Avantatges: "I screwed up i booked the one-way tickets in reverse. Used my phone while on the Camino and did not see the mistake until after the 24 hour period. There were still seats available and they could have switched but no- they kept the fare, of course and said for and addl 500€ each we could correct our flight. Good Lord!"
Queixes: "Their total inability to help and that they took our money for nothing in return. Customer service was basically that’s the rules, can’t help you out. We took Renfe train instead for a fraction of what they wanted and had a great trip."
Queixes: "Tried to cancel through the Ryanair website, and they wouldn’t cancel it. So... never went, and the seats were empty"

Queixes: "The price of my ticket had nothing low cost. It was $300 for a one way Rome - Paris. Since I never fly with Ryan air, I had no idea you had to check in online. Otherwise they charge you a 55 euro fee for a normal check in at the airport. It’s written in very small letters at the end of the confirmation email they send you. You obviously don’t see it unless you scroll down 10 times all the way to the bottom of the email. This is called a rip off. This should be mentioned all the way at the top near the confirmation number. So I had no choice but paying that fee. I’m sure I’m not the first person this happened to. These thieves must make a lot of money with this. The other bad surprise was that the arrival airport was so far from the center of the city, I paid 120 euros with Uber to get home versus 45 euros when flying into the main Paris airports. Overall, it becomes the same price than flying with Air France."
Avantatges: "First off the reviews via Youtube and the web site were scarey but I wished for the best. I packed a small American Tourister bag 14 for my European trip starting in Rome to Paris then on to Amsterdam, as well as packed a book bag. At first I booked non priority but figured I'd add the $7.50 to be safe and be able to take both my bags, plus it got me thru the gate quicker, so I booked PRIORITY and it worked out for me. The space is kind of tight but I was able to fit comfortably in my seat and the flight was abt 2 hrs or so from Rome to Paris. I never reclined my seat because after takeoff I fell promptly asleep. I had a 6:30 am flight. The crew appeared very unbothered n blasé but there were no mishaps and they were attempting to get everyone seated as quickly as possible so we could get on to our destination on time. The landing was a bit off but nothing major just a hard drop, nothing serious. Overall not as bad as the nightmare reviews but nothing to brag about either. Well worth my $60 (American)."

Queixes: "The fact that our flight was delayed for well over an hour, and our gate was changed three times, which caused human stampede each time. Incredibly poorly managed."
Queixes: "I checked in online. Didn’t realize I had to save a mobile download of the check in. The woman at the front desk yelled at us and told us to get out of line. We pulled it up on our mobile and got back in line. She then told very rudely agreed to help us. My husband thanked her for her kindness and I giggled and walked away (because she wasn’t kind at all). she then began to scream at us from 20 feet away “YOU ARE VERY RUDE AMERICANS!” I’ve never experienced something that odd. Then, the flight was 4 hours late for some unknown reason. I tried to get a wine on the flight and the credit card machine wasn’t working. Instead of doing whatever normal company would do and graciously give us a wine for the terrible service, very late flight and no working way to pay, the flight attendant grabbed the wine back and continued serving other people. The whole day was a disaster. Now it’s 2 am and I have another flight to be up for in 4 hours."

Queixes: "Seats too small and too close together. It arrived late, and claimed to be "on-time". Our luggage disappeared for 15 mins while later arrivals got theirs before us."
Avantatges: "The flight left on time and arrived early. I like being able to board and leave from the rear entrance when seats are in the back of the plane."

Queixes: "To difficult to get boarding passes on line . Site has a problem changes info. Had to cancel two flights because they were not helpful.your person who took our nfromation on line gave us confirmation then at airport would not let us board even though the info was on her screen at airport. There fore we had to cancel another flight through you , cancel car rentals etc,hotel, no I was not pleased with service. We missed gong to Lourdes, had to book another flight to Madrid spent entire day at airport trying to go some where as you had no other flights which was costly, many expenses we had no counted on and your girl was rude and left the counter went on here break leaving us standing there with 2 young kids and myself k 83 years old.so we could continue our trip very disappointed"
Avantatges: "Don't fly this airline. Overall it was a horrible experience. The ticket agent charged double our entire airplane fair for our bags! There wasn't a tray table, the ticket agent had his feet up on the counter....this gives a pretty good general idea of the value Ryanair puts on Customer service."

Avantatges: "Very easy, no hassles; Beauvais is a small airport at a distance from Paris but the bus service is excellent."

Queixes: "We asked for a special assistance for grandfather. Nothing came out. Too bad."
Queixes: "No me gusto el hecho de tener que hacer check in y no haberlo hecho y que la penalizacion sea tan alta...esto es un robo juegan con la necesidad de las personas y se aprovechan de ella, no vuelvo a viajar con ryanair es demasiado complicado andar imprimiendo tickets cuando uno anda de viaje en lugares que no conoce y tener que andarse preocupando por ello, hay otras lineas areas de bajo costo que no hacen lo mismo y son mucho mas comodas"

Queixes: "I had a 10 pound pair of ankle weights removed from my check on bag and I paid $99 for my extra 9 kg, and I thought I had paid for 20kg. But the ankle weights were removed and it will cost me $50 to replace them!! I would like a credit for this. Bishopkyle@outlook.com"

Avantatges: "Nothing. You are the worst airline I've ever used. Never ever again. I'm afraid now to submit this. You might charme for that too."
Queixes: "We did not like the surprise 45 Euro per person fee for not having a boarding pass printed. That was not readily available in our instructions. We were at a place without a printer and thought we should just print at the airport. We did not like the incredibly close seats to the row in front. It will have to be a dire day for me to fly Ryan Air again. I would prefer most other methods of travel, certainly another airline. The air crew was also a rude when bumping me each time the cart rolled by without apology."

Queixes: "The fact that you must check yourself in online the night prior and I'd you don't they charge 45 euros per person to "check you in" which is the same thing you're doing when you go to drop off your bag at the ticket counter. I did not have access to the Internet in Portugal so I had no clue about the need to print out our tickets. Will never fly Ryan air again."

Avantatges: "Horrible. Employees don't care and everything is resolved charging you extra money with the excuse that the passingers need to do everything online. Never again this airline"

Queixes: "I didn't have a meal but didn't look appetizing. Sits were uncomfortable"

Queixes: "If you do not check in online 50 euros bags are overweight even though we start our journey in the USA 350 euro. Seats do not recline. No water for free in flight. Seats too close little leg room. Will not fly them again."
Queixes: "We checked in online and printed out our boarding passes. They do not post the departure gate till an hour before the flight so we waited in a long line to Get on the plane. When we reached the front of the line they wouldnt take our printed tickets because they didn't have a stamp. (Note) The flight was departing in 15 min. We and about 11 other passengers were turned away for the same reason. We had to get completely out of the airport go through customs, security and check in ALL OVER AGAIN and be charged an extra $150. When we told the airport personnel what was happening they couldn't believe it. We missed the flight and got charged extra! DO NOT FLY WITH THEM! They will look for any reason to take your money!"

Queixes: "High bag fees. Employees not helpful in answering questions. We asked to please allow us to weigh bags and were denied until we checked in which means an excess of 10e per kilo if over their 15k or 20k. Very expensive to travel in Europe with baggage. Read the fine print before booking and good luck talking with anyone callingvtheir internatiknal number. Boarding disorganized and very uncoordinated. Plane very filthy and dirty."
Avantatges: "As usual, landed on time. Flight crew very entertaining. Don't understand other reviews complaining about fees for showing up without a boarding card or with excess luggage. The rules are very clear on the website. If you comply you get a cheap flight that will almost certainly arrive on time. What more could you want."
