Avantatges: "Due to the breakdown in diplomatic relations between the United States and Turkey, we were not able to secure non-immigrant visas to enter Turkey, so we had to cancel our plans to Istanbul. It is a bit of a comfort to note that Turkish Airlines seems likely to refund us the price of our tickets. I appreciate it, because I don't think they are legally obligated, though it is the ethical thing to do."
Queixes: "However, even getting our money back on the airline tickets won't reverse the disappointment of going through all of the effort and coordination to plan the trip. I intended to take my nephew to Istanbul, a city I've never been to and always pined to visit, and had encouraged a local friend whose son, close in age to my nephew, is studying music in Istanbul at this time. My nephew is studying in Valencia, and we thought it would be a really fun and memorable experience for them to meet, and maybe they would have decided to do some traveling together in the future or my friend's son could have visited my nephew in Valencia at some point this school year. All these plans went down the drain when we couldn't get visas. We are having to content ourselves with southern Spain instead."

Queixes: "The passenger that did get seat for her child and herself next to each other. So I gave up my window seat because another premadonna would not give up his. That was the only bad part."

Queixes: "As well as being bumped to a flight seven hours later because of a late first leg, encouraged to switch to trade with a heavy guy for a middle seat. 9 hours to NY is a long time to lose the who-gets-an-armrest game on both sides."

Avantatges: "The only thing that I liked was that I got to spend time in Turkey which is beautiful and had friendly people outside of the airport."
Queixes: "Customer service sucked! Especially in Amman and Turkey . No one would help you when you need it in the airports and their desks are not open long enough to get the help that you need in Amman. Also, when you ask the information desk at the airport in Amman to call someone from Turkish Airlines they tell you that they can't because they won't come. I hope that this feedback would be used to make the airlines better because Turkey is truly a beautiful place."

Queixes: "The flight from LAX was delayed which can happen but they were so dysfunctional in Istanbul that we not only missed the original connecting flight to Tel Aviv but the next two subsequent ones as well. They sent us from one end of the airport to the other and made us wait in 4 different lines before sending us to the next one. Our baggage arrived opened and taped closed and had been rifled through. My 90 year old mother almost collapsed because wheelchairs in LAX and in Istanbul never arrived."

Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Queixes: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Avantatges: "El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa."
Queixes: "La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde."

Queixes: "Estuvo demorado casi 40 minutos y al momento de recoger equipaje también se demoró 25 minutos en comenzar a entregar maletas."

Avantatges: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Queixes: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Avantatges: "The flight AMS to MEX was smooth, very helpful personnel on board, we enjoyed a bit more space and the seat seemed a bit more comfortable."
Queixes: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Queixes: "Pedí una dieta especial ovolactovegetariana (con tiempo para no pasar congojas ni hambre) y me dieron una dieta completamente vegetariana. Hice todo el proceso en línea y ahí aparecía la opción de la dieta deseada, pero parece ser que pasaron por alto una parte de mi solicitud."

Queixes: "Pensé que Iberia tenía mejor atención, el personal, los aviones son muy incómodos, la higiene es pésima, no limpiaron ni una sola vez durante las más de dice horas de vuelo. Avantatges: "The crew was very nice and professional. They sat me in the last roll on the left with 2 seats. I could not recline the seat and I had to travel sitting up right all the way from Spain to Brazil. Horrible!"
Queixes: "They should have offered the empty seats to the passenger as soon the plane closed to take off."

Avantatges: "Nice crew, flight landed on time"
Queixes: "Temperature was very hot and embarking procedure took a while to be completed"

Queixes: "Air Europa charged for food."

Avantatges: "The airplane"
Queixes: "Flying on time"

Queixes: "They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks."

Queixes: "Flight was delayed"

Queixes: "It was an excellent experience to fly by Air Europa. I will choose this airline next time, and i will recomend to my familiy and friends. Their personal is very professional. Thank you Air Europa."

Queixes: "The charge for baggage but when i bought the ticket i received that the baggage was included"

Queixes: "The food it wasnt good"

Avantatges: "Nothing really..."
Queixes: "I’m not sure what improvements could be made on a short flight."

Queixes: "At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane."

Avantatges: "Comfortable seats from the good old days on board B 737"

Queixes: "It is an airline that deceives you"

Avantatges: "The plane was large and the seats very confy."
Queixes: "The AirEuropa App, doesn’t work very well with IPhone, getting constantly error signs. I decided to change my seat after getting the boarding pass, but it was impossible. The app didn’t allow me."

