airline or assume an extra 2-3 hours of wasted time anytime I fly with them!!"

Queixes: "The website to check in was confusing, bombarding with other fees so when I saw the option to check in later I never completed online check in. Plus I was on vacation already in another country with limited internet. I was unaware that I would have to pay a 50 euro fee per person for not checking in online! I was assigned a seat in the last row of the plane while my travel companion was all the way in the front."

Queixes: "It was not clearly stated anywhere that a boarding pass must be printed beforehand, as most companies allow use of mobile passes or downloading of the boarding pass onto the phone. Avantatges: "Arrived at 5.45, checked in, gone through security by 06.30. Flight delayed by 15 minutes, due to passengers not Ryanair. Arrived 15 minutes early so would have arrived earlier at Palma. Staff seemed friendly. No real complaints."
