The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Queixes: "To be honest, i feel like your pricing is very misleading. I was not prepared to pay $60 per bag in luggage fees. For an international flight, I believe your site should be much more clear in stating whether the fees paid will include luggage or not. I will consider other options in the future to avoid this unpleasant surprise at the airport."

Queixes: "No food, no drink, no entertainment were included with this fare. Thankfully we were so exhausted from the long haul flight immediate preceding this flight that we did not care. I'm not sure why but the gate staff was trying to get everyone to check their smaller bags including our backpacks. My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine."

You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

Queixes: "This was return part of my journey. The LHR to MAD leg of my journey was extremely painful. I was unable to pay online or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. With the short seat pitch emergency evacuation would be very difficult for me and the other pax. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years."

Queixes: "Boarding was horrendous: they have the whole flight stand and wait to board! In Madrid, they called to initiate boarding and we stood for 15-20 min before anyone moved at all; business class was then called, and we ended up standing another 15-20 min in the jetway before being ushered into the plane! Even in business class, the entertainment system was poor it's difficult to use and my system froze entirely on the way to Madrid. It worked on the way back, but the selection was relatively limited and poor."

Also I didn't like that their was no sporting events or cooking channels to watch on my flight and the movie selection were horrible."

The night before I was unable to check in because their site had crashed, so there was no way for me to know where to go."

Queixes: "Iberia should do something about its check-in process, it seems way below the industry standards. 1. Online check is only worth if you don't have any luggage. If you do, there's no point of doing that, because there's one line for both check-in and luggage drop off. 2. If you arrive to the airport 1h45min before the flight (LOCAL flight!!!), you'll be among the last ones to check-in, because you will spend about an hour in the line (there's just two people at the register: one for economy and one for business). In the end everyone in the line will get checked in (thanks for that), but the flight will be delayed and Iberia will blame the security (which takes 5 min to pass, unlike the check-in process."

I was afraid the flight service was going to be bad, just for the way some employees were while trying to talk to them over the phone. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."

Queixes: "como em todas as companhias aereas na aeronave de tamanho medio para distancias curtas, a configuracao na classe executiva é 3 assentos por fila dos quais apenas 2 sao ocupados. isto nao dá para entender pois o conforto é muito ruim. a distancia entre assentos é pior do que em qualquer voo a longa distancia na classe economica plus. so viajei na classe executiva pois foi a conexao de um voo do Brasil para Portugal. senao seria absolutamente desnessario pagar a grande diferenca de preco para receber um beneficio muito pequeno."

Queixes: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline."

Queixes: "Honestly, I would consider myself well travelled but after this flight I wanted to rule out air travel from our future plans. The take off was bumpy, fast and uncomfortable. Handling the turbulence was unbearable and I had a full blown panic attack on the flight. I couldn't understand a word of the English announcements each time we hit turbulence. I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."
Queixes: "the app is that that great, it gets stook. Also, they don't have any chance to change or re-schedule any flight."
Avantatges: "Boarding was like any other boarding, it went fine, but then we had to sit on runway for about 30 minutes or so. Not a huge deal. I keep myself busy on computer so flight went quickly."
Queixes: "Flight crew was not happy and they didn't even pretend to be. Seats were not comfortable at all and mine even had a huge tear in it so it just bugged my back side the entire flight. Food was not good at all! Salad smelled moldy. Oh yeah, and I ended up paying extra for my bags that were exactly the same as my husbands but he was not up charged. Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Queixes: "Could they spare a drink of water? They charged extra for everything, including the air you breathed."

Queixes: "Boarding process stinks. You have 2 groups but board them all at the same time well let's say start to board by having us wait outside for 20 minutes in 90 plus heat. No water then stand on a hot bus for another 15 or 20. If we want a water after heat stroke it's 2.50"

Queixes: "They took me and my wife's carry on, that we had already stored in the over head cabins on 3 flights before this one and told me it was to big. Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

Avantatges: "minimum fuss from beginning to end, and no bombarding by emails. their staff all handle carry-on luggage discreetly even when slightly over sized ... Compliments to Volotea."

Queixes: "Unfriendly check in agent and having to pay for everything including being able to sit next to my husband makes it not worth their "affordable" fares. Note: print out your boarding card and check in prior to arriving to airport, otherwise it's an additional $40/pp."
Queixes: "Due to delays we missed our flight. I emailed and got no response. Tried calling. Office was closed on Saturday. Went to their desk and no one was there. I would like to be reimbursed. I had to then pay for two tickets on Aegean Airline totalling $400.00"

Also a young women was told at the check-in counter that her carry-on was acceptable but at the gate was told different. They then preceded to demand 60 euros cash as a penalty. Just wasn't right."
Avantatges: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"
Avantatges: "We printed the boarding passes a week prior and we were ready to go! However Volotea emailed us 24 hours prior to tell us some information had changed and we had new boarding passes. We were worried that we had to pay extra as we were already traveling and could not print the new boarding passes. It was no problem! We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief."

Queixes: "We were stuck in the security check and immigration but got to the gate 15 minutes before the flight. As we were arriving at the gate, we saw the last bus leave taking passengers to the aircraft. The lady at the counter kept yelling at us for the next 15 minutes and kept saying we were late and the last bus had left. We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."

Queixes: "My luggage was lost and still has not been located. The bag tag number was entered incorrectly numerous times with different agents over the phone as well as at the airport."
Avantatges: "Nothing to be honest."
Queixes: "When we checked in my bag was 21 kg and she gave me trouble with that even though we had to pay extra for the bag in the first place. And then since it was a backpack we had to take it to a different location to drop it off for check-in. She also wasn't too friendly either. The flight was an hour and a half delayed. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."

They were over an hour late They they didn't even serve us a drink on the plane. Worst airline I've ever flown with. if I thought I'd ever get it I'd be demanding my money back."

Queixes: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Queixes: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."

Queixes: "I couldn't fit my legs in the space between seats, so much so that I had pins and needles in my feet by the time we landed. The food is really expensive. Never flying with this airline again."

Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Queixes: "I called Vueling to see if I needed to pay for my stroller and he said yes. When I got to the counter I was told that I didn't have to pay for the stroller. So I asked for my money back and they said no. That was B.S."
Avantatges: "The flight, especially with the relatively low-cost "Priority Boarding" option was very pleasant."
Queixes: "The Malpensa airport boarding process is a bit of a free-for-all, with people lined up a long time before boarding in a very long line. Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."