Avantatges: "The price!"
Queixes: "Never on time!"

Queixes: "They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Avantatges: "The crew was helpful and friendly. The craft was pretty quiet.with plenty of amenities."
Queixes: "I reserved seats at purchase but the air Europa app did not recognize my seat selections and we ended up being seated at random. The boarding was just line up and board there wasn't any announcing or organizing by row or otherwise. We eventually all got on and ended up at the same place, it was just chaotic."

Avantatges: "Landed ahead of schedule. Left on time"
Queixes: "There was nothing I didn't like"

Queixes: "The flight was 3 hrs delayed. I bought and took another flight."

Avantatges: "Excessively hot. You sweat entire time"
Queixes: "Lack of a/c"

Avantatges: "The flight crew were very friendly. Food included was very good. I like that they provided blanket and pillow for our overnight flight"
Queixes: "The boarding process was delayed and we did not receive update announcements while waiting. There is little leg room!! My knees were up against the seat in front of us"

Avantatges: "People and new plane"
Queixes: "We have to take a bust to catch the plane. It ya to drive for ages! We left about 40mins later than schedulled."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "Boarded flight and then let us sitting on the tarmac for ninety minutes with no water or air conditioning.Once flight under way no food available.DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!!!"

Avantatges: "Jenerous Leg space, free 23 kq suitcase"
Queixes: "Minimal service, but OK for low cost flight"

Avantatges: "Everything was good."

Queixes: "Late boarding, and had to get on a bus to get to the plane."

Avantatges: "Ahead of schedule out and inbound."
Queixes: "Paid for wifi didn't work for me."

Avantatges: "All good"
Queixes: "The plane had no entertainment inflight"

Queixes: "Our flight attendant did not smile ONCE! At check in , we had the good fortune to be carrying exceptionally small carryons. However, two passengers had bags that appeared regulation, but apparently were not. These two people were treated like criminals. I’ll never fly Air Europa again."

Avantatges: "Luggage space, seats, food,mast orderly boarding."
Queixes: "Wifi awful. Requested refund. Crew never answered calls. One particularly rude, spilled water on my wife and just moved on."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "I am a skyteam member and have platinum status with delta and prior to leaving for my trip I had contacted air europa with my skymiles number and was told baggage was included. Upon arrival to airport my status was ignored and I was refused when asked to speak with a manager. I ended up having to pay 60 euros in baggage fees and then was not allowed to board as sky priority despite showing the airline my status."

Avantatges: "Bran new Boeing 787"

Queixes: "La tripulación fue muy gentil y atenta"

Queixes: "Sat sweltering on tarmac with doors open. All passengers sweating"

Avantatges: "Our flight was on time, our crew was kind and helpful, seats were very confortable, on air entertainment was great. It simply get like a great airline and not a budget one. The plane felt new"
Queixes: "I liked everything."

Avantatges: "The crew was helpful. The protracted headrests were nice for sleeping."
Queixes: "The planes were pretty antiquated and the seats were hard and uncomfortable. They were no oxygen ports which was troublesome for long 8 hour flights. Lack of fresh air! Only 10kg weight limit for carry on luggage."

Avantatges: "Good service and comfortable flight"

Queixes: "Delayed, both ways"

Queixes: "No screens. On planes. Food too little."

Avantatges: "Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first."
Queixes: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"

Queixes: "Food was ok"

Avantatges: "Food is poor , pasta have not taste n the portion not enoug"

Avantatges: "The crew was friendly and one started bording it when ok."
Queixes: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Queixes: "The delay"

Avantatges: "The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat."
Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Avantatges: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Queixes: "Delays"

Avantatges: "The tvs on this flight worked, and they gave you water when you asked for it."
Queixes: "Our flight from Barcelona on Air Europa took off late (because they shuttle you out in groups of 40 to the tarmac to board the plane). We arrived in Madrid and about 37 Boston bound passengers had to make a mad dash through the airport from terminal E to terminal A... a 22 minute dash. When we landed there was already "final boarding" listed. ( It would have been nice if the told us they would/could hold the plane). afyer our sweaty group arrived, we were stuck on the tarmac an additional 55 minutes because of traffic."

Avantatges: "The view"
Queixes: "Beeing 1.5 hours late for a 25min flight No info Filthy airplane"
